역지붕 녹화옥상시스템[KICT-GRS2004]의 우수유출 특성에 관한 실험적 연구 (A Experimental Study on Effluence Characteristic of the Rainfall in the IRMA Green Roof System of KICT)

  • The Purpose of this study is development and analysis of Effluence Characteristic of the Rainfall in the IRMA Green Roof System(developed in KICT) Plus 50 program is an internal research project at KICT(Korean Institute of Construction Technology) which has it as an object ; to lengthen the building's life 50-year or more and reduce energy conception 50% than present. Green roof system is one of the most important theme in the Plus 50 program. Generally, a Green Roof System has a positive effect on the thermal conductivity in winter, the micro cooling effect on building and city by evaporation in summer, the flood-control effect by runoff-reduction or the treated rainwater-quality of green roof system and so on. However, inspection of the physical effect of green roof system does not consider in Korea. Above all, long-term monitoring and a whole observation of green roof system is needed to probate the effect. So a new experimental method could be tried in this research, which is never attempted in Korea. The measurement by a bucket with a great volume, 1L, gives a new dimension of measuring green roof effect to measure the permanent running flood from a wide roof. This offers a reasonable result on a long-term measuring of a running water. Additionally, the thermal behavior of the IRMA(Insulated Roof Membrane Assembly), known in the western europe as a reasonable solution at green roof system by economical benefits and easy construction, would be experimented.

  • 파이프루프 공법은 개착공법 및 다른 비개착공법에 비해 경제적이고 시공이 비교적 단순한 공법으로 도심지 도로를 횡단하는 신규노선이나 상하수도 등 지하구조물에 적용 사례가 증가하고 있다. 국내외 연구 및 시공사례증가로 공법에 대한 기술적 발전 및 파이프루프의 성능 개선이 이루어지면서 단순 사전보강공법이 아닌 영구 지보재로서 활용가능성이 제기되었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 파이프루프의 지보효과를 분석하고자 3차원 유한요소 수치해석을 수행하였으며 파이프루프 적용유무와 터널 단면 형상에 따른 지반의 거동을 변위와 응력 변화관점에서 분석하였다. 수치해석 결과 파이프루프를 적용할 경우 터널 상부 지반에서 뚜렷한 변위제어 효과와 함께 터널 단면형상이 지반 및 파이프루프 거동에 상당한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다.

옥상녹화를 위한 남천 외 3수종의 내건성 평가 (Drought Resistance Assessment of Four Shrub Species Including Nandina Domestica for Extensive Green Roof)

  • 본 연구는 비교적 내건성이 강하여 옥상녹화 소재로 이용될 수 목본식물들 중 수수꽃다리(Syringa dilatata), 사철나무(Euonymus japonica), 쥐똥나무(Ligustrum obtusifolium), 남천(Nandina domestica)등 4 수종에 대해서 내건성을 비교하고 영구위조계수를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 식물의 내건성을 비교하기 위하여 2013년 6월4일~7월 20일까지 무관수 처리하였고 7일 간격으로 잎의 상대함수량, 상대전기전도도, 수분포텐셜 등을 측정하였으며, 영구위조계수를 알아보았다. 실험 결과 충분히 관수한 화분을 옥상으로 옮기고 2일 후에 측정한 잎의 상대함수량은 쥐똥나무 91.3%, 수수꽃다리 92.9%, 남천 91.2%, 사철나무 90.1%였다. 그 후 28일 동안 관수하지 않은 상태에서 측정한 상대함수량은 쥐똥나무 60.2%, 수수꽃다리는 67.8%로 크게 감소되었으나, 남천과 사철나무는 각각 80.1%, 81.7%로 감소되었다. 상대전기전도도와 수분포텐셜에서도 남천과 사철나무가 쥐똥나무와 수수꽃다리에 비하여 내건성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 수종별 영구위조계수는 쥐똥나무 3.1%, 수수꽃다리 2.1%, 남천 1.6%, 사철나무 0.7%로 나타났다. 즉 위의 공시수종 모두 내건성이 강하지만 그 중에서도 특히 사철나무의 내건성이 가장 크고 다음은 남천> 수수꽃다리> 쥐똥나무 순인 것으로 분석되었다.

