This study analyzed the factors affecting the effectiveness of the Chemical Hazard Risk Management (CHARM). A survey was conducted on 104 learners who participated in the Risk Assessment training course at Occupational Safety and Health Training Institute. Through a self-administered questionnaire, the effect of personal characteristics, corporate characteristics, and safety and health level of the company on the effectiveness of chemical risk assessment was investigated. As a result of statistical analysis, the safety and health level of the company had a positive (+) effect on the effectiveness of Chemical Hazard Risk Management(CHARM), but personal characteristics and corporate characteristics had no relation to it. This study can be used as basic data for further research related to chemical risk assessment in workplaces.

As the social development progress, social welfare policy for people with disabilities also advance to meet rights of people with disabilities. The personal assistance service(PAS) is the primary service system for persons with disabilities based on guaranteeing the self-determination. The purpose of this study was to compare the personal assistance service system between Japan and Korea to propose improvement plan for Korean system. The comparison of two countries was based on current situation analysis of PAS. The analysis on eligibility criteria, information referral, amount and type of services and service provider, appealing process and service fee deductible etc. The result showed that PAS in Korea is served according to administration convenience than personal need based. Korean PAS policies are limited to particular service amount and type of needed services to satisfy personal PAS need. Whereas, Japan PAS system is served on the philosophy of independent living paradigm and therefore, PAS is provided on personal service needs. The service emphasis is on self-determination and rights on service selection for persons with disabilities. The recommendation for improvement of PAS in Korea are as followed. First, PAS should served under independent living paradigm. Paradigm based service is important because it effects the main theme of PAS; the self determination and rights of service selection. Second, reconstruction of PAS system is needed. As it showed on analysis, eligibility criteria, information referral, amount and type of services and service provider, appealing process and service fee deductible need to be supplemented. Last, to better serve PAS, case management method should be apply. Case management would contribute to settlement of PAS system in Korea. Thru case management, participation opportunities of people with disabilities must be provided during the selection of service quantity and type of PAS.

Disclosure of personal information to be carried out in one of the Administrative Publicity, Administrative agency as specific information about the person who has violated the obligation imposed by the law is an unspecified number people know is through the direct or Internet media it is to be disclosed in an unspecified number of people. This is, indirect sanctions so as to fulfill its obligations by the addition of psychological pressure that exposes the personal information of the fact that in breach of his obligations to the breach of duty and it has been an unspecified number of people know it is a means. However, publication of these personal information, infringement of the moral rights of the Constitution guarantees an individual, of course, not only a matter of law that the right to self-determination of the personal information, has continued also doubts for the effectiveness of the system. As a result, in this paper, to discuss legal issues with the disclosure of management personal information and its improvement measures, and expected to be able to take advantage of the efficient development of the future of personal information disclosure system.

The government was fully aware of the gravity of a recent massive leak of personal information of credit card users. Meanwhile, the government just took a light disciplinary action by imposing a fine, but it showed its intention to strengthen the regulations by taking the severest disciplinary action. The tightened regulations against personal information leak will be applied to the private security industry without exception to protect individual people's property and lives if such an incident occurs in that industry that deals with a wide variety of personal information such as CCTV data or privacy information all the time. The purpose of this study was to examine the state of the protection and management of personal information for service users among private security firms in an effort to suggest some reform measures. The findings of the study were as follows: First, administrators or managers who are involved with personal information protection should make a full-fledged effort to gather information. Second, counseling or related programs should be provided for small and mid-sized security firms to guarantee thorough personal information protection. Third, Korea Security Association should improve the educational system related to personal information protection to resolve problems with this education currently provided for managers and employees of these companies.

Business consignment using personal information is increasing for the operating profit and work efficiency of Internet companies. If the personal information leakage accident occurs at the consignee, the consigner who provided personal information will be damaged greatly. The purpose of this study is to analyze the business attributes of consignee using consigned personal information and present a model that can be used to select companies with high risk of personal information leakage by considering the importance of the involved personal information. For this, personal information consignment relations, consignment services, and personal information items used were analyzed. Social network analysis and cluster analysis were applied to select companies with high network centrality that are advisable to obtain information security certification. The results of this study could be used to establish information protection strategies for private or public enterprises that manage companies using personal information.

