개인 커뮤니티의 지각된 특성이 만족 및 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Effects of Perceived Characteristics on Satisfaction and Continuous Usage Intention in Personal Communities)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to examine the effects of perceived characteristics on user satisfaction and continuous usage intention in personal communities. We developed a research model based on the literature reviews of personal communities, TAM, perceived risks, and satisfaction. The research model includes perceived playfulness, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and perceived risk as perceived characteristics in personal communities. For validation of this theoretical model, we survey the users of 'Mini-hompy', one of the most popular personal communities in Korea. The research model was empirically verified by structural equation model analysis with data collected from 407 samples. Analysis of the results indicates that perceived ease of use is positively related perceived playfulness and perceived usefulness. Perceived playfulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived risks are significantly related to satisfaction. User's satisfaction has positive relationship with continuous usage intention in personal communities.

The Effect of Consumers' Personal Characteristics on Attitude toward Social Commerce: Focused on the Theory of Reasoned Action

  • Purpose - This study investigated the effect of consumers' personal characteristics on their attitude toward social commerce focusing on the theory of reasoned action. Specifically, consumers' personal characteristics were further classified into personal characteristics, personal values concerning social commerce consumption, and consumption emotion concerning social commerce. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The study investigated the relationship among consumers' personal characteristics, and the personal values of affirmative beliefs and attitudes of individuals toward social commerce based on the theory of reasoned action. A total of 151copies question nairewere evaluated, after excluding 13 copies having poor answers. Results - Consumers' personal characteristics were found to have a significant positive effect on their attitude toward social commerce. In addition, the most important personal characteristic affecting consumers' attitude toward social commerce was utilitarian value. Consumers' personal values were found to have a significant positive moderating effect between shopping value (i.e., hedonic and utilitarian values) and their attitude toward social commerce. Conclusion - The findings suggest that consumers' attitudes when trading with social commerce are affected by utilitarian value, and that companies should increase consumers' shopping value and build positive value about social commerce itself.

학생들의 과학진로 선택 과정에 영향을 미치는 요인들 간의 인과관계 분석 (The Analysis of Causal Relationship among Students' Science-related Career Choice and its Factors)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 학생들의 과학관련 진로선택과정의 인과요인을 분석하는 것이다. 학생들의 과학관련 진로선택과정에 대한 인과관계를 구조방정식모형을 구성하여 분석하였다. 개인적 요인, 교육적 요인, 사회적 요인이 과학 진로 희망에 직접 효과를 주고 과학 진로 희망은 과학 진로 선택에 직접 영향을 준다는 연구 가설에 가장 적합한 모형에 의하면, 과학 진로 선택에 과학 진로희망이 0.95의 직접효과를 주며, 개인적 요인이 0.75, 교육적 요인이 0.46, 사회적 요인이 0.11의 간접 효과를 주며 이들 효과가 그대로 총 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 과학진로희망에는 개인적 요인이 0.79의 직접효과 및 총 효과를 주며, 교육적 요인이 -0.21의 직접효과와 0.69의 간접효과를 합하여 0.48의 총 효과를 주고, 사회적 요인이 0.12의 직접효과 및 총 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 교육적 요인이 사회적 요인에 0.72, 교육적 요인이 개인적 요인에 0.77의 직접 효과 및 총 효과를 주는 것으로 나타났다. 초중고 학생 및 남학생과 여학생으로 대상을 달리하여 인과 효과를 비교 분석한 결과, 학교급별로는 전체 학생들과 경향성이 같고, 각 요인들의 영향 정도만 차이가 있었으나, 성별로는 남녀 학생의 대비가 두드러졌다. 남학생은 사회적 요인의 총 효과가 가장 크고, 그 다음이 개인적 요인, 그 다음이 교육적 요인의 순서로 나타난 데 비해, 여학생은 개인적 요인의 효과가 가장 크고 나머지 두 요인의 효과는 그리 크지 않았으며, 사회적 요인은 음으로 나타났다. 이러한 대상별 분석 결과로부터 각 대상의 과학진로선택과정의 인과관계를 고려한 과학진로교육의 방향에 대한 시사점들을 논의하였다.

