  • This study first examines the effect of perceived body characteristics, satisfaction with body characteristics on perceived size related risk, and internet shopping clothing behaviors; in addition, it also examines the effect of the perceived size related risk on clothing behaviors. A questionnaire was conducted with responses from 219 female students, aged 19 to 25. Data was analyzed by frequency analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test. The findings suggest that a consumer satisfied with body characteristics has active clothing behaviors to improve her appearance or body image. The effects of perceived body characteristics and satisfaction with body characteristics on perceived size related risk are also identified. The perceived size related risk increases when the size information of an internet shopping mall is insufficient compared to the situation when the consumer is not satisfied with her body characteristics. The meaningful differences of clothing behaviors according to extent of perceived size related risk are identified.

  • Purpose Many students have concerned about the quality and operation of online courses with universities offering online courses to avoid the spread of COVID-19. To deepen our understanding of university online class systems, this research aims to assess students' satisfaction with online class systems and continuous usage intention on the basis of the perceived benefits and expectation confirmation theory. Design/methodology/approach This paper empirically analyzes the impact of each perceived benefit on user satisfaction and the intention to use it continuously by dividing the perceived benefits considered in existing literature into utilitarian benefits (convenience), emotional benefits (pleasure), and symbolic benefits (personal benefits). Moreover, the perceived expectations and performance have also been assessed with its impact on satisfaction and the intention to continue use. Data collected from 241 university students were empirically tested against a research model. Findings Analysis results showed that perceived advantages (comfort, enjoyment and personalized benefit) significantly affect user satisfaction and that perceived benefits have positive effects on the intention to continue use whereas the expected confirmation do not significantly influence on the intention to continue use.

  • The purposes of this study are to identify the relationships between service quality, perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty for IhoTewoo festival through a structural equation model. This study was conducted by means of survey questionnaire of festival visitors with 348 responses. The main results of the study are as follows. First, the exploratory factor analysis with principal component method of the 19 service quality items identified four underlying domains. These dimensions were labelled: (1) 'program', (2) 'informational service', (3) 'festival area', and (4) 'food'. Second, service quality has a significantly positive effect on perceived value, satisfaction, and loyalty. Third, Perceived value has a significantly positive effect on satisfaction. Fourth, both perceived value and satisfaction have significantly positive effects on loyalty. Fifth, Although the direct effect of service quality on customer loyalty was evident, it was also found that the indirect effects of service quality through perceived value and/or overall satisfaction were stronger. Thus, customer loyalty will be stronger when service quality is matched with perceived value and/or overall satisfaction, meaning that multiple factors play a significant role in determining customer loyalty.

  • The purpose of this study is to The exhibition's service quality was divided into three factors: event content, publicity, and empathy. First, the exhibition's service quality had positive effects on visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction. Visitors' perceived value also showed a positive effect on their overall satisfaction. Second, each of visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction had positive effects on their loyalty. Third, in effect decomposition, the total effect of the exhibition's service quality on visitors' perceived value was largest, followed by the service quality's total effect on their overall satisfaction and the service quality's total effect on their loyalty in order. In addition, statistically significant total effects were found between visitors' perceived value and overall satisfaction, as well as between visitors' perceived value and loyalty. As a result, mediating effects such as visitors' overall satisfaction had a positive contribution. Accordingly, statistically significant effects were confirmed in the relationships between all endogenous and exogenous variables.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the theoretical model on the clothing satisfaction. Research problems are as following; 1. To identify a causal model on the clothing satisfaction. 2. To examine the causal model by the brand levels. 3. To examine the causal model by the consumer characteristics. The empirical study of the above research problems is carried out by the longitudinal survey. The subjects selected for the final analysis are 362 women living in Seoul and Pusan. The results of our analysis are as following; 1. The main causal course of the clothing satisfaction is that the brand level and the consumer expectation $\rightarrow$ the expectation $\rightarrow$ the perceived performance ($\rightarrow$ the disconfirmation) $\rightarrow$ the clothing satisfaction. Those relevant variables explain $70\%$ of the clothing satisfac-tion variance. Especially, the influence of the perceived performance appears to be greater than that of the disconfirmation. 2. According to our analysis, the expectation influences the clothing satisfaction indirectly through the perceived performance. Especially, the normative expectation exhibits the contrast effect on the disconfirmation, while the predictive expectation exhibits the assimilation effect on the perceived performance. 3. The clothing satisfaction model differs by the brand levels (high price brand vs. moderate price brand) and by the consumer involvement levels (high involvement vs. low involvement). The relevant variables explain $65\%$ of the clothing satisfaction variance in the high price brand, while they explain $77\%$ in the moderate price brand. In the high involvement group, the relevant variables explain $78\%$ of the clothing satisfaction variance and $60\%$ in the low involvement group. In both involvement groups, the most critical direct variable is the perceived perfor-mance. In conclusion, we find that the clothing satisfaction can be explained by three constructs, the expectation, the perceived performance and the disconfirmation. The hypothesis that the two dimensions of the expectation explain the clothing satisfaction better is empirically supported in our study. Finally, we find that the clothing satisfaction models differ between two brand levels and consumer involvement levels.
