This study analyzes the importance-performance analysis (IPA) of the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, and analyzes which dimensions are important and which dimensions are performing to determine key improvement tasks, incremental improvement tasks, Maintenance and reinforcement tasks and continuous maintenance tasks were derived. Among the 10 dimensions of the smart construction safety management system, the dimensions that are recognized as important by all field managers and field workers and have high performance are the automatic risk displacement measurement system, smart environmental sensor system, and heavy equipment seizure prevention system. However, areas that were perceived as having high importance but low performance were worker location tracking systems, smart safety helmet chin muscles, and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field managers, areas for key improvement with high importance and low performance included worker location tracking system and smart safety ring fastening. Among the smart construction safety management systems perceived by field workers, the area for key improvement with high importance and low performance was the automatic risk displacement measurement system.

The goal of this study is to stress the importance of 6sigma quality management in improving the inner capabilities of manufacturing and the performances of the company. Six Sigma is widely recognized today as a process improvement methodology that can cut costs and eliminate defects in manufacturing processes. In this exploratory analysis. a model is developed and tested to fit research model with the structural equation modeling analysis. In conclusion. 6sigma leadership and flexible organizational culture are the important drivers among 6sigma activities. IT management strategy is significantly related to 6sigma quality management. 6sigma quality management is significantly related to financial performance. In addition. customer satisfaction is significantly related to financial performance.

As an interest in the efficiency of public sector expenditures has spread across the world, Korea has operated a self-evaluation system for government projects as a part of the performance-based budget system. However, an evaluation system for public information technology project has been criticized for its lack of validity, which stems from the uniformity of performance management. This study draws insight from knowledge management literature in an attempt to address the problems with the extant performance evaluation system in public agencies. To realize benefits from IT investment, an agency needs to develop its own performance management model for information systems projects, with a focus on the interaction of IT and organizational system. The knowledge management-based framework for IT projects was verified through a case study, with which we discussed the applicability of knowledge management to the evaluation of public information systems projects.

Most networks for automation are tuned to an expected traffic condition ar their design stage. During their actual operations, however, the networks experience considerable changes in traffic from time to time. These traffic changes caused by common events like machine failure and production schedule change may adversely affect th network performance and, in turn , the performance of the connected devices. This paper presents experimental results for performance management of a Profibus-FMS network. The performance management aims to maintain a uniform level of network performance at all stations under changing network traffic. The performance management algorithm monitors the performance of individual network stations and commands the stations to change their timer values in order to have comparable performance at all stations. In order to determine the amount of timer change, the algorithm employs a set of fuzzy rules. The algorithm has been evaluated on a Profibus network.

ISO 9001, quality management system, is widely known as advancing internal efficiency and productivity in various industry. As a result, the number of companies that have adopted ISO 9001's certification have been increasing continuously year by year since ISO 9000' family standard was published in 1987s. This fact shows that a lot of businesses are trying to get the accreditation for improving the competitiveness of quality. The purpose of this study is to present that ISO 9001's certification motives affect to the requirement's implementation and show that the execution of requirements influences on management performance in the small manufacturer. In order to carry out this research, we obtained 96 survey sheets and inspected twenty assumptions based on the reliability, validity of the questionnaires. The results of regression analysis are summarized as follows; First, the factors of certification motive influence on the requirement's implementation except resources management. Second, the two elements of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and product realization, have an important effect on the operational performance and financial performance considerably in the companies that choose the internal motive. Finally, the two requisites of ISO 9001 requirement, resources management and measurement, analysis and improvement, affect to the operational performance and financial performance significantly in the businesses that select the external motive. Based on the results, the companies that choose the internal motive have a good performance to execute the ISO 9001 requirements. Also, to implement the requirements of ISO 9001 is helpful for the companies to produce the operational and financial performance.

