  • A business is an organized. profit-seeking activity that provides goods and service designed to satisfy customer' needs. For years, Internet users have been dream of intelligent software agents that automatically prowl the online world and bring back high-quality information. In the era of web2.0, Internet users can communicate each other on open platforms(e-mail, Naver Knowledge-In. Cyworld, Wikipedia, and blog etc.). The author investigate the impact of web2.0 user's perceived value. affective commitment. brand equity on loyalty intention. The results suggest that excellent service quality will be alternative solving in web2.0 business environment.

인터넷 쇼핑몰에서 의복관여도에 따른 서비스 품질 지각이 소비자 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Service Quality Perception on Consumer Satisfaction and Loyalty according to Clothing Involvement at Internet Shopping Mall)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of service quality on consumer satisfaction and loyalty according to clothing involvement at internet shopping mall. Data were obtained from 400 college students living in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, t-test and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 14.0. The results indicate that companies of shopping mall striving for consumer loyalty should focus primarily on satisfaction and service quality perceived by consumer at Internet. The effects of clothing involvement on the association of consumer loyalty, satisfaction and perceived service quality are significant. This finding provides the information being efficient to develop marketing implications related to internet shopping mall.

카노 모형을 이용한 모바일 쇼핑몰 앱의 서비스 품질 요인 분석에 관한 연구 (The Study on the e-Service Quality Factors in m-Shopping Mall App based on the Kano Model)

  • Purpose - In this study, it is classified the service quality dimension of mobile shopping app using Kano model. In addition, it is evaluated quality factors suitable for strategic management from the viewpoint of service provider through mobile application through binary dimension analysis. Research design, data, and methodology - In this study, seven quality dimensions such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience, design, security and customer service were derived through related studies to make binary shopping quality app quality measurement. 37 sub-variables were set by each quality dimensions. Each questionnaire was composed of positive and negative items like Kano's proposed method, and the satisfaction coefficient suggested by Timko(1993) was examined to understand the influence of each factors on customer satisfaction. Results - As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. As a result of research, shopping app users perceived unity quality factor in most items of service quality dimension such as information quality, reliability, immediacy, convenience and customer service. And, in information quality, the information overload was classified as an apathetic quality component, while the related information provision belonged to an attractive quality component. In reliability quality, customized service provision was classified as an attractive quality component. In instant connectivity, the quality of the connection during transport was classified as an attractive quality component. In convenience quality, access to product information was classified as a one-way quality component. All components of designs quality were classified as attractive quality components, and in security quality, all of their components were all classified as one quality component. Lastly, in customer service, they components were all classified as a single quality component. In addition, the satisfaction coefficient showed a good impression, quick response of the result, fast delivery, and the unsatisfactory coefficient showed more interest in personal information such as payment method safety, and transaction security. Conclusion - In the online service environment, which is difficult to differentiate in terms of upward upgrading only by technological implementation and function, the results of this study can be suggested as a differentiating factor for major channels with customers rather than improve the brand image.

The Effects of Perceived Medical Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction, Hospital's Reputation and Loyalty

  • 본 연구는 환자가 지각한 의료서비스품질이 만족, 병원명성 및 충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 기존 고객의 이탈을 막고 재이용의도를 증진함으로써 병원의 수익성과 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 전략적인 방법을 제공하는 것이다. 구조 모형 분석과 확인 요인분석을 위해 AMOS 20.0을 사용하였고, 실증분석을 위하여 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 분석 결과 의료서비스품질은 만족과 명성에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 의료서비스품질은 만족에 가장 큰 영향을 주었다. 만족은 명성과 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤고, 충성도를 결정하는 중요한 요소이다. 환자들이 만족할 수 있는 서비스 품질 개선과 환자와의 관계 구축의 중요성을 인지하고 관계강화를 위한 방안을 마련해야 할 것이다.

The Perceived Information Quality in Accounting Information System: Effects on Trust and Risk

  • This study discusses the results of an empirical study carried out to illustrate the key issues that need to be addressed to ensure accounting information quality (AIQ). The study also focuses on the factors of trust and risk as they impact the intention to use accounting information from accounting information systems(AIS). The factors that might impact on accounting information quality have been summarized from the existing literature on previous studies in this area. This study proposes a research model for key issues that have an impact on accounting information quality based on the literature. I use the empirical results of this study to discuss the key components of the research model.

  • Social media have been rapidly and widely adopted in various areas, and tourism industry can be one of potential growing areas. Tourist and travelers would like to share their photos and stories as well as find others' experiences. People are doing their activities through social media. Regarding relaxing entertainments, information sharing, escapism, social interaction, tourism activities are being paid attention by majority of users in social media. However, Although people have various motivation for using social media, academically researchers have not actively studied on the phenomenon arising from tourism industry. Therefore, this study aims to the reasons for tourism information searching motivational factors of social media that influence perceived value and its consequences such like before-searching, during-searching, and after-searching and divided social media into two types according to the level of social presence, and then empirically verified them. Antecedent variables divided into benefits including perceived usefulness and information quality and sacrifices including complexity and perceived effort. Our analysis results show that both of dimensions had the greatest effect on perceived value of social media use, which affect the consequences.

