Increasing uncertainties in the technological innovation environment and increasing technology competition also present new challenges in terms of industrial technology security. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the direction of policy change necessary for the improvement of related policies in the future by examining the importance and implementation of the government's industrial technology security support policies for small and medium-sized enterprises engaged in industrial technology innovation activities. As a result of the analysis, first of all, small and medium-sized enterprises that responded to the government's industrial technology security support policy were perceived to be less performing than the importance of the program. These results can be said to mean that selective budget expansion for related policy programs may be necessary, along with efforts to improve the quality of each program. Second, an analysis of the differences in group recognition between new technology certification firms and industrial technology verification(certification) companies showed that significant differences exist between groups for the program. These results suggest that more effective operation of the relevant policies may require policy enforcement in consideration of the level of security and will of each company in industrial technology, as much as the quantitative characteristics of the entity. This study is meaningful in providing the necessary policy directional basic information for the design and execution of more specific and effective industrial technology security policies by presenting empirical research results that domestic small and medium-sized enterprises are aware of about the government's industrial technology security policies.
Various factors affecting teachers' self-confidence exist in math class using technology such as graphic calculators. For example, internal factors such as teachers' attitude and external factors such as school administrators or colleague's support can be considered. Pedagogical Technology Knowledge(PTK) is the very important factor which determines teacher's self-confidence in educational technology, and the development of PTK is composed of teacher's perception on the technology and its application and instrumentation. This study investigated 19 pre-service and current middle and high school teachers in the respect of their change of self-confidence, attitude, expertise on pedagogical technology, and quality of math class. These are anlayzed with the concept of instrumentation and instrumentalization through various experiences like graphic calculator, GPS and AutoGraph. The result indicated that constraints or obstacles did not affect much if teachers' attitude and self-confidence were strong. Particularly teachers' firm will to learn about technology and their confidence on its value are the critical factors in using technology for mathematics class.
In the 21st century, there will be a robot revolution. Only several years ago, industrial robots were the mainstream in the robot market; however, diverse type of robots are currently entering into our daily lives for various purposes, and the robot that thinks and behaves very similarly to human will appear in the near future. However, there is a critical view about the robot period. This means that the robot revolution will change even the framework of our entire society and human life style, and it is necessary to have robot education. It is necessary to start robot education in the elementary school curriculum with a view to enhancing interest in basic science and scientific technology and cultivating creative talents who may adapt themselves to a robotic society. However, there is no systematic robot curriculum owing to insufficient perception of the need of robot education and the educational utilization of robots. Under these circumstances, robot education is largely dependent on education for students with special talents and aptitudes run by private organizations. This paper conducted the following research in order to develop a robot curriculum in education for the gifted elementary students of computer science. First, the paper identified problems by analyzing the robot curriculum from a micro perspective after selecting three organizations that are relatively well perceived out of private organizations that operate robot education for the gifted elementary students of computer science. Second, the paper developed a robot curriculum in education for the gifted elementary students of computer science based on the framework of a robot curriculum run by private sector. Third, the validity of the robot curriculum developed in this paper was verified by a professional group comprising mainly persons in charge of robot curriculum development at private sector and lecturers for robot education for the gifted elementary students of computer science.

In that this study is a subject and character of risk, emerging security covers non-military areas in addition to traditional military security: environmental security, human security, resource security, and cyber security. The rise of these risks is not only changing the phenomenon of the new expansion of security areas, but also the expansion of the number and scope of security entities and the aspect of security world politics. These risks are transnational security issues at the global level in terms of their nature and extent of the damage, as well as multi-layered ones that affect local and personal security issues at the regional and national levels. In addition to national actors, non-state actors such as international organizations, multinational corporations, and global civil society, and furthermore, technology and social systems themselves are causing risks. Therefore, to solve the new security problem, it is necessary to establish a middle-level and complex governance mechanism that is sought at the regional and global levels beyond the fragmented dimension of the occurrence of new security issues that have been overlooked in the existing frame of perception, and to predict and find ways to respond to new security paradigms that have been identified in a broader sense.

User travel behavior is based on the existence of complete traffic information in deterministic user optimal principle by Wardrop(1952). According to deterministic user optimal principle, users choose the optimal route from origin to destination and they change their routes arbitrarily in order to minimize travel cost. In this principle, users only consider travel time as a factor to take their routes. However, user behavior is not determined by only travel time in actuality. Namely, the models that reflect only travel time as a route choice factor could give irrational travel behavior results. Therefore, the model is necessary that considers various factors including travel time, transportation networks structure and traffic information. In this research, more realistic deterministic optimal traffic assignment model is proposed in the way of route recognizance behavior. This model assumes that when users decide their routes, they consider many factors such as travel time, road condition and traffic information. In addition, route recognizance attributes is reflected in this suggested model by forward searching method and backward searching method with numerical formulas and algorithms.
This study was performed in order to examine the effects of one to one interactive picture book reading on infants' reading response and teachers' language teaching efficacy. A total of 50 2-year-olds from 8 child care centers in Incheon were divided into an experimental group and a control group. The interactive picture book reading activities were carried out once a week during 12 weeks. The infants in the experimental group read one-to-one with teachers, and their counterparts read the same book in a group. The change in teachers' language teaching efficacy was examined, and their subjective perception was evaluated through in-depth interview. As a result of this research, the infants in the experimental group showed significantly increased verbal response, compared to the control group, both in the total score and most sub-factors such as naming, responding, asking, demanding, spontaneous utterance, and decontextualized utterance. They also represented a significant rise, compared to the control group, in the total score of non-verbal response and factors like finger indicating, imitating, and accepting. Finally, the teachers who led the experimental group showed increased language teaching efficacy, and evaluated the effects of interactive picture book reading with infants very positively.
The purpose of this study is to activate tourism industry in Sorak area where faces crisis arising from environmental change. To achieve its' purpose, this study investigated operational problem concerning about development of tourism in Sorak area and politic problem concerning about tourism resource in order to devise activation of regional economy through its effective conservation and development. and at same time, compared difference of perception between tourist and worker of tourism empirically in aspect of product, service, public marketing in order to activate regional tourism industry through effective development of tourism resource. Finally, this study also suggested countermeasure suitable for the above stated. As seeing above results, this study contributes to promote tourism in Sorak area by developing tourism resource in vein of localization age which means local area can be center of the world in consideration of globalization age without national boundary. Conclusively, it can be said that segmentation of tourism market based on tourist's interest needs to be accomplished through connection between regional limitation and academic research with making use of advantage of abundant tourism resource in Sorak area. what is more, supplement of attention. to improvement of service quality can cause more positive effect.