품질경영활동이 창업기업에 성공적으로 정착하기 위해서는 최고경영자의 품질에 대한 관심과 지원이 중요하다. 또한 아무리 최고경영자의 의지가 강하더라도 종업원의 품질에 대한 수용태도에 따라 기업의 품질성과는 많이 달라 질 수 있다. 품질경영에 대한 수용태도가 우수한 기업의 품질성과는 높아질 것이고 따라서 경영성과도 긍정적인 영향을 받을 것이다. 그리고 품질에 문제가 발생할 경우 해당 문제를 자발적으로 해결하려는 종원업의 의지도 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소가 될 것 이다. 본 연구를 통하여 다음과 같이 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 최고경영자가 품질경영이 활성화 될 수 있도록 전략적으로 자원을 지원할 경우 창업기업의 품질성과와 기업성과는 향상될 것이다. 둘째, 품질경영활동이 활발할수록 창업기업의 품질성과와 경영성과는 향상될 것이다. 셋째, 품질지향문화가 성숙할수록 창업기업의 품질성과와 경영성과는 향상될 것이다. 넷째, 종업원의 조직시민행동의 수준이 높을수록 품질성과는 높아지지만 경영성과는 크게 영향을 받지 않을 것이다. 다섯째, 품질성과는 품질경영활동과 경영성과 사이에서 매개역할을 할 것이다. 따라서 최고경영자의 전략적 지원, 품질경영활동, 품질지향문화 및 조직시민행동이 기업 내에서 활발하게 전개될 때 품질성과는 높아질 것이고 당연히 기업의 경영성과도 높아질 것 이다. 창업기업이 품질경영활동을 통하여 기업의 품질성과와 경영성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 품질경영에 대한 이해가 기본이 되어야 하며, 품질경영활동이 지속적으로 운영되고 실행되기 위해서 최고경영자는 적재적소에 필요한 자원을 배분하고 지원해야 한다. 이것이 바로 전략적 지원이다. 또한 종업원들도 고객만족은 품질에서부터 시작임을 명심하고 품질을 최우선으로 하는 품질지향문화가 형성되도록 다양한 노력을 기울여야 할 것 이다.

The purposes of this study were to investigate managers' and chefs' perception on importance and performance of operation management of Korean restaurants, and to examine Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) for operation management. A total of 342 managers and chefs working at Korean restaurants in Seoul and Gyeonggi province were surveyed and 314 responses were returned. Excluding responses with missing data, 250 responses were used for data analysis. In terms of importance of operation management attributes, 'sanitation management (4.38)' category received the highest scores, followed by 'facility and equipment management (4.35)', 'service management (4.17)', 'production management (4.04)', 'inventory and financial management (4.04)' and 'marketing (3.25)'. In terms of performance, the highest operation management attribute was associated with 'sanitation management (4.00)', followed by 'facility and equipment management (3.80)', 'production management (3.69)', 'inventory and financial management (3.55)', 'service management (3.51)' and 'marketing (2.53)'. As the results of IPA, 'customer care and hospitality education for hall servers', 'training hall servers for menu explanation to customers', and 'neat appearances and clean uniforms of the hall servers' fell into the Quadrant II(concentrate here).

본 연구는 신재생 에너지 사업인 태양광 분야의 맞춤형 경영성과측정지표를 개발하였다. 경영성과측정지표를 도출하기 위하여 첫 번째로 델파이(Delphi)기법과 관련연구 분석을 통해 태양광 분야 기업들의 경제적, 기술적, 환경적, 사회적, 사업수행능력, 사업인프라 부분의 주요성과지표들을 산출하였다. 두 번째로 주요성과지표들의 가중치 산정에 관한 연구에서는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 적용하여 주요성과지표들 간의 가중치를 산정하여 최종적으로 주요 경영성과지표를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 향후 신 성장 동력사업인 태양광 분야 기업들의 경영성과 측정지표를 도출하여 경영성과지표를 통한 측정과 관리를 수행할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

The primary purpose of this study was to investigate business performance in small apparel retailer's stores operated independently. Data were collected from 167 managers independently operating small apparel stores in Busan and Ulsan. The aforementioned were analyzed utilizing frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, regression analysis using SPSS Win 12.0. The results showed as follows; Factors influencing on perception of managers on business performance were market information, cost/quality control, opposing power to business depression, store management, product management, sales promotion. There were significant differences between factors influencing on perception of managers on business performance and business performance(the extent of success, profit and growth). It was market information and store management that the most important for the extent of success. It was opposing power to business depression, store management and product management that the most important for the extent of profit. It was market information, store management and product management that the most important for the extent of growth.

Technology innovation companies are focusing on contributing to business performance by R&D project as a strategic tool. Successful R&D leads to corporate competitiveness enhancement, national industrial development, but there are high uncertainty and risks in R&D. Public and private R&D projects are carried out to achieve various purposes. It was verified how the risk management and benefit management of the R&D project affect the detailed R&D project performance between the Public and private domain. The impact of Project Leadership on R&D performance was also analyzed. Those who have participated in the Public and Private R&D projects at companies or research institutes were surveyed. First, it was found that project risk and benefit management have partially an effect on R&D project performance. Second, Public and private R&D Project Leadership showed partially a interaction effect between project management and project performance.
