본 연구는 문화성향에 따른 SNS의 사용 및 중독과의 관련성을 알아보고자 고안되었다. SNS 사용에 영향을 미치는 성별, 성격, 연령의 개인 내적 변인의 효과를 통제하고자 하였으며, 또한 SNS상에서의 문화성향과 오프라인상의 문화성향은 일치하지 않을 수 있기 때문에, 두 문화성향을 독립적으로 측정하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 혈족-비혈족 맥락으로 SNS상의 문화성향을 측정하는 문항들을 새로 개발하였다. 13~15세의 청소년 253명과 18~25세의 성인 246명을 연구대상자로 모집하여 총 499명의 자료가 분석되었다. 분석 결과 SNS상에서의 개인주의는 SNS 사용량 및 중독 경향성과 정적인 상관관계를 보여주었다. 또한 남성에 비해서 여성이 SNS 사용 시간과 SNS 중독 경향성이 높았으며, 청소년에 비해서 성인의 사용 기간 및 시간이 높았으나 중독 경향성에는 유의미한 차이가 없었다. 상관분석 결과 SNS 문화성향과 오프라인 문화성향 간의 상관은 높은 편이 아니었으며, 성별, 성격, 연령 및 오프라인 문화성향 변인의 효과를 통제한 후에도 SNS 혈족 개인주의 성향은 SNS 중독 경향성을 유의미하게 예측하였다. 이러한 결과는 SNS 사용과 중독을 예측하는 데 있어서는 SNS 맥락에 적절한 문화성향을 측정할 필요가 있음을 시사하며, SNS 중독에 있어서 SNS 혈족 개인주의가 주요 변인이 될 수 있다는 가능성을 보여주었다.

본 연구는 한국사회에서 큰 사회적 압력으로 작용하고 있는 바쁨에 대해 사람들이 어떻게 인식하고 경험하고 있는지와 바쁨과 느림의 삶의 속도를 추동하는 사회 심리적 동기들을 살펴보았다. 나아가 바쁨과 느림의 개인의 삶의 속도에 따른 현실에서의 적응요소에 대해 심층적으로 탐구하였다. 본 연구의 분석은 20·30대 미혼남녀 21명의 심층면접 자료를 이용한 현상학적 연구 방법으로 이루어졌다. 그 결과 바쁨에 대한 인식 및 경험들은 긍정적인 부분과 부정적인 부분이 공존하고 있으며 바쁨과 느림의 삶의 속도에 영향을 미치는 사회 심리적 동기의 구성 요소들은 '(바쁨/쉼)의 긍정적 가치 내면화', '(미래/현재) 중심적', '바쁨의 일상화/선택과 집중', '성격특성'이 도출되었다. 또한 바쁘게 사는 사람과 느리게 사는 사람들의 공통적인 현실 적응요소는 '자기 선택적', '성공적인 시간관리', '심리적 건강 유지'가 차별적 요소는 '성취감'과 '자기특성 이해 및 수용'이 도출되었다. 이러한 결과들을 토대로 한국사회에서 바쁨에 부여된 가치와 의미를 사회심리학적 관점에서 논의하였으며 삶의 속도와 관련된 기존 연구 및 논의들에 새로운 관점을 제시해 주었다. 또한 여러 팔로업(follow up) 가능한 연구들을 제안하였다.

