공공분야 개인정보보호 정책 집행과제의 우선순위 분석: 개인정보보호 수준진단 지표의 선정 및 중요도를 중심으로 (A Study of Priority for Policy Implement of Personal Information Security in Public Sector: Focused on Personal Information Security Index)

  • 본 연구는 2008년부터 2011년까지 행정안전부에서 시행하고 있는 공공기관의 개인정보보호 수준진단 지표의 정책적 의미를 고찰하고, 각 지표의 중요도 선정에 따른 개인정보보호의 정책적 문제를 다루었다. 우선, 개인정보보호수준진단 지표를 선정하기 위해 개인정보보호에 대한 정책 방향을 개인정보보호의 정책 및 기술적 측면, 개인정보의 관리적 측면, 개인정보 침해 대응적 측면인 세 분야로 구분하였다. 그리고, 각 정책방향에 따라 선정된 지표의 세부사항에 대해 학자, 전문가, 실무자를 대상으로 AHP 조사를 실시하여 우선적으로 추진해야 할 정책을 정하도록 하였다. AHP를 통해 개인정보보호 수준 진단 지표의 중요도를 도출하였으며, 개인정보보호정책의 일반적인 체계를 갖추기위해 필요한 정책과제를 도출하였다. 결과적으로 공공기관의 개인정보보호의 제도적 기반 확충을 위해서는 웹사이트상의 개인정보관리, 개인정보보호를 위한 전담 조직 및 인력, 그리고 개인정보보호시스템 도입 등이 우선 시 된다. 본 연구의 정책과제를 기초로 공공기관의 개인정보보호 수준진단 체계가 지속된다면 개인정보를 취급하는 공공기관에 대한 국민의 신뢰가 높아지고, 개인정보의 안전한 유통 및 가치가 향상되리라 기대한다.

장애인 활동보조인 교육의 IPA 분석 : 평택 H대학 운영사례를 중심으로 (Importance Performance Analysis of personal assistants education for the disabled : Focused on management in Pyeongtaek, H university)

  • 이 연구에서는 활동보조인 교육 실시 결과를 바탕으로 중점적으로 개선되어야 하는 요인을 알아보는 것을 목적으로 중요도-만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 활동보조인 교육 중요도만족도 측정 문항의 요인구조, 상관성을 검증하고 IPA 메트릭스를 통해 각 요인들이 중점 개선, 개선 요망, 노력 지속, 현상 유지 중 어느 위치에 해당하는 지를 알아보았다. 또한 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 이 연구는 경기남부권의 활동보조인 교육에 참여하는 231명이 대상이었다. 연구결과, 활동보조인 교육은 '교육 운영'과 '교육과정'의 2개의 요인으로 탐색되었고, 대부분 상관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. IPA 분석결과 활동보조인 교육 운영에서는 '교육기간'이, 교육과정에서는 '실기수업'과 '이론수업' 요인이 중점 개선될 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 교육기간은 활동보조인 교육 운영 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 이론수업은 활동보조인 교육과정 만족도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구는 경기남부권 활동보조인 교육운영 기관에서 교육을 받은 대상자를 중심으로 중요도-만족도를 조사한 것으로 연구 결과를 일반화하는 데는 제한가 있을 수 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 활동보조인의 업무수행능력 제고를 위한 활동보조인 교육 중요도와 만족도를 분석하여 교육의 질을 개선하고자 하는 방안을 제시하였다는 것에 의의가 있다.

  • This paper represents an exploratory effort to test empirically the contingent relationships between the contextual variables, such as user task characteristics and personality, and the information characteristics of Accounting Information Systems (AIS), and to prove the effects of influence factors on the increase of personal office productivity. In this study, it was suggested that personal office productivity is influenced by the fit between the contextual variables and the information dimensions of ALS. It was also proved that influence factors have a positive effect on the increase of personal office productivity.

  • To give a solution to solve personal information problems issued in this study, the domestic and overseas cases about information security management system including an authentication technique are analyzed. To preserve the outflow of personal information, which is such a major issue all over the world, a new security audit check list is also proposed. We hope this study to help information system developers construct and operate confidential information systems through the three steps: Analysis of risk factors that expose personal information, Proposal to solve the problem, Verification of audit checking items.

