항공보안장비 성능인증기술 고도화 방안 연구 (Improving Performance Certification of Aviation Security Equipment)

  • Purpose: This study suggests how to upgrade performance certification technology. Current performance certification of aviation security equipment and the requirements thereof were analyzed. Methods: The performance certification of aviation security equipment worldwide and identified issues with the domestic certification system were compared. The government must upgrade certification in terms of technical standards, the assessment methodology used, and the operating system. Results: Three principal conclusions were drawn. First, certification requirements must be based on a review of the technical literature and real-world experience. Second, development priorities must be set by reference to assessment techniques. Third, both research on the certification system and improvements thereof are essential. Conclusion: Certification of aviation security equipment performance requires gradual upgrading.

AEO 인증이 기업성과에 미치는 영향 : 패널데이터 분석 (The Effects of AEO Certification on Firm's Performance : Panel Data Analysis)

  • 본 연구는 AEO 인증이 기업성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것이며, 이로 인해 우리나라 기업이 국제경쟁력을 갖추기 위한 방안을 제시하기 위해 AEO 인증이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 패널데이터를 이용하여 분석하였다. 변수간 내생성의 문제를 해결하는데 효율적인 Hausman-Taylor 추정법을 사용하여 AEO 인증이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, AEO 인증은 기업성과를 대표하는 주요 변수인 기업의 국내 매출액과 해외 매출액에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 특히 AEO 인증의 직접적인 혜택과 업무 프로세스 개선은 수출입 물류흐름을 향상시켜 매출액 증대에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 AEO 인증이 기업성과에 미치는 영향을 보다 효율적인 패널데이터를 이용하여 분석함으로써 우리나라의 AEO 인증 정책에 대한 해법을 제시하였다.

ISO 9000 품질경영시스템의 인풍기관 유형에 따른 중소기업 경영성과의 차이에 관한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Difference in Management Performance of Small-and Medium-sized Companies Due to the Types of ISO 9000 Quality Management Systems Certification Agencies)

  • Small- and medium-sized companies obtain ISO 9000 quality management systems as a way of adapting to the changes of business environment and improving their business performance. Certificates of ISO 9000 quality management systems have been granted to companies by either domestic or foreign certification agencies with different requirements and standards. This study empirically examined whether there are differences in business performance among small- and medium-sized companies that have obtained ISO 9000 quality management system from different types (domestic or foreign) of certification agencies. This study found that there are statistically significant differences in both qualitative and quantitative business performance among them. The findings of this study imply that companies considering ISO 9000 quality management systems be prudent in choosing the type of certification agency to maximize the expected benefits of ISO 9000 quality management systems. This study also provides the government agency regulating ISO 9000 quality management certification system with some valuable information that brings up the need for establishing and managing a more effective quality management certification system.

  • 본 연구는 KS인증업체를 중심으로 KS인증시스템이 중소기업 수출성과에 미치는 영향 요인을 분석하여 국제환경에 중소기업의 수출경쟁력을 강화하는데 시사점을 제시하고자 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 검증하기 위하여 환경특성요인과 기업특성요인에 대한 선행연구를 통해 이 요인들이 KS인증시스템 표준화 요인에 영향을 미치는 것을 규명하고 KS인증시스템 표준화 요인이 수출성과에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석을 위해 SPSS 21.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 타당성분석, 신뢰성분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 기업특성요인의 경영자마인드, 종업원표준인식, KS인증교육이 KS인증시스템 표준화 요인에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 KS인증시스템 표준화 요인이 수출성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 실증분석한 결과에 따라 중소기업에 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시할 수 있다. 첫째, 수출성과를 강화하기 위해서는 중소기업 최고경영자는 KS인증시스템에 대한 사내표준화 마인드를 고양시키는 지원이 요구된다. 둘째, 중소기업 종업원에 대한 표준화 인식이 높아질 수 있는 KS 인증 교육이 필요하다. 셋째, 제품품질 향상을 위해 ISO 인증, FTA관련 업무 사내 표준화 시스템 활용이 필요하다.

