학습조직의 영향요인과 조직유효성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Influencing of Learning Organization and Organizational Effectiveness)

  • 본 연구는 급변하는 환경 속에서 조직의 생존과 조직성과를 향상시키기 위하여 학습조직을 통한 조직유효성의 증대를 추구하기 위해 학습조직의 선행요인으로 조직문화를 선정하여 검증하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 학습조직수준이 높을수록 직무만족은 높게 나타났는데, 조직학습을 통한 학습조직수준의 향상으로 축적된 경험과 지식을 바탕으로 직무를 수행하기 때문에 직무만족을 증가시키는 것이다. 둘째, 학습조직수준향상에 조직문화 중 변화지향문화, 과업지향문화가 유의한 영향을 미치며, 관계지향문화, 위계지향문화는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 조직학습을 통한 학습조직수준을 향상하기 위해서는 변화지향 문화와 과업지향문화의 특성을 고려하여야 새로운 조직으로의 조직변화가 있을 때 조직유효성이 크게 나타남을 의미한다.

간호전문직 자율성(Professional Nurse Autonomy)의 개념분석 (Concept Analysis of Professional Nurse Autonomy)

  • Professional nurse Autonomy is an essential attribute of a discipline striving for full professional status. Purpose: This study was to clarify the concept of professional nurse autonomy to provide basic data needed for development of professional autonomy enhancing strategies. Method: This study use the process of Walker & Avante's concept analysis based on Wade's research (1999), and field data of 21 nurses. Results: Professional nurse autonomy is defined as competency and creative performance of the professional nurse in practice, to decide independently or interdependently nursing activities and to be had accountable for results of decisions, that reflect advocacy and caring. It was identified that critical attributes include responsible discretionary decision making, collegial interdependence, initiative, creativity, and caring, advocacy, cooperative relationship with clients, receptive capacity to others, activeness, self confidence, and devotion and responsibility to their profession. Antecedents include personal characteristics, educational background, experience and structural characteristics that enhance professional nurse autonomy. Consequences of professional nurse autonomy are feelings of self-efficacy, empowerment, job satisfaction, reduction of intention to leave their job. Conclusion: According to these results, it is recommended that the curriculum provides an environment for learning professional nurse autonomy, and that is used as basic data to develope strategies to enhance professional autonomy of nurse in practice and it's effects

치과 감염관리에 대한 의료소비자의 인지도에 관한 사례 조사 (A survey of cognition on infection control of the clients in dental hospital)

  • Objectives : To figure out the status of infection control (IC) in dental healthcare field and to propose the way for improvements through assessment about cognition of the clients. Methods : Study subjects were 151 patients who visited H dental health organization (DHO) of the four DHO in Busan city. The questionnaire survey performed from November 10 to December 7, 2010. Results : 1. 43.0% of consumers were interested in perception and experience in the infection control, and 38.4% were related behavioral changes in the infection control. 2. In the clients survey, the major considerations about the performance for IC were hand washing(73.5%). 3. There was significantly higher in middle-aged to think for ages infection prevention behaviors recognized as important to wear safety glasses. 4. In the confidence for dental care organization according to gender and age, appearance and outfits of staffs was the highest major consideration items. Conclusions : Infection control closely related to the clients' satisfaction and credits, therefor changing of interest, cognition and attitude for the client's IC have to be emphasized.

Perceived Leadership Style of Korean Dietitians : Focusing on the Transformational and Transactional Leadership Styles