This paper studies the current development of personal media and the development of project mapping technology. The speed of social life is speeding up, and information dissemination tends to be fragmented. With the rapid development of mobile technology in recent years, personal media has gradually attracted the attention of people. And now image production and video editing become more and more simple in mobile devices, which provide a basis for the active personal media. The emergence of video content with high creative which is producing by projection mapping. And also providing an attractive new content for the general public. With the popularity of home projector, and the development of mobile terminal projection mapping production application. In the future, it will be possible to use projection mapping to produce personal media contents on the basis of mobile media platform.

Recently, cloud computing has been viewed as a technology of great influence. Despite the importance of personal cloud services, the majority of cloud computing studies has been focused on an enterprise level. Therefore, in this research, we list variables of personal cloud computing characteristics (accessibility, storage, trust, perceived ease of use, availability) from preceding research done on an enterprise level. So, through pilot testing, we analyze whether examined characteristic variables affect the intention to use personal cloud computing. Next, we investigate the relevancy between user characteristics, including gender, age, and occupation, and the usage rate of personal cloud computing. Lastly, we implement an analysis of variance in order to speculate whether there is any difference between the five characteristic variables in using personal cloud computing between cloud service enterprises. For empirical testing people with experience in personal cloud computing are surveyed. Frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, internal consistency analysis, T-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis are implemented with 325 valid samples. The analysis results are as follows: First, among user characteristic variables, 'occupation' shows a significant relationship with cloud service usage, Second, between cloud service enterprises, all five characteristic variables of 'Naver N Drive' are thoroughly evaluated and 'Google Drive' receives a high evaluation in availability and accessibility. Third and finally, all of the selected characteristic variables affect the intention to use personal cloud computing. However, availability is identified to be the most important factor. This research will serve as a reference to enterprises for the practical implementation of personal cloud computing service.

Due to the increase of international business and activities, Koreans nowadays have higher needs to present their personal identity to the foreigners. In this process, the first requirement is to exchange personal names with foreigners. Therefore, the phonetic translation of Korean names into Roman alphabetic notation is frequently required, in order to deliver Korean personal names to the people who do not understand Korean alphabet. However, some confusions have been witnessed in the way of transforming Korean names into Roman (English) alphabet notation, due to the fact that there are many different ways to put Korean pronunciation into Roman (English) alphabet. This study examines different formats of Romanization of Korean personal names to find and suggest an optimal one. It first examines structures of and differences between Korean and Western personal names and usage patterns, reviews the issues surrounding Romanization of Korean personal names, and patternizes diverse Romanization formats currently used. Based on these examinations and consequent findings, I would like to suggest a format for the Romanization of Korean personal names which is considered to be the best.

As digital advertising industry grows, consumers' concerns over personal information protect also rise. Thus, the current study is designed to explore college students' perspectives on digital behavioral advertising and personal information protection through in-depth interviews. According to study results, importance of personal information protection is highly regarded among college students and interviewees suggest individuals, companies, and government organizations work together to protect personal information. College students' behavioral level of personal information protection can be divided into three levels such as 1) no-action taken, 2) passive response, and 3) active response. The study found that college students' attitude toward digital behavioral advertising is positive and also negative at the same time. Lastly, the study suggests that college students have positive attitude toward companies' personal information collection and use for the marketing purpose such as digital behavioral advertising. At the discussion section this study puts emphasis on the need for digital media literacy education and suggests practical implications for personal information collection and its procedures.

The information security management system (ISMS) and the personal information management system (PIMS) have been integrated into a personal information & information security management system (ISMS-P) certification scheme in response to requests to reduce the time and cost to prepare certification schemes. Integration of the certification system has made it possible for the system operator to gain the advantage of easy management of the ISMS-P certification system, and the certification target organization can enjoy the advantage of easy acquisition and maintenance of certification. However, ambiguity in the application criteria of the target organization, and ambiguity in the certification criteria control items require the target organization to operate an excessive management system, and the legal basis to be applied to the certification target organization is ambiguous. In order to improve these problems, this paper uses case studies to identify the types of certification bodies that apply the certification criteria, and to change the control items applied during certification audits based on the types of certification bodies. Institutions that wish to obtain only ISMS certification have proposed three solutions, excluding controls covered by the ISMS-P. This paper suggests ways to operate an efficient certification system, and can be used as a basis for improving problems in the ISMS-P certification system.