  • 연구목적: 기업문화를 매개로 ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업성과에 영향을 미치는지를 연구하고자 하였다. 연구방법: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 기업 대상으로 설문조사 및 자료를 수집하여 연구목적에 적합한 통계프로그램 SPSS18와 AMOS18 프로그램을 사용하였다. 연구결과: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항중 BCP, BCM운영, 경영, 조직, 접근통제는 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였고 접근통제만이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인하였다. 결론: ISO 22301과 ISMS 인증 요구사항이 기업문화를 매개로 기업성과에 영향을 미치는 것을 도출하고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

응급구조학과 학생들의 호흡보조요법 경험, 지식이 수행자신감에 미치는 영향요인 (Factors influencing performance confidence in paramedic students by knowledge and experience of respiratory-assistant therapy)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to identify the factors influencing performance confidence by knowledge and experience of respiratory-assistant therapy in paramedic students. Methods: A descriptive survey study used a convenience sample comprising 387 students from September 15 to October 31, 2016. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and regression analysis. Results: Knowledge was statistically significant by college(3-year), acquired certification, and observation experience in respiratory-assistant therapy. Performance confidence was statistically significant by sex, academic grade($3.0{\leq}$), acquired certification, and observation and performance experience in respiratory-assistant therapy. There was a significant correlation between knowledge and acquired certification, clinical practice, and major satisfaction. There was a significant correlation between performance confidence and acquired certification, clinical practice, major satisfaction, and knowledge. Regression analysis revealed that performance confidence accounted for 22.9% of the variance by academic grade(3.0~3.99), acquired certification, and major satisfaction. Conclusion: For paramedic students in clinical practice and in-school classes, it is important to improve performance confidence by combining training instruction with experience and education of respiratory-assistant therapy.

  • Presently, various building certification systems are being enforced in Korea. However, people are in confusion and have an aptitude to waste time and money because these certification systems for buildings have very similar criteria. After investigating the foreign certification systems and domestic certification systems for the building, it is required that some of similar building certification systems are integrated.

기술등급(T등급)의 벤처인증제도 적용가능성에 대한 연구 (A Study on Applicability of Technology Grade to the Venture Certification System)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify whether the technology grade, which is the result of technology appraisal by Technology Credit Bureau, can be extended and applied to the venture certification system. We confirmed that there was a significant difference in the average financial performance for three years after the certification and appraisal of the two groups after matching the venture certification enterprise group and the technology appraisal enterprise group in 2015 through the propensity score matching method. As a result, there was no significant difference in the financial performance of venture certified firms and technology appraisal firms, so we confirmed that the technology grade can be expanded and applied to the venture certification system. As a result of estimating the technology grade conforming to the venture certification system, it was concluded that technology outstanding firm(T1-T4) is a technology grade suitable for the venture certification system.

그린리모델링 건축물을 위한 녹색건축인증기준 개선방향에 대한 기초 연구 (A Fundamental Study on the Revision Direction of G-SEED for Green Remodeling Building)

  • Purpose: G-SEED's evaluation of existing buildings in Korea is an important point because the energy consumption and CO2 emissions of existing buildings are continuously increasing due to the aging of buildings over time. In 2016, the government has set up a 'Green Remodeling Certification Standard' in G-SEED in order to revitalize the green remodeling business of existing buildings. As a result, G-SEED is distinguished between buildings with green remodeling and buildings with general remodeling. Therefore, this study analyzed the system of the certification of the green remodeling building which is aimed at improving the performance of the building. Method: First, we analyze characteristics of the existing building certification standards of G-SEED(Korea), LEED(USA), and BREEAM(UK). Second, the evaluation criteria are based on the G-SEED Green Remodeling Certification, 2016, LEED for BD + C: New construction and major renovation v.4, BREEAM UK Non-Domestic Refurbishment and Fit-out 2014. Based on the analysis results, we propose the improvement direction of G-SEED Green Remodeling Certification Standard. Result: Existing buildings should be classified into 'existing building certification' for re-certification and 'green remodeling certification' accompanied by building performance improvement. In addition, building green buildings through performance improvement should include not only energy performance, but also creating a pleasant indoor environment and minimizing environmental impact. Finally, existing buildings have accumulated information on energy and resource use, and a performance improvement plan should be established based on this information.

Reliability analysis on fatigue Strength for Certification of Aircraft Composite Structures

  • Reliability of fatigue strength on Aircraft Composites(GFRP) Structures was assessed in this paper. Fatigue strength of GFRP was used through the existing fatigue test data with Monte Carlo method. The Sa-Nf curve of composites fatigue strength was assumed as normal distribution and reliability was analyzed using SSIT model. Fatigue stress was designed IAW ASTM F3114-15 with special safety factor of Ssf=1.2~2.0. Reliability was calculated by analytic method and FORM. Sensitivity for the effect of mean and standard deviation of fatigue strength as well as fatigue stability was evaluated. This result can be usefully applied to reliability and fatigue design for composite structures of light weight aircraft.
