  • In this paper Polyimide(PI) thin film are fabricated by vapor deposition polymerization(VDP) of dry process which are easy to control the film's thickness and hard to pollute due to volatile solvent. The FT-IR spectrum show that PAA thin films fabricated by VDP are changed to PI thin film by thermal curing. From AFM(Atomic Force Microscopy) experimental as the higher curing temperature. the thin film thickness decreases and roughness decresse.

  • In this paper, We show that the bandpass random signals of the form ∑$_{\alpha}$$\alpha$$_{\alpha}$ a Sin(2$\pi$f$_{\alpha}$t + b$_{\alpha}$) where a$_{\alpha}$ being a random number in [0,1], f$_{\alpha}$ a random integer in a given frequency band, and b$_{\alpha}$ a random number in [0, 2$\pi$], generate Gaussian white noise signals and hence they are adequate for simulating Continuous Markov processes. We apply the result to the fluctuation-dissipation formula for the Johnson noise and show that the probability distribution for the long term average of the power of the Johnson noise is a X$^2$ distribution and that the relative error of the long term average is (equation omitted) where N is the number of blocks used in the average.error of the long term average is (equation omitted) where N is the number of blocks used in the average.

  • This paper presents a multi output converter system that controls, simultaneously and independently, the separate Buck converter and Boost converter with the different specification by one DSP digital controller. As two separate converters are regulated by only one DSP, it is possible to achieve the simple digital control circuit for regulating multi output DC-DC converter. By setting the software switch state, PI and Fuzzy controller can be applied as a controller for each converter without any change of hardware. Also, it is included the control characteristics comparison between PI and Fuzzy controller. The control characteristics of each PWM DC-DC converter is validated by experimental results.

  • The characteristics of a power plant changes as it operates for a long time and/or for different operating point. As a result, operators must retune gains of the controllers for better performance. In fact, skilled operators can retune the gains in reference to recorded data obtained by a test called dynamic test. The dynamic test, however, requires much time, and can be heavy burden for operators. In this paper, an expert knowledge-based auto-tuner is designed for drum-type boiler controllers of a fossil power plant using fuzzy logic. The performance of the proposed auto-tuner is shown via computer simulation and the simulation results show that the proposed auto-tuner is satisfactory for the desired performance.

A Theoretical Study of Some Bicyclic Azoalkanes

  • The molecular structures of the ground and lowest triplet states of 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene (DBH), 2,3-diazabicyclo[2.2.2]oct-2-ene (DBO) and their fused ring derivatives are investigated with an ab initio method and the density functional theory. Unlike the singlet DBH and DBO, the azo skeletal structures of the triplet counterparts are turned out to be quite sensitive to the change of the electronic structure of the fused ring. The B3LYP C-N=N-C dihedral angles of the triplet DBH and DBO are estimated to be about 28.0 and $40.4{^{\circ}}$, respectively. The B3LYP singlet-triplet energy gaps for DBH and DBO are predicted to be 58.4 and 48.4 kcal/mol, respectively. The triplet state energy can be lowered drastically by the presence of the remote $\Pi-\Pi$ interaction as in the case of 1bb'.

벡터제어 유도전동기의 모델추종 견실제어기 설계 (The Model-Following Robust Controller Design for the Vector-Controlled Induction Motor)

  • The transfer function of vector-controlled induction motor is represented along with both unstructured and structured uncertainty such as the error of rotor time constant and current ripple. The low-pass-filter behavior of a magnetizing inductance gets rid of unstructured uncertainty in the transfer function. The robust controller to compensate variation of the transfer function is designed using simple P-I linear controllers. The coefficients of speed PI controller are determined from an overshoot and a rising time of system and the coefficients of model-following PI controller are obtained using the solution of Riccati equation of LQR control in the state space equation of the error system. Experimental results with the DSP-based model-following robust controller are shown a good robustness against the structured uncertainty of the motor.

  • PLL is a key item of power converter for power quality compensation and power flow control. This paper proposes a novel 3-phase PLL that is composed of ALC and PI controller. The operational principle was investigated through theoretical approach, and the performance was verified through computer simulations with MATLAB and experimental works with TMS320VC33 DSP board. The proposed 3-phase PLL shows accurate performance under the voltage disturbances such as sag, harmonics. phase-angle jump, and frequency change.

  • 본 논문에서는 AIoT를 위한 비주얼 블록 코딩 도구를 설계하였다. AI 블록 코딩이 가능한 EduB 플랫폼에 피지컬 컴퓨팅을 가능하게 하는 모듈을 추가함으로써 블록을 사용한 쉬운 피지컬컴퓨팅 코딩과 AIoT 코딩이 가능하다. 도구는 WebSocket과 Wifi를 사용해 EduB와 타겟보드인 RaspberryPi의 무선 통신을 하며, 블록으로 생성된 코드를 RaspberryPi 내부에서 실행하여 GPIO와 SenseHAT을 제어할 수 있게 하였다. 따라서, 코딩 결과를 콘솔 출력이나 그래프로만 확인할 수 있어 정적이던 AI 교육을 LED나 모터를 제어해 동적으로 결과를 확인할 수 있게 하여 흥미와 관심을 유발할 수 있도록 한다.

  • This is an attempt to find out the periodicity of the natural hydrological phenomena by the function of vibration periodicity, under the assumption that the phenomena are periodic. The result of this study at Suwon is as foIlows: 1. Annual precipitation and tota1 precipitation during summer season have the periodicity of five years. 2. Annual temperature and tota1 temperature during winter season have the periodicity of seven years. 3.   • We studied the relation between the tangential Cauchy-Riemann operator ${\={\partial}}_b$ CR-manifolds and the derivation $d^{{\pi}^{0,\;1}}$ associated to the natural projection map ${\pi}^{0.1}\;:\;TM\;{\bigotimes}\;{\mathbb{C}}\;=\;T^{1,0}\;{\bigoplus}\;T^{0,\;1}\;{\rightarrow}\;T^{0,\;1}$. We found that these two differential operators agree only on the space of functions ${\Omega}^0(M),\;unless\;T^{1,\;0}$ is involutive as well. We showed that the difference is a derivation, which vanishes on ${\Omega}^0(M)$, and it is induced by the Nijenhuis tensor associated to ${\pi}^{0.1}$.
