중학생의 체육교사에 대한 신뢰와 체육수업 몰입 경험이 체육교과 태도 및 수업만족에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Trust in Physical Education Teachers and Immersion Experience in Physical Education Classes on Attitude and Satisfaction During Physical Education Classes)

  • 본 연구에서는 체육교사 신뢰와 체육수업 몰입 경험이 중학생의 체육교과에 대한 태도와 체육수업 만족에 미치는 영향을 규명함으로써 체육교과에 요구되어지는 사회적 역할에 부응하고 학교체육 활성에 기여하는 데 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 광주광역시에 소재하는 중학교 학생을 대상으로 863명의 유효표본 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS window Ver 25 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 체육교사 신뢰의 하위 요인은 체육교과 태도의 하위 요인에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)과 부(-)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째 체육교사 신뢰의 하위 요인은 체육수업 만족에 하위 요인에 따라 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 나타났다. 셋째, 체육수업 몰입의 하위 요인은 체육교과 태도에 부분적으로 유의한 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 체육수업 몰입의 하위 요인은 체육수업 만족의 하위 요인에 부분적인 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과를 종합하면 중학교 학생들의 체육교과에 대한 긍정적 태도 형성과 체육수업 만족 향상에는 체육교사에 대한 학생의 신뢰와 체육수업에 대한 몰입 경험이 중요한 요인으로 작용한다. 관련하여 체육교사는 학생과의 신뢰를 형성하기 위한 노력 즉 다양한 상호작용을 통한 친근한 이미지 구축, 흥미롭고 체계적인 수업구성과 진행, 학생의 특성과 능력을 고려한 수준별 수업 적용 등의 노력이 지속되어야 한다. 또한 학생의 체육수업 몰입 경험을 제고하기 위해서 성과 및 순위 위주의 교육 방식을 지양하고 신체활동 자체에 의미를 부여하는 수업 분위기를 조성하여야 한다. 더불어 학생의 능력을 고려한 운동학습 과제 부여, 수업 집중도를 높일 수 있는 수업내용 선정 등의 노력이 함께 이루어져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

클러스터 혁신지역의 정부지원 경영컨설팅에 대한 BSC관점 성과요인 측면에서의 실증적 소고 (An empirical study on the performance factors of the BSC perspectives on government support regional innovation clusters in the management consulting)

  • 본 연구는 혁신클러스터 지역의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅 기업에 대하여 컨설팅 만족도와 BSC 성과요인과의 관계에 대하여 성과만족도 측면에서 어떠한 차이가 나타나는 지를 다양한 변수를 적용하여 실증적인 연구를 통해 고찰하였다. 연구에 의하면, 최근에 새로이 산업클러스터 지역에 적용하고 있는 현지의 전문인력 상주에 의한 정부지원 컨설팅이 컨설팅 만족도가 높고 실제적인 컨설팅으로 이어지고, 기업의 실질적 성과에도 상당한 보탬을 주는 것으로 평가되고 있었다. 따라서, 전국 주요공단지역의 클러스터에 우선적으로 전문인력 상주 컨설팅을 확대 지원하고, 나아가서는 주요 거점지역에 까지도 중소벤처기업에 대하여는 전문인력 상주에 의한 컨설팅 지원시스템을 구축하여 실시 적용을 확산하여야 할 것이다.

PDA 화면 내 버튼 선택을 위한 입력지원방식의 사용성 평가 (Usability Evalulation of Button Selection Aids for PDAs)

  • The primary objective of this study is to design input methods for assisting button selection tasks on a PDA screen. Familiar methods in the existing computing environments were investigated to develop aiding methods. Factors manipulated in the experiment included aiding method, button size, and users' prior experience with PDAs. A total of sixteen participants examined the usability of button selection tasks. Two types of button selection tasks were used as experimental tasks; one was selecting a target button, and the other was selecting multiple target buttons consecutively. The results showed that the aiding method and the button size had significant effects on the subjective satisfaction as well as the performance. In addition, users' prior experience with PDAs affected the performance significantly. The interaction between the aiding method and the button size was found to have significant effects on the performance. However, the interaction effect between the button size and the PDA experience was significant on the task performance time only for the multiple button selection tasks. Design considerations were proposed based on the experimental results. These can be applied to the PDA interaction design to make the PDAs more usable.

