The stability of firefighting pipes is crucial in the event of an earthquake. In Korea, specification-based designs are used in accordance with NFSC. However, engineering performance-based designs are used for buildings that have special requirements. For firefighting pipes, tree type pipe networks are usually utilized in buildings; however, they are characterized by several limitations. Hence, grid type and loop type networks are being utilized lately. Earthquake-resistant designs for firefighting pipes in Korea utilize NFPA 13 as the cookbook. Nevertheless, an engineering analysis is required to verify its reliability. The NFPA 13 standard used in Korea is a design method for engineers who lack earthquake engineering analysis knowledge of pipes and adapt ASCE and ASME guidelines. Earthquake resistant designs in Korea review braces only. Hence, various analyses under load conditions, such as the internal pressure of a pipe, force exerted by a continuous load, and an earthquake, are required to ensure reliability. An engineering earthquake-resistance analysis showed that tree type pipe networks are less stable than grid and loop type pipe networks. A comparison of earthquake-resistance analysis based on stress and strain revealed that strain analysis exhibited a conservative result value in the range of over-stress. Therefore, for the earthquake-resistance analysis of pipes, it is rational that engineers perform analysis to achieve the required standards through engineering analysis rather than uniform calculations, which should also be analyzed considering various analysis conditions.
This paper remarks IETF based requirements for IP/UDP/RTP header compression issued in 3GPP2 All IP Ad Hoc Meeting and protocol stacks of the next generation mobile station. All IP Network, for real time application such as Voice over IP (VoIP) multimedia services based on 3GPP2 3G cdma2000. Frames for various protocols expected in the All IP network Mobile Station (MS) are explained with several figures including the bit-for-bit notation of header format based on IETF draft of Robust Header Compression Working Group (ROHC). Especially, this paper includes problems of IS-707 Radio Link Protocol (RLP) for header compression which will be expected to modify in All IP network MS's medium access layer to accommodate real time packet data service[1]. And also, since PPP has also many problems in header compression and mobility aspects in MS protocol stacks for 3G cdma2000 packet data network based on Mobile IP (PN-4286)[2], we introduce the problem of solution for header compression of PPP. Finally. we suggest the guidelines for All IP network MS header compression about expected protocol stacks, radio resource efficiency and performance.

The current sea route sign system based on an electronic marine chart only has a data manufacture specification for uses at ECDIS. Therefore, it has a limitation in expressing various sea route data and falls short of productivity as it is frozen to prevent being changed for a long time. Also, it cannot satisfy requirements from high tech such as lattice structure data and time series information. Currently, although it builds each independent operation system based S-57, it has been found that it is the most important requirement from consumers that the entire monitoring system can mutually interwork by standardizing and uniting formats of all protocols. In addition, current status information and alarm system is using AIS, TRS, WCDMA telecommunication and processing all the data after saving it into each different server. Lighthouse lantern which currently has used was utilized to do a performance test of a developed system. All of created data was trasmitted through the RS-232, It is clear that the data was received by a situation monitoring system. In addition, when the data was transmitted after saving in a database, same data was ordinarily received. In this thesis, we will implemented the status information and alarm system of Marine transportation facilities which is a sea route sign system based on S-63 electronic marine chart, S/W, after uniting each different protocol and making combined system.

As micro-system move toward higher speed and miniaturization, requirements for embedding the passive components into printed circuit boards (PCBs) grow consistently. They should be fabricated in smaller size with maintaining and even improving the overall performance. Miniaturization potential steps from the replacement of surface-mount components and the subsequent reduction of the required wiring-board real estate. Among the embedded passive components, capacitors are most widely studied because they are the major components in terms of size and number. Embedding of passive components such as capacitors into polymer-based PCB is becoming an important strategy for electronics miniaturization, device reliability, and manufacturing cost reduction Now days, the dielectric films deposited directly on the polymer substrate are also studied widely. The processing temperature below $200^{\circ}C$ is required for polymer substrates. For a low temperature deposition, bismuth-based pyrochlore materials are known as promising candidate for capacitor $B_2Mg_{2/3}Nb_{4/3}O_7$ ($B_2MN$) multi layers were deposited on Pt/$TiO_2/SiO_2$/Si substrates by radio frequency magnetron sputtering system at room temperature. The physical and structural properties of them are investigated by SEM, AFM, TEM, XPS. The dielectric properties of MIM structured capacitors were evaluated by impedance analyzer (Agilent HP4194A). The leakage current characteristics of MIM structured capacitor were measured by semiconductor parameter analysis (Agilent HP4145B). 200 nm-thick $B_2MN$ muti layer were deposited at room temperature had capacitance density about $1{\mu}F/cm^2$ at 100kHz, dissipation factor of < 1% and dielectric constant of > 100 at 100kHz.

