모듈러 시방서는 모듈제작, 운송, 설치에 필요한 요구사항을 기술하는 계약문서이다. 그러나 기존 모듈러 시방서의 문제점은 모듈러 공사에서 요구하는 성능수준을 보장해주지 못하고 공사별 특성을 배제한 채 건축공사 표준시방서의 내용을 그대로 차용하고 있다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 모듈러 건축의 품질개선 방안으로 모듈러 특성에 적합한 공사시방서를 제안하였다. 연구의 범위는 하자발생이 높은 방수공사 및 기계설비공사에 한하여 진행하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 모듈러 시방서 개선방안은, 1) 마스터 포맷에 따른 descriptive형식의 서술, 2)누수점검 및 검사 항목 반영, 3) 모듈러 특성을 고려한 시방서 내용 작성이다. 개선안을 전문가 면담을 통해 검증하였으며 이와 같은 개선방안이 모듈러 공사시방서를 보완하여 향후 모듈러 건축의 품질향상을 가져올 수 있을 것으로 평가하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 시방서 개선안은 전체 공사시방서 작성의 가이드가 될 수 있으며, 이를 통해 모듈러 건축의 하자발생률을 낮추는데 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 디지털위성중계기의 우주인증 모델에 대한 성능분석 및 구현에 대해 기술하였다. 사전 성능 분석은 각 구성품 회로 시뮬레이션을 통해 각 구성품에 대한 요구 규격 대비 만족 여부를 사전 검증하고, 각각의 구성품을 순서대로 연결하여 전체적인 디지털위성중계기의 요구 규격에 만족하는지를 사전 검증하였다. 사전 시스템 성능 분석을 통하여, 각 구성품의 요구 규격을 정의하고, 그 규격을 바탕으로 제작하였으며, 최종적으로 시스템 통합하여 전체적인 디지털위성중계기의 성능 측정을 하였다.

SDR(Software Defined Radio)은 서로 다른 무선 전달 프로토콜간의 유동적 연동을 제공할 수 있는 솔루션이다. u-health 서비스 네트워크와 같은 여러가지 전달 프로토콜을 지원하는 센서노드들로 구성될 수 있는 다종 유비쿼터스 네트워크 환경에서, 특정 노드의 전달 프로토콜을 지원하는 AP(Access Point)로의 트래픽 집중이나, 특정 노드의 전달 프로토콜을 지원하는 AP에서의 장애 발생 또는 미설치로 인한 전달불능 등이 발생할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 SDR 기능을 가진 노드와 혼잡 제어 기능을 가진 AP를 포함하는 다종 유비쿼터스 네트워크에서의 전달성능을 분석하기 위한 모델링 및 시뮬레이션에 대한 연구결과를 제시한다. 본 연구에서는 전달 프로토콜들의 구체적인 동작과정보다는 다종 전달 프로토콜로 구성된 네트워크에서의 유동적 연동성의 제공에 따른 전체 네트워크의 전달성능의 변화특성(dynamics)을 분석하기 위하여 DEVS(Discrete Event Systems Specification)방법론을 활용하였으며, DEVS형식론에 근거한 모델링과 DEVSim++시뮬레이션환경을 통한 분석결과를 제시하였다.

In this paper we present the specification development for the localization of interlockings which control routes within a HSR station yard. For the electronic interlockings in Korea introduced from France in the 1990s, it has a complicated hardware configuration and communication protocols in order to secure safety. Now 30 years later, in case of the application of the up-to-date IT technology, it is expected to achieve equal or greater safety and save maintenance costs. Additionally, we develop the specification so as to utilize the stable domestic electronic interlocking technology for general railways, beyond the simple maintenance for the performance maintenance of foreign devices, to high-speed railways. Therefore, we perform a study for the localization of the HSR electronic interlockings by comparing and analyzing interlocking logic units between conventional HSR and general railways.

We introduce FEST (Flight Environment Simulation Test) procedures for precise guided missiles to reliably improve systems. Flight vibration specification was established based on power spectral density curves calculated from flight test data of a high speed precise guided missile. A FEST pre-profile was developed according to flight vibration specification and delivered to a precise guided missile assembly. Vibration responses were measured by installing accelerometers on electronic components vulnerable to dynamic forces. The FEST profile was adjusted by comparing the vibration responses and the flight vibration specification. Subsequently, the FEST profile was repeatedly modified through trial and error, because the responses were similar to the flight environment. The modified FEST profile enabled performance testing of assembled precise guided missiles under simulated flight conditions on the ground, where unexpected errors could be corrected before the flight tests, leading to cost and risk reduction in the development of the precise guided missile system.

본 논문에서는 개인휴대통신(PCS)의 최소 규격인 J-STD-018을 기준으로, 높은 이득과 낮은 제 3고조파 차단점을 갖는 수동 더블 밸런스 혼합기와 중간 주파 증폭기로 구성된 수신 시스템을 구성하여 수신 파라미터를 시뮬레이션 결과, 수신감도 규격의 파라미터인 잡음지수는 $E_b/N_t=6$일 때 6.746dB이고 상호변조 스퓨리어스 응답 감쇄 규격의 파라미터인 3차 고조파 차단점은 -11.358dBm이었다.

This paper presents a new method of segmenting characters in a car licence plate which is less influenced by illumination variation. It uses an anisotropic filter to reduce the lighting noise and a histogram specification scheme to obtain the binary image. Anisotropic smoothing filter process the input images, which are acquired under different lighting conditions, so that they may have similar image quality. The enhanced performance of the proposed algorithm has been proved by the experiment.

Exact histogram specification (EHS) transforms the histogram of an input image into the specified histogram. In the conventional EHS techniques, the pixels are first sorted according to their graylevels, and the pixels that have the same graylevel are further differentiated according to the local average of the pixel values and the edge strength. The strictly ordered pixels are then mapped to the desired histogram. However, since the conventional sorting method is inherently dependent on the initial graylevel-based sorting, the contrast enhancement capability of the conventional EHS algorithms is restricted. We propose a modified EHS algorithm considering the just noticeable difference. In the proposed algorithm, the edge pixels are pre-processed such that the output edge pixels obtained by the modified EHS can result in the local contrast enhancement. Moreover, we introduce a new sorting method for the pixels that have the same graylevel. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm provides better image enhancement performance compared to the conventional EHS algorithms.

The static inverter is mainly used to provide with the electric power of various loads in the train. In the recent european projects, the specification of static inverter become harder, and many additional service function is expected. It takes long time and high cost to develope a static inverter with these high performances and additional function. But, these are became general demands for static inverter in the many projects from now on. The APSE(Auxiliary Power Supply Equipment) is a static inverter of high performance to satisfy the severe specification and various service function following these tendency for Athens project In this paper, the specification of APSE and various service functions are introduced to look about current tendencies of static inverter.

Testing of analog(and mixed-signal) circuits has been a difficult task for test engineers and effective test techniques to solve these problems are required. This paper develops a new technique which increases fault detection and diagnosis rates for analog circuits by using extended MTSS (Modified Time Slot Specification) technique based on MTSS proposed by the author. High performance current sensors with digital outputs are used as core components for these techniques. A fault diagnosis structure with minimal hardware overhead in ATE is also described.
