LibQUAL+를 적용한 공공도서관 서비스 품질 평가에 관한 연구 - 서울시 소재 민간위탁 공공도서관을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Service Quality Evaluation of Public Libraries by the Use of LibQUAL+: The Case of Public Libraries in Seoul that Contracting Out to Private Sector)

  • 본 연구는 LibQUAL+를 적용하여 공공도서관 운영주체에 따른 서비스 품질을 평가하고, 그 차이를 비교 분석함으로써 도출된 문제점에 대한 개선방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 서울시 소재 민간위탁 공공도서관 중 운영주체 유형에 따라 공단, 문화원, 재단, 대학교로 분류하여 각각에 속한 1개관씩을 선정, 총 4개관을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하였으며, LibQUAL+의 '서비스 영향력', '정보 제어', '도서관 장소' 요인을 구성하는 22개 항목에 대해 '최소 서비스 수준', '희망 서비스 수준', '인식된 서비스 수준'을 9점 리커트 척도로 측정하였다. 그 결과 전체 표본도서관의 서비스에 대해 이용자들이 기대하는 최소 서비스 수준은 만족시키고 있으나 희망 서비스 수준에는 이르지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 민간위탁 공공도서관은 이용자의 다양한 정보요구와 도서관의 환경변화에 적극적으로 대처하고, 지속적인 평가와 개선을 통하여 우수한 서비스를 제공할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다.

청년농업인의 직무스트레스가 삶의 질에 미치는 영향 - 근로시간의 조절효과 - (The Effect of Job Stress on the Quality of Life of Y oung Farmers - Moderating Effects of Work Hours -)

  • This study aims to examine the moderating effects of work hours between job stress and quality of life of young farmers. A survey was conducted on 618 young farmers for one month from July 1, 2022. The main analysis results are as follows. First, quality of life and job stress, quality of life and work hours had a negative correlation, and job stress and work hours had a positive correlation. Second, work hours were found to have a moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and quality of life. Third, as a result of identifying the area of significance of work hours, it was found that work hours played a role in moderating the relationship between quality of life and job stress when work hours were longer than 1.327 hours. Fourth, as a result of visualizing the moderating effect by dividing work hours into three groups: high, medium, and low, it was found that even if the level of job stress was the same, the farmers with long work hours perceived their quality of life to be worse than those with shorter work hours. It can be said that in order for young farmers to settle down and live stably in agriculture and rural areas as professionals, it is very important to actively develop and support policies to improve the working environment in the agricultural sector that can secure time to enjoy culture and leisure and relieve job stress.

대학생이 지각한 기업의 ESG활동이 고객충성도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Screen Golf Course Service Quality on Revisit)

  • 본 연구는 대학생이 지각한 기업의 ESG활동이 기업충성도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 대학생이 인지한 ESG활동 평균을 살펴보면 5점 만점에 사회 4.28점, 지배구조 4.25점, 환경 4.12점 순으로 나타났으며, 고객충성도 평균은 5점 만점에 3점을 중앙값으로 봤을 때 3.86점으로, 구매의도는 3.84점으로 나타났다. 대학생이 지각한 기업의 ESG활동, 고객충성도, 구매의도 요인들간의 상관관계를 살펴보면 정적인 상관계수의 값을 가지는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 대학생이 지각한 ESG활동이 고객충성도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 [모델1]에서 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 전공(β=.167 p=.01) 이었다. [모델2]에 추가로 투입된 변인들 중 고객충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 변인은 환경(t=3.017, p<.01), 사회((t=4.365, p<.001), 지배구조(t=-3.139, p<.01)이 고객충성도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 대학생이 지각한 ESG활동이 구매의도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 [모델1]에서 구매의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. [모델2]에 추가로 투입된 변인들 중 사회(t=4.850, p<.001), 지배구조(t=-3.452, p<.01)가 구매의도에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 본 연구는 인스타그래머블 전시인 <유미의 세포들 특별전(2020)>을 대상으로 문헌연구와 정량적 연구방법론으로 인지된 가치와 전시 이용 태도 및 지속적 행동 의사간의 관계성을 조명하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 경험 품질 측면에서 상기 전시는 유희성이 강했으며, 인지된 가치 가운데 사진 촬영은 전시만족도 및 전시몰입도와 양의 상관관계를 가진 반면 인스타그램에서의 관람 경험의 공유는 전시 이용 태도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 전시만족도는 전시몰입도, 지속적 행동 의사의 세부 요인과도 유의미한 상관관계를 가졌다. 특히 스토리텔링 요인이 전시물 요인이나 인스타그램 친화적 전시 환경에 비해 우위를 점유함을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 통해 스토리텔링의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 인스타그래머블 전시의 상호작용성과 참여적 특성이 전시 이용 태도에 미친 긍정적인 영향력 및 인지된 가치 요인으로써의 가능성, 인스타그래머블 전시에서의 스토리텔링의 의미에 대한 시사점을 제공해주었다.