외식 O2O 플랫폼의 지속사용의도 영향 요인 연구 : 정보시스템성공모델과 후기수용모델 (A Study on the Influence Factors of the Continuance Intention of Foodservice O2O Platform : IS Success Model and Post Acceptance Model)

  • Recently, as demand for delivery services has increased rapidly due to COVID-19, the food service O2O(Online to Offline) platform has also grown significantly. This study aimed to verify the influencing factors on continuance use intention of O2O platform using the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model. An online survey was conducted on 379 consumers who used the food service O2O platform in the past six months, and the collected survey was analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of the verification, in the influence relationship between the Information Service Success Model and Post Acceptance Model, system quality was found to have an effect on perceived usefulness, but information quality and service quality were rejected for perceived usefulness and were partially adopted, The rest were all found to have a significant effect. In the moderating effect according to the amount used, the intention to continue using was stronger when the group who spent more than 30,000 won was satisfied. These results support previous research on O2O platforms and provide academic implications as well as practical implications for practitioners in the food service industry.

농산물 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 고객의 구매의도에 관한 포괄적 모형 (A Comprehensive Model of Purchasing Intention of Customers in Agricultural Products Online Shopping Malls)

  • 본 연구에서는 농산물 온라인 쇼핑몰에서의 고객들의 구매의도에 관한 포괄적 모형을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 문헌연구와 논리적 추론과정을 통하여 비즈니스 관점, 정보시스템 관점 그리고 농산물 특성 관점으로 구매의도 요인들로 분류 선정하고, 이들 요인들이 신뢰와 지각된 유용성을 매개로 하여 고객의 구매의도에 영향을 미친다는 통합적인 연구모형을 설정하였다. 소규모 농수산물 온라인 쇼핑몰의 회원들을 대상으로 총 329부의 유효한 설문자료를 수집하였고, 이를 구조방정식모델링을 이용한 확인적 요인분석과 경로분석을 실시하여 본 연구모형을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 연구분석 결과 비즈니스 관점의 요인들인 제품품질과 서비스 질은 신뢰에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 가격의 적정성과 오락성은 각각 신뢰와 지각된 유용성에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 광고노출은 신뢰에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으나 구매의도에는 직접적인 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 정보시스템 관점의 요인들인 정보의 질과 사용용이성은 신뢰와 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 농산물 특성 관점의 요인인 제철상품은 지각된 유용성에 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 지역브랜드는 신뢰에 유의한 영향이 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 성공적인 농산물 온라인 쇼핑몰 구축 운영을 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

모바일 관광정보 서비스특성이 지각된 가치 만족도 및 이용의도에 미치는 영향 연구 (The Effect of Mobile Tourism Information Service Features on Perceived Value, Satisfaction, and Using Intentions)

  • Purpose - Due to the rapidly changing environment, the needs of information distribution are emphasized more than ever before. As information changes to cater to diversity, professionalism, and detailed segmentation, this information is produced exponentially. Many researchers working in intelligence agencies are feeling the need to establish a comprehensive information management and information distribution system in a systematic and more effective manner. Mobile marketing is based on communication when consumers can access information using GPS systems whatever their location may be when they are on a trip. Until recently, Korean companies have been struggling to perform well in the larger mobile tourism information service (MTIS) for Chinese tourists, which is regarded as a blue ocean area. The principal dimensions of the characteristics of a mobile tourism information service were analyzed, and the influence on perceived value and satisfaction was identified. Moreover, the relationship among the variable satisfaction and using intentions was empirically analyzed. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examined the structural relationship among mobile tourism information features, perceived value, satisfaction, and behavioral intentions. It is based on analyzed data from questionnaires involving advanced research. A questionnaire survey targeting Chinese students using a mobile tourism information service in Korea was conducted. A total of 230 questionnaires were circulated, and 221 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis, excluding invalid data. The data were analyzed with structural equation modeling with SPSS 21.0 statistic package reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis were implemented, and the effects of the mobile tourism information service features on perceived value, satisfaction, and using intentions were presented. Results - First, mobile tourism information service features have a direct positive effect on the practical value, and do not affect the hedonic value. Second, perceived value has a statistically positive effect on satisfaction. Third, perceived value has a positive effect on behavioral intentions. Fourth, satisfaction has a direct positive effect on behavioral intentions. Conclusion - MTIS (mobile tourism information service) involves personal, social, and technical characteristics. We have analyzed the effects of mobile tourism information service on perceived value, and on satisfaction and using intentions. First, the study shows that the characteristics of mobile tourism information service and perceived value in relation to mobile tourism information service usage are important for marketing in the Chinese market. Moreover, after using a mobile tourism information service, the effect on practical value is more than on hedonic value. We could not analyze the program for tourism information service extensively, and used only questionnaires from Chinese students in Korea. In the future, there should be research on the programs for a tourism information service. We expect to study the MTIS program in greater detail, and to improve the quality and reputation of MTIS through the analysis of its program. We hope that this research will allow an evaluation of the relationship between Korea and China regarding MTIS.

Factors Related to Self-perception of Diet Quality among South Korean Adults

  • Objective: Improvements in diet can decrease the cancer rates. The aim of the present study was to determine the relationships between self-perception of diet quality and personality, impulsiveness, stress, coping strategy, sense of coherence, self-efficacy, and social support. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted using a multiple-stratified random sampling method based on the Korea Census of 2007. In October 2009, investigators conducted 15-minute face-to-face interviews with 1,530 South Korean volunteers who ranged from 30 to 69 years of age without a history of cancer. Results: Respondents were more likely to perceive that they consumed a healthy diet if they were older than 50 years, lived with a partner, had a monthly family income greater than $4,000 USD, had a low perceived risk of cancer, consumed less alcohol, exercised regularly, had a less agreeable or conscientious personality, had low stress levels, had a high sense of coherence or self-efficacy, and had ample social support. Conclusion: Psychosocial factors, such as personality, stress, sense of coherence, self-efficacy, and social support, are associated with the self-perception of diet quality. Analysis of the factors that contribute to a perceived healthy diet could assist with the design of educational campaigns.
