Purpose: This study purposed to analyze the economic feasibility of introducing a third party logistics system as a strategic alternative to hospital management. Methods: Economic analysis was performed by measuring changes in costs and benefits before and after implement the third party logistics system and estimating the size of net benefits for the next five years for the target hospital. A questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with stake-holders were conducted to find out the satisfaction and effectiveness of the system. Findings: According to results, the cost-benefit ratio for the implementation of the system was 1.18. For the next five years, the cost-benefit ratio was 1.48, the net present value was about 1.7 billion won, and the internal rate of return was 64%. The satisfaction of internal stake-holders was relatively high, in terms of improving the concentration of unique tasks and increasing the efficiency of inventory management. Practical Implications: It was found that the increase in benefits had a greater effect on the change in the cost-benefit ratio than the increase in costs resulting from the expansion of logistics, and the increase in the present value of net benefits gradually decreased as the cost increased. In addition, overall job satisfaction and satisfaction with outsourcing companies were relatively low, which means that stabilization of the new system is important. Further study is needed for more accurate economic analysis.

사회주의 체제와 공산당이 지배하는 중국이 인공지능시대에는 어떻게 변화할 것인가 궁금증을 자아낸다. SNS 가 발달하고 더 나아가 메타버스 세계안에서 소통을 하고 인공지능이 많은 분야를 차지하면서 운영 되어지는 메타버스 세계에서 중국식 사회주의 체제를 생각하며 앞으로의 메타버스 세계는 어떻게 변화할지 예측해 본다. 그러기 위해서는 중국 국가 특성상 국가 정책적으로 움직이는 특성을 이해하고 아울러 중국 국가에서 제시하는 메타버스 정책을 이해할 필요가 있다. 2022년 제13차 전국인민대표대회 제5차 회의에서 메타버스에 대한 발전을 강조하였으며, 그 해 5월에는 중국공산당 중앙당교에서는 <당정간부를 위한 메타버스 산업 설명서>를 출간 하였다. 그러므로 본 고에서는 중국 메타버스 정책에 대해 분석해 보고 중국이 나아가고자 하는 메타버스 산업의 발전 방향을 전망해 보고자 한다.

지역적으로 분산되어 있는 지식 노동자들 간에 진보된 협업을 지원하기 위해서, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 범위 내에서 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 특히 전통적인 회의실 기반의 협업 환경 (편리하지 못한 시청각 자료의 공유, 협업 도구의 어려운 조작 등)에서 이미 알려진 여러 문제점 들을 해결하기 위해, 개념적인 프레임워크들이 설계되었다. 실용적이고 편리한 협업 환경 구성을 위해, 본 논문에서는 에이전트 기반의 서비스 합성 모델을 개념적으로 설계한다. 사용자 입장에서 복잡한 협업 환경의 내부 구조를 알 필요 없이, 상위 수준의 작업 지시를 하면 협업 환경에서 주어진 작업을 수행하기 위한 서비스들을 자동적으로 발견하고, 연결하기 위한 모델을 설계한다. 본 서비스 합성 모델을 기반으로 다중 에이전트 시스템 기반의 다자간 협업 환경관리 툴킷을 개발하여, 직관적인 GUI를 통해 협업 노드 상의 다양한 서비스들을 설정, 운용하는 방법을 제공하고, 주어진 작업을 수행하기 위해 필요한 서비스들을 발견하고 연결하는 기능을 제공한다. 구현된 툴킷의 실용성을 실증하기 위하여, 개발된 툴킷을 기반으로 영상 회의를 위한 기능을 제공하는 협업 서비스들을 구현한다.

공신력 있는 거래체결을 보장하고 그 거래정보의 위변조를 용납할 수 없는 금융산업은 지금까지 전통적인 중앙집중형 원장 관리 방식을 신봉해 왔다. 그러나 블록체인 기술은 오히려 그동안 상식적으로 안전하지 않다고 여겨 왔던 탈중앙화를 강점으로 내세우면서 더욱 신뢰할 수 있는 거래의 합의방식과 데이터의 무결성 보장을 통해 세계의 금융 산업과 IT세상에 파장을 일으키고 있다. 그렇지만 블록체인 내 블록정보의 비가역성 및 블록체인 참여자간 블록의 공유와 같은 블록체인의 고유한 특성은 개인정보 보호법제와의 충돌을 피할 수 없는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 블록체인의 이 특성들을 중심으로 개인정보의 삭제와 제3자 제공 관련한 문제점을 살펴보고 블록체인 기술 활용을 위한 개인정보 보호법제 개선방향 및 적용 가능한 블록체인의 기술적 대안을 제시하고자 한다.

