Roll and pitching motions of a vessel can seriously degrade the performance of mechanical systems and the effectiveness of personnel. Many studies on roll stabilization and trimming control system design have focused on stabilizing the vessel through the use of fins, tanks, rudders and flaps. However the ultimate objective of such approaches must be to improve boarding sensitivity. This paper presents an anti-seasickness bed that consists of a rotator and bearing system that does not make use of electric power. The advantages of this system are its simple construction, usefulness, and safe operation. In this study, the rotation angles of the upper plate of a bed according to change weight of the rotator have been calculated to determine the stability. As a result, it can be concluded that proposed stabilizing bed can be of practical use in the field.

As many universities introduce e-Learning classes as formal courses, numerous research topics relating to c-Learning such as, defining e-Learning, identifying factors affecting successful e-Learning deployment and examining relationships between the factors in e-Learning classes need to be focused on. However, most researches thai have been undertaken only consider the positive side or right functional dimension. This can result in e-Learning dissemination at universities being overlooked. In accordance with this indispensability, the negative factors, which are potentially inherent in e-Learning learner's perception and affect personnel e-Learning acceptance in university classes need 10 be acknowledged. The purpose of this study was to identify the negative factors affecting personnel e-Learning acceptance and to analyze the interrelation among the factors in this research model. The two independent variables avoidable convenience and reliant convenience, based on pilot test results, and self-efficacy and perceived playfulness, based on the relevant literature, are used to examine the research model. The research problem was tested with data collected from 446 respondents in 12 universities. This study developed and empirically analyzed a model representing the relationship by using the Structural Equation Model. The major findings of this study are, firstly, that the higher reliant convenience is negatively affecting the degree of system use and learner satisfaction, whereas avoidable convenience is only affecting the learner satisfaction. Secondly, the higher self-efficacy and stronger perceived playfulness affects the degree of system use as well as learner satisfaction. Finally, the degree of system use affects the learner satisfaction.

The medical profession has the problem of lack of bioethics, due to the expansion of capitalism and mannerism after modernization. Therefore, the need of education of bioethics is increasing, however, the cramming system of education is insufficient for promoting personal morals. So the author studied ancient and present bioethics and searched for the cause of current bioethics absence and the method of overcoming it. Especially, studying the vocational features of oriental medical doctor as profession and the problems of education of bioethics in oriental medical college, the author searched for the directions of educations of bioethics. The conclusions are as follows. The current medical profession have ethical problems because of social moral hazard, evils of capitalism, change of doctor-patient relationship due to expansion of consumerism, limitation of autonomy due to commercialize of hospitals, decrease of knowledge monopolism of professionals, moral indifference and frailty, and a missdeed preference. The education of bioethics needs "Rest's 4 components" but the current education of bioethics in oriental medicine college lacks of time and is composed of the cramming system of education. So it needs various types of education system. Morals are subjective and discretionary personal character. Therefore, informational education is insufficient for enhancing morals and complex education for various personal attainments (various social indirect experience, philosophical speculation, mental serenity) is needed. It has to be done on the basis of educational method by experience not lecture, long term expectation, and basic understanding of bioethics.

본 연구에서는 일선 초 중등학교에서 활용되고 있는 교육정보 관리시스템의 운영 실태를 파악하고 그 활용의 효과성에 대한 교직원들의 견해를 조사하였다. 특히, 새롭게 도입하려다가 많은 반대에 부딪혀 시행을 보류하고 있는 NEIS의 도입 가능성과 문제점에 대한 의식 실태를 중점적으로 조사하였다. 조사 방법은 설문지를 이용하였으며, 표집 대상을 시내 소재 학교와 시외 소재 학교, NEIS 시범 운영 학교와 비시범 운영학교로 구분하여 표집 하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 각 항목별로 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였고 항목들간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 X$^2$검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구는 지금까지 도입되고 있는 교육정보 관리시스템의 운영 실태, 활용 효과, 문제점 등을 파악하고 개선점을 제언함으로써 향후 교육정보 관리시스템 운영에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

현대사회의 정보화 기반 시스템은 매우 빠른 속도로 변하고 있으며, 무선통신과 센서 네트워크 분야 또한 변하고 있다. 센서 네트워크 분야에서는 RFID 태그를 이용하여 홈 네트워크, 각종 제어시스템, U-헬스케어 시스템과 물류 유통에 까지 그 영역을 확장하고 있다. 이중 RF태그를 이용한 제어 분야에 대한 연구는 본격적인 서비스 인프라를 지향하기 위해 진행되고 있으며, 각종 이력 정보와 주변 환경 정보를 센싱하고 제어하는 지능형 센서네트워크 구축을 위한 핵심 영역이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취지의 한 기반으로 RFID 기술을 선박에 적용하여 선박 내 인원의 출입의 통제시키고 안전사고 방지를 위한 선박 내 보안과 안전을 위한 인원 관리시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the data on the medical personnel education system and license scheme and provide the basic material for an enhanced qualification system. In China, dental education reform has been underway with a view to providing an inclusive basic medical service package to the whole country by 2020. It is also estimated that the number of Korean dental medicine students in China would be fewer. And most of them desire to get a job in China after acquiring the Chinese license, suggesting little prospect of a massive inflow into Korea in the near future. In Japan, students are required to complete a clinical training program for over 1 year after receiving licenses to become an independent practitioner. But they can apply for the Korean preliminary examination without this post-graduation process. For this reason, the quality issue in license effectiveness review has been seriously discussed. It is deemed desirable to limit the Korean accreditation to Japanese graduates from the dental schools certified by the Japanese dental accreditation body.