경기도 학교급식 음식물쓰레기 발생 실태 및 잔반 감량화 방안 (Generation of Food Waste and Plate Waste Reduction Strategies in School Food Services in Gyeonggi Province)

  • Objectives: The purposes of the study were to assess wastes generated in school foodservice and to identify factors influencing the generation of plate waste. Methods: A survey was administered from November 18-30 in 2015 to dietitians and nutrition teachers that were employed in schools located in Gyeonggi province. A questionnaire file and on-line survey site link were sent to the dietitians and nutrition teachers by e-mail. A total of 622 dietitians and nutrition teachers responded and 594 responses were used for data analysis after excluding 28 responses with significant missing data. Results: Plate waste was the major part of food waste generated in school foodservice. Vegetable menus and soup/stews were discarded the most as plate waste. The dietitians and nutrition teachers perceived students' unbalanced diet and lack of appreciation of food as causes of the plate waste. Regarding waste management, they were concerned about environmental contamination by food waste and felt uncomfortable about discarding food. No plate waste day was the most frequently used plate waste reduction activity, followed by newsletters on plate waste reduction. Difficulty in getting teachers' support for dietary education during meal time was rated the greatest barrier to implementing the activities. To reduce plate waste, they perceived that students should understand the importance of environment conservation, teachers should supervise students' eating during meal time, students should be educated about proper portion, and foodservice staff should improve food quality. Conclusions: To improve students' intake and reduce plate waste in school foodservice, foodservice staff need to involve students in school foodservice and improve the palatability of meals, especially vegetable dishes. School nutrition teachers and dietitians should educate students about healthy eating and environment conservation and the school community needs to understand and support plate waste reduction and healthy eating in schools.

코로나19 확산에 따른 가족생활 및 가족관계의 변화와 스트레스 (Changes in Family Life and Relationships during the COVID-19 Pandemic and their Associations with Perceived Stress)

  • This study explores how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed family life and relationships as well as how these changes affect perceived stress among married men and women. This study investigated changes in family time use, household work, child care, leisure activities, income and expenditures along with relationships between spouses and children using a sample of 627 married persons surveyed online from May 19 to 25, 2020. The results showed that the amount of time spent on household work, child care, and family leisure have increased and that the perceived burden of household work and child care has also increased. Gender differences were found in time use, household work, and child care. Leisure activities have changed toward more time watching TV or online media and playing online games and less time on outdoor activities, shopping, and meeting friends. About 38% of respondents reported a reduction in household income and 22% reported an increase in household debt. The majority experienced no change in the quality of relationships with spouses and children, approximately 20% of the sample reported a positive change in relationships with spouses and children. The findings of multivariate regression indicated that change in work time, negative change in household economy, negative change in household work and negative change in relationships with spouses were associated with marital stress. However, this study found that negative changes in child care and in relationships with children did not affect stress among married parents with children in elementary or secondary school.

Culture-Work-Health 모델에 근거한 임상간호사의 직장 삶의 질 구조모형 구축 (Structural Equation Modeling of Quality of Work Life in Clinical Nurses based on the Culture-Work-Health Model)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to construct and test a structural equation model of quality of work life for clinical nurses based on Peterson and Wilson's Culture-Work-Health model (CWHM). Methods: A structured questionnaire was completed by 523 clinical nurses to analyze the relationships between concepts of CWHM-organizational culture, social support, employee health, organizational health, and quality of work life. Among these conceptual variables of CWHM, employee health was measured by perceived health status, and organizational health was measured by presenteeism. SPSS21.0 and AMOS 21.0 programs were used to analyze the efficiency of the hypothesized model and calculate the direct and indirect effects of factors affecting quality of work life among clinical nurses. Results: The goodness-of-fit statistics of the final modified hypothetical model are as follows: ${\chi}^2=586.03$, ${\chi}^2/df=4.19$, GFI=.89, AGFI=.85, CFI=.91, TLI=.90, NFI=.89, and RMSEA=.08. The results revealed that organizational culture, social support, organizational health, and employee health accounted for 69% of clinical nurses' quality of work life. Conclusion: The major findings of this study indicate that it is essential to create a positive organizational culture and provide adequate organizational support to maintain a balance between the health of clinical nurses and the organization. Further repeated and expanded studies are needed to explore the multidimensional aspects of clinical nurses' quality of work life in Korea, including various factors, such as work environment, work stress, and burnout.

