The accumulated BMS data have made it easy to make reasonable decision-making for bride maintenance and repair work. In the developing period of BMS, the bridge management was not easy due to the lack of understanding of BMS and low credibility of the data. In recent years, it has been possible to enhance the credibility of the data and to expand the application scopes of BMS with the efforts of Local Road Construction Offices. The reasonable decision making for bridge management can improve the performance of bridges under the practical constraints such as limited budget. It can then result in the reduction of bridge maintenance budget. This study provides the methodology for the application of mobile internet-based KOBMS for bridge management. The data flow for BMS is the most important factor for decision-making on budget allocation, and this study establishes the basic scheme of the data flow for BMS. The implementation of PDA for BMS may suggest a new paradigm of 'Mobile' in the field of construction management.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the status of sanitary management based on HACCP. The surveys which were on various aspects of general characteristics, food handling practice, personal sanitation, equipment sanitation, and equipment possession were carried out using questionnaires for 146 business and industry foodservice operations in Taegu and Kyungpook areas. The results of this study were summarized as follows. Forty-nine percent of surveyed foodservice operations was in Taegu, 51% in Kyungpook and 69.2% in direct foodservice operations and 28.1% in contracted foodservice operations. Seventy-eight percent of foodservice operations replied that they have done only basic sanitary management, while 13% surveyed stated that they were implementing HACCP. Food handling practice and personal sanitation were significantly better in Kyungpook area than in Taegu. Significantly high levels in food handling practice, personal sanitation, equipment sanitation, and equipment possession were seen in foodservice operations which had more than 1,000 meal served than those which had less than 1,000 meals served. According to the results of food handling practice, in items of food-temperature measurement during receiving, cooking, holding after cooking, and reheating, foodservice operations showed very low scores below the average. All foodservice operations presented good scores in the parts of personal and equipment sanitation. In equipment possession, sterilizing systems were generally not enough, dishwasher and sterilizing facilities of contracted foodservice operation showed significantly high scores. Therefore, the business and industry foodservice operations will have to pay special attention to temperature management in the foodservice production process as the first step to implement of HACCP.

초고속 유/무선인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전으로 언제 어디서나 가능한 인터넷 비즈니스 현상이 전개되고 있다. 이 같은 환경 하에서 이동에이전트(mobile agents) 기술은 사용자를 대신하여 자율적으로 실행할 수 있는 소프트웨어 객체로서 이동성을 지원하기 때문에 개인 휴대단말기들을 위해 유용한 메커니즘을 제공한다. 따라서, 본 논문은 유/무선인터넷 환경 하에서 이동에이전트를 지원하는 휴대단말기용 이동에이전트 플랫폼을 개발 구현한다. 이를 위해, 이미 선행 개발된 자바(Java) 기반 이동에이전트 시스템인 JAMAS를 수정 갱신하여 휴대단말기용 시스템으로 구축한다. 제안된 시스템을 기반으로 하여 유/무선인터넷상에서 네트워크 환경을 구성하고 감시할 수 있는 휴대단말기용 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) MIB(Management Information Base)를 접근하여 브라우징 하는 어플리케이션을 구현한다. 제안된 시스템 어플리케이션은 SNMP 에이전트의 관리 정보인 MIB를 접근하여 네트워크 맵 뷰어(map viewer), MIB 갱신 등을 브라우저를 통해 관리자에게 제공한다. 그러므로, 휴대단말기용 이동에이전트를 이용하면 홈 네트워크 관리, Mobile-Commerce, 원격지 DB 시스템 통합, Active Message, Active Network 관리 등을 확장성 있게 지원할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 금융권 DID(Decentralized Identity) 서비스 체계의 표준 방식을 준수하는 가운데 체계적인 검증 방식을 통하여 개인 정보나 자격 증명을 유연하게 제어할 수 있는 블록체인 기반의 DID 서비스인 FinDID(Financial Decentralized IDentity)를 제시한다. DID는 특정 인증기관 없이 탈중앙화 환경에서 활용하는 신원 관리 체계이며, 사용자가 자신의 정보를 제어할 수 있는 기술로서 사용자 자신의 개인정보에 대한 자기 주권화를 실현할 수 있다. FinDID을 통하여 사용자는 자신의 여러 개인정보를 인증하는 크리덴셜을 발급자에게 발급받아 개인 전자지갑을 이용해 타겟금융 서비스가 필수적으로 요구하는 클레임만을 크리덴셜에서 선택하여 프레젠테이션을 생성하고, 이를 금융 서비스에게 제출하여 자신의 서비스 이용자격을 부여받는다. FinDID는 전자지갑, 크리덴셜 발급자, 크리덴셜 저장소 그리고 DID 관리 컨트랙트 및 크리덴셜 관리 컨트랙트를 포함하는 DID 서비스 및 이러한 서비스 체계를 이용하는 금융서비스로 구성된다. DID 서비스는 각 사용자의 DID를 관리하고 관련된 신원 관리체계의 모든 검증과정을 지원한다.

