최종사용자 컴퓨팅의 성패 영향요인 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Success of End-User Computing)

  • Using end-user attitude as intervening variable, this paper proposes a causal model of how environmental factors of EUC influence end-user computing (EUC) success, measured by the degree of IS use. This study identifies unique aspects of the EUC environment and generates key dimensions of end-user attitude appropriate for this context : perceived information quality, perceived design quality, and perceived usefulness. The research model includes six environmental factors - top management support, end-user education, task variability, task analyzability, end-user's computing ability, and end-user involvement. A field study was undertaken to test the hypothesized relationships among the research variables. The results generally support the assumption that end-user attitude intervene the impact of environmental factors on IS use. The implications of the findings are discussed.

간호사가 인지하는 병원 간호조직의 핵심성공요인 (The Critical Success Factors of Nursing Organizations Perceived by Nurses in a Hospital)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to describe the Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organization perceived by hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from 12 nurses who were working in the university affiliated medical center in Seoul using interview. To analyze data, content analysis was done. Results: The Critical Success Factors (CSF) of nursing organizations perceived by hospital nurses was classified into 5 categories. The 5 categories (the expectation of nurses' clients, The awareness economic value that nurses perform work, efficient nurses' work process, attractive nurses' work conditions, nurses' grow into professional) include 21 themes and 53 significant statements. Conclusions: The result of this study may be helpful in the strategic performance management of nursing organizations.

Factors influencing the quality of nursing care as perceived by mothers of hospitalized children in South Korea

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors affecting the quality of nursing care as perceived by mothers of hospitalized children and provide basic data for the development of nursing care quality improvement programs. Methods: The participants consisted of 167 mothers, each of whom had a child hospitalized at a specific children's hospital. Data were collected from June 22 to August 8, 2019. Results: The factors that affected how mothers perceived the quality of nursing care were the communication ability of nurses (β=.44, p<.001) and the mother-nurse partnership (β=.33, p=.001). The total explanatory power of these factors was 54.1%. Conclusion: To improve the quality of pediatric nursing care, it is necessary to improve the communication abilities of nurses and to promote partnership between nurses and the mothers of hospitalized children.

BSC 시스템 수용요인이 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects of BSC System Acceptance Factors on the Intention for Continuous Use)

  • The purpose of this study is to make an empirical analysis on the factors affecting the intention for the continuous use of the BSC system, which has been recently spread in the public sector. Because the object of acceptance is the performance management system based on BSC (Balanced Scorecard) implemented in the form of information systems, this study proposes a research model by applying TAM (Technology Acceptance Model). Independent variables are factors affecting the acceptance of BSC system such as training, communication, IS support, CEO support and personal innovativeness, and we examine their effects on the dependent variable, namely, intention on continuous use via mediating variables: perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use. A questionnaire survey was conducted with public institutions(firms) that had introduced and were operating the BSC system; 264 valid questionnaires are adopted. Collected data are analyzed using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 7.0. Results of reliability test show that all analyzed data are reliable. In validity test, one item regarding communication was excluded; 9 latent variables and 34 observed variables are used in the final analysis. Based on the results of the hypothesis test through path analysis using a structural equation model, 10 out of 16 hypotheses are accepted. Factors affecting perceived usefulness are training and IS(Information System) support. The analysis results indicate that perceived ease of use is mainly affected by IS support, CEO support, and personal innovativeness among the factors related to the acceptance of the BSC system. This suggests that, contrary to the expectation that the BSC system may be used without difficulty, the management's active support is required in order to attain expected improvement in productivity and work efficiency. This was also pointed out in case studies on the construction of the BSC system in public sectors. On the other hand, perceived ease of use is found to affect perceived usefulness. This supports the results of previous researches on TAM. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness are found to affect the attitude towards the use of the system. The intention on continuous use is affected more by perceived usefulness than by the attitude towards the use of system. This result supports the results of previous researches on TAM, showing that the BSC system is utilized substantially in worksites. This study is considered meaningful in that it was actually performed on users at public institutions(firms) that had introduced the BSC system and that it empirically tested hypotheses on the acceptance of the BSC system by applying TAM to the research model.