  • 진로포부는 성인기 삶에서 중요한 직업적 삶의 적응과 관련된 변인으로서 많은 진로 연구자들의 지속적 관심을 받아왔다. 진로포부 발달의 성차의 심리적 기제를 밝히는 것은 여성과 남성의 진로 발달의 차이에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 개인의 잠재성 발현을 위한 효과적인 진로 지도 및 상담을 위해 꼭 필요한 일일 것이다. 본 연구는 진로포부 형성에 주요한 영향을 미치는 사회적 지지와 진로포부 간의 관계에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감이 어떠한 역할을 하는지를 조사한 후 이러한 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다른지를 검증하였다. 서울에 있는 대학교에서 심리학 관련 교양 수업을 듣는 학생 316명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 질문지에는 사회적 지지, 집단자존감, 개인자존감과 진로포부에 관한 문항들이 포함되었다. 구조 방정식 모형을 이용해 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 매개효과를 살펴보았을 때 결과는 다음과 같았다. 먼저, 개인자존감과 진로포부의 관계에 있어 집단자존감의 완전매개모형이 부분매개모형보다 더 우수한 적합도를 보여주었다. 다음으로 사회적 지지와 진로포부사이에서 개인자존감과 집단자존감의 부분매개효과 유의미하게 나타났다. 마지막으로 사회적지지, 개인자존감, 집단자존감과 진로포부 간의 관계 모형이 성차에 따라 달라지는 지를 확인해 본 결과 성차에 따라 이들 각 변인 간의 관계성에 있어서 차이가 있었다. 이와 같은 결과는 진로포부 형성에 있어서 독립된 개인에 대한 평가 또는 지각뿐만 아니라 개인 속한 사회적 집단에 대한 평가 또는 지각이 환경적 요인과의 상호작용을 통해 진로포부 형성에 영향을 끼침을 보여주는 것이다. 또한 성차에 따른 관계 모형의 차이는 진로포부 형성의 심리적 기제가 성차에 따라 다를 수 있음을 보여주는 것이다.

보건간호사의 건강증진 역량(competence)에 대한 개념 분석 (Concept Analysis of Health Promotion Competence in Public Health Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to define and clarify the concept of health promotion 'competence' in public health nurses (PHNs). Methods: A hybrid model was used to develop the concept of competence. The model included a field study carried out in Seoul, Korea. The participants in this study were 20 PHNs who were working in the health promotion area. Results: The concept of health promotion competence was found to be a complex phenomenon having a meaning in two dimensions: personal-relationship and environmental-relationship. Four attributes and eight indicators were defined. Conclusion: Health promotion competence was defined as the ability to have understanding and flexibility in practicing (personal-relationship dimension) and to have capacity for uniqueness and leadership in planning (environmental-relationship dimension). Therefore, PHNs who work in the health promotion area should be equipped with attributes and indicators of health promotion competence to enhance their competence in health promotion.

직무소진과 서비스품질의 관계와 그 관계에서 자기효능감의 조절효과 (The relationship between job burnout and service quality, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy)

  • This paper reviewed the relationship between job burnout and service quality, and the moderating effect of self-efficacy. Based on the responses from 232 employees, the results of multiple regression analysis appeared as follow; 1) emotional exhaustion and depersonalization effected negatively on all service quality factors(empathy, reliability, responsiveness). 2) the reduced personal accomplishment effected negatively on two service quality factors(reliability, responsiveness). 3) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between emotional exhaustion and service quality. 4) self-efficacy effected positively on the relationship between he reduced personal accomplishment and service quality.

Thousands of Dormant Ambassadors: Challenges and Opportunities for Relationship-Building between Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) Recipients and South Koreans

  • Through the Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) program, the government of the Republic of Korea annually invites over a thousand international students to learn the Korean language and obtain a higher education degree from Korean universities. One of the program's goals is positioned within the public diplomacy framework. Korea seeks to cultivate Korea-friendly networks and transform GKS students and alumni into ambassadors to contribute to Korea's promotion abroad. However, there is no clarity on whether this mechanism works as expected. This study examines GKS students' relationship-building experiences with South Koreans during and after the exchange program. Analysis of twenty in-depth interviews with the program's alumni reveals both what facilitates and what obstructs personal and professional relationship-building between scholarship recipients and South Koreans at different stages (language year and degree years) of the program and after graduation. The paper concludes with practical recommendations for universities, GKS administrators, and the South Korean government regarding their policies for scholarship holders.

