This study was conducted to determine the major patent and analyze the patent trend of unmanned and automated agricultural production for the open field operation. As a result of conducting a search for patent applications related to these technologies, 1,080 valid patents were selected by evaluating the relevance of the patents and removing noise patents. As a result of the country-based analysis using the selected valid patents, it was found out that the largest number of patent applications were filed in the United States with 541 cases, followed by Japan with 326 cases, the European Union with 128 cases, and Korea with 85 cases. Upon classifying the valid patents into core technology, the path generation and tracking technology accounts for 33% with 353 cases; the implementing control with environmental condition technology accounts for 22% with 236 cases; the robot design technology accounts for 21% with 228 cases; the plant and environment sensing technology accounts for 19% with 206 cases; the yield and quality monitoring technology accounts for 5% with 58 cases. Finally, 10 core patents were selected by performing a patent index evaluation. The United States registered all of the 10 core patents. The results showed that Korea falls behind in the open field-related unmanned and automated agricultural production, compared to other developed agricultural countries.

인체의 체형정보 중 신체 치수 측정기술은 줄자나 영상 분석을 이용한 체형 측정 방법들이 활용되고 있으나, 간편하면서도 측정 정확도나 재현성이 높은 방법에 대한 수요는 꾸준한 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 신체 치수 측정기술과 관련한 국내외 특허 조사를 수행하여 관련 기술의 개발 동향을 파악하였다. WISDOMAIN DB를 이용하여 한국, 미국, 일본 및 유럽에 공개된 특허를 대상으로 검색하였으며, 대분류, 중분류 기술체계와 소분류의 기술범위를 정의하여 유효 특허를 도출하였다. 도출된 특허에 대해 연도별 특허 동향, 국가별 주요 출원인과 기술 분야 현황을 분석하였다. 신체 치수 측정기술 분야는 한국의 특허출원 비중이 높아 이 분야에서 한국이 특허 출원을 주도하는 것으로 나타났다. 센서형 측정기술 분야의 특허 출원 건수 자체가 많지는 않았지만, 측정 간편성 부분에 장점이 있으므로 관련 기술개발은 체성분 분석 관련 측정 정확도 향상에 기여가 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Variable-gauge systems can be used for the fast and safe transportation in the railways with different gauges instead of transshipment or bogie-changing. The system will be necessary to connect the trans-Korean railway with the transcontinental railway effectively. In this paper, searches of patent information about variable-gauge system are conducted and the patent maps are analyzed to seize the overall image and trend of the technology field. The results can be a reference for determining the development direction of the variable-gauge system suitable in the north-east asian railway networks.

The development of a general appreciation for the central role of angiogenesis in cancer growth and metastasis and other disease status has led to a wide range of new therapeutic strategies. This paper reviews the domestic and international trends through technology, marketing and patent information analysis dealing with anti-angiogenic agents. This analytical research has led to the identification of new targets associated with angiogenesis, leading to the development of an extensive number of preclinical screening of antiangiogenetic agents.

본 연구는 특허권의 경제적 가치를 산정하는데 있어서, 합리적인 로열티율을 구하기 위한 방법에 관한 것이다. 특허권 자체의 합리적인 로열티율을 산정하기 위해, 기존의 25% 룰의 장단점과 최근 동향을 살펴보았으며, 내쉬 협상 방정식의 게임이론을 이용한 산정방법과 재무분석을 통한 투자수익률 방법을 적용하여 합리적인 로열티율을 산출하였다. 손해액 산정 모형에서는 최근의 미국 특허침해 손해액 산정 시 실시료 상당액으로 판결한 미국 법원의 판례를 이용하여 당해 침해 관련 특허를 분석하고, 각 특허의 서지(書誌)사항 항목에서 특허지표를 추출해서 이를 회귀분석을 이용하여 개별 특허권의 합리적인 로열티율을 산정하는 모형을 제시하고 미국의 판례자료를 이용한 분석결과를 제시하였다.

현대사회가 급속히 고령화됨에 따라 알츠하이머질환, 파킨슨병 등 퇴행성 뇌질환의 발생속도도 급증하고 있다. 퇴행성 뇌질환 대부분은 아직도 근원적인 치료가 불가능한 채 발병원인도 명확하지 않은 상태이나 최근 세포분자학적 기술 수준의 향상으로 퇴행성 뇌질환의 원인 규명 및 치료제 개발에 활기를 띠고 있다. 본 연구에서는 퇴행성 뇌질환 기작별 최근 치료제의 연구개발 동향과 국내외 기술동향을 조사 분석 하였으며, 과학계량학적 특허정보 분석을 통해 국가별 기술수준을 파악하고 기술개발 전망을 제시하였다.

Due to increased interest in safety in sports, leisure, industries, and daily life; the demand for products that protect the head is increasing. As a preparatory study for the development of head protection for head injury prevention, this study analyzed patents and utility models related to head protection products such as industrial safety helmets, vehicle helmets, and sports protection gear. For this study, 368 patents and utility models for head protection products searched through WipsOn were selected and analyzed by application year, function, application, protection area, main material, and subject. From the analytic results of this study, the quantitative and qualitative flow and characteristics of developing technology related to head protection products were identified. Through the trend of current technology, it provided data to seek the development direction in the future. The significance of this study is to secure objective data to establish a road map for creating new Intellectual Property for head protection products.

A technological trend of treating or preventing the cardiovascular diseases has reviewed on 381 domestic and foreign patents from the year 1980 to June, 2007. Primarily focused upon countries such as Korea, Japan and the United States; the leading nations concerning cardiovascular disease, this paper delved into a systematic research of the cardiovascular disease utilizing research focused database and research analysts. Korea was showing increased development in the diet and cardiovascular related areas as shown by increase in related patent caseloads and submission since the 2000. Especially within the area of food production, there had been an increase of market share by up to 50% and the frequency of patent submission had also increased. Japan was showing similar trend as Korea with its increase in research, but the only difference was that Japan was focused more upon medical supplies. With the United States, there was no real consistency with the number of patents, therefore harder to make an accurate assessment.

모바일 SNS, 스마트 기기의 급성장과 ICT(통신기술) 패러다임의 변화는 라이프 스타일의 변화와 함께 데이터가 폭발적으로 증가하는 결과를 초래하였다. 한편, 대용량의 데이터의사용은 비용이나 기술적 측면에서 많은 어려움을 초래하였다. 그러나, 빅데이터는 하둡과 같은 효율적인 빅데이터 처리 플랫폼 기술의 등장으로 주목을 받기 시작하였다. 본 논문에서는 주요 시장 국의 특허 분석을 통해 빅데이터 플랫폼 연구 및 개발 동향을 살펴보고자 한다. 특히, 2010년 12월을 기준으로 4개국에 출원 및 등록되어 있는 2,568건을 대상으로 분석을 진행하였다.
