소집단 탐구기법을 활용한 '계절의 변화 원인' 학습이 공간지각 개념 및 창의적 인성에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of the Space Perception Ability and Creative Personality 'Source of Season Change' Using Small Inquiry Method)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of small inquiry method on space perception ability and creative personality. Testees of this research are 36 elementary pre-service teachers taking an astronomical observation class. Doing inquiry activity after 36 elementary pre-service teachers are classified into 6 Jigsaw small inquiry. Learning activity was split into two groups, expert group and a population. To find out research outcome, pre-test was executed space perception ability test, creative personality test. Analysis of test result was accomplished with statistical package SPSS 18.0 paired t testing hypothesis. The results of this study are as follows. First, 'source of season change' class using Jigsaw small inquiry method has effect on space perception ability improvement. This was interpreted that space perception ability improvement was effective because characteristic of Jigsaw small inquiry is made up of lots of semin Second, 'source of season change' class using Jigsaw small inquiry method has no effect on creative personality. This was interpreted that experiment and discussion activity getting accomplished in a short time has no effect on qualitative characterizing Creative Personality improvement.

한의대생의 MBTI 성격유형의 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on the MBTI Personality Type Change of the Korean Medical Students)

  • Objectives: To study the change of personality types of Korean medical students focusing on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Methods: A survey was conducted on 84 Korean medical students to investigate the change of personality types focusing on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Results: In both freshman and senior student groups, the ISTJ was the most common type. The order of the number of the type changes during the university years was 1 type (45.2%)>2 types (23.8%)>3 types (14.3%)>0 types (11.9%)>4 types (1.8%), and the score of I, S, T, P type increased. Conclusions: As a result of the Korean medical students' MBTI type changes during the university years, the types were changed rather than fixed.

스핀오프 애니메이션에 나타난 캐릭터의 변화 분석 (An Analysis on the Character Personality Modification of Spin-Off Animation)

  • 본 연구는 원작의 인기에 힘입어 제작된 스핀오프 애니메이션 작품 주인공들의 성격과 역할이 원작에 비해서 어떻게 변화되어 표현되고 있는지 연구하였다. 이 연구를 위해 최근 스핀오프 작품으로 만들어져 흥행과 작품성 면에서 성공을 거둔 '장화신은 고양이'와 '미니언즈' 주인공들인 '퍼스'와 '미니언'의 원작대비 역할과 성격 변화를 그레마스의 행위소 모형과 에니어그램의 날개이론을 이용해 분석하였다. 첫째, 주인공들의 역할은 기존 원작에서는 주인공을 돕는 충성스런 조력자의 역할이었지만, 스핀오프 작품 속에서 새롭게 구성된 내러티브 속에서는 주인공 역할을 행하는 주체의 역할을 부여받고 있었다. 둘째, 주인공들의 성격은 원작에서 묘사된 성격을 대체적으로 유지하면서도, 기존 원작에서 가졌던 날개유형의 성격이 스핀오프 작품에서는 주된 성격으로 변형되는 경향을 보였다. 셋째, 스핀오프 주인공들의 성격유형은 일반적인 애니메이션 주인공들의 전형적인 성격유형인 성취자, 성실한 사람으로 묘사되고 있었다. 결론적으로, 새로운 내러티브가 주어짐에 따라 스핀오프 작품 내에서 주인공으로서의 역할 부여는 불가피하며, 이러한 역할에 맞도록 전형적인 주인공으로서의 성격 변화가 일부 일어나지만 기존 원작에서의 성격유형과 전혀 다른 성격을 갖기보다는 기존 성격과 연속성을 가지는 범위 내에서 부분적인 성격변화가 있을 뿐이며 이는 스핀오프 작품 주인공에 대해 갖고 있는 관객들의 기대와 인식에 부응하기 위한 제작기법의 한 방식으로 판단된다.

  • Since 1990's, many enterprises have implemented ERP System. Especially, they want to become an advanced company use ERP implementation. Already, ERP system come to high level which is stabilized and support independent business process of many industry sectors. Although most companies had previous good plans, but those are not satisfied. Because of failed to change management and had many problem about Project team operation. Therefore, important success factors for ERP project are change management and organization activation for Project team. The purpose of this study is suggest to improve method about team activation through analysis the Project team member's individual personality as a factor that makes the success of Project team. This paper studied success factors of project team and plan for organization activation. The results of this study can be used for a successful implementation of the ERP system as make of Project team consider of individual personality and administer a Project team.