According to development of technology for media, observers try to watch the realities from images, as follows, 3D imaging has been extremely developed. 3D image gives depth in the image, observers feel in nature. Different image perception from left and right eyes make the 3D image. Anaglyph which is one of the ways to make an image of three dimensions is for obtaining an image of three dimensions by using color filter glasses. Anaglyph has a little amount of calculation and is easy to make, and it has a good point that anaglyph can be used in more wide field because it can create an image of three dimensions to the output of print like printed matter. However, the phenomenon of retinal rivalry can cause a feeling of fatigue because a difference of brightness of the left image and the right image happen. The way to reduce this problem is made by cutting down a difference of brightness. In the result, retinal rivalry can be reduced. We reduced a difference of the brightness of the left and the right image by utilizing the brightness and average of the original image to reduce retinal rivalry and we made better colors of anaglyph by using the way that we keep the hue caused by a change of brightness and supplement saturation about color distortion which is created at that time.
The purpose of this study is to survey the status of the 7th elective-centered curriculum and find problems in operating the system. 485 students in the tenth and eleventh grade were randomly selected as subjects. The results are as follows. (1) Among the students, 29% of them selected their science subject without considering their future jobs, 48% did it without enough overview of the system, and 25% did without clearly understanding the details the choice centered curriculum. (2) Among the students who participated in the survey, 65% of them showed positive responses concerning the needs of individual choice centered curriculum and 96% said it increased their participation in class. However, only 39% believed that operating this type of curriculum is realistically possible. (3) 89% of students selected their science subjects accordingly with the college preparatory courses and 14% selected based on their hopes. (4) The percentage of science subjects chosen are 40% for chemistry, 25% for biology, 22% for Physics, and 13% for earth science, but 74% of students wanted to change their choices. These results showed that students recognized the object of the 7th curriculum, but selected science subjects as a means of getting into college entrances, rather than carefully considering their future and aptitude.
The purpose of this study is to find the difference between the parents generation and that of the children in the disciplinary methods by means of parental social population variation. With these purpose in mind, the problems have been suggested like following: 1) what are the general differences of between the two generations of parents and children in disciplinary method? 2)What are the general differences of the views between those two generations according to sex? 3) What are the general differences between the parents generation and the child generation according to age? 4) What are the general differences between the parents generation and the child generation according to education level? 5) What are the general differences between the parents generation and the child generation according to income level? In order to solve these problems, questionnaries were distributed on this appendix 374parents (father: 177, mother: 197) who have the children. Questionnaires were compose on "Parents Inventory" of Radke were employs, classfied five measures. To test and verifying the above hypothes, the following five measures. were used. 1) Philosophy of authority (authoritarian vs. democratic) 2) Parental restrition (strict and stubbon vs. democratic) 3) Severity of punishment (severity vs. mildness) 4) Parent-child rapport 9desirable vs. undesirable) 5) Relative responsibility of father and mothehr towards child disciplinary (equal vs. differ) The result of this study is like follows: 1) In general comparison of two generations, tends to be more democratic in the philosophy of authority, more relaxed and easygoing in the parental restroction, more severe in the severity of punishment, and good rapport in the parent-child rapport than grandparents generation and the responsibility of father don't change but that of mother tends to augment in child disciplinary 2) In comparison of two generation according to sex, the mother showed more democratic in the philosophy of authority and closely perceive her parents in the parent-child rapport as compared with the father. 3) In comparison of two generation according to age, the younger parents showed more relaxed attitudes towards the child disciplinary, the perception better relations of their parents in the parent-child rapport. 4) In the comparison of two generations according to education level the more educated parents showed the more relaxed and easygoing attitude towards in the parental restriction. 5) In comparison of two generation according to income, as the parents of large income generally (not always) showed easygoing than their previous generation in the parental restriction, and they perceive that they have a good one in parent-child rapport. This study caused by the some difficult problem required futher investigation on the result of two generations the problems happened in the inner unitary of items. And, it proposed some problems which constitutes the problems of the proper interpretation of the results between two generations brought about discordance of items between tow generations
