최근 금융권 해킹사례를 통해서 알 수 있듯이 공격자는 금융회사를 직접 해킹하기 보다는 보안관리가 허술한 수탁자를 대상으로 해킹공격을 시도하고 있다. 이로 인해 위탁자는 수탁자에 대한 보안점검 및 통제를 강화하고 있으나 영세 수탁자의 경우 전산설비 부족 및 보안장비 도입 시 과도한 비용 발생으로 인해 정보보호 투자에 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 신용카드사들로부터 개인정보를 제공 받은 영세수탁업체의 보안강화를 위해 개인정보 라이프 사이클 기준으로 취약점에 대해 알아 보고자한다. 취약점 해결방안으로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스에 소송관리시스템을 구축하여 사용하고 데이터 전송구간은 가상사설망을 설치하여 기밀성 및 무결성을 확보한다. 또한 사용자 보안강화를 위해 사용자PC에 PC방화벽, 출력물 보안등의 설치를 통한 개인신용정보 처리 보호방안을 제시하고자 한다.

Purpose - The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of personal characteristics, loan characteristics, and interest rate characteristics of 2,653 borrowers on the delinquency possibility. In doing so, this study applies both multiple regression and logistic regression models to the data of credit unions in the city of Daegu. Design/Methodology/Approach - The major results of multiple regression analysis using SPSS are as follows. Findings - As for the results of testing the significance of the regression coefficients, it has been found that among the personal characteristics variables membership, credit rating, credit rating changes, and LTV have significant positive (+) effects on the delinquency possibility. Also it has been shown that among the loan characteristics variables loan amount, loan balance, total debt amount, collateral type, collateral amount, and repayment method have significant positive (+) effects on the delinquency possibility. Furthermore it has been found that among the interest rate characteristics variables both overdue interest rate and interest rate spread have positive (+) effects on the delinquency possibility. However, it has been shown that among the personal characteristics variables equity and membership do not have significant effects on the delinquency possibility, and that normal interest rate among the interest rate characteristics variables also do not have a significant effect on the delinquency possibility. Research Implications - By systematically analyzing the variables affecting delinquency possibility based on the results of this study, credit unions might get positive help in improving the system of managing receivables. Furthermore, the results of this study could be extended and applied to other types of financial institutions, so that financial institutions in general will also get some help to systematically manage the delinquency possibility.

최근 모든 산업에 있어서 디지털 전환이 가속되고 있고 그로 인해 생산되고 이용되는 정보 및 개인정보의 활용이 기업의 성패에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 그러나 이에 대한 역기능으로서 기업의 주요 정보 및 개인정보를 탈취하거나 유출하려는 시도는 계속 증가하고 있고, 이에 대한 적절한 방어 및 대응이 절대적으로 필요하다. 그러나, 중소기업의 경우 대기업에 비해 정보보호에 대한 우선순위나 전문인력 보유 면에서 매우 미흡한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 국내에서 시행되고 있는 인증 및 진단에 대해 살펴보고, 개인정보보호법 고시 기준 확대 적용 및 지원 제도의 상시 운영을 통해서, 중소기업에 적합한 정보보호 인증 확대 적용 및 지원 제도의 실효성 제고 방안을 제시한다.

This research applied an attachment theory to the study of three generations of women. Questionnaire and semistructured interview techniques were employed to collect the data on intergenerational mother-daughter relationships from 140 triads of adolescent daughters middle-aged mothers an old-aged grandmothers. The focus of the study had been on the characteristics of attachment patterns which is measured by sense of attachment and autonomy across and within generations and their effects on personal well-being. Women in each their three generations perceived a high and seminilar level of attachment across and within the generations. On the other hand the level of autonomy differed by the generations with middle-aged mothers showing a higher level of perceived sense of autonomy than other two generations. Although the levels of attachment and autonomy were related to psychological well-being the level of autonomy was slightly more related to it. The results also showed that not nly one's own attachment toward mother/daughter but attachment of others toward herself were associated with the personal well-being. Overall this study reflects and supports the basis concepts of mother-daughter attachment: its continuity reciprocity and personal development in adulthood.

In this paper, a user-friendly mobile photo album system and albuming functions to support it are introduced. Stand-alone implementation in a mobile device is considered. The main idea of user-friendly photo browsing for albuming functions is to enable users to organize and browse their photos along semantically meaningful axes of events, personal identities, and categories. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method would be sufficiently useful and efficient for browsing personal photos in mobile environment.

Rapid integration of information technology into health care systems has included the use of highly portable systems-in particular, personal digital assistants (PDAs). With their large built-in memories, fast processors, wireless connectivity, multimedia capacity, and large library of applications, PDAs have been widely adopted by physicians and nurses for patient tracking, disease management, medical references and drug information, enhancing quality of health care. Many health-related PDA applications are available to both dietetics professionals and clients. Dietetics professionals can effectively use PDAs for client tracking and support, accessing to hospital database or information, and providing better self-monitoring tools to clients. Internship programs for dietetics professionals should include training in the use of PDAs and their dietetics applications, so that new practitioners can stay abreast of this rapidly evolving technology. Several considerations to keep in mind in selecting a PDA and its applications are discussed.

This paper, proposes concept of personal robot middleware core also called streaming layer. Based on openness and portability, the streaming layer is proposed in order to meet requirements of different kinds of applications. The streaming layer architecture provides effective management of data flows and allows integration of different systems with ease regardless software of hardware platform. With extensibility support additional features can be build in without affect to performance. Therefore, heterogeneous network support, real-time communications, embedded boards support can be easily achieved. In order to achieve high performance together with portability into different platforms, the most functions has to be implemented in C language, while critical parts, such as scheduling, priority assignment has to be made using native functions of tested platforms.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the determinants of financial behaviors and subjective economic well-being in personal financial education through research targeted at adults. The results indicated by the research can be summarized as follows. First, there was a significant difference found in the changes of financial behaviors in accordance with the types of financial education programs, the time period, and the methods of financial education. Second, financial behaviors were higher when participating in profit financial education programs or in workplace financial education programs. Additionally, the increase was higher when participating in long-term programs. Third, the positive effects on subjective economic well-being were financial behaviors, participation in profitable financial education programs, unmarried and income level.

개인정보 침해사고가 잇따르고 그 피해규모가 심각함에 따라 정부에서는 개인정보의 보호를 위하여 다수의 개인정보보호 관련 인증제도를 도입하였다. 그중에서도 PIMS와 PIPL은 서로 유사한 점이 많아 중복규제라는 문제점이 제기되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 그동안 논란이 되어 온 PIMS와 PIPL 간의 중복성을 규명하기 위하여 두 인증제도 심사기준의 중복성을 구문분석을 통해 평가한다.

This study aimed to examine predictors of the intention to protect personal information on Facebook. We conducted an online survey of 679 Facebook users in the Republic of Korea. The findings of this study showed that usefulness and ease of use had significant effects on attitudes toward protection behavior. The results also revealed that risk factors (privacy risk severity and vulnerability) had significant effects on protective behaviors. Based on our findings, we discussed the information protection of privacy on Facebook.