두부외상후 심리사회적 예후 (Psychosocial Outcome after Head Injury)

  • Objective : This study was designed to evaluate the relationship between the initial neurosurgical or psychosocial factors and the psychosocial outcome. Patients and Methods : We analyzed 123 head-injured patients who were referred to the department of psychiatry for the evaluation of psychosocial function. We analyzed initial neurosurgical variables such as Glasgow Coma scale(GCS) score, skull fracture, CT finding, and psychosocial outcomes with regards to psychosis, personality change, depression, anxiety and IQ on Intelligence Scale. Results : Patients with mild head injury(GCS score 13-15, N=94, 76.4%) had better recovery rate on Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS), less personality change than those with moderate or severe head injury. However, depression, anxiety and intelligence were not significantly different between two groups. The skull fracture(N=37, 30.1%) did not influence on the psychosocial outcome with reference to personality change, depression, anxiety and intelligence. The patients with abnormal CT findings(N=64, 52%) had lower recovery rate on GOS, more frequent tendency in psychosis, personality change and severe depression, less frequent in anxiety and mild depression, than patients with normal CT finding. However, levels of intelligence were not different between two groups. The patients with industrial accidents(IA) had lower educational level, milder head injury, more delay for the psychiatric evaluation (longer treatment period) than those with motor vehicular accidents(MVA). The psychosocial outcome with reference to personality change, depression, anxiety, intelligence were not different between two groups. Conclusion : These findings indicate that the more severe initial trauma, the poorer psychosocial outcome. However, it was frequently observed that patients with mild head injury suffered from mild anxiety and depression. Therefore mild head injury appeared to be more complicated by psychosocial stressors. The patients with IA, despite the fact that initial head injury was mild, required longer treatment period than MVA.

MBTI 성격유형, 직무만족, 고객지향성 및 이직의도 간의 관계에 관한 연구 - 영남지역 H사 보험설계사를 대상으로 - (A Study on the Relation among MBTI Personality Types, Job Satisfaction, Customer Orientation, and Willingness to Change Job)

  • 본 연구는 영남지역 H사 전속보험설계사를 대상으로 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 직무만족의 차이와 직무만족이 고객지향성과 이직의도에 미치는 영향, 그리고 고객지향성과 이직의도에 미치는 직무만족의 영향이 MBTI 성격유형에 의해 조절되는지를 살펴보았다. 자료수집은 2014년 3월 20일부터 4월 20일까지 약 4주간에 걸쳐서 실시되었다. 총 120명의 영남지역 H보험설계사들을 대상으로 MBTI 테스트를 실시하였고, 본 논문의 가설관련 문항들이 포함된 120부의 설문지를 배포하여 일관성 및 성실성이 떨어진다고 판단되는 14부를 제외한 106부가 가설검증에 이용되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, MBTI 성격유형(심리적 기능과 태도지표)에 따른 직무만족은 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무만족은 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이직 의도에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, MBTI 성격유형의 조절효과 분석결과는 심리적 기능과 태도지표로 구분하여 정리할 수 있다. 먼저 심리적 기능의 조절효과는 직무만족과 고객지향성 간의 관계에서만 유의한 것으로 나타났고 직무만족과 이직의도 간의 관계에서는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 다음으로 태도지표의 조절효과는 직무만족과 고객지향성, 직무만족과 이직의도 간의 관계 모두에서 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 MBTI 성격유형에 따른 직무만족과 고객지향성, 직무만족과 이직의도간의 관계에 존재하는 MBTI 성격유형의 조절효과를 검증함으로써 학문적 실무적 시사점을 제시하였으며, 직무만족을 통한 고객지향성 향상과 이직의도 감소노력에 있어 MBTI 성격유형을 고려한 맞춤전략을 수행할 수 있게 될 것으로 기대된다.