가톨릭교회는 1964년에 제 2차 바티칸 공의회에서 '인류의 빛은 그리스도이다'라고 선포하였다. 2002년에 교황 요한 바오로 2세는 '그리스도의 빛의 신비'를 선포했다. 세기를 달리하여 두 번에 걸쳐 그리스도가 빛임을 강조하며 이 시대에 '빛 그리스도', '태양처럼 빛나는 그리스도'에 시선을 고정시켜 그 신비를 깨달으라고 교황은 촉구했다. 이에 본 연구는 묵주기도에서 '빛의 신비'의 상징성에 대한 분석심리학적 고찰을 통해 '빛 그리스도의 빛의 신비'를 산다는 것의 의미를 살펴보았다. 즉 빛 그리스도를 증언하고 있는 성경을 바탕으로 '빛의 신비'가 전개되는 모습을 나타내는 이미지들의 상징성을 연구한다. 그 이미지들은 세례, 가나의 혼인잔치, 하느님 나라, 거룩한 변모, 최후의 만찬이다. '그리스도의 빛의 신비'를 산다는 것은 '빛의 그리스도-상(像)'을 각자 고유의 자기(Self)로 동화시키는 것으로 즉 대극의 체험을 통하여 의식화되고 개성화된 인격으로서 '세상의 빛', '시대의 빛'으로 존재하는 것에 대한 의미를 숙고한 연구이다.

연금술은 화학적 변환 과정에서 무가치한 물질을 최고의 물질로 만드는 작업이다. 외견상 연금술사의 수많은 실험은 물질의 변환 작업이라 할 수 있지만, 실상 연금술사의 결과물은 무의식의 산물이다. 본 연구는 마카엘 마이어의 ≪달아나는 아탈란타(Atalanta Fugiens)≫를 통하여 연금술의 세 국면인 니그레도, 알베도, 루베도를 설명하고, 내담자들의 모래놀이치료에서 나타난 모래사진으로 연금술적 변환 과정을 이해하기 위해 시도한 것이다. 먼저 무의식의 심리학 기반으로 연금술이 왜 심상을 다루는 모래놀이치료에서 중요한지를 다루었다. 이어서 연금술의 변환 과정의 첫 번째 국면인 니그레도(흑화)를 기술하고, 니그레도에서 드러나는 혼돈, 용해, 분리, 분할, 부패, 죽음, 하소 등의 내용이 모래놀이치료에서 어떻게 나타나는지 살펴보았다. 다음으로 두번째 국면인 알베도(백화)를 기술하고, 정화, 승화, 증류, 분리, 하강, 응고의 형태로 등장하는 알베도의 대표적 이미지인 물과 불의 상이 어떻게 모래놀이에서 나타나는지 기술하였다. 마지막으로 루베도(적화)의 상태를 기술하고, 융합과 재탄생의 형태로 등장하는 루베도에서 결합과 만다라 형태가 어떤 식으로 모래놀이에서 나타나는지 제시하였다. 이 연금술에 드러난 상징은 모래놀이 치료나 꿈분석에서 드러난 심상을 확충하는데 유용한 가치가 있다. 특히 연금술에서 나타나는 절차는 인격의 변환 과정을 이해하는데 도움이 된다.

According to the literatures of marketing, psychology, and other related areas, the situational influences on consumers' decision-making process have been significant, thus increased explanatory power of consume behavior when introduced in a research as one of the independent variables. Considering the characteristics of clothing as a consumer goods, situational influences on clothing purchase behavior were expected to be significant. As the theoretical backgrounds of situational influences on clothing purchase behavior, this study was to propose the definition of sitution in Clothing & Textiles department, and to suggest the types of situational variables affecting clothing purchase process in consideration of the results of consumer behavior research and the research related to clothing. The results of this study suggested that the definition of situation, subjective situation or objective situation, should be adjusted to the purpose of research, and that the types of situations affecting clothing purchase process might be defined into three types; wearing situation, communication situation, and purchasing situation. It was also suggested that the empirical studies would be necessary to verify the results, and the conceptual framework for the types of situations and the personality characteristics related to the clothing purchase situation should be identified.

Investors from the whole world are looking for those stock markets that are less affected by interest rates. Pakistan is a good place to invest and the investors from the whole world are considering Pakistan for future ventures. The current study, therefore, aims to analyze the factors affecting investors' decision making in Pakistan with the interaction effect of locus of control. The primary data are gathered from 300 respondents. Structural equation modelling (SEM-PLS) is used to analyze the interactions among variables. The study finds positive impact of availability and representative biases on investment decision making. The study could not find any moderating role of locus of control. The results imply that decisions made by Pakistani investors are driven by the most easily or currently available information and they trust on the information obtained from family and friends without any authentication and verification. One possible description of insignificant moderation effect of locus of control can be the sample traits used in the study, e.g., personal characteristics, that change from culture to culture. Another description of these findings may be the association between heuristic biases, including availability, representative and psychological biases and decision-making regarding investment is not personality specific.

