  • This study investigates the main trend of LOHAS, examines and analyzes the LOHAS marketing cases of the fashion industry, and proposes an effective LOHAS marketing strategy for the domestic fashion market. Data were collected from Naver, Google and Daum from 2005 (when LOHAS began to be recognized) to October $31^{st}$ 2010. We searched the research material with keywords related to the research subject (such as eco, green, well being, echo-friendly, LOHAS, sustainable, environmental management, and green management) to conduct a theoretical and exploratory study through qualitative analysis. The data are analyzed with three types such as personal value of eco-friendly fabric, economical value of recycled fabric and re-use or re-form, and social-ethical value of distribution and promotion. The research results show that LOHAS marketing activities focused on personal values and social-ethical values (rather than economical value) and from an eco-friendly management centered on merchandise; in addition, an eco-friendly supply chain management incorporated with a management system were applied. LOHAS marketing strategies at home and abroad revealed some differences in the cases of eco-friendly fabric, recycling, and fair trade.

  • Purpose - First, empirical research will reveal how personal creativity affects the knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors of organizational members. Second, self-management competency will be verified to explain the causal relationship between independent and dependent variables as a mediating variable and to reduce the time interval. Research design, data, and methodology - There are two major research models. First, personal creativity (professionalism, emotional intelligence, internal motivation) has a positive impact on knowledge sharing (creation of knowledge, organization of knowledge, use of knowledge) and innovation behavior (deriving ideas, implementing ideas, promoting ideas). Second, self-management competency (intellectual capacity, emotional capacity, personality capacity) plays a mediating role. In addition to descriptive statistics and correlation analysis, Cronbach's α was calculated for 259 workers in the retail industry. In addition, confirmatory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS 24.0 program, and the influence on the measurement model was analyzed to verify the structural equation model. Results - First, personal creativity had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. In other words, it was confirmed that the decision-making process accompanied by individual creativity can create an atmosphere of knowledge sharing and continue to innovate. Second, personal creativity had a positive effect on self-management competency, and self-management competency had a positive effect on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Third, self-management competency was found to partially mediate the influence of personal creativity on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior. Conclusions - First, it is important for managers to recognize the value of creative talents who can be a fundamental source of organizational success and competitive advantage, and to attract talented people. Second, managers should be able to develop decision-making processes to develop potential creativity and encourage creative ideas, opinions, or solutions when organizing the work environment of their members. Third, managers should promote the sharing and integration of new knowledge that underlies the creative views and attitudes of teams and organizational members. Unlike previous studies, which emphasize the role of the work environment in which creative behaviors are promoted, this study shows that creativity of individual members, itself, is an important determinant of knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.

  • Objectives: The principal aim of this study is to provide fundamental data for suggesting substantial management plan of personal air sampler by investigating current situation of work environment monitoring service provider. Materials and Methods: The questionnaires regarding a personal air sampler were sent by electronic mail to 150 institutions, except for 22 institutions which are out of business or closed temporarily, among total 172 domestic work environment monitoring service providers designated by Ministry of Employment and Labor based on 2013. The institutions which did not reply to the questionnaire for 30 days were required directly by phone call. Finally 97 institutions gave an answer to the questionnaire and therefore the respondence rate was 65%. Results: The normal operation rate of personal air sampler exceeded 70% in all the types (particle, gas and both combination) in terms of purchased year. Furthermore the personal air sampler purchased recently showed a trend of high operation rate compared to the personal air sampler purchased previously. The distribution patterns of personal air sampler In terms of manufacturers were Gillian>MSA>SKC for particle, Gillian>SKC>AMETEK for gas and Gillian>MSA>Casella for both combination, respectively. As a result, it was found that the personal air sampler manufactured by Gillian company was utilized the most in domestic work environment monitoring service provider regardless of types of personal air sampler. Conclusions: Based on the results obtained from this study, the normal operation rate according to types of personal air sampler was as follows: 94% for personal air sampler for collecting particle only, 93% for personal air sampler for collecting gas only and 89% for collecting both particle and gas. Overall, the numbers of personal air sampler possessed and operated normally in domestic work environment monitoring service provider were 5,458 and 5,062, which indicates the normal operation rate of personal air sampler in total aspect is 93%.

Regarding the personal data protection in the medical industry, it is clearly described in 'Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and information Protection, etc.'. the law is ratified on the basis of the service provider, therefore, it has its own limitation to be applied to medical industry. Therefore, this paper is to set the security standard and to discuss the range of legal application and considerations on its basis for the domestic medical institution at the electronic medical record system. We exemplify specific applicable content of the electronic signature in the electronic medical record also, present a security assessment item in electronic medical system and set the criteria for the security standard in the medical industry.

  • Modern technology drives the world, increasing performance while reducing labor and time expenses. Tanzania Atomic Energy Commission (TAEC) tracks employee's levels of exposure to radiation sources using dosimeters. According to legal compliance, workers wear dosimeters for three months and one month at the workplace. However, TAEC has problems in tracking, issuing and returning dosimeters because the existing tracking is done manually. The study intended to develop a Personal Dose Management System (PDMS) that processes and manages the data collected by dosimeters for easy and accurate records. During the requirements elicitation process, the study looked at the existing system. PDMS' requirement gathering included document reviews, user interviews, and focused group discussions. Development and testing of the system were implemented by applying the evolutionary prototyping technique. The system provides a login interface for system administrators, radiation officers, and Occupational Exposed Workers. The PDMS grants TAEC Staff access to monitor individual exposed workers, prints individual and institutional reports and manages workers' information. The system reminds the users when to return dosimeters to TAEC, generate reports, and facilitates dispatching and receiving dosimeters effectively. PDMS increases efficiency and effectiveness while minimizing workload, paperwork, and inaccurate records. Therefore, based on the results obtained from the system, it is recommended to use the system to improve dosimeter data management at the institution.

Major findings of this study were at follows: 1. Both employed and unemployed wives, younger managers were more likely to have a higher cohesion and adaptability between spouses. For the unemployed wives, locus of control over managers’financial situation and perception of gap between standard and level of living were significant predictors of the personal subsystem. 2. In both groups, financial planning was positively influenced by amount of saving. But amount of saving was not significant predictor of financial implementing. Financial implementing was positively influenced by locus of control, in the unemployed wives. For the employed wives, predictors of financial implementing were family income and marriage duration. 3. For the employed wives, the effect of personal and managerial subsystem on subjective financial well-being was greater than unemployed wives. 4. It was found that personal and managerial subsystems had effect on subjective financial well-being. Thus, the path model designed in this research was found to be proven for employed and unemployed wives.