C지역 치과종사자의 근골격계 질환 자각증상과 사회심리적 특성과의 관계 (A Correlation between the Perceived Symptom of Musculoskeletal Diseases and Psychosocial Factors of Dental Professionals in C Region)

  • 본 연구에서는 충청지역 치과종사자의 근골격계 질환 자각증상과 사회심리적 특성과의 관련성을 분석하기 위하여 2009년 3월 9일부터 3월 28일까지 충청도에 소재한 치과종사자 206명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문법을 실시하였으며, SPSS WIN 12.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 측정부위별 근골격계 질환 자각증상 정도는 신체부위 모두에서 상의 비율이 가장 높았다. 2. 성별에 따라 여자가 남자보다 근골격계 질환 관심도가 높았으며(p=.000), 연령별로는 26-30세 이하가 관심도가 가장 높아 통계적으로 유의하였다(p=.000). 3. 업무만족은 요부군과 하지군에서 양(+)의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 업무스트레스에 있어서는 요부군과 하지군에서 약한 음(-)의 상관관계를 보였다. 동료만족에서는 상지군과 하지군에서 양(+)의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 병원만족은 상지군과 요부군, 하지군에서 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 근무환경과 만족에서는 목군과 어깨군, 상지군, 하지군과 양(+)의 상관관계를 보였다. 본 연구에서 각 신체부위에서 사회심리적 특성과 근골격계 자각증상이 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 근골격계 질환 예방 및 관리 프로그램을 개발할 때는 사회심리적 특성을 고려해야 할 것으로 생각된다.

기술수용모델을 활용한 메타버스 플랫폼 초기 이용자들의 이용 의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the intentions of early users of metaverse platforms using the Technology Acceptance Model)

  • 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명과 코로나19 팬데믹으로 주목받고 있는 가상세계 기반의 플랫폼인 메타버스의 기술수용의도 과정을 실증적으로 파악함에 목적이 있다. 이에 메타버스 플랫폼 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 요인 간 인과관계를 분석하기 위해 기술수용모델(TAM)을 활용하였다. 연구방법으로써 일반 성인남녀를 대상으로 설문을 수행하였고, 구조방정식 모델을 이용해 분석하였다. 연구결과, 지각된 용이성에는 지각된 즐거움, 상호작용성, 자기효능감, 사회적 영향이 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 유용성에는 상호작용성과 사회적 영향이 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 용이성이 지각된 유용성에 미치는 영향 관계는 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으나, 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 모두 메타버스에 대한 태도를 긍정적으로 형성하는데 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 마지막으로 호의적인 메타버스 플랫폼에 대한 태도는 지속적 이용 의도에도 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구를 통해 메타버스에 대한 이용 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고 요인 간 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었으며, 메타버스 기술 채택의 요인 및 이용자 연구를 위한 기초자료로써 의의가 있다. 향후에는 연구대상을 확장하고, 다양한 요인을 활용하여 연구한다면 이용자에 대한 심도 깊은 이해가 가능할 것이다.

위탁급식 업체선정에 영향 미치는 요인에 대한 고객사의 중요도 인식 조사 (A Study of the Client′s Importance Perception on the Factors Affecting the Foodservice Management Contract)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to investigate the importance level on factors affecting the foodservice management contract perceived by the clients in the office building, government and public offices and manufacturing company in Seoul and Kyungi 2) to compare the perceived importance levels of the present contract and future contract 3) to compare the perceived importance levels of the competitive bid with those of the private contract. To collect the data on the perceived importance level on the affecting the foodservice management contract, the questionnaires were developed by the delphi technique and modified by the pilot test. The questionnaires consisted of 4 categories and 19 items on the factors affecting the foodservice management contract and the importance level on the factors were measured by 5-likert scale. From March 12 to April 13 in 2003, the self-administrative questionnaires were mailed to 280 clients. The questionnaires were responded from the 50 clients (respondent rate: 25%). On the factors affecting the present contract and the future contract, among the 4 categories (the appropriateness of foodservice operation plan, the evaluation of the foodservice company, sales ability, the conditions of the cost in the contract), the importance level of the appropriateness of foodservice operation plan was higher than those of the other categories. In the comparison of the perceived importance level between the present contract and the future contract, the importance level of 4 items (sanitation and safety management plan, menu management plan, service management plan, food cost per meal) in the future contract were significantly higher than those in the present contract (p<.01, p<.05, p<.05, p<.01). There were the significant differences between the private contract and competitive bid on the factors affecting the present contract in the 3 items, which were $\ulcorner$renewal plan for interior and environment$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$strategic alliance with the contractor$\lrcorner$, $\ulcorner$lobby of the foodservice company$\lrcorner$ (p<.05, p<.05, p<.05). And on the factors affecting the future contract, there were significant differences in the 2 items, which were $\ulcorner$renewal plan for interior and environment$\lrcorner$and $\ulcorner$cost per meal$\lrcorner$in comparing the competitive bid and private contract (p<.05, p<.01). The clients perceived the appropriateness of foodservice operation plan was more important than the other categories in the future foodservice management contract. It was proposed that the foodservice management contract company should focus on the foodservice operation to satisfy the customers and clients in order to get more contract in the future.