Using a feed forward ANN to model the inelastic behaviour of confined sandwich panels

  • The analysis and design of complex structures like sandwich-panel elements are difficult; the use of finite element method for the analysis is complicated and time consuming when non-linear effects are considered. On the other hand, artificial neural network (ANN) models can capture the non-linear effects and its application requires lesser computational demand. Two ANN models were trained, tested and validated to compute the force for a given displacement of a sandwich-type roof element; 2555 force and element deformation pairs were used for training the ANN models. For the models trained without considering the damping effect, there were two values in the input layer: maximum displacement and current displacement, and for the model considering damping, displacement from the previous step was used as an additional input. Totally, 400 ANN models were trained. Results show that there is a good agreement between the experimental and simulated data, and the models showed a good performance with a mean square error value of 4548.85. Both the ANN models could simulate the inelastic behaviour, loss of rigidity, and evolution of permanent displacements. The models could also interpolate and extrapolate, which enables them to be used as an analysis and design tool for such complex elements.

공공임대주택 유형별 부재의 사후보전 수선시기 설정연구 (Analysis of the Breakdown repair time of the Building Components in Public Rental-Housing Types)

  • The rental housing has played a key role to supply a decent living space for the low-income households. The owner of the rental housing should maintain and manage the building physical condition. On the other hand, rents should use the housing without any damage and pay a certain fare for the rent. A rent is classified into two types : private and public. The public rent is mainly to supply a living space for non-available home owner with a low-rent fare. Many of public rent are built and supplied by the public institution or local government. The supplier would take a responsibility to maintain the building and components, reflected by the maintenance plan and repair scope. In this paper, it aimed at providing the repair time in building components of the public rental housing such as lighting, electrical cable, paintings and etc.. The repair time is analyzed with three calculation methods which are solved by the probability and empirical approach. Results are as follows : First, the repair time of the electrical facilities are maintained with 11yr, 10yr and 7 in permanent, public and redevelopment rent respectively. The roof proof has a repair time with 14yr, 11yr and 8 in permanent, public and redevelopment rent housing respectively. Second, Most of the components has a prior length of the repair time in permanent, public and redevelopment rent sequently. There is a difference in repair time according to the rental types. Therefore, it would continue to research the difference in aspect of the living style, building physics, living consciousness and etc.

초고층건물의 사각조망에서 촬영된 지붕표면 열화상의 신뢰도 평가 (Evaluating Reliability of Rooftop Thermal Infrared Image Acquired at Oblique Vantage Point of Super High-rise Building)

  • It is usual to evaluate the performance of the cool roof by measuring in-site rooftop temperature using thermal infra-red camera. The principal advantage of rooftop thermal infrared image acquired in oblique vantage point of super high-rise building as a remote sensor is to provide, in a cost-effective manner, area-wide information required for a scattered rooftop target with different colors, utilizing wide view angle and multi-temporal data coverage. This research idea was formulated by incorporating the concept of traditional remote sensing into rooftop temperature monitoring. Correlations between infrared image of super high-rise building and in-situ data were investigated to compare rooftop surface temperature for a total of four different rooftop locations. The results of the correlations analyses indicate that the rooftop surface temperature by the infrared images of super high-rise building alone could be explained yielding $R^2$ values of 0.951. The visible permanent record of the oblique thermal infra-red image was quite useful in better understanding the nature and extent of rooftop color that occurs in sampling points. This thermal infrared image acquired in oblique vantage point of super high-rise made it possible to identify area wide patterns of rooftop temperature change subject to many different colors, which cannot be acquired by traditional in-site field sampling. The infrared image of super high-rise building breaks down the usual concept of field sampling established as a conventional cool roof performance evaluation technique.

대공간구조물에 시공된 영구앵커의 장기거동 (Long Term Behavior of Permanent Rock Anchorages in Large Spatial Span Structures)

  • 대부분의 대공간 구조물은 도시의 상징물인 동시에 구조물의 용도를 만족하여야 하므로 기초가 구조물의 지지, 형태유지 또는 전도방지, 부력저항 등의 다양한 역할을 갖도록 설계되었다. 이에 따라 여러 형태의 기초가 도입되었는데 본 연구에서는 이중 구조물 형태유지 및 전도방지를 위해 앵커력을 도입한 두가지 월드컵 운동장의 경우를 비교 검토하여 건설공정에서 점검된 앵커력의 변화를 검토하였다. 본 연구에서는 반구형지붕의 바깥방향으로 작용되는 수평력 제어를 위해 시공된 앵커(Case1)와 캔틸레버 지붕의 전도방지를 위한 앵커(Case2) 2가지 사례에 대한 앵커력의 도입과정과 최초 앵커력 도입에 따른 대공간 구조물의 장기거동에 대하여 알아보았다.

