As times progress, creative change is achieved by attempts to embrace different needs. These attempts are expressed as the form of an Object which pulls down the barriers of genre between art. There is now in fact difficult to find a work that doesn't contain the characteristic of an Object. The necessity of this study is that it tries to approach an Object with a holistic perspective and understand it as a single system. It also tries to analyze the roles that an Object's characteristic and expression and the research ways they influence the dance work by contemplating the aesthetic discussion process of an Object in the art field. Also, by researching the characteristics of expression and how Objects stimulate a dance work, this study will take an important part in developing the dance works. Based on this necessity, this research choose the works of William Forsythe, (2006), (2009), (2009) which clearly depicts the expression characteristics of an Object. It is noted that the usage of an Object maximized creativity and brought expansion of expressions in a dance performance by using diverse mediums, body actions and even nonmaterial components without losing the essence of a dance. As a result, this usage of an Object provides theories that bring the enlargement of expression and suggests various ways to overcome the limits of other existing dance works.

Mitochondria play key roles in the production of cell's energy. Their dominant function is the synthesis of adenosine 5'-triphosphate (ATP) from adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and phosphate (Pi) through the oxidative phosphorylation. Evaluation of drug-induced mitochondrial toxicity has become increasingly important since mitochondrial dysfunction has recently been implicated in numerous diseases including cancer and diabetes mellitus. Mitochondrial functions have been monitored via oxygen consumption, mitochondrial membrane potential, and more importantly via ATP synthesis since ATP synthesis is the most essential function of mitochondria. Various analytical methods have been employed to investigate ATP synthesis in mitochondria, including high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), bioluminescence technique, and pH measurement. However, most of these methods are based on destructive analysis or indirect monitoring through the enzymatic reaction. Infrared absorption spectroscopy (IRAS) is one of the useful techniques for real-time, label-free, and direct monitoring of biological reactions [1,2]. However, the strong water absorption requires very short path length in the order of several micrometers. Transmission measurements with thin path length are not suitable for mitochondrial assays because solution handlings necessary for evaluating mitochondrial toxicity, such as rapid mixing of drugs and oxygen supply, are difficult in such a narrow space. On the other hand, IRAS in the multiple internal reflection (MIR) geometry provides an ideal optical configuration to combine solution handling and aqueous-phase measurement. We have recently reportedon a real-time monitoring of drug-induced necrotic and apoptotic cell death using MIR-IRAS [3,4]. Clear discrimination between viable and damaged cells has been demonstrated, showing a promise as a label-free and real-time detection for cell-based assays. In the present study, we have applied our MIR-IRAS system to mitochondria-based assays by monitoring ATP synthesis in isolated mitochondria from rat livers. Mitochondrial ATP synthesis and hydrolysis were in situ monitored with MIR-IRAS, while dissolved oxygen level and solution pH were simultaneously monitored with O2 and pH electrodes, respectively. It is demonstrated that ATP synthesis and hydrolysis can be monitored by the IR spectral changes in phosphate groups in adenine nucleotides and MIR-IRAS is useful for evaluating time-dependent drug effects of mitochondrial toxicants.
This study attempted to examine the ambiguity of work from the legal, social perspective, and actual performance differences in domestic nursing work compared to foreign countries. We compared the historical background of nurses' expanded work through overseas situations, compare and analyze the legal basis for nurses' qualifications and work in each country, and what changes they have undergone to clarify their work. Through this, we would like to consider the current status of the absence of a legal basis for professional work of domestic nurses and seek a direction for the development of domestic medical care. This study applied the case study method as one of the comparative institutional research methods. Among OECD countries, developed countries such as the United States, Australia, and Japan were selected and compared among developed countries that are solving medical gaps using nurses. In the United States, Australia, Japan, and Korea, nurses' professional work has been created by changes in the medical environment due to an aging society, chronic diseases, and lack of doctors. We looked at the start of their professional work, the establishment of legal grounds, the timing of qualification recognition, the development of the credential system and scope of work. Foreign countries have legal grounds for their roles and tasks, but domestic countries are before legislation. The country still has not narrowed the gap between the position of the legislative and judicial branches and actual work, and the current status of the domestic healthcare system has been measured through overseas development cases.
This paper examined the nonlinear relationships between external knowledge sources and the innovation performance of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises). Using 3,218 firm-year panel data in South Korea, this study found that increasing the number of external knowledge channels out of the value chain increases radical innovation. Meanwhile, increasing the number of external knowledge channels within the value chain increases the incremental innovation. Further, the external sources of knowledge both out of and in the value chain had inverted U-shaped relationships on radical and incremental innovation respectively. This finding implies that a mechanism of diminishing returns works in the relationship between the external sources of knowledge and innovation. The study also identified the synergistic effects between the external sources of knowledge out of the value chain and within the value chain, and confirmed that the synergistic effects strengthen the linear mechanism between the external sources of knowledge and innovation. In addition, this study found that the sources of knowledge both out of and within the value chain positively moderate the relationships between R&D investment and radical innovation of SMEs.

And the maturity stage includes the changes to the roles and capabilities of a security and secretary service, autonomy of business management, degree of others' recognition of one's abilities, methods to evaluate job performance, salary, social status and pride, and efforts for self-development.