충청북도지역 보육시설의 학부모대상 급식서비스 현황과 품질 만족도 (Quality Evaluation of Foodservice within Child Care Centers in Chungbuk Province)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine parents' perceptions towards, and the importance and performance levels of, foodservices in child-care centers and to suggest ways to increase foodservice quality and promote efficient operations in the future. A questionnaire survey was provided to 540 parents and the return rates 82%. The survey period was from June 20 to July 27,2007. The collected data were statistically analyzed with the SAS package program using descriptive statistical analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, Duncan's multiple comparisons, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: The parents perceived that foodservice operations promoted their children's health and helped them form desirable dietary habits. The parents also had a high level of perception toward the need for foodservice, earning greater than 4.5 points out of 5 points. Their perceptions of foodservice quality were examined by four dimensions of importance and performance levels. While the parents gave 4 points or greater of 5 points to most quality attributes of importance level, they gave 4 points of less out of 5 points to most quality attributes of performance level. As for the importance and performance levels of the quality dimensions of meal service, the parents regarded sanitation as the most important dimension. IPA showed that 'organic food materials' was included as a 'focus here' area. The overall satisfaction level for foodservice was 3.59 out of 5 points. A higher level of satisfaction was shown when a dietitian was present as well as in public childcare centers. According to multiple regression analysis, 53.51% of the variance in the respondents' overall satisfaction scores was explained by factors such as food, sanitation, environment, and foodservice effects.

근무환경 특성에 대한 선호도 및 인지도에 따른 중환자실 간호사의 직무만족도 (Job Satisfaction among ICU nurses according to the Preference and Perception of work Characteristics)

  • The purposes of this study were to determine the factors that influence job satisfaction for ICU nurses and to analyze group differences in job satisfaction based on the nurses' preference and perception of the work environment with an enhanced professional role. A total of 231 nurses who had been working in Intensive Care Units at least for 6 months at selected university hospitals participated in the study while head nurses or those with administrative positions were excluded. The study participants had an average of 33 months of clinical experience with an age range of 23 to 40 years. The data were analyzed by utilizing SPSSWIN and the results are as follows. 1) Hierarchical multiple regression analysis showed that work characteristics defined by Job characteristics theory and nurses' preference / perception of ideal work environment together explained 33% of variance in job satisfaction. Skill variety, task identity and autonomy as well as individual perception of work environment were significant variables for explaining job satisfaction. Job satisfaction was not significantly related to age, marital status, education, and clinical experience. 2) The groups classified by nurses' preference and perception of work environment were significantly different in their job satisfaction. Nurses with high preference and high perception showed significantly higher general and specific job satisfaction than other nurses. The nurses who showed high preference but perceived their work environment as not reflecting ideal job characteristics reported the lowest job satisfaction among the groups. In conclusion, the role of individual preference and perception of the work environment in explaining the relationship between the redesign of work environment and job satisfaction was supported by the study, The preferences of nurses to the innovative work characteristics should be considered in the process of enhancing job characteristics to lead job satisfaction and low turnover and ultimately to improve quality of care.

가상화 서비스의 QoS 보장을 위한 네트워크 적응적인 전송 구조 설계 (Design of Network-adaptive Transmission Architecture for Guaranteeing the Quality of Virtualization Service)

  • 가상화 서비스는 데이터의 생성, 저장, 폐기 등의 모든 과정과 연산을 서버에서 처리하며, 클라이언트에게 스트리밍 미디어 형태로 전송한다. 따라서, 클라이언트는 단말의 타입에 구애받지 않고 기존 데스크톱 환경과 동일한 환경을 이용할 수 있다. 이러한 가상화 서비스의 사용자 체감 품질을 만족시키기 위해서는 영상 품질 이외에도 재생연속성과 재생지연한계를 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 가상화 서비스의 QoS를 보장하기 위한 네트워크 상황에 적응적인 가상화 콘텐츠 전송 구조를 제안한다. 제안하는 가상화 콘텐츠 전송 구조는 네트워크의 가용 대역폭을 고려한 전송률 조절 기능과 송신 버퍼 상태를 고려한 콘텐츠 비트율 조절 기능이 있으며, 각 기능을 통해 가상화 콘텐츠의 재생지연한계와 가상화 콘텐츠의 재생 연속성을 보장한다. 실험을 통해 제안하는 가상화 콘텐츠 전송 구조가 패킷 손실률과 전송 지연 등의 측면에서 성능이 향상되는 것을 확인하였다.