119 구급대원의 직무스트레스, 직무만족도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of 119 Paramedics on Job Performance Ability)

  • 본 연구는 119구급대원의 직무스트레스와 직무만족도가 직무수행능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 연구 참여에 동의한 전라북도에 소재하고 있는 소방서에 재직 중인 119구급대원이며 자료 수집은 2020년 7월 1일부터 9월 10일까지 실시되었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도와 백분율, 평균과 표준편차, 상관분석, t-test, ANOVA로 하였다. 연구결과 119구급대원의 직무스트레스 평균은 2.85±.0.29점, 직무만족도 3.35±0.30점, 직무수행능력 3.53±0.89로 나타났으며, 직무만족도가 높을수록 직무수행능력이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 일반적 특성에 따른 변수들의 특성을 살펴보면 직무수행능력은 결혼여부, 연령, 구급경력에 따라 유의하게 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 119구급대원의 직무수행능력을 높이기 위한 방안으로 긍정적인 전문직관을 확립하고, 업무의 만족과 관련된 인식을 증진시켜 직무스트레스를 낮추고 직무만족도를 높이기 위해 수행 개선을 통한 직업관 확립 및 직무만족도를 위한 프로그램 개발과 교육 프로그램이 적극적으로 이루어져야 할 것이다.

공정성과 직무만족의 관계에 있어 고과결과의 조절효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Moderate effect of Appraisal Results on the Relationship of Justice and Job Satisfaction)

  • This study investigates that the relationship of performance appraisal justice and employee's job satisfaction and whether appraisal outcome perception can significantly take the moderate role on this relationship. We conduct empirical study with one dimension of distributive justice and 5 dimensions of procedural justice; appraisal system, participation of employee, feedback, knowledge of rater, and appraisal standard. The result shows that distributive and procedural justice significantly explain employees' job satisfaction. The result, also, shows that moderate role of appraisal outcome perception is significant. This means if the employee who regards appraisal outcome as high perceive appraisal justice, she/he will experience more job satisfaction than the employee who regards appraisal outcome as low.

중소 병원 간호사들의 업무상 손상경험에 영향을 미치는 요인파악 (Factors Associated with Work-Related Injuries of Nurses in Small and Medium Sized Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the factors associated with work related injuries of nurses in small and medium sized hospitals. Method: A cross-sectional survey was conducted with nurses in eight hospitals from October 2007 to January 2008. A questionnaire was designed to collect information on nurses' work related injuries, and individual and job related characteristics. The response rate was 65.1%. Data from 294 nurses were analyzed. Multiple logistic regression analysis was performed to determine factors associated with work related injuries. Result: Of the 294 nurses, 19.1% (n=56) responded as having at least one injury during their job performance. The logistic regression analysis revealed that the significant factors influencing work related injuries were job satisfaction, stress recognition, and hospital's location. Nurses with a higher job satisfaction were less likely to experience work related injuries (OR=0.58). Nurses with a higher stress recognition (OR=2.57) and those working at hospitals in metropolitan cities (OR=3.28) were more likely to experience work related injuries. Conclusions: The result of this study indicated that a substantial proportion of nurses in small and medium sized hospitals had experienced injuries related to nursing job. Interventions to prevent work related injuries among nurses should take into account the job satisfaction, stress recognition, and hospital characteristics.