국내 제조업체(중소기업)에서는 물류비용을 줄이며 물류효율화를 위하여 3자물류기업에게 위탁운영을 하고 있으며, 이로서, 물류 관리요소 감소 및 관련 클레인 저감 등으로 고객 대응 물류서비스를 향상시키고 있다. 최근 물류서비스가 고객만족도에 많은 영향을 미치며 특히, 비용에 미치는 영향에 관한 구체적인 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 먼저, 3자물류기업의 물류서비스 향상 요인에 대하여 설문을 바탕으로 각 요인별로 분석을 행하며, 각 요인에 대한 민감도 분석을 통하여 물류서비스 향상 대비 비용절감 효과에 대해 정량적인 분석을 행하고자 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 S사를 대상으로 물류서비스 요인의 증감에 대해 물류비용과의 상관관계를 사례를 통하여 밝히고자 한다.

A joint problem of order delivery, setup reduction, and cost-sharing in a two-echelon inventory system in which a vendor supplies multiple products to a group of buyers is studied here. The basic premise is that buyers have independently implemented setup reduction programs to acquire benefits from small order sizes. Doing so, however, causes the buyers' individually optimal order cycles to be differ from that of the vendor. In conjunction with this, two models are considered. In the first model, a multi-buyers single product situation is considered in which the vendor implements a joint supply cycle policy. However, buyers, as the dominant party, insist after implementing the individually optimal setup reduction that the vendor accept their individually optimal order schedules. In the second model. a multi-products, single buyer situation is considered in which the buyer implements a joint order policy. Here, the vendor, as the dominant party, refuses to cooperate fully with the buyer's individually reduced joint order schedule, and designs his own individually optimal setup reduction mix for each product under a given budget constraint. This led to a study of an integrated Setup Reduction/Break-even Pricing Policy for each situation to eliminate mismatches in individually optimal cycle times.

Group key agreement protocols derive a shared secret key for a group of users to ensure data confidentiality or/and integrity among the users in the subsequent communications. In this paper, we inspect two group key agreement schemes which have been proposed by Shi et al. and Zheng et al. in 2005 and 2007 respectively. Although both schemes were claimed to be secure in a heuristic way, we reveal several flaws using the Bellare-Rogaway security model extended to multi-party setting by Bresson et al. These flaws are found to be originated from inappropriate selection of key derivation function, inadvertent exclusion of partners' identities from the protocol specification and insufficient consideration in preserving known temporary information security and key freshness properties. Furthermore, we suggest and discuss proper countermeasures to address such flaws.

This study applies the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to evaluate service quality of Third-Party Logistics (3PL) service providers. For this, we first conceptualize five dimensions of 3PL service quality (i.e. tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy). We then apply the AHP method to determining the relative weights of five service quality dimensions and eventually selecting the best 3PL service provider. To implement this idea in practice, we conduct an empirical study on four companies providing 3PL services in Korea.

Logistics creates a boom in accordance with the recent new technique's development along with the recent RFID/USN of ubiquitous computing technique. The wave of 4PL(Fourth Party Logistics) that added the strategic consulting based on new IT techniques to logistics outsourcing through existing 3PL service with is a great issue. Moreover, the customer enterprises which contained manufacturers and distributors need the one stop service, therefore a method for effectively dealing with global logistics' environment changes is needed. Above all, a development of the 4PL system with RFID is very urgent. We developed the RFID u-4PL system progressed more than the present system, in which we applied many international standards. Finally, we constructed the web service based on Web 2.0 because of important condition of 4PL.

오늘날 기업들은 비용절감, 업무의 효율성, 서비스 품질 향상 등의 이유로 외부 기업 또는 개인사업자에게 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁 운영하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 개인정보 처리 업무 위탁 즉, 수탁사가 증가할수록 제공되는 개인정보의 종류와 량이 증가하며, 이에 따른 관리 포인트와 보안 위협도 함께 증가하게 된다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 개인정보 처리 업무 위탁 시 준수해야 할 법률사항을 분석하고, 현재 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁 받아 사업을 진행하는 수탁사들의 개인정보보호 수준 분석 및 문제점을 도출하여 기업이 개인정보 처리 업무 위탁에 있어서 개인정보를 보호하고 수탁사들을 효과적으로 관리 감독할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 제안하고자 한다.
