본 연구의 목적은 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사의 표준주의에 대한 지식, 인지도, 안전환경 및 수행도를 조사하고 의료관련 감염관리 표준주의에 대한 수행도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하여 중소병원의 표준주의 수행도를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경기도와 충남에 소재하는 300병상 미만의 6개 중소종합병원에 1년 이상 근무한 간호사 총 151명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 1월 15일부터 2월 15일까지 연구의 목적을 이해하고 참여에 서면 동의한 간호사에 한해 자가 보고식 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 안전환경과 표준주의 수행도는 근무부서에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였으며 표준주의 수행도는 표준주의 지식(r=.19, p=.025), 표준주의 인지도(r=.27, p=.001), 표준주의 안전환경(r=.48, p=.000)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 표준주의 수행도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 안전환경과 표준주의 인지도로 나타났으며 안전환경의 설명력은 21.6%였고 이 두 변수의 수행도에 대한 설명력은 23.3%였다. 이상의 연구결과로 볼 때 중소병원에서 간호사의 의료관련 감염관리를 위한 표준주의 수행도를 증진시키기 위해서는 안전환경의 개선 외에도 지속적인 교육프로그램과 행정적지지가 제공되어야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 의료관련감염 표준주의지침 지식, 인지도와 수행도 간의 관련성을 확인하고 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 파악하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생의 의료관련감염 표준주의 지침 지식 정도는 총점 25점 만점에 평균 19.95±2.43점이었고, 의료관련감염 표준주의지침 인지도 정도는 5점 만점에 4.71±0.37점이었으며, 의료관련감염 표준주의지침 수행도 정도는 5점 만점에 4.55±0.49점이었다. 일반적 특성에 따른 의료관련감염 표준주의지침 수행도 정도는 학년(t=-3.627, p=.000), 감염예방교육 경험(t=3.239, p=.001)에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었고, 의료관련감염 표준주의지침 수행도는 지식(r=.201, p=.000), 인지도(r=.522, p=.000)와 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 의료관련감염 표준주의지침 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지도(β=.507, p=.000), 학년(β=.169, p=.000), 감염예방교육 경험(β=.094, p=.043) 순이었고, 30.8%의 설명력을 나타냈다(F=50.520, p=.000). 따라서 간호대학생의 의료관련감염 표준주의지침 수행도를 향상시키기 위해서는 학년별 수준에 따른 적절한 의료관련 감염예방 교육방안을 모색하고 인지도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 적용이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 추후연구에서는 연구대상과 지역을 확대하고 신뢰도와 타당도 및 객관성을 가진 측정도구를 사용한 반복연구와 인지도를 향상시킬 수 있는 역할극이나 시뮬레이션교육프로그램의 적용 및 효과검증연구를 제언한다.

The purposes of this study were 1) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s satisfaction 2) to analyze the effect of the information quality of standard menu system of ERP on the user’s performance. The questionnaires were distributed to 260 end users(dietitians, foodservice management managers) in charge of managing the institutional foodservice such as the office(government agencies, factories), schools(universities, middle and high school) and hospitals which were managed by contract foodservice management company “C” in Seoul and Kyunggi. The surveys were performed from July 26 to July 30, 2004. Two hundred and fifty questionnaires were responded(response rate : 96.2%). The statistical analysis was conducted by using SPSS Win(11.5). And the descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability test, pearson correlation and simple regression analysis were performed. The results showed that the information quality of standard menu system of ERP have a significant positive effect on the user’s satisfaction(p<0.001) and user’s performance(p<0.001). When constructing standard menu system on ERP in the contract foodservice management company, the information quality of standard menu system of ERP should be guaranteed in order to satisfy the end-user and to improve the user’s performance.

본 연구는 의료종사자의 임파워먼트, 표준주의지침 인지도 및 수행도의 관련성을 파악하고, 실무현장에서 의료종사자의 표준주의지침 수행도에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 Y시에 있는 일개 종합 병원에 근무하는 의료종사자를 대상으로 하였으며, 200부를 최종 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 단계적 다중회귀분석결과 표준주의지침 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지도였으며 이들의 설명력은 49.0%였다(F=191.98, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 의료종사자의 표준주의지침 수행도를 증진시키기 위해 표준주의지침 인지도를 높이기 위한 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

