Information technology has economic, social and cultural impacts is closely linked to our lives. This information technology is becoming a key to the change of human civilization through connecting people and objects on the earth. In addition, future information technology is becoming more intelligent and personalized with the development of computing technology, and due to the rapid development of alcohol, environment without time and space constraint is realized, Is spreading. Since existing portable storage media are made of physical form, there is a limit to usage due to the risk of loss and limitation of capacity. Cloud services can overcome these limitations. Due to the problems of existing storage media, it is possible to overcome the limitations of storing, managing and reusing information through cloud services. Despite the large number of cloud service users, the existing research has focused mainly on the concept of cloud service and the effect of introduction on the companies. This study aims to conduct a study on individual characteristics that affect the degree of cloud use. We will conduct research on the causes of IT knowledge, personal perception of security, convenience, innovation, economical trust, and platform dependency affecting the intention to use the cloud. These results show that the variables affecting individual 's use of cloud service are influenced by individuals, and this study can be used as a basic data for individuals to use cloud service.

This study used questionnaires to investigate how pre-service elementary teachers understand ocean acidification. As a result of gender, female teachers were more aware of ocean acidification than male teachers, but male teachers had a higher average rate of correct answers, with a lower standard deviation. Teachers from the natural sciences knew more about ocean acidification than did teachers the liberal arts. Teachers ranked environmental crisis in order of most dangerous to least dangerous as follow: global warming and the greenhouse effect, ozone depletion, ocean acidification, and acid rain. About 46.7% of teachers learn about ocean acidification through education, followed by broadcasts, school lectures and the internet. The educational materials most desired for teachers were videos related to ocean acidification. Pre-service elementary teachers have two broad perspectives on ocean acidification. Firstly, they refer to economic loss and food shortages, and secondly, they note that there is a need for improved awareness and publicity about ocean acidification. The role of elementary school teachers is important because their awareness of environmental issues has a considerable effect on teachers perception of the environment. Revitalizing education on ocean acidification and government support are necessary to effectively communicate the seriousness of ocean acidification. Lastly, we need to study ocean acidification in detail so as to be able to persevere toward protecting our ocean ecosystem.

본 연구의 목적은 서비스 환경 내에 있는 고객들은 서비스 경험에 대한 만족에 잠재적으로 영향을 미치는 수많은 자극들에 노출되어 있다. 특히, IT 기반의 온라인 서비스 환경은 이용자 본인의 특성과 더불어 해당 서비스에 대한 이용자의 정서적 몰입에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 요인이다. 본 연구는 고객들이 서비스 접점에서 평가하게 되는 서비스 환경을 물리적 환경과 사회적 환경으로 나누어 보고, 이들 요인이 지각된 서비스 품질과 사회적 상호작용성을 통해서 정서적 몰입에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지를 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한, 서비스 환경 지각에 있어서 최적 자극수준이나 사회적 적합성향 같은 개인 특성이 어떠한 조절효과를 미치는 가를 실증적으로 확인하고자 하였다.

IT security service provides customers with the capability of protecting the networked information asset and infrastructures, and the scope of security service is expanding from a technology-intensive task to a comprehensive protection system for IT environment. To improve the quality of this service, a research model which help assess the quality is required. Several research models have been proposed and used in various service areas, but few cases are found for IT security service. In this work, a research model for the IT security quality has been proposed, based on research models such as SERVQUAL and E-S-QUAL. With the proposed model, factors which affect the service quality and the best quality measure have been identified. And the feasibility of using quantitative measures for quality has been examined. For analysis, structural equation modeling and various statistical methods such as principal component analysis were used. The result shows that satisfaction is the most significant measure affected by the proposed quality factors. Two quality factors, fulfillment and empathy, are the main determinants of the service quality. This leads to a strategy of quality improvement based on factors of emotion and perception, not of technology. The quantitative measures are considered as promising alternative measures, when combined with other measures. In order to design reliable quantitative measures, more work should be done on target processing time and users' expectation. It is hoped that work of this research will provide efficient tools and methods to improve the quality of IT security service and help future research works for other IT service areas.

본 연구는 우리나라의 자연환경 기반 도보문화의 공급요소로서 숲길의 조성과 이용에 대한 이용자의 인식을 파악하여 향후 체계적인 숲길운영에 필요한 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해, 지리산 둘레길을 이용하는 이용자 대상의 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시하였다. 조사결과, 이용자들은 지리산둘레길 조성 사업이 지역사회의 경제 및 사회 문화 환경에 보다 긍정적 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 인식하고 있는 반면, 환경적 측면에서는 부정적 영향을 미쳤을 것으로 인식하였다. 숲길 이용에 따른 전반적인 만족도 수준은 비교적 높게 나타났으나 마을내 이용서비스에 대한 만족도 수준은 상대적으로 낮게 평가되어 향후 숲길 운영효율화 측면에서 마을에서 제공되는 숲길 이용 서비스 체계에 대한 제고 방안 마련이 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

Purpose: Changes in the employment environment in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution are influencing various factors by the emergence of new jobs and the change in perception of job stability due to globalization of information technology and industry This study attempted to present implications by verifying the structural relationship of beauty workers' sustainable organizational commitment and the method necessary for conflict management in the industrial field due to the recent changes in the employment environment of the beauty industry in the 4th Industrial Revolution. Research design, data and methodology: This study sampled 604 beauty industry employees Frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, factor analysis, and path analysis were performed using SPSS WIN23.0. Results: It was found that the change in the employment environment caused by the 4th industrial revolution had a significant negative (-) effect on the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty industry workers. Conclusion: This study is that changes in the employment environment negatively affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment of beauty workers. We hope to contribute to the development and growth of the beauty industry by providing basic data for the beauty tech service industry in the 4th industrial era.

