박물관 맥락에서의 로봇성격 설정의 중요성 연구 (The Importance of Robot Personality in a Museum Context)

  • 본 연구는 사람과 로봇의 인터랙션을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 영화 속에서 등장하는 로봇과는 달리 실생활에서 만나는 로봇에는 특정한 성격이 존재하지 않는다. 본 연구는 다른 맥락을 가지고 있는 공간에서 로봇의 성격을 어떤 식으로 매치하는 것이 효과적인가에 대해 논의하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 외향성, 내향성이라는 두 가지 성격의 유형을 구분하고 선행연구에 기반하여 전통적인 형태의 박물관, 과정 중심적인 박물관 유형 조건으로 피험자간 설계를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 피험자들은 로봇의 성격만 보았을 때 체험요소에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못한 것으로 나타났다. 반면 다른 맥락의 장소 조건에서는 사회 정체감 요소에서 유의미한 결과를 보였다. 또한 모든 조건에서의 인터랙션 효과는 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 흥미로운 사실은 사용자가 가장 선호하는 조건은 외향적 성격의 로봇과 과정 중심적인 박물관 유형이며, 사용자가 가장 선호하지 않는 조건은 외향적 성격의 로봇과 전통적 유형의 박물관이었다. 이러한 결과의 함의에 대해서는 본문에서 논의하고 있다. 통계 분석은 JMP 9을 사용하여 리서치 모델 및 가설을 검증 하였다.

주도적 성격과 지식 공유행위, 직무 특성, 그리고 조직의 인정 간 관계에 관한 연구: 비싼 신호보내기 이론을 중심으로 (Proactive Personality, Knowledge Sharing Behavior, Job Characteristics, and Organizational Recognition: An Application of Costly Signaling Theory)

  • 본 논문은 비싼 신호보내기 이론과 자기향상동기를 중심으로 주도적 성격과 지식 공유 행위 간 관계, 그리고 더 나아가 조직의 인정 간 관계를 검증하였다. 개인의 성격적 특질에 더하여, 상황적 요인으로 직무 특성을 고려하였는데, 본 논문에서는 직무 복잡성과 다양성이 주도적 성격과 지식 공유 행위, 조직 인정 간 정(+)의 관계를 조절할 것이라는 조절된 매개모형을 제안하였다. 한국 기업들을 대상으로 상사-부하 쌍(dyad) 설문을 실시하여 총 166쌍의 응답을 실증 분석한 결과, 예측한대로 주도적 성격을 가진 구성원일수록 지식 공유 행위를 보다 많이 보이는 것으로 나타났으며, 이러한 지식 공유 행위는 조직 내 상사가 평가한 조직 인정을 궁극적으로 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 뿐만 아니라, 직무 복잡성과 다양성이 높을 때가 낮을 때보다 지식 공유 행위에 의해 매개된 주도적 성격과 조직 인정 간 정(+)의 관계를 보다 강화하는 것으로 나타나 예측한대로 조절변수 관련 가설들도 지지되었다. 이러한 결과들은 조직 공유의 동기가 무엇이고, 이를 활성화시키는 경계조건들이 무엇인지를 밝힘으로써 지식경영 분야에 이론적 실무적 함의를 제공한다고 할 수 있다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of organizational culture, personality Traits, work addiction and workplace family conflict on the life satisfaction of Korean Air crew. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis The sample used for the empirical analysis is a total of 578 questionnaires. Results: Empirical analysis summarized next. Organizational culture and personality characteristics have some effects on work poisoning. However, the compulsion of work driven does not affect work-family conflict, Family-Work Conflict does not affect Life Satisfaction. Conclusion: This paper has a contribution in that it extends the range of the academic research concerning Workaholic. Also this paper provides implications on effective human resource management method suitable for airline industry.

Employee Resistance in the Context of Information Systems Implementation : An Organizational Support Perspective

  • When implementing a new information system, the success has been infrequent even though implementing a new IS can bring about various benefits to organizations. Employee resistance has been identified as a critical reason for such failure of implementing and operating a new IS. The vital role of orgazniational support with employee personality traits (e.g., tolerance for ambiguity and openness to expeirence) to reduce employee resistance has been missing when explaining to the failure of impleneting a new IS. The purpose of this study was to test a research model regarding employee resistnace, investigating the relationship bewteen organizational support and employee personality traits in that how organizational support influences employee resistance and also how employee personality traits (e.g., tolerance for ambiguity and openness to expeirence) interact with organizational support to decrease employee resistance the most. The results of this study supported our hypotheses and theoretical and practical implications are discussed.

공과대학생의 진로결정 어려움과 정서·성격적 진로문제 분석 (Analysis of Career Decision Difficulties and Emotional and Personality Career Difficulties of College Students Majoring in the Engineering)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of college students majoring in the engineering on career decision difficulties and emotional and personality career difficulties. Data is consisted of 430 college students. We tested the research question by employing the PSM and the multi-regression model. The result showed that college students majoring in the engineering have difficulties in the information about self, the lack of information, and the outside control on career decision more than others. We suggested that career education and counseling of understanding themselves such as interesting, aptitude, and occupational value should be provided for students majoring in the engineering.

