균형성과표를 활용한 전자의무기록시스템의 성과측정 모형개발 (Development of the Performance Measurement Model of Electronic Medical Record System - Focused on Balanced Score Card -)

  • The purpose of this study are suggest to performance measurement model of Electronic Medical Record(EMR) and Key Performance Index(KPI). For data collection, 665 questionnaires were distributed to medical record administrators and insurance reviewers at 31 hospitals, and 580 questionnaires were collected(collection rate: 87.2%). Regarding methodology, Critical Success Factor(CSF) and index of the information system were derived based on previous studies, and these were set as performance measurement factors of EMR system. The performance measurement factors were constructed by perspective using BSC, and analysis on causal relationship between factors was conducted. A model of causal relationship was established, and performance measurement model of EMR system was proposed through model validation. Analysis on causal relationship between performance management factors revealed that utility cognition of the learning & growth perspective factor had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.20$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.66$) of the internal process perspective factors, and security had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.31$) of the customer perspective factor. System quality had causal relationship with job efficiency(${\beta}=0.66$) and decision support(${\beta}=0.76$) of the internal process perspective factors, all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). Job efficiency of the internal process perspective had causal relationship with system satisfaction(${\beta}=0.43$), and decision support had causal relationship with decision support satisfaction(${\beta}=0.91$) and job satisfaction (${\beta}=0.74$), all of which were statistically significant(P<0.01). System satisfaction of the customer perspective had causal relationship with job satisfaction(${\beta}=0.12$), job satisfaction had causal relationship with cost reduction(${\beta}=0.53$) of the financial perspective, and decision support satisfaction had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.40$)of the financial perspective(P<0.01). Also, cost reduction of the financial perspective had causal relationship with productivity improvement(${\beta}=0.37$), all which were statistically significant(P<0.05). Suitability index verification of the performance measurement model whose causal relationship was found to be statistically significant revealed that $X^2/df=2.875$, RMR=0.036, GFI=0.831, AGFI=0.810, CFI=0.887, NFI=0.838, IFI=0.888, RMSEA=0.057, PNFI=0.781, and PCFI=0.827, all of which were in suitable levels. In conclusion, the performance measurement indices of EMR system include utility cognition, security, and system quality of the learning & growth perspective, decision support and job efficiency of the internal process perspective, system satisfaction, decision support satisfaction, and job satisfaction of the customer perspective, and productivity improvement and cost reduction of the financial perspective. In this study, it is expected that the performance measurement indices and model of EMR system which are suggested by the author, will be a measurement tool available for system performance measurement of EMR system in medical institutions.

BSC프레임워크 기반 ERP시스템의 재무 성과 영향요인: 전략적 연계성의 상호작용효과와 고객 및 비즈니스 프로세스 관점의 매개 효과 (Factors Affecting Financial Performance of ERP System Based on BSC Framework: The Moderate Effect of Strategic Alignment and the Mediating Effect of Customer and Business Process Perspectives)

  • Purpose Recently, many organizations are actively adopting enterprise architecture (EA) as a methodology to manage IT assets and build IT-based business system. This study intended to empirically examine how the role of EA operating unit and utilization capability of organizational members impact on system performance at the post-adoption stage. A balanced score card (BSC) is being used as a framework for a company's key performance indicator (KPI). Design/methodology/approach This study tried to investigate the causal relationship between the four perspectives of the balanced scorecard as an influencing factor of the introduction of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) on the financial value. In particular, the mediating effect between the customer's point of view and the business process point of view was investigated between the learning growth point of view and the financial point of view, and the interaction effect (regulating effect) of strategic linkage in the system introduction process was investigated. Findings The results of the study were first, that the organizational learning and growth perspective had a positive effect on the customer perspective, business process, and financial perspective. In addition, the customer perspective and the process perspective also had a positive influence on the financial perspective. Second, between the learning growth and financial perspectives, the customer perspective and the process perspective showed a partial mediating effect. Third, as for strategic linkage, the interaction effect between the customer perspective, the learning growth perspective, and the process perspective and the financial perspective was not significant. The results of this study are expected to provide a framework for performance evaluation to organizations that have introduced ERP systems.