A modular specification is a contract document that specifies the requirements of production, transformation and installation in a modular construction. A problem of the currently used specification is that it does not guarantee the level of performance required by the modular construction and fails to accommodate unique characteristics of each construction because it widely uses the standard specification as it is. This study proposes a specification that reflects the unique feature of modular construction in order to improve the quality of modular construction. Research focuses on the leakage in waterproof and mechanical equipment because it is the area with the highest rate of defects. This study suggests ways to improve the modular specification as follows: 1)Descriptive specifying (following MasterFormat) 2)Propose leakage verification method and test clause 3) Reflect characteristic of modular construction. Proposed modifications to modular specification are reviewed by experts for validation and their opinion verifies suggested improvements as a way to secure the quality of modular construction and to promise characteristics of the modular specification. This improvement will be used for reference when writing construction project specification, which can be an important contract document, so that it could lower occurrence rate of the modular defects.

The Government of South Korea is actively promoting entrepreneurship policies to help solve an age old problem of unemployment; however, the unemployment rate of youth entrepreneurship remains at a low. Primarily due to the government fragmented policies that are unable to solve the daily difficulties young entrepreneurs undergo. Therefore, this study aims at deriving a modern solution to an age old problem that exists through the use of co-creation by first interviewing young entrepreneurs to help derive a paradigm model. The model was developed through a grounded theory approach to help strengthen the young venture entrepreneurs. The results revealed that majority of the young entrepreneurship revitalization policies had exclusive participation structure, allowing only a selected few: complex policies of various government departments, short-term funding, one-size-fits-all training and support, lack of follow-up support policies after start-up, excessive administrative requirements, and performance-oriented fragmented support. Concluding that the policies were unrealistic and ineffective for the entrepreneurs. Accordingly, the result suggests that Co-creation entrepreneurship revitalization policy, based on the experiences of entrepreneurs, will need to be established to formulate an effective policy that provides practical assistance to the entrepreneurs in the field.

Universal design is defined as the design process of products and environments usable by all people to the greatest extent possible, without the need for adaptation or specialized design. The benefits of universal design have been promoted primarily through illustrative 'success stories' of public, residential and occupational environments and products. While case examples may be informative, they may unfortunately be limited in terms of generality to other designs or tasks. Therefore, design methods and criteria that can be applied systematically in a range of situations to encourage universal design are needed. In addition, the seven principles of universal design are intended to guide the design process. The principles provide a framework that allows a systematic evaluation of new or existing designs and assists in educating both designers and consumers about the characteristics of more usable products and environments. However, exactly how these principles are incorporated into the design process has beenleft up to the designer. Since the introduction of universal design, designers have become familiar with the principles of universal design, and they have developed many products based on universal design. However, the principles of universal design are qualitative, which means designers cannot quantitatively evaluate their designs. Some have worked to develop more systematic ways to evaluate products and environments by providing design guidelines for each of the principles. However, recommendations have not yet been made regarding how to integrate performance measures of universal design into the product design process before the product is mass produced. Furthermore, there are sets of requirements regarding each user group that has different age and ability. Consequently, there is an urgent need for design methods, based on a better understanding of age and ability related factors, which will lead to a universally designed product or environment. The authors have proposed the PSD (Preference Set-Based Design) method that can generate a ranged set of feasible solutions (i.e., robust and flexible solution set) instead of single point solution that satisfies changing sets of design targets. The objective of this paper is to develop a general method for systematically supporting the universal design process. This paper proposes the applicability of PSD method to universal design. Here, the proposed method is successfully illustrated with a universal design problem.
This study was performed to derive a modern service management model reflecting the philosophy of the new business administration. Service management as the modern business administration should be faithful to the spirit of modernity. In addition, service management must be faithful to the essence of service in service economy era. And since modern management is to manage organizations those are the central organizations of human society, it must be managed according to the common principles of the world. Management that satisfies these three management philosophy conditions is defined as modern service management. In this study, we analyzed that the existing service management framework does not meet these standards of modern management and derived an improved modern service management model. The modern service management model must be a management model that reflects the essence of intangible goods called service, it must be a management framework that reflects the modern spirit, and it must be a management model that reflects the common principles of the world required by the central organization of the modern economic society. Therefore, this study analyzed the modern spirit in addition to the service essence and the common principle of the world analyzed in the previous study, and presented a modern service management model with these three requirements. Also, examples of modern service management were presented. This study is a conceptual model, and analytical research is needed to demonstrate that this management model can consistently produce excellent management performance by strengthening empirical studies in the future.

In parallel with evolving information communication technology, M2M(Machine-to-Machine) industry has implemented multi-functional and high-performance systems, and made great strides with IoT(Internet of Things) and IoE(Internet of Everything). Authentication, confidentiality, anonymity, non-repudiation, data reliability, connectionless and traceability are prerequisites for communication security. Yet, the wireless transmission section in M2M communication is exposed to intruders' attacks. Any security issues attributable to M2M wireless communication protocols may lead to serious concerns including system faults, information leakage and privacy challenges. Therefore, mutual authentication and security are key components of protocol design. Recently, secure communication protocols have been regarded as highly important and explored as such. The present paper draws on hash function, random numbers, secret keys and session keys to design a secure communication protocol. Also, this paper tests the proposed protocol with a formal verification tool, Casper/FDR, to demonstrate its security against a range of intruders' attacks. In brief, the proposed protocol meets the security requirements, addressing the challenges without any problems.
