최근 정보통신기술은 급격하게 발전하고 있으며 급변하는 정보화 추세에 탄력적으로 대응하고 유연하게 반응하기 위해서는 적시에 최적의 정보시스템의 구현, 활용. 효율적 유지 관리를 통한 활용의 극대화가 필수적이다. 이는 체계적이고, 과학적이며, 정확하고, 지속적인 점검, 분석 및 평가를 통해 이루어질 수 있으며, 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 기업의 현 정보화 수준을 포괄적이고, 체계적이며, 실용적인 관점에서 평가하고, 결과를 정보화 구현과정에 환류(feedback)시킬 수 있는 통합평가체계를 개발하는 것이다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 본 연구에서는 첫째. '정보화수준 성숙단계'를 개발하고, 정보화 수준 '평가절차'와 평가영역' 및 절차와 영역을 연결하는 '평가방법'을 포함한 통합평가체계를 개발하며, 마지막으로 실 사례 적용을 통하여 개발된 정보화수준 통합평가시스템의 '적용성'과 '실효성'을 입증하였다.

Internet accessibility has been growing due to the diffusion of smartphones in today's society. Therefore, people can generate data anywhere and are confronted with the challenge that they should process a large amount of data. Since the appearance of relational database management system (RDBMS), most of the recent information systems are built by utilizing it. RDBMS uses foreign-keys to avoid data duplication. The transactions in the database use attributes, such as atomicity, consistency, isolation, durability (ACID), which ensures that data integrity and processing results are stably managed. The characteristic of RDBMS is that there is high data reliability. However, this results in performance degradation. Meanwhile, from among these information systems, some systems only require high-performance rather than high reliability. In this case, if we only consider performance, the use of NoSQL provides many advantages. It is possible to reduce the maintenance cost of the information system that continues to increase in the use of open source software based NoSQL. And has a huge advantage that is easy to use NoSQL. Therefore, in this study, we prove that the leverage of NoSQL will ensure high performance than RDBMS by applying NoSQL to database systems that implement RDBMS.

The business value of IT has been the focus of the academic and business field in recent years, along with the massive IT investment. Unfortunately, those studies have not been able to demonstrate strong linkages between the IT investment and performance. The impact of IT investment on performance is an important research topic that needs to consider the role of key contextual factors and intermediate factors. This study develops an integrated model for IT investment, with the mediating effects of production/coordination performance towards firm performance. In addition, the model is moderated by some factors like ISP(Information Systems Planning), Business Planning alignment, top management support, IT education and training, and process innovation. The empirical result, based on the moderating regression analysis, indicates that the relationship between IT Investment and production/coordination performance is significantly positive depending on moderating factors. However, production/coordination performance is partially related to firm performance.

In this paper, we investigate the inter-organizational information systems effect to supply chain partnerships, and subsequently to the performance. The conceptual model for the causal relationships among interorganizational systems usage, interaction, partnership, and supply chain performances has been developed. Theoretical framework is based on the partnership research in relationship marketing area, and the interaction model from IMP group. The questionnaires are designed to test the hypotheses of the conceptual model. The survey result supports our hypotheses that collaborative IT effects to increase the interaction between the firms, and interaction causes to enhance the partnership quality. Also, the level of partnership shows strong positive correlation with the supply chain performances. Despite the limitations of collected sample data size, our study reveals the fact that inter-organizational information systems contribute to supply chain performance through enhancing the interaction and partnership level between the supply chain partners. Our research result is distinct from the most extant literatures that investigated the firm's collaboration impact on interorganizational systems usage.

Recently due to the rapid development of speech synthesis based on the corpora, the performance of TTS systems, which convert text into speech through synthesis, has enhanced, and they are applied in various fields. However, the procedure for objective assessment of the performance of systems is not well established in Korea. The establishment of the procedure for objective assessment of the performance of systems is essential for the assessment of development systems for the developers and as the standard for choosing the suitable systems for the users. In this paper we will report on the results of the basic research for the establishment of the systematic standard for the procedure of objective assessment of the performance of Korean TTS systems with reference to the various attempts for this project in Korea and other countries.