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the transformational or transactional leadership styles of Korean dietitians. The study was completed with Korean dietitians (n = 268, $67\%$ response) using mail survey. The leadership styles were divided into transformational (including charisma, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration) and transactional (contingent reward, management by exception) leadership found in the several literature. Overall, the score of Korean dietitians' transactional leadership was higher than that of the transformational leadership (p < .05). Among three sub-dimensions of the transformational leadership styles, the score of 'individualized consideration' was higher than 'charisma' and 'intellectual stimulation'. Between two sub-dimensions of the transactional leadership styles, Korean dietitians used more 'management-by-exception' than 'contingent reward'. ANOVA results suggested that the transformational leadership was more likely to be used by the younger dietitians, while the transactional leadership was more likely to be used by the older dietitians (p < .05). Data showed that dietitians having 3-6 year dietetic experience used more transformational leadership than other experienced dietitians (p < .05). It was also found that the Korean dietitians' leadership styles were influenced by the type of dietetic practice area. Data showed that 'charisma', 'intellectual stimulation', 'individualized consideration' and 'contingent reward' were more likely to be used by Korean dietitians from school than by dietitians from health. care and industry (p < .05). This study will be useful for dietitians to guide the application of appropriate leadership style in order to increase employees' job satisfaction as well as organizational performance. IT 개발자 대상 학습플랫폼 비교 연구 (Comparative Study of Learning Platform for IT Developers)

  • The digital transformation and COVID-19 are also causing major changes in teaching-learning methods. The biggest change is the spread of remote training and the emergence of various innovative learning platforms. Distance education has been criticized for not meeting technology trends and field demands..However, the problem of distance education is being solved through a system that supports various interactions and collaborations and supports customized learning paths. The researcher conducted a case study on domestic and foreign learning platforms that provide non-face-to-face ICT education. Based on the case study results, the researcher presented the functional characteristics of a learning platform that effectively supports non-face-to-face learning. In common, these sites faithfully supported the basic functions of the information system. In addition to learning progress check and learning guidance, some innovative learning platforms were providing differentiated functions in practice support, performance management, mentoring, learning data analysis, curation provision, and CDP support. Most learning platforms supported one-way, superficial interaction. If the platform effectively supports a variety of learning experiences and provides an integrated learning experience thanks to the development of IT technology, user satisfaction with the learning platform, intention to continue learning, and achievement will increase.

대학 교양무용 수업의 반성적 실천 사례 (The Case Study of Reflective Practice of the Liberal Dance Class in University)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 대학의 교양교육으로 이루어지는 무용 수업에서 교육내용 설계와 개선을 위한 실천적인 사례 연구이다. 이 연구는 15주간의 무용 강좌에서 40명이 참여한 생활무용 프로그램에 관하여 다루고 있다. 학생들의 인터뷰 내용과 보고서, 수업을 진행한 강사의 평가서를 토대로 수업사례에서의 실천적 의미를 탐구하고 과정을 중시하는 질적 연구로 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 다음과 같은 세 가지 측면의 경험적 의미를 발견할 수 있었다. 첫째, '생각하는 춤'의 경험이다. 기능적인 움직임에 그치지 않고, 춤의 매력과 감성과 문화를 모두 경험할 수 있었다는 점에서이다. 둘째, '소통하는 춤'의 경험이다. 새로운 동료와의 교제, 소극적인 성향의 극복, 상대를 배려하는 춤의 매너에서 춤을 통한 사회성을 경험할 수 있었다는 것이다. 셋째, '함께 만드는 춤'의 경험이다. 모둠활동의 구성원으로써 성실함과 책임감 있는 태도, 협동적인 과제 수행에서의 보람을 언급했다. 교사의 관점에서 바라보는 수업의 반성적 평가는 다음과 같다. 교양교육으로써 무용교육은 학생들의 표현적 개성과 잠재력을 개발하는 것이 중요하다는 것이다. 기초안무를 그대로 답습하고 기능만을 강요하는 것은 오히려 학생을 지치게 할 수 있다는 점이다. 따라서 교양교육으로써 무용교육은 움직임 활동을 통해 자신을 새롭게 발견하고, 창의적인 생각을 이어나갈 수 있도록 유도하는 것에 초점을 두어야 한다.

