In this paper, we propose a new performance comparison method of various Interpolation methods for image enlargement The conventional methods employs PSNR and edge characteristic evaluation for performance comparison of interpolation methods. The proposed performance comparison method uses the position Information for each difference pixel's value and the frequency characteristic information between original image and Interpolated image. The proposed methods might be useful for performance comparison of various Interpolation methods through the computer simulation.

Background: Complex regional pain syndrome type I (CRPS-I) consists of disorders caused by spontaneous pain or induced by some stimulus. The objective was to verify the effects of photobiomodulation (PBM) using 830 nm wavelength light at the affected paw and involved spinal cord segments during the warm or acute phase. Methods: Fifty-six mice were randomized into seven groups. Group (G) 1 was the placebo group; G2 and G3 were treated with PBM on the paw in the warm and acute phase, respectively; G4 and G5 treated with PBM on involved spinal cord segments in the warm and acute phase, respectively; G6 and G7 treated with PBM on paw and involved spinal cord segments in the warm and acute phase, respectively. Edema degree, thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia, skin temperature, and functional quality of gait (Sciatic Static Index [SSI] and Sciatic Functional Index [SFI]) were evaluated. Results: Edema was lower in G3 and G7, and these were the only groups to return to baseline values at the end of treatment. For thermal hyperalgesia only G3 and G5 returned to baseline values. Regarding mechanical hyperalgesia, the groups did not show significant differences. Thermography showed increased temperature in all groups on the seventh day. In SSI and SFI assessment, G3 and G7 showed lower values when compared to G1, respectively. Conclusions: PBM irradiation in the acute phase and in the affected paw showed better results in reducing edema, thermal and mechanical hyperalgesia, and in improving gait quality, demonstrating efficacy in treatment of CRPS-I symptoms.

This research is to measure and analyze the thermal performance of the apartment structure and to evaluate and establish standards of thermal insulation defect in order to make the basic data necessary for determining the degree of the thermal performance degradation and for repairing and reinforcing the exterior wall of the existing apartment. The following conclusions could be derived thorough the investigation of outer wall temperature distribution and the insulation assesment experiments using a model of specimens for the apartment houses' outer walls. It was confirmed that for the thermal performance through the insulating material thicknesses 5cm, 8cm in walls, the thermal insulation thickened by 3cm, from 5cm to 8cm, but that the actual temperature difference reached only about 1 ~ 2℃. This implies that the thermal performance improvement using the thermal insulation in walls is not significant and that it is difficult to insulate the thermal bridge area.

Photovoltaic and Thermal collector (PV/T) systems are renewable energy devices that can produce electricity and heat energy simultaneously using solar panels and heat exchangers. Since PV/T systems are exposed to the outdoors, their reliability is affected by various environmental factors. This paper presents a reliability test for a PV/T system and evaluates the test results. The reliability assessment entails performance, environment, safety, and life tests. The factor that had the greatest influence on the life of the system was the hydraulic pressure applied to the heat exchanger. A test was conducted by repeatedly applying pressure to the PV/T system, and a reliability analysis was conducted based on the test results. As a result, the shape parameter (β) value of 5.6658 and the B10life 308,577 cycles at the lower 95% confidence interval were obtained.

Korean Tilting trains have tested on conventional lines since the beginning of 2007 for evaluating its reliability. We achieved some major performance tests which are the maximum operation speed 180km/h test and the maximum curves increasing speed with tilting operation test. In order to analysis reliability data of tilting train, we have used the special data aquisition system which consists of monitor, sensors and depot computer etc. As a results of calculation, until now we realized that the reliability are getting more increasing than starting point of running test.

프로젝트식 교과과정인 협동프로젝트가 성공적으로 운영되기 위한 가장 중요한 요소는 체제적이고 합리적인 평가라 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순한 결과 지향적인 평가를 벗어나 학습자에게 스스로 문제점에 대해 진단하고 개선할 수 있는 다차원 수행평가지원 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 이 시스템은 협동프로젝트를 이수하는 모든 과정을 평가함으로써 평가자와 피평가자 모두 평가 결과에 대해 만족할 수 있도록 구성하였다.

The purpose of this research is to study the performance assessment made by high school home economics teachers : their awareness and attitudes toward the assessment correlate with the qualitative output of the executions of it. as well s to determine how their awareness and attitudes toward the assesment correlate with the qualitative output of the executions of their performance assessments. The research has yielded the following results : 1. The attitudinal score shows above average of 58.7/90. By the sub-factors. awareness of the characteristics of performance assessment is 20.6/30 : the favorable attitudinal score is at 20.0/30. the behavioral attention at 9.5/15. and the effects of performance assessment on the teachers and the classes at 8.6/15. 2. In a single semester. the highest frequency of executing performance assessment is between 1 to 2 times (58.7%). and practical skill test is proven to be the most frequently used category at 79.9%. 3. The correlation between the overall attitude on performance assessment and the quality of actual performance assessment executed is high. indicating superior quality of performance assessment. which is directly proportionate to the enhanced attitude of teachers on performance assessment.
