Most people experience fatigue at some point in their lives, and they say the word ‘fatigue’ in their ordinary conversational speech. The ordinary word is used as a military or engineering term and has been studied in various different disciplines, such as ergonomics, physiology, psychology, medicine, and nursing. In spite of its widespread uses, however, fatigue has not been well defined. The term of fatigue Is thus often used with different meanings and is applied in diverse contexts that had led to a confusion of ideas. In people with cancer, fatigue is reported as a major distress. Despite the importance of fatigue in cancer patients, the phenomena of fatigue is poorly understood. Therefore, the purpose of the present study is to analyze the concept of fatigue in people with cancer. The process for the concept analysis was guided by Walker and Avant's conceptual analysis methodology. The identified attributes of fatigue in the present study were subjective feeling, lack of energy, sustenance, and multidimensions. The antecedents were cancer treatment and economic status. The consequences were decreased daily, vocational, leisure, and social activities, uncertainty, and difficulties in adjustment. Symptoms (pain, anorexia, and insomnia) and emotional disturbance were not clear whether they are antecedents or consequences. However, they are related with cancer related fatigue. Even though still in the beginning stage, instruments measuring cancer related fatigue have been developed by some nursing investigators.

Since the advent of the Internet, and the development of smart devices, people have begun to spend more time in online platforms; this phenomenon has created a large number of online Words of Mouth (WOM) daily. Under these changes, one of the important aspects to consider is the conformity effect in online WOM; that is, whether an individual's own opinion would be influenced by the majority opinion of other people. This study, therefore, investigates whether there is the conformity effect in online product ratings for Amazon.com using the method called Markov Chain analysis. Markov Chain analysis considers the stochastic process that satisfies the Markov property, and we assume that the generation of online product ratings follows the process. Under the assumption that people are usually independent when they express their opinion in online platforms, we analyze the interdependency among rating sequences, and we find weak evidence that there exists the conformity effect in online product rating. This suggests that people who leave online product ratings consider others' opinions.

This study is a descriptive survey to examine the dementia related attitudes and dementia preventive behaviors in middle aged and to determine the relationships between the both sides. In this study, between October 1st and 9th, 2017, data were collected from the middle aged people in their 40s~60s in Korea through online questionnaires. Finally, 220 questionnaires were analyzed by t-test One way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and etc. The results of the study are as follows. First, 52.7% of the subjects were interested in prevention of dementia, but only 5.9% of them had experience of receiving education related to dementia. Second, fear of dementia was higher than cancer, cerebrovascular disease, and cardiovascular disease, but confidence in coping with the disease, expectation of the possibility of maintaining the daily life, expectation of the help of the family and the surrounding people, expectation of the national medical and economic support were significantly lower. Third, as the dementia preventive behaviors were implemented, the confidence in overcoming the disease, the expectation of the possibility of maintaining the daily life, the expectation of the help of the family and the surrounding people, the expectation of the medical and economic support of the country increased and the burden of the treatment cost was lowered. As a result, it is thought that this personal and social effort will improve the quality of life of the people by reducing physical, psychological, social and economic problems caused by dementia.

This kind of goal orientation in Art Nouveau has provided nature-friendly designs to modern people living in a post-industrial society. For these people who want to have their own style in a natural and comfortable space and take a break from daily hectic daily routines for a moment, hair-by-night styles were created by adding the images of Greek goddesses to the nature-friendly features of Art Nouveau patterns known as 'flower pattern', 'wave pattern', and 'vine pattern'. In terms of the scope of this paper, four designs (Eos, Hestia, Artemis and Demeter) were created by using Art Nouveau patterns which are connected with flowers in an organic manner based on Rene Lalique and Emile Galle patterns.

The meaning and role of public space has existed based on the periodical situation like history. The more the time has passed, the faster the meaning of it has changed. We can see the differences of it from the one which used to be. This study is about Platoon Kunsthalle which is so-called the complex cultural space. The purpose of this study is to show how the user is related to the program for the planning of the public space. It is based on the procedure of the research with absorbing the place. The people who are using the space are absorbed for knowing the user's action. And then, the specific actions are written and the status of the using space is photographed. The research is based on asking and answering about that. The result of this study is as follows : The first is that young people between 20's and 30's are using a hall comparing with other age through daily using of space and features of users. Also, Using between 7p.m. and 9p.m., a dinnertime, takes the first place and using of meals and beverages is major at lunch due to restaurant and bar. User behavior of "sitting" is the biggest part and the hall is used for the public purpose connected with "talking". The second is that the daily hall space is classified with the spacial area indirectly based on the condition. Also, it depends on the time and the using. The third is that the unusual hall space is depended on the program which is the role of leading the extention of using the space. That is why the program is important because it is effected directly to the way of using the space and the place of the furniture. I am looking forward that this study is the basic data for the planning of the public space in the complicated culture.