한국경찰의 직업적 성격특성에 관한 연구 (The Study on Working Personality Characteristics of Police Officer in Korea)

  • This research is aimed to clarify police officer's working personality characteristics. The sample was divide in two sub-groups according to research group of career police officer and comparative group of novice police officer. The followings are list of significant tendencies. First, career police officer have aggression, cynicisms, suspicion contrast to novice police officer. Second, working personalities of aggression, cynicisms, suspicion is relationship between age, rank, service term. Findings of this study is that working personality of police officer in korea was made survey empirically, and identified change process of police officer's working personality.

공학계열 학생들의 팀웍 스킬과 성격 5요인과의 관계 연구 (A Study on Relationship Between Teamwork Skills and Big Five Personality Factors for Engineering Students)

  • This study had a purpose to analyze the relationship between teamwork skills and Big Five personality factors for engineering students. For the purpose, 43 engineering students attending engineering creative design course were organized 14 teams as NEO personality inventory testing before the course. The teamwork skills for engineering students was improved through engineering creative design course and the correlation between teamwork skills and personality factors for engineering students was low. The heterogeneous personality group had a more improvement in teamwork skills than homogeneous personality group but the effect of group difference was not statistically significant. Further, the result of this study were applied to change the design course and making the teams for improving teamwork skills for engineering students.

조리사 인성형성에 미친 주방환경에 관한 연구 - 서울 시내 특1급 호텔 조리사를 중심으로 - (The Study of Personality Changes about Cooks that Would Possibly Result from Kitchen Environment)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the personality change of rooks that would possibly result from kitchen environment. It's basically meant to determine the relationship of environment to personality, by investigating how cooks felt about their own personality before and after working as a cook and conducting a self-diagnostic personality test based on theories on kitchen environment and personality. The subjects in this study were the cooks who served af top-rated hotels in Seoul, and the survey was carried out from April 8 through 12, 2002. The collected data were encoded and analyzed with SPSS 10.0 program. To identify the characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was implemented, and reliability analysis, T-test and ANOVA were employee. To verify the reliability of the questionnaire items, Cronbach's Alpha that represented internal consistency was calculated, and factor analysis was fulfilled to minimize related variables about cuisine environment and eliminate irrelevant ones. The findings of this study were as below: Out of total 27 cuisine environment variables, 22 ones boiled down to six factors. Factor 1 was conflicts, and factor 2 was job performance. Factor 3 was work, and factor 4 was environment. Factor 5 was facilities, and factor 6 was social. To make better cuisine environment each and every part of kitchen environment that affects cook personality should be improved, and further, what causes employee turnover should be eliminated. In the future, there is a need for broader research effort that could cover more extensive region and a wider variety of subjects other than cooks at the top-rated hotels.

Big 5 성격요인에 따른 청소년 성격특성의 발달적 변화 (Developmental Changes of Adolescent's Big Five Personality Factors)

  • 본 연구는 중 고등학교 학생 2,260명을 대상으로 Big 5 성격요인에 따른 청소년 성격특성에 발달적 변화가 있는지 알아보고자 한다. 성별과 학년에 따라 성격 5요인의 발달적 변화에 차이를 보이는지 확인하였고, 더불어 신경증 하위요인을 추가적으로 분석함으로써 청소년기 문제행동 시기와 특성을 확인 하였다. 분석에는 일원배치변량분석(One-way ANOVA)을 사용하였으며 유의미한 차이가 난 경우 사후검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 성격 5요인 특성이 성별에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 개방성, 성실성, 외향성은 여자가 남자보다 높게 나타났고, 신경증은 남자가 여자보다 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 성격 5요인 특성 모두에서 학년에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년기 성격특성에 대한 성별에 따른 학년별 발달적 경향성에서도 성별 간 다른 양상을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 성별과 학년에 따른 분석에서 남자는 중등 2학년, 여자는 고등 3학년에서 성격특성이 두드러질 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 신경증과 관련된 외현화 행동문제는 중등 1 2학년에서 내현화 행동문제는 고등 3학년에서 주로 발현될 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 우리나라 청소년 성격특성의 발달적 변화를 확인할 수 있었으며, 또한 성별과 학년에 따라 상이한 정신건강문제가 발현 될 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.