  • A performance measurement system for safety management was suggested with which performance of a company's safety activities can be expressed rationally, and analysis of impact with performance improvement. A key of the measurement system is performance index of the safety management activities, which consists of 3 perspectives; an external perspective, an internal perspective, and a innovation & learning perspective. Every perspective consists of 18 performance indices and each indices consist of activity unit a such planning, support, implementation, evaluation and review.

원근 왜곡 보정의 실시간 구현 방법 (Realtime Implementation Method for Perspective Distortion Correction)

  • When the planar area is captured by the depth camera, the shape of the plane in the captured image has perspective projection distortion according to the position of the camera. We can correct the distorted image by the depth information in the plane in the captured area. Previous depth information based perspective distortion correction methods fail to satisfy the real-time property due to a large amount of computation. In this paper, we propose the method of applying the conversion table selectively by measuring the motion of the plane and performing the correction process by parallel processing for correcting perspective projection distortion. By appling the proposed method, the system for correcting perspective projection distortion correct the distorted image, whose resolution is 640x480, as 22.52ms per frame, so the proposed system satisfies the real-time property.

스마트워크 환경하의 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Influencing Factors of Smart-Work Performance)

  • This study derived research model about the influencing factors of the successful performance of smart work. Research model is composed of four perspectives: technology perspective like system quality and usage level of information technology, interaction perspective like innovational climate, institutional perspective like personnel evaluation, and individual perspective like self-control. This study collected 155 survey data from K public company and M global software company. As a result of data analysis, all of four perspectives influenced smart work performance. Technology perspective had the strongest effect on smart work performance, the second was institution perspective, the third was interaction perspective, and the last was individual perspective. In conclusion, smart work is not an IT project. We have to reconsider the thinking that just only the introduction of cutting-edge IT increases business performance. Smart work project should be pursued in harmony with institution and climate in the organizational perspective and self-control in the personal perspective. Also, to maximize business performance in smart work environment, organizations should strengthen the positive factors and overcome the negative factors.

경량화된 임베디드 시스템에서 역 원근 변환 및 머신 러닝 기반 차선 검출 (Lane Detection Based on Inverse Perspective Transformation and Machine Learning in Lightweight Embedded System)

  • This paper proposes a novel lane detection algorithm based on inverse perspective transformation and machine learning in lightweight embedded system. The inverse perspective transformation method is presented for obtaining a bird's-eye view of the scene from a perspective image to remove perspective effects. This method requires only the internal and external parameters of the camera without a homography matrix with 8 degrees of freedom (DoF) that maps the points in one image to the corresponding points in the other image. To improve the accuracy and speed of lane detection in complex road environments, machine learning algorithm that has passed the first classifier is used. Before using machine learning, we apply a meaningful first classifier to the lane detection to improve the detection speed. The first classifier is applied in the bird's-eye view image to determine lane regions. A lane region passed the first classifier is detected more accurately through machine learning. The system has been tested through the driving video of the vehicle in embedded system. The experimental results show that the proposed method works well in various road environments and meet the real-time requirements. As a result, its lane detection speed is about 3.85 times faster than edge-based lane detection, and its detection accuracy is better than edge-based lane detection.

  • Perspective dynamical systems arise in machine vision, in which only perspective observation is available, and the essential problem is to estimate the state and /or unknown parameters for a moving rigid body based on the observed information. This paper proposes and studies a Luenberger-type observer for perspective tim e-varying linear systems. In particular, assuming a given perspective time-varying linear system to be Lyapunov stable and to satisfy some sort of observability condition, it is shown that the estimation error converges exponentially to zero. Finally, a simple numerical exam pie is presented to illustrate the result obtained.

