The purpose of this study was to study the student cognition toward the subject of physical education and toward the method of teaching in the class. For the statistical measurement, the population has been chosen as the fifth and sixth grade 319 students(160 male; 159 female) from four different elementary schools in Seoul, Korea. In terms of the teaching method and management of students, the results show that they agree with controlled participation in class and appreciate teachers ability such as explanation, skill demonstration, knowledge, evaluation, maintaining order and participating class. However, there were no statistical difference male and female except for teacher's explanation. This study clearly indicates that the students want more affirmative and cooperative class environment and they expect to be evaluated not only by skill itself, but also by class participation and activity in their physical education class. The cognition and preference toward the class between male and female students did not show any difference in this study. After all, Teachers need to have more understanding, more compassion and more sensitivity towards their elementary students for interesting, effective and affirmative class.

In this research, based on the CBAM model, there is a research purpose to measure the degree of interest of the physical education teacher ahead of execution of the revised educational curriculum 2015 and to analyze the difference in degree of interest by teacher's background variation. For this reason, we conducted an an- nental survey of 200 physical education teachers in K-area middle school, high schools and analyzed the results. The conclusion of this research is as follows. Firstly, as a whole, the attention to the revised education curriculum has been very high in view, as a result, the physical education teacher at the middle / high school, 2015 about the influence and the result that the revised curriculum gives to the student in the physical education class Although the interest is very high, a systematic approach will be necessary for training and utilization schemes so that 2015 the revised educational curriculum can be executed appropriately. Secondly, since the interest in the revised educational curriculum by the whole number of classes 2015 is different, we need to develop and give a training program for revised curriculum 2015 customization by class number 2015. Training that departs from the one-way set form of transmission training and distribution method of materials depending on the class number may be different. Thirdly, in order to stabilize the revised educational curriculum 2015, it is necessary to develop a course example program corresponding to the level of interest of the physical education teacher.
The purpose of this study is preparing for the expansion of water leisure sports in accordance with the marina port building project, enforcement of Reservoir Development Special Act and the revision of Water Leisure Sports Safety Act by government. For the purpose, this study investigated the status of physical education class as a cultural study in universities, collected/analyzed the related literatures to analyze the role of physical education class and analyzed the curriculum of university physical education as a cultural study being taught at 17 national and public universities in nationwide 12 areas. The purpose of this study was to suggest qualitative improvement through various student-centered curriculum's teaching experiences focusing on physical education. For this, class diaries, memos, lesson plans, student reviews, and videos for the past four years (2017-2020) were collected and analyzed from four high schools in kyonggi-do, and six students were interviewed. The common features between each student-centered curriculum were to have many students with the purpose of entrance examination and with concern about time conflicts between class and their dinner. In contrast, the differences between each student-centered curriculum were the required level of writing lesson plan, the level of interest and role of a class supervisor, and educational expected effect of students under a given condition. In summary, pre-education experience should be required and class activity support and various evaluation methods should be also needed.
This study examined adolescent male and female students' attitudes toward physical education (PE) from the Philippines and South Korea. Participants were 451 middle school students from the Philippines and South Korea. The Physical Education Attitude Scale (PEAS) was used to measure students' PE attitudes. Overall, students had moderately positive attitudes toward PE. PE attitudes of Korean boys were more positive compared with Filipino boys, while the reverse was found for Korean females and their Filipino counterparts. Based on the different aspects of PE, Filipino girls were more motivated to participate in PE activities and more satisfied with their PE class than Korean girls. Korean boys were highly satisfied, more comfortable, and less anxious during PE compared with Filipino boys. Finally, Filipino boys had less positive view towards their PE teacher than Korean boys. This study shows adolescent students' attitudes toward PE were generally positive, complex, and affected by sex and nationality. It also provides additional knowledge on comparative international research on cross-cultural PE attitudes.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide basic data on physical activity management plans for different developmental levels in infants. This study analyses the difference between support requests and the professional practical of evaluations, content selection, and physical activity management plans displayed by teachers of one and two-year-old infants. Methods: The subjects of the study were 221 teachers from child care centers throughout J-do to whom a questionnaire containing 51 questions was distributed. Collected data was verified with a chi-squared test and an independent samples t-test. Results: First, among variables of professional practical of physical activities, some factors including class size, class planners and leaders, the number of outdoor classes per week and requisite time, parts of related education plans, parts of content selection for physical activities, and parts of the evaluation of physical activities showed significant differences depending on the class. Second, among variables of support requests when implementing physical activities, some factors including methods of preparing physical activity plans, teaching -learning methods, evaluation methods, body expression activity programs, and parts of physical exercise in the standardized child care curriculum of refresher and extension courses showed significant differences depending on the class. In the era of the 4th industrial revolution and convergence, various discussions and studies have been conducted to develop future social talents, and through this, the need for creative convergence talents is increasing. In line with the change to a software-oriented society, countries around the world are trying to strengthen SW education, but high school students' awareness of the necessity of information subject and SW education that is the center of convergence is insufficient. Therefore, opportunities for convergence of the information subject and various fields should be provided. In this study, information education was converged to the science exploration experiment subject to construct an educational program that can develop creative convergence, and a convergence class using physical computing were applied to high school students for 9 hours. As a result of the experiment, the recognition of SW education of the experimental group was improved, and it was confirmed that the learner's convergence literacy of the experimental group was statistically different from that of the control group that conducted the general science experiment class.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of 8 weeks after school classes of track sports on students' start motion through kinematic variables. 30 students in D National university of education participated for this study. These students divided into two groups, 17 students for experimental group and 13 students for control group. The two groups participated in general athletic class as common class, and the experimental group participated in after school class additionally. The general class taught track and jump skill for 3 hours a week, and the after school class taught only athletic running skill for 30 minutes a week. Pre and post test assessed to assess students' kinematic changes. Findings indicated that velocity and step rate were increased, and contact time, step length, displacement of center of mass were decreased in the experimental group. In the control group, early velocity, knee/hip angle velocity were increased, and contact time, step length, displacement of center of mass were decreased. In conclusion, the students who only participated in general class, could not maintain athletic skills obtained from the class. However, students who participated in both general and after school class accomplish athletic start skill. This is because Continuous learning effect helped students keep the skill and did not lose the skill. Thus, in order for students to learn specific sport skills, joining after school class with general class together is recommended.