철도하부 가도교 설치에 대한 JES공법 (Joint Element Structure Method on the Subway Box Structure unere Railroad)

  • This document presents the JES(Joint Element Structure) method that has been adopted for the firs time in our country for the construction of the structure crossing under the railroad without open excavation. Front Jacking Method, Tubular Roof Construction Method, New Tubular Roof Method and Joint Element Structure Method are commonly used for the construction of structures crossing under the railroad. JES Method, frequently used in Japan recently, is a new method to construct the structures crossing under the railroad in a safe manner and in a relatively short period of time by utilizing the steel elements with the joints through which the load in the vertical angle to the axial direction is transferred to the next element. The elements are tied to each other through the joints to form the permanent walls of a Rahmen structure under the road without open excavation and without limitation to the length in a convenient way. Through the case study in the project of a Subway Box Culvert Improvement for the Gyeonguiseon Railroad in front of Yonsei University using the JES Method, the cost and period of construction in various types of soil is investigated compared to the Front Jacking Method. Furthermore, by analyzing the results of instrumentation measurements carried out throughout the construction, comparison between the actual displacement in the ground and the predicted displacement in the design is made to provide the considerations to be counted for the design. In conclusion, comparison in the field of economic feasibility, constructability and safety between the JES Method and Front Jacking Method, which is most frequently adopted in our country at present, is made to present the JES Method as a new alternative for the non-open excavation construction method for the structures crossing under the railway.

시게루 반 전시공간의 생태적 특성과 변화 연구 (A Study on the Ecological Characteristics and Changes of the Shigeru Ban Exhibition Space)

  • 본 연구는 2000년 이후 시게루 반이 설계한 대표적인 임시전시관 3곳과 상설전시관 3곳을 대상으로 반의 전시공간의 생태적 특성과 디자인 특성에 대한 변화를 고찰하였다. 생태건축에 관한 개념 및 특성, 전시공간의 디자인 특성 등에 대한 문헌고찰을 통해 전시공간의 디자인 특성과 생태건축의 디자인요소에 대한 분석틀을 도출하였다. 연구 결과 건축규모, 공간구성, 기능, 재료 및 기술 측면에서 임시전시관과 상설전시관 사이에 큰 변화가 있다. 시게루 반의 임시전시관은 재활용 가능한 재료로 종이튜브, 컨테이너 등을 현장에서 전시 위주의 단층 공간으로 조립해 조립방법이 단순하고 공기가 짧아 전시회가 끝난 후 전시관이 철거되어 그 재료가 다음 전시장으로 옮겨지거나 재활용됐다. 한편 상설전시관은 철근콘크리트를 주체로 하고 목재와 유리재료를 다량으로 사용해 전시공간과 휴게공간을 분리시킨 다층 복합문화공간을 조성했다. 또한 시게루 반의 전시관을 영구건축으로서 친환경적인 재료와 혁신적인 구조기술, 기후설계 개념을 적용하는 등 지속가능한 건축을 실현하고 있다. 생태적 특성 측면에서 임시전시관은 건축자재를 모두 재활용할 수 있어 철거 후 산업폐기물이 발생하지 않았다. 상설전시관은 지붕, 벽면 등에 친환경 목재를 사용해 교체와 보수가 용이하며 두 가지 유형의 전시관은 모두 자연채광과 환기를 통해 자원과 에너지를 절약을 등 생태적 건축을 보다 지속가능한 방향으로 변화시켜 가고 있다.

운주사 원형석탑의 시원과 의미 (Origin and meaning of Circular stone Pagoda in Unjusa Temple)

  • There are lots of and kinds of stone pagoda and stone Buddhas at Unjusa Temple in Hwasun, Jeonnam, which is thus called as Cheontap(千塔) or Cheonbul.(千佛) Several archaeological excavations have been conducted in Unjusa though, the foundation purpose or background motivation is yet wrapped in mystery. Circular shape is representative pagoda of Unjusa made of round frame or spherical roof but circular stone pagoda is unusual that there is no similar example found in India or China as well as in Korea. Located in the symbolic center, Circular stone pagoda is a key to understand Unjusa. Yundeung(輪燈) is made of stone for circular stone pagoda and there are craft lamp and large lamp. The large lamp, for the palace courtyard on the occasion of Palgwanhoe,(八關會) consists of discs and light on each disc. Outdoor lamp of circular stone pagoda made of stone for permanent preservation purpose. Unjusa is a very special temple with stone-yundeung for circular stone pagoda. In this study, a circular stone pagoda that is the source of yundeung said. Unjusa circular stone pagoda next to the title of 'yundeung pagoda' and proposes to call.