본 연구에서는 IPA를 이용한 물리치료사의 감염관리 의식과 수행능력을 분석하였다. 4개 영역은 손위생, 개인관리, 진료실 환경, 감염관리 교육으로 구분하고 인식과 실천에 대한 설문조사를 하였다. 일반적인 특성은 빈도분석하고 인지도와 수행도는 대응표본 t-test와 Pearson's correlation를 통해 분석하였다. 손위생은 둘다 높았고 감염관리 교육은 수행도는 높으나 인지도가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 치료실 환경의 수행도는 높았으나 인지도가 낮았고 개인관리의 둘다 낮았다. 따라서 본 연구를 바탕으로 감염관리 교육은 인지도를 개선해야 하는 정책 치료실 환경은 수행도를 개선해야 하는 전략, 개인 관리는 수행도와 인지도를 동시에 개선해야 하는 전략이 필요하다.

This study suggests a frequency matrix technique to predict personal credit rate more efficiently using incomplete data sets. At first this study test on multiple discriminant analysis and logistic regression analysis for predicting personal credit rate with incomplete data sets. Missing values are predicted with mean imputation method and regression imputation method here. An artificial neural network and frequency matrix technique are also tested on their performance in predicting personal credit rating. A data set of 8,234 customers in 2004 on personal credit information of Bank A are collected for the test. The performance of frequency matrix technique is compared with that of other methods. The results from the experiments show that the performance of frequency matrix technique is superior to that of all other models such as MDA-mean, Logit-mean, MDA-regression, Logit-regression, and artificial neural networks.

Today, our society is exposed to cyber threats, such as the leakage of personal information, as various systems are connected and operated organically with the development of information and communication technology. With the impact of these cyber risks, we are experiencing damage from the virtual world to the physical world. As the number of cases of damage caused by cyber attacks has continued to rise, social voices have risen that the government needs to manage cyber risks. Thus, information and telecommunication service providers are now mandatory to have insurance against personal information protection due to amendment of "the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection". However, the insurance management system has not been properly prepared, with information and communication service providers selecting the service operators based on sales volume rather than selecting them based on the type and amount of personal information they store and manage. In order for the personal information protection liability insurance system to be used more effectively in line with the legislative purpose, effective countermeasures such as cooperation with the government and related organizations and provision of benefits for insured companies should be prepared. Thus, the author of this study discuss the current status of personal information protection liability insurance system and the issues raised in the operation of the system. Based on the results of this analysis, the authors propsoe tasks and plans to establish an effective personal information protection liability insurance system.

This exploratory study examines critical quality factors of store that can give access to credit card. The procedures of developing instrument is followed by recommendations on the developing measures of marketing constructs. The results shows that service quality of store available for credit card is divided four dimensions(personal service, payment-approving service, information-providing service, problem responsiveness service). These dimensions and scales are verified through the assessment of reliability and validity. Finally, the importance of personal service is showed to be different across types of industry.

본 연구는 개인이 이른바 '유비쿼터스 개인지식관리 시스템'을 갖추고 있을 때 발생하게 될 것으로 예상되는 마케팅 메시지로서의 지식의 역할에 대한 개념적 연구를 수행한다. 기존의 마케팅 광고 메시지는 인간의 생물학적인 감각과 인지, 기억 능력에 의존하였기 때문에 반복적이고 자극적이어야만 했다. 그러나 유비쿼터스 환경에서는 UPA(Ubiquitous Personal Assistant)를 활용하여 개인이 소비하는 컨텐트를 이음매 없이(Seamless) 습득, 저장할 수 있게 되며, 이러한 변화는 마케팅과 광고의 방법에도 변화를 가져오게 될 것으로 판단된다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 개인지식관리를 통하여 변화되는 마케팅과 광고의 모습을 나타내고자 하며, 이를 위해 시나리오를 제시하고 분석한다.

The composition and design of a real-time personal dose measurement and management system are described in this paper. Accordingly, some pertinent hardware circuits and software codes including their operation modes have also been presented.