Exploring CRM through Technology-enabled Experience in Virtual Environment: The Era of COVID-19

  • Purpose: The purpose of the study is to explore the application of Augmented Reality (AR) technology to enhance interactivity and decision making via technology-enabled experience particularly, in the context of COVID-19. This study investigated effects of perceived utilitarian value, hedonic value, social value, and perceived risk on customer satisfaction with AR technology that are rarely examined in previous studies. Research design, data and methodology: Online survey data was used in the study. This study applied factor analysis and regression analysis to test the hypotheses and employed ANOVA and mediation effect analysis to explore additional findings. Results: The results suggested that customers' perceived usefulness, arousal, social preference, innovativeness, financial risk, and performance risk have statistically significant effect on customer satisfaction. Conclusions: The findings of the study provided managerial and policy implications to develop and advertise the introduction of AR technology with the emphasis on the practical and utilitarian benefits of the technology. The result of this study highlighted the importance of customer relationship management by providing advanced services to customers through AR technology. This study contributes to technology-enabled CRM literature by providing the empirical result to verify the assumption that AR technology can be an effective tool of firms' CRM strategy

Customizing Ground Color to Deliver Better Viewing Experience of Soccer Video

  • In this paper, we present a method to customize the ground color in outdoor sports video to provide TV viewers with a better viewing experience or subjective satisfaction. This issue, related to content personalization, is becoming critical with the advent of mobile TV and interactive TV. In outdoor sports video, such as soccer video, it is sometimes observed that the ground color is not satisfactory to viewers. In this work, the proposed algorithm is focused on customizing the ground color to deliver a better viewing experience for viewers. The algorithm comprises three modules: ground detection, shot classification, and ground color customization. We customize the ground color by considering the difference between ground colors from both input video and the target ground patch. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme offers useful tools to provide a more comfortable viewing experience and that it is amenable to real-time performance, even in a software-based implementation.

임상간호사가 경험한 긍정적인 간호조직문화 (Clinical Nurses' Experience of Positive Organizational Culture)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to explore clinical nurses' experience of positive organizational culture in order to provide data for effective strategies of acquisition and retention of competent nurses. Methods: In this qualitative study, interviews with four focus groups of four to six nurses, 19 in total, were held. Compositional factors in groups included clinical experience, age, work place, and position. Interviews proceeded until data were saturated. Results: Fifteen sub-themes, categorized into six themes, emerged. Positive organizational culture themes included "Helping nurses to be organization members", "Allowing nurses to communicate with one another", "Helping nurses take an initiative to lead organization", "Having competent leader take charge of organization", "Enabling nurses to achieve organizational changes", and "Leading nurses to accomplish organizational performance." Conclusion: Results indicate that positive organizational culture is related to increases in occupational satisfaction and decreases in turnover through supportive organizational culture which makes it possible to reinvest expenses required for training new members to promoting quality growth in the organization and the prestige of professional nurses. In order to improve occupational satisfaction and sustained growth in nurses, it is necessary to provide nurses with positive work environments and require members to make active efforts leading to strategic changes.

초산모의 모유수유 경험 (A Study of Primiparous Womens Breastfeeding Experience)

  • The purpose of this study was to understand the subjective breastfeeding experience of primiparous women to identify how breastfeeding was started and to explore the process of breastfeeding. The Grounded theory methodology was used. Data was collected from 6 primiparous women who had breastfed their infants for at least over 8weeks, recently breastfeeding or having breatfed their infants within the last 6 months. With the permission of the subjects, the interviews were recorded and transcribed. The data were analysed in the framework of grounded theory method as mapped out by Strauss and Corbin(1990). 105 concepts and 21 subcategories were confirmed in the analysis. In the process of data analysis, "Identity as a mother" was found to be the core phenomenon. The 21 sub-categories were as follows : natural food, neighbour inducement, self purpose, good feeling, tenderness, breast pain, change of breast shape, physical discomfort, loss of physical energy, confirmation of maternal role, formation of affection feeling of adhesion, one body through coupling, tie, capacity, role performance, mental comfort, healthy mother, healthy infant, confidence of breast milk, feeling of satisfaction. The sub -categories were again grouped into 14 categories including infant nutritious food, formation of breastfeeding opportunity, feeling of satisfaction, injury of the breast, physical suffering, awareness of mothering, formation of maternal affection, connecting, coupling, acceptance, effort, emotional stability, mother and child health and feeling of achievement.hievement.