Bio Clean Room(BCR) and pharmaceutical product manufacturing facilities require careful assessment of many factors, including HVAC, controls, room finishes, process equipment, room operations, and utilities. Flow of equipment, personnel, and product must also be considered along with system flexibility, redundancy, and maintenance shutdown strategies. It is important to involve designers, operators, commissioning staff, quality control, maintenance, constructors, validation personnel, and the production representative during the conceptual stage of design. Critical variables for room environment and types of controls vary greatly with the clean space's intended purpose. It is particularly important to determine critical parameters with quality assurance to set limits and safety factors for temperature, humidity, room pressure, and other control requirements. In this paper, oxygen cluster ion equipment was utilized in order to enhance the indoor air quality and to prevent the airborne infection of ward in hospital. Moreover, the performance test of the equipment was also performed in order to develop the optimal sterilization system of BCR using the equipment.

현대사회의 정보화 기반 시스템은 매우 빠른 속도로 변하고 있으며, 무선통신과 센서 네트워크 분야 또한 변하고 있다. 센서 네트워크 분야에서는 RFID 태그를 이용하여 홈 네트워크, 각종 제어 시스템, U-헬스케어 시스템과 물류 유통에까지 그 영역을 확장하고 있다. 이 중 RF태그를 이용한 제어 분야에 대한 연구는 본격적인 서비스 인프라를 지향하기 위해 진행되고 있으며, 각종 이력 정보와 주변 환경 정보를 센싱하고 제어하는 지능형 센서네트워크 구축을 위한 핵심 영역이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 취지의한 기반으로 UHF 대역의 RFID 태그 기술을 선박에 적용하여 선박 내 인원에 대한 관리의 효율성을 높이기 위한 선행 연구로서 선박 내에서의 태그의 안전성 확보와 구현한 프로세서의 동작을 확인하고 이를 이용한 출입의 통제 및 안전사고 방지를 위한 선박 내 위한 인원 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다.

군장병의 일과 후 병 휴대전화 사용을 전면 허용함에 따라 휴대전화 개통시 통신사에서 개인정보 직접 수집을 최소화 하여 군장병의 개인정보 안정성 확보가 필요한 시점이다. 국방부는 일과 후 군장병의 휴대전화 사용을 도입하기에 앞서 사이버 불법도박, 게임중독, 음란물 시청 등 일부 역기능에 대한 우려 및 보안사고 예방을 위해 휴대전화 촬영기능을 차단하는 등의 보안통제 체계를 구축해 왔다. 이동통신사는 통신대리점에 휴대전화 개통 등 개인정보 처리업무를 위탁하고 개인정보 보호조치 실태점검 등 관리감독을 수행하지만 통신대리점에서 위탁업무 목적외로 개인정보의 수집하는 행위가 발견되고 있다. 군장병이 휴대전화를 개통할 경우 개인정보 이동권을 활용하여 개인정보관리 전문기관을 신설하고 개인정보관리 전문기관에 군장병의 개인정보 전송을 요구하는 체계를 제시한다.

고화질 블랙박스의 확산과 '스마트 국민제보', '안전신문고' 등 모바일 애플리케이션의 도입에 따른 영향으로 교통법규 위반 공익신고가 급증하였으며, 이로 인해 이를 처리할 담당 경찰 인력은 부족한 상황이 되었다. 본 논문에서는 교통법규 위반 공익신고 영상 중, 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는 차선위반에 대해 딥러닝 알고리즘을 활용하여 자동 검출할 수 있는 시스템의 개발내용에 관해 기술한다. 본 연구에서는 YOLO 모델과 Lanenet 모델을 사용하여 차량과 실선 객체를 인식하고 deep sort 알고리즘을 사용하여 객체를 개별로 추적하는 방법, 그리고 차량 객체의 바운딩 박스와 실선 객체의 범위가 겹치는 부분을 인식하여 진로변경 위반을 검출하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 시스템을 통해 신고된 영상에 대해 교통법규 위반 여부를 자동 분석해줌으로써 담당 경찰 인력 부족난을 해소할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