  • 본 연구는 다양한 대규모 언어 모델들의 한국어/영어 공감 대화 생성에서 성능을 실험적으로 비교 분석하는 것과 개인의 성향과 공감 사이에서의 상관 관계를 실험적으로 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해, 한국어 공감 대화 데이터셋인 KorEmpatheticDialogues 를 구축하였고, personality-aware prompting 방법을 제안한다. 실험을 통해, 총 18개의 언어 모델들 간의 공감 대화 생성 성능을 비교 분석하였고, 개인의 성향에 맞춤형 제공하는 공감이 더 상호작용을 이끌어낼 수 있다는 점을 보여준다. 코드와 데이터셋은 게재가 허용되면 공개할 예정이다.

STEAM 기반 통합교과 학습이 초등학생의 창의적 인성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of STEAM-Based Integrated Subject Study on Elementary School Students' Creative Personality)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 STEAM기반 통합학습 프로그램을 통하여 초등학생의 창의적 인성을 향상시키는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 통합학습과 STEAM에 대한 내용을 분석한 후 통합학습 프로그램의 모형을 적용하여 교육용 로봇을 활용한 콘텐츠 자료를 개발하고 이를 초등학교 현장에 적용하여 그 결과를 분석하였다. 본 연구를 위해 실험집단과 통제집단으로 나눈 후 t-검정을 적용하였고, 통계적으로 유의미한 결과를 얻었다. 이를 통해 STEAM 기반 통합교과 학습은 초등학생의 창의적 인성 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 보이는 것으로 나타났다.

Determinant Factors of the Performance of Higher Institutions in Indonesia

  • This causal quantitative research aims to investigate the influence of factors that determine the performance of employees in Indonesian universities. The factors are crucial for organizations in the achievement of their goals. Based on theoretical studies, three independent variables, namely, training, personality, and work motivation were tested for their influence on employee performance, which was the dependent variable. Primary data were obtained from 94 respondents of a total population of 122 individuals at the Education Quality Assurance Institute (LPMP) in Banten Province, Indonesia. They were tested by the normality test using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov approach to ensure their normally distributed population and the linearity test to measure the significant linear relationship between the two variables. There are five hypotheses in this study. Each hypothesis tested by the F-test to determine the significant effect of all independent variables on the dependent variable, and t-test to analyze the effect. The results of this study answered all hypotheses of the research model. There is a positive direct effect of training and personality on work motivation. Both training and personality also affect positively employee performance. Another finding of this study is that employee performance is positively and directly affected by work motivation.

Association between the Learning Styles with Personalities of Medical Students and Their Clinical Performance Examination Achievements

  • The aim of this study was to investigate the learning styles with personalities of medical students which may affect the efficiency of teaching-learning system of clinical education to determine the association with the clinical performance examination achievement of the students. The learning styles and personality traits of 147 students of medical college were investigated. The obtained data were analyzed by statistical analysis including independent t-test and correlation analysis. The results of the analyses are as follows: there was significant difference in the participation model in the different genders; of the personality traits, there was significant difference in self-transcendence in the different genders, whereas there was significant difference in the persistence for past failure experiences; and there was significant association between the 6 sub-learning models(Independent vs. Dependent, Collaborative vs. Competitive, and Participant vs. Avoidant learning styles) and the personality traits(Novelty Seeking, Harm Avoidance, Reward Dependence, Persistence, Self-directedness, Cooperativeness and Self-transcendence). In addition, the participant type of students had higher scholastic achievements in clinical performance, and the students who scored high in self-transcendence and persistence also had higher clinical performance. In conclusion, the student's learning style and personalities affected the clinical scholastic performance. We believe that considering this current study, it would be possible to improve the quality of clinical education of medical teaching as well as helping medical students to choose career paths that are suitable for their personalities.

패션 디자이너 브랜드의 개성과 SNS 특성이 브랜드 선호도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향: 소비자 유형에 따른 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Influence of Brand Personality and SNS Characteristics of Fashion Designer Brands on Brand Preference and Behavioral Intention: Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Consumer Type)

  • Generation MZ has emerged as a significant consumer segment and trendsetter in the fashion market of South Korea. Fashion designer brands have become popular among this generation by offering a range of fashion content on social network services (SNS) based on fresh and trendy designs. Despite the growing market share of fashion designer brands in the industry, previous research has mainly focused on brand personality in line with the characteristics of traditional fashion brands. Therefore, this study aims to derive brand personality and SNS characteristics of fashion designer brands based on previous research and investigate the influence of these factors on brand preference and behavioral intention. Moreover, it examines how this influencing mechanism fluctuates based on the consumer type (i.e., innovative type vs. price-sensitive type). Based on an online survey of 256 Korean adults with experience in fashion designer brands, this study identified the influencing mechanisms on purchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. This study contributes to empirical investigations of consumer brand preference and behavior intention in fashion designer brands through the brand equity model. It also offers insight into developing a segmented brand strategy by considering the variations in the influence mechanism of behavioral intention across different consumer types.