This study of elderly households living conditions to determine the overall status in the housing environment is to understand. To this end, the stage of elderly as a framework to target living consciousness, living space composition, housing Environment composition of elderly households with a comprehensive understanding and analyzes were employed. For this research is a survey conducted on senior citizens(over 60) in Busan, Korea. The major findings are as followings; In the living consciousness, the elderly households showed high perception of dependency but the age of the elderly increases, depends on the parent to the child. Also depending on the aging of the elderly considered health more important than economic conditions. The requirements for living space composition, most respondents prefer to stay in the same place where they currently reside. Move into the new housing was also identified. It was recognized that elderly households not only required living in co-residential space with their families, but also the necessity for individual space. The home environments composition, health care and social welfare support services appears overall the elderly of stage. The age of the elderly increases, a strong demand for care and support service were identified. Health activities in leisure and social activities and social activities, as age increased mainly done by the convenience of public transportation has been identified that are important.

Background and objective: Education based on agricultural experience in school gardens is coming to the fore as a solution to reduce the negative effect of rapid urbanization and the development of information technology (IT) on students. Accordingly, this study aimed to investigate how parents of elementary, middle, and high school students in Korea perceive the value of education service using school gardens, as well as their willingness to participate in and pay for such service, and to utilize the results in a quantitative assessment of the socioeconomic value of the education service. Methods: A contactless online survey on the perceived value of education service using school gardens was conducted on 1,010 parents of elementary, middle, and high school students in Korea's five major districts from October 22 to 26 (5 days) of 2020 by M, a Korean specialized survey agency. The data collected was analyzed using SPSS for Windows 25.0 and Excel to obtain the frequency and ratio of each measured item. Results: The respondents had an average of 1.83, of which 52.8% were male. 55.3% of the respondents were aware of the education service using school gardens, and 27.9% experienced the service. When asked if they saw the educational service using school gardens as necessary, 79% answered in the affirmative. In terms of the difference in perception of the need for the service according to experience, 91.8% of the parents who experienced the service responded that it was necessary, indicating that it is important to provide opportunities to experience this service to expand the scope of service. 54.9% of all respondents responded they were willing to pay the costs required for school gardens. When income tax was used as a payment method, the average amount parents were willing to pay was 13,193 KRW, and the tax rate was 2.02%. Based on experience, those who experienced this service had a higher need and willingness to pay for the service than those who had not experience, but the actual amount or tax rate was low as they knew how it was operated. Conclusion: As basic research on the assessment of the value of agricultural experience education using school gardens, this study determined how parents perceive this form of education service as well as their willingness to participate and pay for the service. These findings can be used to systemize the assessment indicators and promote the value of the education service using school gardens, allowing students to maintain a healthy and happy school life through agricultural experience.

본 연구는 공공의료기관의 인지도와 재방문여부와의 관계 및 영향을 미치는 요인을 살펴봄으로써 인지도를 높일 수 있는 방안을 제시하여 병원 재방문 증가에 기여하고자 하는데 그 의의가 있다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 탐색적 요인분석, t-test, ANOVA, 상관관계분석, 위계적 다중회귀분석을 실시하여 결론을 도출하였다. 결과를 보면 상관관계분석에서는 재방문여부와 독립변수들간에 모두 유의한 상관관계를 보였고, 서비스품질인식 및 진료환경적 요인이 독립변수들의 설명력을 증가시켜 의료기관의 재방문과의 높은 관련성이 있음을 보여주고 있으며, 평소 이미지 및 의료서비스, 진료환경은 재방문의사에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 결과를 도출하였다. 본 연구를 통해서 공공의료기관의 인지도와 재방문과의 관련성을 확인 할 수 있었으며, 공공의료기관은 의료서비스 질과 인프라를 개선시키기 위해서 지속적으로 이미지 및 의료서비스, 진료환경에 대한 기대수준을 파악하여 재방문을 향상시킬 수 있는 대안 연구가 필요할 것이다.

본 논문은 우리나라 방과후 돌봄 체계의 중추적 역할을 하고 있는 지역아동센터의 고유한 기능과 역할에 대해 실무자들의 다양한 인식유형을 검증하기 위한 목적을 가진다. 이를 위하여 지역아동센터 실무자를 대상으로 시설 환경, 서비스 내용, 인력, 대상, 전달체계 측면으로 나누어 관련된 인식을 조사하였다. 분석결과 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할에 대한 인식유형은 '전문인력 중심의 통합서비스 지향형', '시설환경 기반의 보호서비스 지향형', '학교연계 방과후서비스 지향형', '개별맞춤형 기초사례서비스 지향형'으로 나눌 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 또한 지역아동센터 실무자들이 지역아동센터의 발전을 위해 인력의 중요성과 서비스 환경에 대한 지원, 서비스 내용의 차별성과 연속성, 전체 돌봄체계와의 공통성과 독자성을 찾아갈 수 있는 기능 모색으로 다시 나눠지고 있었다. 본 연구는 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할에 대해 그동안 실증적으로 검증되지 못했던 다양한 인식내용의 실체를 파악해 보았다는데 의의가 있다. 이러한 결과를 통해 향후 지역아동센터의 기능과 역할에 대한 당사자들의 관점을 반영하고, 운영의 방향성에 대한 실천적 논의를 이끌어 낼 수 있을 것이며, 지역아동센터 모델과 운영에 대한 정책결정과 집행과정에 있어서 지원에 대한 구체적 방향성과 기초자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
