Electrochemical mechanical planarization (ECMP) was developed to overcome the shortcomings of conventional chemical mechanical planarization (CMP). Because ECMP technology utilizes electrochemical reactions, it can have a higher efficiency than CMP even under low pressure conditions. Therefore, there is an advantage in that it is possible to reduce dicing and erosions, which are physical defects in semiconductor CMP. This paper summarizes the papers on ECMP published from 2003 to 2021 and analyzes research trends in ECMP technology. First, the material removal mechanisms and the configuration of the ECMP machine are dealt with, and then ECMP research trends are reviewed. For ECMP research trends, electrolyte, processing variables and pads, tribology, modeling, and application studies are investigated. In the past, research on ECMP was focused on basic research for the development of electrolytes, but it has recently developed into research on tribology and process variables and on new processing systems and applications. However, there is still a need to increase the processing efficiency, and to this end, the development of a hybrid ECMP processing method using another energy source is required. In addition, ECMP systems that can respond to the developing metal 3D printing technology must be researched, and ECMP equipment technology using CNC and robot technology must be developed.

This study seeks to investigate K-fashion's external image by examining the trends in global media reporting. It applies Dynamic Topic Modeling (DTM), which captures the evolution of topics in a sequentially organized corpus of documents, and consists of text preprocessing, the determination of the number of topics, and a timeseries analysis of the probability distribution of words within topics. The data set comprised 551 online media articles on 'Korean fashion' or 'K-fashion' published on Google News between 2010 and 2021. The analysis identifies seven topics: 'brand look and style,' 'lifestyle,' 'traditional style,' 'Seoul Fashion Week (SFW) event,' 'model size,' 'K-pop,' and 'fashion market,' as well as annual topic proportion trends. It also explores annual word changes within the topic and indicates increasing and decreasing word patterns. In most topics, the probability distribution of the word 'brand' is confirmed to be on the increase, while 'digital,' 'platform,' and 'virtual' have been newly created in the 'SFW event' topic. Moreover, this study confirms the transition of each K-fashion topic over the past 12 years, along with various factors related to Hallyu content, traditional culture, government support, and digital technology innovation.

With advances in topic detection and tracking(TDT), automatic trend analysis from a collection of time-stamped documents, like patents, news papers, and blog pages, is a challenging research problem. Past research in this area has mainly focused on showing a trend line over time of a given concept by measuring the strength of trend-associated term frequency information. for detection of emerging trends, either a simple criterion such as frequency change was used, or an overall comparison was made against a training data. We note that in order to show most salient trends detected among many possibilities, it is critical to devise a ranking function. To this end, we define four properties(change, persistency, stability and volume) of trend lines drawn from frequency information, to quantify various aspects of trends, and propose a method by which trend lines can be ranked. The properties are examined individually and in combination in a series of experiments for their validity using the ranking algorithm. The results show that a judicious combination of the four properties is a better indicator for salient trends than any single criterion used in the past for ranking or detecting emerging trends.

Tribology research is constantly changing focus as new drivers for the research emerge. They include new industrial needs and barriers to performance, new possibilities brought about by new observation and modeling tools, and new people with different backgrounds. We outline the changes in basic academic tribology research over the past 15-20 years, as it is reflected in the research portfolio of the US National Science Foundation. While independent tribology programs may be a thing of the past there is a clear tendency for tribology research to continue as part of other activites, such as nano- and biotechnology and computational materials research.

Fashion photographs from leading monthly fashion magazines in 1990s were analyzed. The types and the formative feature characteristics and the aesthetic values of domestic retrospective fashion were studied. The major conclusions of the study are as follows 1. The types of domestic retro fashion were historicism, ethnic, ecology. Retro fashion was expressed through applying and reappearing silhouette, detail. fabric and image of the costumes of the past. 2. Renaissance. Baroque, Rococo styles and the costumes and styles of 1960s and 1970s were mainly applied in domestic fashion. 3. Orientalism was emphasized and Korean traditional styles and Chinese costumes were expressed mainly in domestic fashion. Fashion trends recurrent and intimate to the nature were expressed in patterns, fabrics, dyeing and silhouettes of nature. 4. The formative feature characteristics of domestic retro fashion were recurrence, purity. tradition and decoration. As retro fashion applies costumes of the past newly, it supplies unlimited possibilities to the present fashion which seeks versatility.

As the usability and value of personal information increase, the importance of privacy protection has increased. In Korea, the scope of the use of pseudonymized personal information has increased because of revisions to the law. In the past, security technologies were used to safely store and manage personal information, but now, security technologies focused on usability are needed to safely use personal information. In this paper, we look at issues related to the de-identification and re-identification of personal information. Moreover, we examine the standards and techniques related to the de-identification of personal information.

The purpose of this study is to make and analyse established studies of clothing pay-chology and marketing, showing the disciplin-ary trends problems and the outlook of social psychological Aspects of clothing. To achieve the purpose 621 articles have been used. -519 for master's and doctor's de-gree and 102 reported in journals -no social psychological Aspects of clothing for the past two decades(1974-1994) in Korea. All of these annual data were classified into making five years a unit. In the statistical analy-sis 'frequency' and 'percentage' were applied. Tooth loss is very a very common problem; therefore, the use of dental implants is also a common practice. Although research on dental implant designs, materials and techniques has increased in the past few years and is expected to expand in the future, there is still a lot of work involved in the use of better biomaterials, implant design, surface modification and functionalization of surfaces to improve the long-term outcomes of the treatment. This paper provides a brief history and evolution of dental implants. It also describes the types of implants that have been developed, and the parameters that are presently used in the design of dental implants. Finally, it describes the trends that are employed to improve dental implant surfaces, and current technologies used for the analysis and design of the implants.