  • In this paper we propose Personal Information Management System for Library Database. It manages personal search pattern for the given user and provide specific book list for library book search system. With the proposed system, the conventional overlap searching time will be decreased with personalized information and search history. This system manages the individual data according to personal searching pattern, sequence and usability. Therefore, the user can locate necessary book information more accurately with their distinct interest and search history.

Wealth Management Framework Experienced in Korean Financial Enterprises

  • A Systematic Wealth Management Framework (SWMF) was developed as a private banking management tool to enable more integrative personal finance management of personal wealth. It is a reference model that provides an unified framework for development, operation, and management and makes provision for personal financial services in today's complex financial environment. This study suggested some practical results from banks and insurance companies that have established SWMF as the differentiation business strategy for wealthy customers. The focus of this manuscript is on capturing the methodological approach most financial institutions in Korea adopted to execute new e-finance planning and implementation based on the SWMF. The alignment between the wealth management business goals and information system architecture at an organization constitutes the main theoretical basis of the study. Relevant discussions are made on the wealth management framework as a general business model for financial industry, on the functional relationship between new information systems and business organizations. Finally, lessons learned from the SWMF implementation are discussed.

  • 현재 초등학생들의 인터넷 이용률은 급격히 증가하고 있는 반면, 아이디와 비밀번호를 무분별하게 관리하고 있으며, 그에 따른 정보 유출의 심각성을 전혀 인식하지 못하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 초등학생 대상으로 개인정보 관리의 중요성을 인식시키기 위한 교수학습 방법을 설계하였다. 설계한 교수학습 방법은 역할놀이 모형을 기반으로 하였으며 초등학교 3학년을 대상으로 현장 수업에 적용하였다. 수업한 결과를 분석하여 설계한 교수학습 방법이 기존의 강의법보다 더 효과가 있음을 보인다.

  • According to the enforcement of Personal Information Protection Act as of September 2011, the laws and regulations for the protection of personal information that were applied only to the certain sectors such as information & communication network, financial institutions, public sector etc. for the time being has been expanded to apply to all public and private sectors to process personal information. In particular, because the public institutions are obliged to be mandatorily conducted of the Privacy Impact Assessment, it will be enforced in earnest for each agency's informationization business that handles personal information. In this paper, I examine the most derived vulnerability and set up the improvement measure to supplement it with the examples of 10 of all the institutions conducting the Privacy Impact Assessment in the year 2011. And, I suggest the measures to be prepared by the institutions to observe the Personal Information Protection Act.

대학생의 건강행위가 대인관계에 미치는 영향 -일개 D대학을 중심으로- (Determinant of the Personal Relationship of University Students' Health- Promoting Lifestyles - Focusing on D University-)

  • The aim of this study is to analyze the determinant factors of the personal relationships among university students. We collected data for 41 days, from 1 November to 10 December of, 2013. This study surveyed 221 university students at a university located in the metropolitan city of Busan. The findings were as follows. There were statistically significant differences in the relationships according to sex, smoking, drinking, and health status(p<0.05). Males showed this better than female. Smokers(drinkers) showed a greater difference than non-smokers(non-drinkers). Greater subjective health status was associated with more personal relationships. Students who managed their mental health and stress showed good personal relationships. From a multiple regression analysis, it was found that the determining factors as regards personal relationships were health status, current smoker, management of health, and gender health, all of which showed statistically significant differences(p<0.05). As a result, we suggest that we must provide information about health-promoting lifestyles at university to enhance personal relationships.

The Relationship Between Emotional Exhaustion, Depersonalization, Personal Accomplishment, and Job Satisfaction: An Empirical Study in Saudi Arabia

  • The main aim of this investigation is to explore the relationships between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction among employees working in the banking sector. A total of 214 respondents were surveyed for the purpose of this investigation and selected randomly from different banks located in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (K.S.A.). Job Burnout Inventory developed by Maslach and Jackson (1981) was taken into consideration to assess emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and sense of personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction scale was used to measure the degree of satisfaction level of the employees. The collected data were analyzed by means of descriptive and inferential statistics with the help of statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). The most eye-catching findings of the investigation revealed that emotional exhaustion had the greater mean as compared to depersonalization and personal accomplishment. The inverse significant correlation has been observed between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and job satisfaction while positive and significant relationship was observed between personal accomplishment and job satisfaction. Further, the result of the investigation from regression test indicates that the relationship existed between emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, personal accomplishment, and job satisfaction among employees working in the banking sector in the Kingdom.