본 연구는 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 임파워먼트, 표준주의지침 인지도 및 수행도의 관련성을 파악하고, 간호대학생의 표준주의지침 수행도에 미치는 영향요인을 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 대상자는 전남지역 2개 대학의 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생 168명을 대상으로 하였다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe, Pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression을 통해 분석하였다. 단계적 다중회귀분석결과 표준주의지침 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인지도였으며 이들의 설명력은 77.7%였다(F=579.84, p<.001). 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 임상실습을 경험한 간호대학생의 표준주의지침 수행도를 증진시키기 위한 표준주의지침 인지도를 높이기 위한 방안이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Purpose: This study aimed to provide basic data for the improvement of the standards related to the performance improvement of the firefighting equipment standards for special ambulances. Methods: Among the domestic firefighting equipment standards, the special ambulance standard was compared with the NFPA 1917 standard for the United States automobile ambulance 2019 and European Union European standard EN 1789 medical vehicle and its equipment, a road ambulance. Results: Anti-skid performance based on indoor noise standards, performance standards for interior lights, seat belt warning device, child car seat fixing device, safety handle, auxiliary footrest, and flooring materials should be supplemented. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the production and performance standards for improvement to a level corresponding to the national standards, such as the United States and European Union.

본 연구에서는 반경법 진원도 측정기의 회전정도와 편심에 의한 영향을 제거 하여 시험편의 형상오차와 측정기 자체의 오차특성을 분리함으로써 진원도 측정의 정도를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법에 대하여 검토하였다. 진원도의 표시법으로는 최근 최소영역법에 의해 규정되는 경우가 많으나 이는 일반적으로 많은 연산시간을 요구 하므로 비경제적인 면이 있다.

본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 자기효능감, 표준주의 지식, 인지도가 수행도에 미치는 영향을 확인하여 표준주의 수행도를 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 B시의 2개 대학교 간호대학생을 대상으로 자료수집은 2019년 5월 1일부터 30일까지 였고, 최종 246부를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실수, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 독립 t-검증, 일원분산분석, 피어슨 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 연구대상자의 자기효능감, 표준주의 지식, 인지도, 수행도의 정도는 자기효능감 평균 3.23±0.39점, 표준주의 지식 15.87±2.17점, 인지도 평균 4.63±0.46점, 수행도 평균 4.73±0.32점으로 나타났다. 연구대상자의 자기효능감, 표준주의 지식, 인지도와 수행도와의 상관관계에서 수행도는 자기효능감(r=.266, p<.001), 표준주의 인지도(r=.435, p<.001)와 정적 상관관계를 나타냈다. 연구대상자의 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기효능감(β=.396, p<.001), 표준주의 인지도(β=.180, p=.002)로 나타났고, 설명력은 21.3%였다. 본 연구를 통하여 간호대학생의 표준주의 수행도에 자기효능감과 표준주의 인지도가 영향을 미치는지 확인하는 반복연구와 표준주의 수행도를 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

The purposes of this study were to identify the living environment in rural fishing area and to suggest checking methods for implementation performance. Rural service standard is the key factor of rural development in Korea. In 2012. The first Implementations of performance was announced. The results were presented to the unit by the City and the County. Because of Fishing villages exists as a unit by the haengjeongri. It is difficult to know the status of the fishing villages by the Rural service standard. In order to look for the actual conditions in rural fishing village it was investigated in the 100 Eochongye. The data used in the analysis is 577 questionnaires. Analysis showed that rural fishing areas were superior to general state of rural in the 8 items of rural service standard. Especially housing, transportation and health care sector in rural fishing area wes better than general state of rural. But Public safety and order is relatively poor. This is because Fishing village contains islands. Presenting to improve rural service standard based on the results of research. The items of rural service standard should be measured the actual residents' accessibility than opportunity of the public service, and after setting the rural service standard clearly related to the quality of life of residents in each sector. Accessibility aspects of the customer for the public services should be considered. Checking the performance for the unit by the City and the County should be replaced as a living zone in order to consider the facilities using nearby.

According to railway safety regulations for securing the railway vehicle's quality and performance, it can be partly exempted that the performance tests and production inspections on the railway vehicles which are produced and assembled for the purpose of test and research. The reasons of this exemption are for ensuring maximum autonomy and for saving time considered the development period of railway vehicle. However, it was continuously demanded the necessity of supplementation on the confirmation about railway vehicle's quality & performance. Therefore, we added "The monitoring step" which is for securing the quality and performance in high speed railway vehicle's subsystem & compartment to supplement those tests & inspections in development. In this paper, based on a standard ABS(Activity Breakdown Structure) of railway vehicle and a WBS(Work Breakdown Structure) of the railway vehicle system, we investigate the necessity of monitoring in the High speed railway vehicle development. And by comparing and analyzing the essential requirements of international standard, IRIS(International Railway Industry Standard) & TSI(Technical Specification for Interoperability), we try to examine a standard monitoring procedure.