This study investigates the relationships amongst couple conflict, forgiveness, depression, and anxiety according to gender. This study also examined whether forgiveness has a moderating effect on the relationship among couple conflict, depression, and anxiety according to gender. The sample consisted of 263 parents of high school students. The couples reported their level in the Couple Conflict Inventory, Enright Forgiveness Inventory, Beck Depression Inventory, and Personality Assessment Inventory. The findings are as follows: 1) Anxiety only significantly differed between husband and wife. 2) Couple conflict positively related to husband and wife depression and anxiety. Forgiveness is negatively related to couple conflict, anxiety, and depression between husband and wife. 3) The moderating effects of forgiveness within couple conflict and depression only showed with the wife. 4) The moderating effect of forgiveness between couple conflict and anxiety was only displayed by the husband. The findings of this study indicate that forgiveness could function as a protective factor for couples who perceive couple conflict, depression, and anxiety. These results suggest implications for couple conflict education and couple counseling according to gender.

The human face can provide a great deal of information in regard to his/her race, age, sex, personality, feeling, psychology, mental state, health condition and ect. If we pay a close attention to the aging process, we are able to find out that there are recognizable phenomena such as eyelid drooping, cheek drooping, forehead furrowing, hair falling-out, the hair becomes gray and etc. This paper proposes that the method to estimate the age by analyzing these feature components for the facial image. Ang we also introduce the method of facial image synthesis in accordance with the cange of age. The feature components according to the change of age can be obtainec by dividing the facial image into the 3-dimensional shape of a face and the texture of a face and then analyzing the principle component respectively using 3-dimensional model. We assume the age of the facial image by comparing the extracted feature component to the facial image and synthesize the resulted image by adding or subtracting the feature component to/from the facial image. As a resurt of this simulation, we have obtained the age changed ficial image of high quality.

The purpose of this essay is to know the expressed form and color and also to examine the inner symbolic meaning of the movie "Sympathy for Lady Vengeance" by producer Chan-Wook Park. In the movie, the main character Geumja has double personality, having both images of a wicked woman and a woman saint, and she showed the clothing of both good and evil. For example, while she was in prison, her prisoner uniform while she was taking care of her inmates, her pajama which is the symbol of innocence when she was atoning and praying, Geumja's appearance wasn't fabulous when she was wearing baker's cloth that symbolize pure inside. But in contrast, Geumja who was released from prison planned and execute vengeance, dress colorful dress and primary color make-ups. Blue color coat with gloomy mood, black leather coat with the image of female warrior, and the slip with intensive image and etc express Geumja's will of revenge. Like this, depend on the psychology of main character Geumja, it's easy to recognize the change of clothing and color, and it's possible to understand the symbolic meaning in it.

Experts of medicine, philosophy and psychology found that human somatotypes were related to personality or physical characteristics and classified somatotypes into various forms. This study explored the changes and types of somatotyping methods from Before Christ to present day and identified the status of studies of somatotypes in the area of physical therapy. This study covered the methods applied in various majors with a focus on those provided in books and papers of Heath BH. and Carter JEL. Based on the results, there are officially twelve assessment methods. Currently, the method of Heath & Carter is most widely applied. Somatotypes are studied in many areas. It is actively explored in the area of pain physical therapy, thermotherapy and integumentary physical therapy. Also, the soft tissue physical therapy area seeks interdisciplinary studies. This study found that there were various assessment methods in diverse areas. It is likely that continuous studies will develop new assessment methods. It is hoped that in the area of physical therapy, somatotypes shall be applied more amply.