치과위생사의 전문직 자아개념과 조직사회화의 관련성 (The relationship between the professional self-concept of dental hygiene and organizational socialization)

  • Background: Based on the individualistic approach of experienced dental hygienists, this study attempted to provide basic data to find effective measures of human resource management by analyzing the correlation between organizational socialization and professional self-concept. Methods: Dental hygienists currently working in the Daegu area were evaluated. Nine questions related to duties, twenty-seven questions related to professional self-concept, and thirty-eight questions related to organizational socialization were included in the study. The reliability was professional self-concept (Cronbach's α = 0.859) and organizational socialization (Cronbach's α = 0.840). Results: Of the total 135 points for professional self-concept, the mean score of the participants was 62.67±8.45 points. In the sub-area, flexibility was the highest at 19.28±2.46 points, and communication was the lowest at 9.69±1.44 points. Of 190 points, organizational socialization averaged at 123.40±12.82 points. In the subarea, personal characteristics were the highest at 30.37±3.71 points, and occupational identity was the lowest at 10.34±1.94. Higher age (F=30.89, p<0.000), marital status (F=10.22, p<0.002), graduate or higher educational qualification (F=9.16, p<0.000), were associated with a higher position (F=20.62, p<0.000) and work experience (F=22.66, p<0.0000), when there was no intention to turnover (F=8.05, p<0.000). Organizational socialization was higher in participants with higher age (F=7.89, p<0.000), educational qualification (F=8.02, p<0.000), and position (F=5.12, p<0.007); higher work experience in general hospital (F=4.50, p<0.012); no intention to turnover (F=7.450, p<0.000); and no intention to turnover (F=24.46, p<0.000). Organizational socialization showed a significant positive correlation with professional self-concept (r=0.721, p<0.000); job performance and skills (r=0.615, p<0.000) and organizational commitment and satisfaction (r=0.610, p<0.000) showed a high positive correlation. Turnover intention (β=0.213, p<0.000) was found to have a significant effect on organizational socialization. Leadership (β=0.168, p<0.05) and satisfaction (β=0.483, p<0.000) were found to have a significant effect. The total explanatory power of this variable was 62.7%. Conclusion: To ensure successful organizational socialization, human resource management should be performed through regular verification, which can result in improved quality of dental care services.

2023 Survey on User Experience of Artificial Intelligence Software in Radiology by the Korean Society of Radiology

  • Objective: In Korea, radiology has been positioned towards the early adoption of artificial intelligence-based software as medical devices (AI-SaMDs); however, little is known about the current usage, implementation, and future needs of AI-SaMDs. We surveyed the current trends and expectations for AI-SaMDs among members of the Korean Society of Radiology (KSR). Materials and Methods: An anonymous and voluntary online survey was open to all KSR members between April 17 and May 15, 2023. The survey was focused on the experiences of using AI-SaMDs, patterns of usage, levels of satisfaction, and expectations regarding the use of AI-SaMDs, including the roles of the industry, government, and KSR regarding the clinical use of AI-SaMDs. Results: Among the 370 respondents (response rate: 7.7% [370/4792]; 340 board-certified radiologists; 210 from academic institutions), 60.3% (223/370) had experience using AI-SaMDs. The two most common use-case of AI-SaMDs among the respondents were lesion detection (82.1%, 183/223), lesion diagnosis/classification (55.2%, 123/223), with the target imaging modalities being plain radiography (62.3%, 139/223), CT (42.6%, 95/223), mammography (29.1%, 65/223), and MRI (28.7%, 64/223). Most users were satisfied with AI-SaMDs (67.6% [115/170, for improvement of patient management] to 85.1% [189/222, for performance]). Regarding the expansion of clinical applications, most respondents expressed a preference for AI-SaMDs to assist in detection/diagnosis (77.0%, 285/370) and to perform automated measurement/quantification (63.5%, 235/370). Most respondents indicated that future development of AI-SaMDs should focus on improving practice efficiency (81.9%, 303/370) and quality (71.4%, 264/370). Overall, 91.9% of the respondents (340/370) agreed that there is a need for education or guidelines driven by the KSR regarding the use of AI-SaMDs. Conclusion: The penetration rate of AI-SaMDs in clinical practice and the corresponding satisfaction levels were high among members of the KSR. Most AI-SaMDs have been used for lesion detection, diagnosis, and classification. Most respondents requested KSR-driven education or guidelines on the use of AI-SaMDs.

