  • Fashion companies make use of diverse strategies to have a competitive edge as there is a growing fierce competition. According to earlier studies, consumers prefer the products and services of companies that direct their energy into CSR activities if there's little disparity in quality of products and services among the companies. The way consumers look at the CSR activities of businesses is very important for the companies since it is linked to their evaluation and image of the companies and indulgencies on their word-of-mouth, purchase and loyalty. It's not quite advisable for fashion companies to make an investment in CSR activities without any specific plans or conviction of the effectiveness of the activities. Actually, lots of domestic companies fail to success their CSR activities, despite of their hard efforts. This study was to examine the appropriateness of corporate CSR activities, the attitude of customers to companies and their intention of recommendation and purchase in detail, and to provide some information on strategy setting for the CSR activities of fashion businesses.

  • ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence-based conversation agent developed by OpenAI using natural language processing technology. In this study, an empirical study was conducted on incumbent teachers on the intention to use the newly emerged Chat GPT. First, we studied how accuracy, entertainment, system accessibility, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use affect ChatGPT's acceptance intention. In addition, we analyzed whether perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use differ in the intention to accept depending on the digital technology of teachers. As a result of the study, the suitability of the structural equation model was generally good. Accuracy and entertainment were found to have a significant effect on perceived usefulness, and system accessibility was found to have a significant effect on perceived ease of use. In the analysis of teachers' digital technology control effects, it was found that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use had a control effect between acceptance intentions. It was found that the group with high digital skills of teachers was strongly intended to accept the service regardless of perceived usefulness and ease of use. In the group with low digital skills of teachers, it is thought that ChatGPT's service shows the acceptance intention only when the perceived usefulness and ease of use are high. Therefore, in the group with low digital technology, it is necessary to seek teaching activities such as the development of instructional models using ChatGPT.

  • Based on literature relating to the theory of planned behavior(TPB) and the TAM, this study extends the applicability of the TAM in a mobile banking context, by adding one trust-based construct('perceived credibility') and two resource-based constructs('perceived efficacy' and 'perceived cost') and technical suitability constructs to the model, while paying careful attention to the placing of these constructs in the TAM's existing nomological structure. Data collected from 182 users in Korea were tested against the extended TAM, using the structural equation modeling approach. The results strongly support the extended TAM in predicting users intentions to adopt mobile banking. Several implications for IT/IS acceptance research and mobile banking management practices are discussed.

A survey was conducted to collect the data with users who have had the actual using experience about mobile easy payment services. In this research, the data were collected by online survey, and in final analysis, 439 users' questionnaires were used. The empirical paper proves research hypothesis by using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 23.0. The results of the study are as follows: the mobile easy payment service factors, social factors and the user's individual factors partially give positive effects to perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness; perceived ease of use gives positive effects to perceived usefulness. In addition, perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have positive effects to on intention to use.

  • This study aimed to primarily examine perceptions about occupational suitability made by vocational counselors for adults who stutter and associated factors. A total of 69 vocational counsellors (23 per condition) took part in this study and were randomly assigned to recordings related to three different speech conditions (fluent, less-severe stuttering, and severe stuttering versions). The participants were asked to listen to one of the three recordings and rate the speaker's communicative functioning, personal attributes, and suitability for 31 occupations, along with perceptions of the speaking demands and educational requirements of the occupations. Regarding the two stuttering conditions, it was found that suitability ratings were lower for occupations with a high speaking demand than those with a low speaking demand. In addition, the most significant factor associated with occupational suitability ratings was perceived speaking demands, followed by perceived educational requirements, and then by ratings of the speaker's personal attributes. These findings suggest that adults who stutter may face role entrapment (or occupational stereotyping) in workplace settings.

As a result of the analysis, among the VMD components of fashion virtual reality (VR) stores, experientiality, aesthetics, and suitability had a significant positive effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived enjoyment. There was no significant effect on perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, or perceived enjoyment. The results of this study are significant in that they conducted an empirical study on the intention of use due to the VMD components of a fashion virtual reality (VR) store, which was rarely covered in previous studies on fashion virtual reality (VR) stores.

  • This study empirically analyzed the users' experiences with the Netflix thumbnail curation based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM). According to the correlation analysis results, the higher the dependence on the thumbnails, the higher the satisfaction with the thumbnail curation. Both Perceived Informational Usefulness(PIU) and Perceived Ease of Use(PEOU) had correlations with the degree of satisfaction with the thumbnail curation. In particular, the factors of relevance in PEOU had the greatest impact on the degree of satisfaction and this result proved that the suitability factors of the thumbnails had significant correlations with the degree of satisfaction. The degree of satisfaction with the thumbnail curation also positively correlated with Netflix's overall degree of satisfaction and behavioral intention to use the Netflix. This study demonstrated the suitability of the TAM as a UX evaluation tool for the Netflix thumbnail curation.

  • This study aims to identify the effect that the perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use have on learner flow in e-learning community. Based on literature review and Technology Acceptance Model(TAM), a potential model and five hypotheses were suggested. Questionnaire was carried out among 62 members of one e-learning community for preparatory teacher Cronbach alpha of the questionnaire was.88. The collected data were analyzed through correlation analysis and path analysis. The results of this research are as follows. Three hypotheses were adopted: Perceived usefulness will affect on attitudinal flow, Perceived ease of use will affect on attitudinal flow. and Attitudinal flow will affect on behavioral flow. Two hypotheses were rejected;. Perceived usefulness will affect on perceived ease of use and Perceived ease of use will affect on behavioral flow. The model revised through the results of path analysis had good-fitness. That is. overall fit measures (RMSEA, CFI. NNFI). indexes that show the suitability of the model were quite good. Findings of this study suggested the important strategies for designing e-learning community in order to promote learner flow.
