공동주택 마감공사의 하자유형별 분석 및 위험성 평가 방법에 관한 연구 (An Examination of a Risk Assessment Method and Analysis of Defect Types of Apartment Finishing Works)

  • 최근 공동주택의 주거 비율이 높아짐에 따라 이에 따른 하자분쟁이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이러한 하자들 중에서도 마감공사는 발생빈도가 가장 높으며 이를 보수하기 위한 막대한 비용이 발생한다. 그러므로 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 하자 발생빈도 및 보수비용을 활용한 하자위험도를 미리 도출하여 하자순위별로 사전에 예방할 수 있는 관리기법의 개발이 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 공동주택 마감공사의 하자유형별 분석 및 위험성 평가 방법을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해, 최근 준공된 마감공사 하자사례를 조사하여 하자위험 우선순위를 도출하고 하자관리를 위한 위험성 평가방법을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 공동주택 마감공사의 품질향상을 위한 관리제도 개선의 근거자료로 활용될 것이다.

암센터 의료시설의 설계변경과 하자보수의 감소를 위한 중점 관리공사 분석 (A Priority and Impact Factor Analysis of Construction Management Tasks for Decreasing Change Orders and Defect Repairs in Cancer Treatment Center Projects)

  • 의료시설은 일반건축물 보다 공사의 복잡성이 높고, 정부규제가 엄격하여 공사 단계에서의 설계변경과 하자보수들이 많이 발생한다. 본 연구에서는 의료시설의 중점 관리공사와 요인들을 도출하고 분석하여, 설계단계와 공사단계에서 관리가 잘 되지 않는 공사들을 분석하였다. 그리고 2013년 현재 진행되고 있는 의료시설 공사 관리자들의 인식을 조사하여, 개선 가능성이 큰 공사를 도출하였다. 먼저, 중점 관리요인들을 건축과 설비, 그리고 전기의 세 분야로 분류하여 도출하였다. 다음으로, 1) 공사 진행단계에서 설계변경이 많이 발생하고, 2) 하자보수들이 많이 발생하고 소요비용이 큰 중점 관리공사와 요인들을 분석하였다. 마지막으로, 진행 중인 의료시설 공사 관리자들이 중요하게 생각하지 않는 공사를 조사하였다. 설계변경과 하자보수가 많지만, 중요하게 생각하고 있지 않다면 개선 가능성이 클 것이기 때문이다. 설계단계에서는 마감공사, 벽체공사, 창호공사, 사무 자동화 및 통신기능 공사, 조명공사, 그리고 공사 관리단계에서는 폐기물 공사, 사무자동화 통신기능, 창호공사, 오염관리, 배관공사로 분석되었다. 본 연구의 결과인 설계변경과 하자보수가 많은 공사, 그리고 개선 가능성이 큰 공사의 관리를 실시 설계단계와 공사 관리단계에서부터 집중 관리하여야 할 것이다.

Time Delay Focusing of Ultrasonic Array Transducers on a Defect Using the Concept of a Time Reversal Process

  • In an application of a time reversal(TR) focusing of array transducer on a defect inside the test material, we employ a new time delay focusing technique based the TR process. In order to realize this idea, a multi-channel ultrasonic system is constructed capable of applying necessary time delays to each channel. The TR-based focusing procedure first measures the backscattered signals after firing one of the array elements. A phase slope method is then used to determine the time-of-flights of the backscattered signals received by all elements of the array. These time delays are used to adjust the time of excitation of the elements for transmission focusing on the defect. In addition to the TR focusing, the classical phased array focusing is also considered for comparison. Experimental results show that the TR-based time delay focusing produces much stronger backscattered signals than the phased array focusing, demonstrating the enhanced capability of the TR focusing.

과전류탐상법(過電流探傷法)에 의한 Sludge Pile속의 결함검출(缺陷檢出) (The Detection of the Steam Generator Tubing Defects in the Sludge Piles by the Eddy Current Testing)

  • In the in-service inspections for the steam generator tubing of the nuclear power plants by the Eddy Current Testing, the ECT signals are evaluated by their phase. If oxidized copper sludge is piled up in the secondary side, however, big sludge signals occur in large quantities which originate from copper layers forming in the sludge piles due to the pitting mechanism of the steam generator tubing by $Cu^{2+}$, and modulate the defect signals, causing the difficulty in the defect detection. In this research, sludge specimens were prepared considering the formations of the sludge signal sources and multi-frequency ECT mixing experiments by different choices of the mixing standards were performed. The results were found to be 5 to 30% of the tube wall thickness over-estimated. Experiments using the ring-type mixing standards showed the least errors of all, while those with the mixing standards nearing the sludge conditions brought larger errors as a result of the influence of the interference between the defect and the copper layers.

