Texturing is the process of including a characteristic of a natural fiber in a synthetic fiber. The most common method of it the false twist texturing. Nylon textured yarn is primarily manufactured by the disk type. The major process parameters or the disk type false twist machine ratio, disk/yarn, and heater temperature. This study therefore investigated the effects of false twist texturing, especially speed and draw ratio, on the physical properties of nylon textured yarn. The increase of speed was proportional to the increase of unwinding tension, which could reduce the production efficiency by elevating the tension affecting to fiber during the process. In addition, the increase of speed was inversely proportional to the increase of crimp rigidity of nylon textured yarn. Draw ratio was proportionally increased with the increase of tenacity and the reductions of fineness and elongation, showing the influence or draw ratio to the ultimate physical properties of textured yarn.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was understanding the pressure ulcers and consider the physical therapy for pressure ulcers. Methods : This is a literature study with books, articles and poster. Results : We consider pressure ulcers can be treated with physical therapy which can promote healing process. Conclusion : Physical therapy in patients with pressure ulcers is required and among various physical therapeutic approaches, the method of general coordinative manipulation is considered more necessary.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of health services that satisfy chronic musculoskeletal patients in the northern part of Gyeong-buk, South Korea. One hundred and seven chronic musculoskeletal patients who had visited a clinic in Gyeong-buk were recruited for this study. The data were collected through a questionnaire survey administered from May 7 to June 6, 2012. The collected data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The major findings of this research are as follows. The chronic musculoskeletal patients' satisfaction was determined by the "physical therapist's explanation," "registration process," "home exercise," "respect from staff," and whether the physical therapist and staff "listened to concerns." The chronic musculoskeletal patients' likely to revisit is strongly related to "physical therapist's explanation," "registration process," and "up-to-date equipment." Therefore, it is very important for clinics to improve the quality of the "physical therapist's explanation," "registration process," "respect from staff," "informed consent," "up-to-date equipment," and "home exercise." Furthermore, it is expected that the outcomes of this study will contribute to the customer satisfaction of chronic musculoskeletal patients in clinics.

The present study was intended to suggest a process of physical user interface (PUI) design guideline development, which was validated with mobile phones. The process consisted of five stages including component and dimension analysis, function and environment analysis, evaluation criterion generation, literature review, and design guideline development. The process was applied to develop 19 mobile phone PUI design guidelines by identifying 28 components, 9 dimensions, 51 functions, 7 environmental conditions, and 15 criteria. The systematic approach of the process would be useful for manufacturers to develop design guidelines in an efficient manner.

This research surveys the effects of POY physical properties and processing conditions of belt texturing machine to the draw textured yarns. The various textured yarns are made with variation of 1st heater temperature, draw ratio and velocity ratio, and the physical properties of these specimens such as yarn linear density, tensile properties and wet and dry thermal shrinkages are measured and analyzed with POY physical properties and processing conditions of texturing machine. Especially yarn mechanical properties of DTY are analysed with the variation of untwisting tension (T$_2$) on the untwisting part in DTY process and thin and thick DTY yam model are proposed with surging phenomena in DTY process.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of an upper extremities group exercise program based on motor learning in chronic stroke patients and to assess improvements in upper sensory motor function and activities of daily living (ADL). Five chronic stroke patients participated for the duration of 25 weeks. On the assessment of motor and process skills, there was a statistically significant improvement in motor area functioning in 4 of the subjects. In process area functioning, there was a statistically significant change in 3 of the subjects. Therefore, further studies are needed to assess sensorimotor area and ADL changes in chronic stroke patients to reduce medical cost and assess for positive psychological changes.