중년여성의 의복태도와 관련요인연구 (A Study on the Relationship between Clothing Behaviors and the Personal Variables of the Middle-Aged Women in Seoul)

  • This study was undertaken as a useful material not only to understand the clothing behaviors and the personal variables (age, education, occupation, yearly clothing expenses, weight, and persons who influence on one's choice of clothes) of the middle-aged women in Seoul, Korea but to lend itself to other uses concerning attitudes toward clothing. For the measurement of the attitudes toward specified activities related to clothing use, attitude method by Mary F. Pasnak (1968) was reworded and modified for use with the sample for this study. Analysis of the data revealed that the clothing behaviors of 450 women 30 to 59 years of age made a significant difference according to the personal variables. First, women in thirties showed the most positive clothing attitude of the three age groups. The younger age groups were positively related to relief from boredom through clothing, intensity, sureness, and involvement of attitude among eight attitudes related to clothing. Second, the positiveness of relief from boredom through clothing, intensity, sureness, and involvement of attitude increased in proportion to the education level. On the other hand, dressing for self was negatively related to the level of education. Third, a significant relationship was found between the amount of the clothing expenses and dressing for others, tactual pleasure through clothing, intensity, sureness, and involvement of attitude. Among the personal variables of the middle-aged women, age, the educational level, and the clothing expenses have a relationship with the clothing behaviors, while job, weight, and the persons who influence on one's choice of clothes have no relationship. The extensive interpretation on the result of this study will have to be taken with deliberation. For the more practical material researches on the clothing behaviors of the middle-aged women should be continued steadily in every possible way.

인터넷 과의존 요인분석을 통한 청소년의 인터넷 취약성 지수 개발 (Development of Internet Vulnerability Index for Youth through Internet Overdependency Analysis)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 인터넷 취약성 지수를 개발하는데 있다. 이를 위해 한국정보화진흥원에서 실시한 2018년 인터넷 과의존 원인분석을 위한 장기추적조사의 원자료를 사용했으며, 선형회귀분석을 이용하여 인터넷 취약성 지수의 대안군과 개인심리와의 연관분석을 수행하였다. 요인분석을 통해 주변과의 관계를 가족수용존중, 또래애착, 교사호감 등 긍정적인 3개 요인에 대해 9개 문항을 합산하여 지수화하였다. 주변과의 관계 및 자기 낙인과의 부의 관계를 확인하여 주변과의 관계가 인터넷 취약성과도 부의 관계가 있을 것으로 예측하였고, 디지털 역량도 인터넷 취약성과 부의 관계에 있을 것으로 가정하여 식을 구성하였다. 도출된 인터넷 취약성 지수의 구체적인 형태를 개발하기 위하여 개인심리와 선형회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 인터넷 과의존을 그대로 쓰는 모델보다 주변과의 관계, 디지털 역량을 모두 고려한 경우 개인심리 중 긍정적인 요인들과 R값이 증가하였다. 이러한 시사점을 바탕으로 본 연구가 지니는 의의와 한계점에 대해서 논의하였다.

패션매체기사의 내용분석을 통한 패션브랜드 대리점의 성공요인 분석 (A Content Analysis of Success Factors for Fashion Brand Franchise Stores as Published in Fashion Magazine Articles)

  • The present study aimed to propose the competitive strategy to fashion brand franchise stores by analyzing articles regarding success stores as published in fashion magazines. A total of 91 articles were selected from three fashion magazines and content analysis was applied to extract major factors. Four types of trading areas and eight product types were compared by the major factors. As results, six major factors composing competitive strategy were analyzed such as personal selling, management of sales forces, promotion, customer relationship management, management of store space, and relationship with headquarter. Comparing competitive factors by the types of trading area, management of sales forces and personal selling were crucial for central district and for outlets/interchange district. On the other hand, personal selling and customer relationship management were important for local district while management of store space and personal selling were critical for tenants of the large discount store/shopping mall area. Comparing by product types, personal selling was the most important factor for all product types except young casualwear whereas the second important one was management of sales forces for adult casualwear, womenbbbs wear, and others. For menbbbs wear, sales promotion was the second important one whereas management of store space was the second crucial one for underwear and childrenbbbs clothing. Based on the present study result, it is proposed that competitive strategy of individual fashion brand franchise store should be differently developed because the characteristics of trading area and product type are different and in turn, customers benefit and competition might be different.
