A technical analysis was conducted to predict the development trend for the highly efficient absorption type refrigeration system. The study was based on a submitted patent during January 1981 and December 2000 in Korea, Japan and America. The total number of extruded patents from the registered database was 24,822 and the filtering process makes the reduction of the data number to 3,510. Technical development of Japan for the absorption type refrigeration system is prominent compared to the other country due to approximately 75％ of the patents coming from Japan. When the patent is divided into two categories, the patent for component technology for the refrigeration system makes up 75％ and the refrigerating type technology 25％ of the patents. This shows technical development for the system component is advanced compared to the technology development for the system type. When the patents are classified by nationality of patent applicants, foreigners contribute up to 33％ of the patents in Korea. However, Japan's case shows the 99％ of the patents are invented by the Japanese. If the patents are classified to the International Patent Classification, most of the data for the absorption type refrigeration system belongs to IPC F25B.

인공지능, 빅데이터, 사물인터넷 등 기술간 융합과 고도화가 지역주력산업에도 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 모든 기술분야가 기술간-산업간 연결이 되어 융합된 기술로 활용되고 있다. 최근 기술동향을 파악하기 위해 특허정보를 이용한 키워드검색을 통해 기술동향 조사 및 분석으로 쉽게 파악이 가능하게 되었다. 본 연구는 방사선 기술발전에서 4차 산업혁명시대 융합기술을 적용한 특허동향을 파악하고 방사선 관련 산업기술경쟁력 강화 및 활용방안을 위한 특허동향 및 분석을 제시하여 수요기술 발굴과 미래 유망기술 예측에 활용하고자 한다.

Advance countries are trying hard to acquire intellectual properties on the technologies for prior occupation in the future industry. Patent contains meaningful technical achievement. Patent map is required to propose the strategies for efficient development and use of these technologies. In this paper, analysis of foreign and domestic patents for groundwater pollution technologies analysis. It was analyzed by utilizing two processes of patent map and paper analysis. The patents in Korea, USA, Japan, China, and Europe were searched. It was found that the number of patent for groundwater pollution was USA patent 44.3%, Japan patent 17.1%, China 13.3%, EU 1.9% and Korea patent 23.3%, respectively.

최근 들어 지식재산권의 확보는 기업의 기술 경쟁력 확보를 위해 점점 더 중요하게 되었다. 특히 특허는 기업의 핵심 기술 및 요소 기술을 포함하고 있기 때문에 특허 분석을 통한 기업 가치 측정 및 경쟁 기술 분야 분석 등의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 국제특허분류(IPC)를 기반으로 다양한 특허 분석 연구가 진행되었으나, IPC는 최신의 기술 분야를 포함하고 있지 않으며 기술의 상세 분류가 충분하지 않아 기술 분류 정확도가 낮아진다. 이를 보완하기 위해 최신의 기술 분야를 포함하고 상세한 기술 분류를 위한 선진특허분류(CPC)가 개발되었으나 이러한 특징을 고려한 특허 분석 연구가 아직 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 CPC의 상세 분류체계를 이용하여 특허에 포함된 기술 분류 분석 모델을 제안한다. CPC의 상세 분류체계간의 연관관계 중요도 및 효율성을 고려하여 출원인의 특허를 분석하여 핵심 기술 분류 추출을 통해 기존 IPC 기반의 방법보다 상세하고 정확한 분석이 가능하다. 기존의 IPC 기반의 특허 분석 방법과 비교 평가를 통해 제안 모델이 출원인의 핵심 기술 분류를 분석함에 있어 더 좋은 성능을 보임을 확인하였다.

오늘날 기술은 산업융합을 통해 패러다임이 바뀌고 있으며 정부와 기업들은 기술의 흐름 및 방향을 예측할 필요가 있다. 이러한 기술 흐름 및 방향은 특허 정보 분석을 통해 파악할 수 있다. 특허정보는 전 세계적으로 공통된 분류코드를 사용하고 있으며, 기술적 영역 시간 정보와 함께 객관적 데이터를 기반으로 정량적인 분석이 가능하다. 특허 분석 방법은 인용분석, 동시분류분석 방법을 사용하여 기술융합성 분석을 하였다. 본 연구에서는 지식기반 사회에서 기술혁신을 측정하기 위한 지표로서 활용되는 특허정보를 분석하여 대표적인 융 복합 산업인 항공산업을 중심으로 기술 트랜드 분석 및 향후 발전 방향에 대해 기술하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 LED의 지식 맵 구성을 위한 방법의 하나로서 국적별 특허 활동성 분석, 출원인별 특허 활동성 분석, 기술 분야별 특허 활동성 분석과 질적 수준을 고려한 시장 확보력에 대한 경쟁 현황 분석을 통하여 지식 맵 구성의 기본적인 데이터를 제공하고자 한다.

This paper presents a consolidated patent index to measure national technology innovation and science technology activation, as well as index for the main constituent such as corporation, research organization by comprehensive analysis of existing patent index. It is classified by macroscopic index and analytical index in the consolidated patent index, in which macroscopic index is to present a degree of innovation in national scientific innovation and is divided into the Consolidated Patent Index and Index for comparison between countries. The analytical index basically designed to measure R&D activity by the main constituent is divided to present by quantitative index utilizing bibliographical data in patent and other technical publication related therein, and qualitative index for analysis of bibliographical data. In this paper, the Consolidated Patent Index is presented by adding Creation Index representing for patent by developing excellent technology, Evaluation Index representing valuable technology thereof, and Utility Index representing applicability diffused.

Feed drive systems are used to position the machine tool components carrying the cutting tool and workpiece to the desired location. Hence, their positioning accuracy and speed determine the quality and productivity of machine tools. In this paper, technical trend of machine tools feed drive systems are analyzed by patent mapping. And this paper suggested future development direction of feed drive systems. The analysis is carried out by using problem solution map (PSM) for the applied patent during January 2000 and December 2009 in Korea, Japan, EU and U.S.A.

국내 애니메이션 산업이 위축되고 있어 새로운 기술 및 애니메이션 제작 방식의 변화에 적극적으로 대응해야 할 시점이다. 2016년부터 2020년까지 애니메이션 기술 분야에서 미국, 중국, 한국에 등록된 특허정보를 통해 기술 주체인 출원인을 분석하고 각국 출원인이 추구하는 기술 정책 및 전략을 검토하였다. 중국이 가장 많은 특허를 등록하여 기술 활동성 지수가 높았으며, 미국의 시장 확보 지수가 높게 나타났다. 포지셔닝 분석 결과, 시간이 지남에 따라 미국의 시장 확보 영향력은 감소하였고, 중국의 기술 활동은 시간이 지남에 따라 점차 증가하였으며, 한국의 기술 활동성 및 시장 확보 지수는 감소하였다. 세계 최대 애니메이션 제작국으로 부상한 중국을 반영하여 한국도 애니메이션 지원정책을 개발해야 한다.

Automatic tool changer(ATC) is typically provided to a machine tool to improve the efficiency of the machine tool significantly by saving time in moving, switching, installing and storing tools as well as adjusting a calibrating the machine tool. In this study, technical trend of machine tools automatic tool changer are analyzed by patent mapping. And future development direction of automatic tool changer has suggested. The analysis is carried out by using problem solution map for the applied patent during 2000 and 2010 in USA, Japan, Europe and Korea.