국회도서관 전자도서관시스템에 대한 이용자의 기대와 만족에 대한 연구 (A Study of User′s Perspective and Satisfaction in National Assembly Library Electronic Library System)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 원문정보를 데이터베이스로 구축하여 이용자에게 제공하는 국회도서관의 전자도서관시스템에 대한 이용자들의 기대와 만족을 살펴보고, 이용자들의 기대와 만족에서 얼마나 차이를 나타내는가를 분석하고자 한 것이다. 설문지를 분석한 결과에 의하면 정보의 양, 정보의 최신성, 정보의 질, 분류의 체계성, 정보의 일관성, 정보의 정확성은 전체 기대수준의 평균보다 높게 나타나고, 응답의 속도 정보의 질, 정보의 일관성, 검색의 편리성, 정보의 양, 정보의 정확성은 전체 만족수준의 평균보다 높게 나타나고 있다. 분석대상요인 전체에서 정보의 최신성, 정보의 양, 정보의 다양성, 분류의 체계성, 정보의 정확성은 기대와 만족의 차이가 높은 편으로 나타나고 있다.

중소기업의 BSC를 통한 전략체계 구축 사례연구 (A Case Study on the Establishment of a Strategy System through the BSC of SMEs)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중소기업이 실질적으로 적용할 수 있는 BSC 구축을 위한 실무 가이드를 제공하는 것이며, 이를 위해 사례분석으로 텐트 폴대 제조회사인 J사의 현장요구형 균형성과표(BSC)를 통한 성과평가시스템를 구축하고 경영전략체계도를 제공하고자 하였다. 조사방법으로 1단계 BSC관련 제안요구서 비교를 통해 발주기관의 요구사항을 정리하였으며, 2단계 결과보고서 정리를 통해 BSC 구축방법을 정리하고, 3단계 BSC 4가지 관점별 중소기업 요구형 KPI 지표를 도출하고, 4단계 SWOT 분석을 통한 기업비전을 도출하고, 5단계 현장 요구형 KPI, 가중치 설정, BSC를 통한 전략맵 개발, 6단계 최종 전략체계도 작성하였다. 연구결과 BSC 4가지 관점을 부서별로 재구성하였다. 즉 재원(재무)관점은 임원관점, 고객관점은 영업부관점, 내부프로세스 관점은 설계부·생산품질부 관점, 학습·혁신관점은 관리부관점으로 간주할 수 있었다. 또한 J기업의 요구형 CSF는 총11개, KPI는 총49개 도출하였다. 연구의 한계는 해당 기업의 BSC를 통한 최종 전략체계도 까지만 진행되었으며, 향후 회사의 보상제도와 연계할 필요가 있다.

팔라디오 건축의 씨노그래피적 공간과 투시도적 공간에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Scenographic and Perspective Space in the Palladio's Architecture)

  • The renaissance architects had considered perspective system as accurate tool for the visual representation, but Palladio did not agree with this belief and demonstrated that it is a system based on optical illusionism. On the base of this faith, he created another optical illusion system can be called 'scenographic space'. But the remainder of his works reveals many perspective installations mobilized as well as it. In this context, this study aimed to analyze the meaning and usage of these two space composition systems in the Palladio's architecture. For the purpose of it, a preliminary study examine the background of his idea and make a comparative analysis between the two systems, and then finally analyze the concrete works in compliance with the building types. And then, this study comes to the following conclusion. The scenographic space create the cognition of discontinuity which was produced by the perceptual mask perpendicular to the subject's eye. In opposition to it, the perspective techniques join the space between the subject and his outer world. In result, the viewer lost or attach his attention on the connection between the real and the virtual, the secular and the divine, and the inside and the outside. Palladio applied these two illusion systems to all types of his architecture. By means of it, he could achieve the desire of his patrons and reconstruct the classical architecture of the late renaissance age.