The purpose of this study was to clarify the attributes of the concept of clinical performance skills in simulation-based practical training and to organize them in order to establish theoretical foundations for clinical competence. The research method employed was the concept analysis process of Walker and Avant (2011). Papers related to clinical competence published between January 2000 and April 2023 were selected by searching various databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, Ovid-Medline, DBpia, KISS, and others. The attributes of clinical competence were found to be (1) the clinical competence of knowledge, judgment, and skills, (2) Adaptability to Changing Healthcare Environment (3) the ability to perform nursing roles appropriately in response to the demands of nursing subjects. This study is significant as a concept analysis study that recognizes the importance of nursing from a nursing perspective in a situation where research on clinical competence is active in simulation-based training. As the Korean society ages, the number of women who specialize in community health care is expected to increase. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and structure the nature of suffering due to job stress among female community health care professionals, and to provide basic data supporting the performance of female health care professionals. To use Parse's theory of human becoming, nine female health care professionals were selected in the community. After forming the "you and me" relationship, the researcher recorded the participants' distress through honest conversations. It was converted to the structure of human becoming through the extraction-synthesis and discovery interpretation process. Through conceptual interpretation, the structure of the experience was developed. At the results, the female health care professionals were the process of overcoming difficulty due to poor working conditions and conflict in roles between work and family through their skills and communication reinforcements in hopes for change. The stable national welfare policies must be established to sustain jobs with female community health care experts through improved working conditions.

Background: Financial efficiency in monetary units and operational efficiency in non-monetary units are separately classified and evaluated. This is done to prevent the duplication of monetary units and non-monetary units in inputs and outputs. In addition, analyses are conducted to determine the factors that affect each aspect of efficiency. To prevent duplication of monetary and non-monetary units in inputs and outputs, financial efficiency, consisting of monetary units, and operational efficiency, comprising non-monetary units, are separately classified and evaluated. Furthermore, an analysis is conducted to identify the factors that affect each aspect of efficiency. Methods: This study conducted a panel analysis of 34 regional public hospitals and influencing factors on efficiency for 5 years from 2015 to 2019. Financial efficiency and operational efficiency were calculated through data envelopment analysis. Moreover, multiple regression analysis was conducted to identify the factors that influence both financial efficiency and operational efficiency. Results: The factors that affect financial efficiency include the number of medical institutions within the treatment area and the ratio of patients receiving medical care. Additionally, operational efficiency is influenced by the type of medical institution, the number of medical institutions within the treatment area, and the number of nursing positions per 100 beds. Conclusion: In order for regional public hospitals to faithfully fulfill their functions and roles as regional base public hospitals, several measures are necessary. Firstly, continuous monitoring and reasonable support are required to ensure efficient operation and performance. Secondly, a financial support plan tailored to the characteristics of local medical centers is needed. Additionally, local medical centers should strive to enhance their own efficiency.
The purpose of this study is to find out how positive feedback affects job satisfaction and empirically validate, in the process, the mediation effect of intrinsic motivation and the moderating effect of LMX. For this study, data was gathered on 345 out of total 396 members of domestic organizations in various industries, on whom we conducted a survey, and we reviewed the validity of our survey by means of confirmatory factor analysis, performed based on SPSS 25.0 AMOS 25.0, and confirmed correlations, and mediating and moderating roles existing among variables using Process Macro 3.0. As a result, it was verified that organizational members' positive feedback positively affects their intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction. In this study, it is validated that organizational member's intrinsic motivation has a positive influence on job satisfaction and positive mediation effect exists between them. Also, LMX has a positive moderating role for positive feedback and intrinsic motivation, and organizational member's intrinsic motivation revealed that it has a LMX-moderated positive mediation effect on positive feedback and job satisfaction. The implications of these findings are first, positive feedback, an issue these days in corporate organizations, produces intrinsic motivation of organization members and raises their job satisfaction. Furthermore, organizational members' intrinsic motivation is triggered by their leader's positive feedback when they are more in a good relationship. Lastly, given that job satisfaction of organizational members matters for organizational performance and human resource development, we can get a practical implication that we should nurture the capabilities of a leader through various education methods as we must provide an adequate positive feedback as one of the multiple ways that help improving the job satisfaction of organizational members.
This study analyzed the characteristics of the politics of technoscience and governance in South Korea, taking advantage of the policy changes on the stem cell research after Hwang's affair. In spite of generally accepted conventional wisdom that stem cell research had been suffering 'crisis' after the Hwang's affair, South Korea succeeded in developing the first and the largest stem cell product in the world. However, considering the fact that the stem cell research capabilities and technological competitiveness of Korea have been assessed as relatively low compared to the development performance, there is a need to extrapolate how such result could be achieved. To answer these questions, we analyzed changes in the R&D expenditure before and after the scandal and verified the 'crisis of stem cell research' following the reduction of financial support from government. From the analysis of literature on the policy reports and news, we described the process of discourse changes in policy and analyzed the characteristics of the politics of technoscience and governance of stem cell research. This study emphasized that the government R&D and regulation policy play the key roles in the development of stem cell research rather than in the technological competitiveness in South Korea. Furthermore, this study argued that democratic governance still does not work under the policy conditions that technocratic decision-making of stem cell research fails to learn from the Hwang's affairs.