In this paper, we propose a performance isolation of shared space for virtualized SSD based storage systems, to solve the weakness in a VSSD framework. The proposed scheme adopts a CFQ scheduler and a shared space-based FTL for the fairness and the performance isolation for multiple users on virtualized SSD based storage systems. Using the CFQ scheduler, we ensure SLOs for the storage systems such as a service time, a allocated space, and a IO latency for users on the virtualized storage systems. In addition, to improve a throughput and reduce a computational latency for garbage collection, a shared space-based FTL is adopted to maintain the information of SLOs for users and it manages shared spaces among the users. In our experiments, the proposal improved the throughput of garbage collection by 7.11%, on average, and reduced the computational latency for garbage collection by 9.63% on average, compared to the previous work.

The objective of this study is to empirically develop performance evaluation measures for LIS (logistics information systems) based upon BSC (balanced scorecard) model and determine the relative importance among four perspectives of BSC using AHP (analytic hierarchy process) methodology. Above all, forty nine probable measures for evaluating LIS performance were identified through reviewing the previous research related with SCM (supply chain management), logistics management, and information systems evaluation. And then, these probable measures were examined by means of coincidence analyses using three mutually exclusive criteria(validity of content, ease of measurement and reliability of measurement). Data for conducting the coincidence analyses were collected from LIS users and LIS development personnel. As the results of the coincidence analyses, it was found that 31 ones among 49 probable performance evaluation measures theoretically derived could be qualified for LIS performance evaluation. And AHP analysis showed that the weight of each perspective was respectively as follows : 46.8% for financial perspective, 31.3% for customer perspective, 14.8% for internal business process perspective, and 7.1% for learning and growth perspective. The academic contribution of this study is that performance evaluation measures for LIS could be systematically and empirically developed on the basis of BSC. Also, the results of this study are expected to be used as a practice guideline of evaluating and improving LIS.

This study aims to develop an integration performance measurement model for each stage of information systems integration. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, first of all, the concepts of IS integration or consolidation are analyzed through theoretical and practical reviews. Also, a number of important studies of domestic and overseas cases about the stage models of IS integration or consolidation are critically reviewed. Second, we proposed three step stage model of is integration, Physical Integration stage, Application Integration stage, Service Integration stage, and Also proposed the performance measurement model for each stage of information systems integration. Third, especially in case of performance indicators and performance measurement methodology for physical integration stage are illustratively proposed, based upon the case of NCIA (National Computing Integration Agency) in Korea. This study provides the theoretical basis for reasonably deriving the stage model and performance measurement model for each stage of Information Systems Integration, and they are validating through investigating domestic and foreign practices. The results of this study are very likely to contribute to presenting the practical guideline for desirably implementing is integration or IS consolidation.

This paper proposes a method for improving the performance of a position sensorless control system for a slotless surface permanent magnet synchronous motor (SPMSM) in a very low-speed region. In position sensorless control based on a motor model, accurate motor parameters are required because parameter errors would affect position estimation accuracy. Therefore, online parameter identification is applied in the proposed system. The error between the reference voltage and the voltage applied to the motor is also affect position estimation accuracy and stability, thus it is compensated to ensure accuracy and stability of the sensorless control system. In this study, two voltage error compensation methods are used, and the effects of the compensation methods are discussed. The performance of the proposed sensorless control method is evaluated by experimental results.

Nowadays, domestic hospital business is under the great threat from the environmental changes caused by the entrance of foreign hospitals and the technical changes related to information systems. In such a situation, to enhance the competitive edge of a hospital, it is needed to set up a competitive strategy and to construct an efficient information systems to back up the competitive strategy. If the hospital information systems(HIS) is consistent with a competitive strategy backing up, the competitive force of a hospital will be enhanced. For this respect, the influence of the competitive strategy and HIS construction environments on the performance of HIS was examined. The results suggested that if a HIS should be newly constructed or should be restructured, it is necessary to select construction environments of HIS such as physical environments, development methods and development tools to support functional strategy effectively based on the competitive strategy adopted by a hospital.