Factors Affecting the Intention to Use Digital Banking in Vietnam

  • The study aims to evaluate the factors affecting the intention to use digital banking in Vietnam. Multivariate data analysis techniques (Cronbach's Alpha test, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structure equation model) are used for the survey data collected from 201 customers who have access to digital banking. The analysis results show that: (1) attitude towards the service, perceived usefulness has a positive impacts on the intention to use; (2) convenience does not affect the intention to use digital banking services; (3) perceived usefulness factor has a positive effect on the attitude towards the service; (4) The perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service; (5) trust has no effect on the attitude towards the service; (6) ease of use has a positive impact on perceived usefulness; (7) trust has a positive effect on perceived risk. From the results of this study, perceived usefulness has a positive effect on attitude and intention to use the service. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the sense of the usefulness of customers through media advertising and consulting so that customers fully understand the benefits brought about by using digital banking services. Perceived risk has a negative impact on attitude towards the service.

의류제품 구매 시 지각된 서비스품질과 상징적 점포이미지가 점포충성도에 미치는 영향 -쾌락적 쇼핑성향의 조절효과를 중심으로- (The Effect of Perceived Service Quality and Symbolic Store Image on Store Loyalty in Apparel Product Purchasing -Focusing on the Moderating Effect of Hedonic Shopping Orientation-)

  • The purposes of this study were to examine the effect of perceived service quality and symbolic store image on store loyalty in apparel product purchasing and the moderating effect of hedonic shopping orientation. The questionnaire was administered to 450 women shopped in a department store in Gwang-ju during September, 12-26, 2002. Data collected from 384 women were analyzed by using frequency, factor analysis, regression analysis, ANOVA and t-test by SPSS for WIN Program. The results were as follows. First, consumers' perceived service quality was composed of three factors; product & environment service, sales person's customer oriented service, store policy service factor. Consumers' symbolic store image was composed of three factors; status symbol, favorability. credibility (actor. Second, the perceived service quality significantly influenced store loyalty. Third, the symbolic store image significantly influenced store loyalty. Fourth, interaction effect between perceived service quality and hedonic shopping orientation was found out to be meaningful at store loyalty. Fifth, interaction effect between perceived store image and hedonic shopping orientation was found out to be meaningful at store loyalty.

저소득층 이혼 가족 아동의 적응에 있어 보호요인 탐색 : 아동의 대처 전략, 부모 양육 유형, 부모의 스트레스, 사회적 지지 (Protective Factors of School-Aged Children's Adjustment to Parental Divorce from Low Income Families)

  • This study explored adjustment of school-aged children from low-income divorced families. Specifically, protective factors for children's self-perceived competence and behavior problems were investigated with children's coping strategies, perceived social support, parents' childrearing style, and parental stress. Subjects of this study were 126 children of 4 to 6 grade and their custodial parents(38 fathers, 88 mothers) from divorced families. Children's self-perceived competence and behavior problems were not different neither by children's sex nor custodial parent's sex. When children used more positive and less negative coping strategies, and when parents experienced less childrearing stress, children perceived themselves to be more competent. Similarly, when children used more positive and less negative coping strategies, received more social support, they perceived themselves to be more adequate. Children whose parents had high levels of childrearing stress showed more internalized and externalized behavior problems. Furthermore, children who perceived less supports from peers showed more behavior problems.