With people's continuous research and exploration in the field of artificial intelligence, more relatively mature artificial intelligence technology is applied in people's daily life. Mirrors are the most commonly used daily necessities in life, and it should be applied to artificial intelligence. The research results of this paper show that the smart mirror designed based on the raspberry pi displays weather, temperature, greetings, and has a human-mirror interaction function. The research method of this paper uses the Raspberry pi 3B + as the core controller and Google Assistant as the intelligent control. When connected to the network via Raspberry Pi's own WiFi, the mirror can automatically display and update time, weather and news information features. You can wake up the Google Assistant using keywords, then control the mirror to play music, remind the time, It implements the function of smart mirror voice interaction. Also, all the hardware used in this study is modular assembly. Later, it is convenient for user to assemble by himself later. It is suitable for market promotion at an affordable price.

The Ministry of Science and Technology has been planning various events and carrying them out as the effort for promotion and popularization of science. The ministry has made followings: i)Science culture year, 2004 ii) Physics year, 2006 iii)Chemistry year, 2007 iv)Biology year, 2008. Especially, in 2006 the ministry held various exhibitions and contests about chemistry. The science play "Oxygen" had been presented in the whole country, 2006. From 2006 to 2007 the moving science museum had been displayed many times in the whole country. The national broadcast media KBS made a special program and televised several times to commemorate the year of chemistry. Like that in 2006 the chemistry approached to general people. In these surroundings, we wondered how chemistry was expressed in daily newspaper and how the general public accepted chemistry in the year of chemistry, 2006. So we selected four daily newspaper and researched descriptions about chemistry then analyzed the image of chemistry in that descriptions. When we research, we first selected 5 words of high frequency. On the internet research engine we used these 5 words and searched descriptions. We read and sorted descriptions which were more connected to chemistry. Finally we analyzed the images of descriptions(affirmative or negative) and character. The chemistry's image on newspaper descriptions influences people greatly. Because that is the easiest channel.

The following research focused on developing a new concept of lighting design with design factors which considered combining common natural objects with feelings. The purpose of this research is to write a thesis that deals with the whole process of developing a design for 'FEELighting' that is applicable to daily life through developing a form of lighting, which prioritizes feelings rather than materials, forms, or functions, and enhance the quality of people's lives. In particular, the process has been materialized by defining a new concept of 'FEELighting' (Feeling + Lighting), researching and analyzing the original and unfamiliar correlation between feeling and lighting, and choosing the embedded acrylics lighting items that can undergo small quantity batch production. As a result, prototypes of various forms of lightings that could be applied to daily lives -ceiling lights, wall light lamps, and table lamps-, which were made by combining numerous common natural objects and surpassed simple function and created to surpass simple lighting function, were presented through every process of design development.

Nowadays various organizations, such as hospitals, workers, students and families are requesting a model sample of standardized Korean meal plan to meet their nutritional requirement with daily food intake. Practical application of nutritional requirement in Korean meal is not yet established. This mainly comes form the lack of the research works on experimental cookery for the right amount of recipes of Korean meal , and no effect was ever paid for this angle by many specialist. Therefore, it is urgent to research and construct the standardized meal plan for Korean people. Contents of the present research are as follows ; 1) Standardization of recipes and the amounts : Various kinds of daily foods were selected for the purpose of recipes. The standardization of the recipes and the right amount were continuously attempted. 2) Research on the construction of nutritional meal plan : The method of constructing harmonious meal plan based upon the requirement, were studied. And the meal plans were constructed according to the different units of ages. Special meal plans were also constructed for the pregnant women and lactating women. 3) Evaluation for the nutritional adequacy were followed after the setting the various recipes.

Work ability is a fundamental factor to determine who are the recipients of disability benefits or employment services. Disability Grade based on medical impairments is used as a work ability assessment in Korea, but it has been heavily criticized that it does not assess disabled person's work ability adequately. This study tried to find out an index which explains employment status of disabled persons the best among four work ability assessment indexes of disability grade, level of ICF activity limitations and participation restriction, level of help needed with daily activities, and self-assessed health status. As a result, the level of ICF activity limitations and participation restriction explained the employment status the best, and help needed for daily activities is the second, disability grade is the third, and self-assessed health status is the last. In conclusion, level of ICF activity limitations and participation restriction is the best work ability assessment in Disabled People Pension and Employment Policy for Disabled People. Therefore, it is the basic premise to develop a new work ability assessment index which consists of items in ICF activity limitations and participation restriction.