A Study on the Application of IPA Method for Exploring the Properties of Urban Residents' Choice of Indoor Plants

  • Background and objective: This study was conducted to understand urban residents' perception of indoor plants in order to assist in the preparation of guidelines for growing plants indoors. Methods: Questionnaires were distributed to urban residents currently growing plants or with experience of growing plants. The data of 247 respondents were subjected to analysis to assess their level of interest and ability with regard to growing plants, and their recognition of the selection and function of plants. Results: Respondents showed high interest in growing plants at a level of 6.77, but their ability was moderate. This suggests that information regarding plant maintenance should be provided to urban residents. They recognized the function of plants for improving the environment as important, and expected that indoor plants would improve their mood and visual experience. Satisfaction with growing plants was high from an emotional perspective. They recognized that the function of air purification function was important even if the actual performance or effect was not great. This indicates that the function of air purification should be emphasized more. As the result of the IPA, plants should be selected in consideration of morphological characteristics such as leaf, flower and fruit, and continuously managed to maintain their characteristics. Since the performance of pots was less satisfactory compared to their importance, they should be selected so that they harmonize better with plants and are of the appropriate size to fit the space. The type of plants is an important factor in plant selection in order to perform an environmental function, and the flower color and pot size are important in terms of aesthetics and healing. Conclusion: When horticulture information on indoor plants is provided to urban residents, first, it should be provided to satisfy the functions of the plants required by urban residents and in order to promote and maintain the proper growth of plants. Second, various contents that utilize components should be developed to achieve plant function so that resident can determine the function of plants and select the type, quantity, and shape of plants to achieve the desired function.

초소형전기차 사용자만족도 구성요인 선정을 위한 기반연구 (Basic Study for Selection of Factors Constituents of User Satisfaction for Micro Electric Vehicles)

  • 최근 국내 초소형전기차 도입이 증가하면서, 관련 시장 활성화를 위한 초소형전기차 사용자만족도에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자만족도 구성요인을 기반으로 초소형전기차를 활용한 공공서비스 개발에 관한 기초연구를 수행하였다. 설문조사는 ① '초소형전기차 사용자만족도 구성요인 우선순위 선정을 위한 계층화(AHP) 분석'과, ② 초소형전기차에 대한 사용자들의 선호도 및 교통서비스 제공을 위한 사전 자료수집을 위한 '초소형전기차 이미지 설문조사', ③ 실제 초소형전기차를 운행한 이용자의 사용자만족도를 조사하기 위해 '초소형전기차 운전자 사용자만족도 설문조사' 순서로 수행하였다. 계층화(AHP) 분석에서는 '사용자 이용 데이터', '차량 이동 데이터', '충전서비스 데이터'순으로 사용자들이 중요하게 여긴다는 결과를 얻었다. 초소형전기차 이미지 설문조사에서는 사용자들이 초소형전기차를 오토바이와 비교했을 때 '안전성', '내구성', '승차감', '디자인', '유지관리비', '친환경성' 측면에서 더 긍정적으로 인식하고 있었다. 초소형전기차 운전자 사용자만족도 설문조사에서는 초소형전기차를 사용하는 것이 업무수행능률에 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않았으며, 초소형전기차의 차량크기로 인해 도로에서의 불이익을 받은 경험이 있었고, 옥외 광고용으로 초소형전기차 군집 주행 시 홍보효과가 컸지만 안전성 측면에서는 우려를 나타내고 있었다. 향후 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 사용자만족도 구조방정식 모델을 구축할 예정이며, 선제적으로 공공분야에서의 초소형전기차 활용업무 서비스에 대한 피드백 R&D를 발굴하고, 새로운 공공 이동지원 서비스 발굴을 적극적으로 모색하고자 한다.