  • 소프트웨어 개발 시, 생명주기의 프로세스 개선에 저해 요인이 되는 결함이 다수 존재한다. 생명주기의 저해 요인을 제거하고 동시에 체계적으로 이를 관리하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 위험요소의 관리방안을 제안한다. 유사한 프로젝트를 수행 시 영역 전문가의 지식을 활용한 결함요소의 상태전이를 관리하여 발생되는 문제점을 예측, 대비할 수 있게 하여, 소프트웨어 프로세스를 개선할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 개발시 발생하는 위험요소 관리에 대한 결함의 전이를 찾아내고, 예방 및 원인을 식별하고자 한다. 또한 이를 정량화 하여 전이단계를 제시한다.

  • As the number of defects in apartments has increased recently, lawsuits and disputes related to defects have also increased. As a result, the loss of time and money is enormous. Therefore, fundamental measures are needed to reduce the occurrence of defects. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose a plan to reduce defects, focusing on window construction. To this end, existing studies were reviewed, and data from domestic construction companies were collected and classified to organize the types of defects. Based on the classified data, eight types with a high incidence of window glass were analyzed according to the time of occurrence, and the cause and causal relationship of the defect were schematized. It aims to identify the degree of possibility of recurrence of defects for each of the eight defect types for experts and derive key management elements using the RII method. Therefore, the goal is to select key management elements of window construction that actively reflect the characteristics of the construction stage.

  • The thermal over-current relay or electronic motor protection relay is mostly used as the open-phase detection device of the three-phase motor or load. When the over-current or overheat of electric line is generated, it detects and operates circuit breaker, but there is the defect that the sensing speed is slow, the operation can be sometimes failed, and the precision is decreased. In order to improve these problems, this paper is proposed a new control circuit topology for open-phase protection using semiconductor devices. Therefore, the proposed open-phase protection device enhances the sensing speed and precision, and has the advantage of simple fitting in the three-phase motor control panel in the field, as it manufactures into small size and light weight.

Al-Cu-Mg 합금에 있어서의 2차 결함조직 (The Secondary Defect Structure in Al-Cu-Mg Alloy)

  • The interrelation of secondary defects, intermediate S' phase and aging condition in Al-2.0 wt% Cu-1.1 wt% Mg alloy is studied by transmission electron microscope. The results obtained in this study are as follows. 1. High density of dislocation loops, helices and stacking faults are observed in this specimen with aging treatment. 2. The number of dislocation loops and the width of loop free zone (LFZ) are increased with aging time. 3. The intermediate S' phase precipitates and grows on the dislocations and secondary defects. 4. The misfit dislocations are formed around intermediate S' phase. 5. It is thought that the helices appear to be produced by the climb of screw dislocations, while the dislocation loops appear to be formed both by condensation of vacancies into collapsed discs and by interaction of helices with screw of opposite sign.

  • We have studied the Polymer Stabilized Continuous Director Rotation (PSCDR) mode to solve the thermal shock problem which is core and main problem in CDR mode. The cell filled 95wt. % R2301 FLC and 5wt. % UCL-001 polymer is applied a low DC voltage only near the phase transition temperature from cholesteric to chiral smectic C phase transition to get defect-free alignment. In the previous work, we also confirmed layer deformation induced by an applied DC field only near the phase transition temperature from Ch to $SmC^{\ast}$. Results of layer structure, and characteristics of electro-optical properties between CDR and PSCDR mode will be discussed in this paper. We are also in progress to finalize the layer structures compared between CDR and PSCDR mode by x-ray measurements.

  • The ratio of optimized concentration on optical characteristics for phase-separated composite organic films (PSCOF) liquid crystal display is 30% of pre-polymer (NOA65) and 70% of ferroelectric liquid crystal (Felix). The layer structure in ferroelectric liquid crystal cell made by 30% NOA65 and 70% Felix materials is tilt-bookshelf layer structure. The angle of tilt-bookshelf structure are 17$^{\circ}$, 12$^{\circ}$ which are almost same of tilt angle of ferroelectric liquid crystal in Sm $C^{\ast}$ phase. We know that this result is from compensating the layer buckling. In this paper, we will discuss the effect of layer structure in PSCOF cell on ratio of concentration between pre-polymer and liquid crystal by x-ray measurements. We believe that technology of PSCOF is a good solution to solve the problems of align-defect and mechanical shock for future TV application and plastic LCD.
