Corporate Social Responsibility has become a hot issue for modern enterprises recently. Under this trend, companies have to focus on what they can do for society instead of on just making profits. This paper is to explore the relationship between ecological corporate social responsibility and organizational performance in the construction industry in Taiwan. 192 samples were collected from Taiwan's general contractors and analyzed using factor analysis, correlation analysis and path analysis. This study found: (1) in general, the contractors in Taiwan don't devote much to realizing ecological corporate social responsibility, and there is still much room for improvement; (2) the correlation analysis results indicated there are significant positive relationships between ecological corporate social responsibility and organizational performance; and (3) according to the path analysis results, a contractor can improve its business performance by improving its realization of corporate social responsibility.

The robust control problem of the linear systems with uncertainty is classified as the robust stability problem guaranteeing the stability and the robust performance problem guaranteeing the disired performance. In this paper, we considered the robust performance analysis problem, which find the upper buund of the quadratic performance of the uncertain linear system, and the robust guaranteed performance controller design problem which design a controller guaranteeing the desired quadratic performance. At first, we treated the analysis problem and presented the two results; one is dependent on the performance of the nominal system and another is independent on this. And we treated the design method guaranteeing the desired performance for the uncertain linear systems, Finally, we show the usefulness of our results by numerical examples.

The objective of this study was analyze the relationship among emotional intelligence, job attitude (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, turnover intention), and organizational performance in kitchen staff. A survey collected data from foodservice employees (N=611). Statistical analyses were completed using SPSS Win (17.0) for descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and AMOS (7.0) for confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling. The main results of this study were as follows. The four EI (Emotional Intelligence) dimensions significantly correlated with age. The mean of the job satisfaction score was 3.24. The organizational commitment score was 3.54. The organizational commitment score was higher for 'loyalty' factor than for 'sense of belongs' factor. The mean of organizational performance score was 3.61. The four EI(Emotional Intelligence) factors were significantly correlated with job satisfaction (organizational commitment, organizational performance, and turnover intension). Structural equation modeling found that emotional intelligence had positive effects on job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and organizational performance, whereas job satisfaction and organizational performance had positive effects on organizational performance. Therefore, this study found that emotional intelligence had direct and indirect effects on organizational performance.

본 논문은 호텔기업이 많이 활용하고 있는 CRM의 운용성과를 측정하기 위한 측정 요인에 대한 연구를 하였다. 이를 위해 통계적인 방법인 요인분석(Factor Analysis)과 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)분석 기법을 연계하여 분석하는 방법을 연구하였다. 요인분석은 서로 상관있는 변수들만을 그룹화하고, 상관도가 낮은 변수는 또 다른 그룹으로 묶는 결과를 도출한다. 그러나 요인분석은 요인의 분류 외에는 주요 정보를 제공하지 못한다. 그렇기 때문에 이를 극복하기 위해서 분산분석, 회귀분석 등 다른 통계분석 방법을 시도한다. 그러나 이러한 분석은 요인분석 결과와 연계되는 것이 아니라 독립적인 분석을 하게 되는 것이다. 그렇지만 호텔기업의 CRM 운용성과 분석에서는 요인의 중요도 분석이 중요하다. 따라서 AHP 분석기법을 연계하여 호텔기업의 CRM 운용 성과를 측정하기 위한 요인 분석방법에 대해 고찰하였다.

연구 경쟁력이 대학의 미래이자 국가의 미래이다. 본 연구는 대학도서관이 연구성과분석 서비스를 도입하여 수행하고자 할때 고려사항을 제시하고 분석 솔루션의 선택 가이드라인을 제안하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 6개의 대학도서관 업무 담당자를 인터뷰하였고 4개의 연구성과분석 솔루션을 비교하였다. 인터뷰 내용에는 서비스 추진 배경, 서비스 내용, 구독 솔루션, 서비스 제공범위 및 제공방법 등이 포함되어 있다. 분석 대상으로 선택된 연구성과분석 솔루션은 InCite, SciVal, RIMS 그리고 Scholytics이다. 4개의 솔루션을 분석한 결과 대부분의 소프트웨어가 연구성과분석 서비스 업무를 수행하는 데 필요한 기능을 가지고 있으며 일반적으로 분석 목적에 따라 솔루션을 구독하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 대학도서관에서 연구성과분석 서비스를 수행하기 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

This paper presents the mean streamline analysis using the empirical loss correlations for performance prediction of cross-flow fans. Comparison of overall performance predictions with test data of a cross-flow fan system with a simplified vortex wall scroll casing and with the published experimental characteristics for a cross-flow fan has been carried out to demonstrate the accuracy of the proposed method. Predicted performance curves by the present mean streamline analysis agree well with experimental data for two different cross-flow fans over the normal operating conditions. The prediction method presented herein can be used efficiently as a tool for the preliminary design and performance analysis of general-purpose cross-flow fans.

In the structural analysis procedure using finite element technique, the performance of a linear equation solver is critical because the linear equation solving part spends most of the computing time for finite element analysis codes. However, most of researchers are still using inefficient profile-based direct solvers such as the band solver or the skyline solver. In this research, we introduce the multifrontal solution method as an efficient direct solution method for structural analysis, and show the efficiency and performance of the multifrontal solution method by comparing the performance of our own implementation of the multifrontal method with the band solver or the skyline solver. In addition, we also compare the performance of our solver with other implementations of the multifrontal method such as WSMP and MUMPS as well as commercial structural analysis packages such as ABAQUS and NASTRAN. Through the performance test results, the usefulness and efficiency of our domain-wise multifrontal solver for structural analysis is shown.

Now days, firm's technology capability is recognized as important factor to forecast and to evaluate firm's business performance. There are many efforts to develop useful indicators by applying patent information that includes concrete description about technology. Many previous studies analyzed relationship between patent indicators and firm's performance. But they didn't consider time gap between a point of firm's invention activity and a point of firm's performance improvement. They didn't considered a character of industrial fields either. To overcome these limitations, we selected IT industry for target analysis industry. Time-series patent data and financial data from 41 American IT firms between 2000 and 2011 were used to analyze. In this study, We empirically analyzed subsequent effect of patent indicators on firm's business performance by using correlation analysis and regression analysis.

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether transactional leadership and transformational leadership have an effect on team empowerment and performance. To this end, a survey was conducted from August 1 to 30 in 2008, among team members of fashion companies. The data was collected with 586 subjects, the statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study were as follows; First, contingent reward of transactional leadership had an effect on team empowerment factors and team performance factors. Second, charisma, individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation of transformational leadership had an effect on team empowerment factors and team performance factors. Third, team potency, team autonomy and team meaning of team empowerment had an effect on team performance factors.

This paper presents the analysis results of navigation performance of Korea Augmentation Satellite System (KASS) test signals. Performance analysis was performed with Global Positioning System (GPS) and Satellite Based Augmentation System (SBAS) signals received from 7 KASS reference stations. And the performances were analyzed in terms of the signal strength, statistics for each SBAS message, coverage of ionospheric correction, accuracy, integrity, continuity, and availability. In addition, the navigation solutions provided by commercial receiver was analyzed and the performance experienced by general users was presented. Lastly, directions for further improvement of the KASS system were addressed. These performance analysis results can be used to confirm the feasibility of utilizing KASS in user applications.
