Purpose: The purpose of this study is to derive a strategy to manage the relationship termination intention of the partner in a B2B transaction. To achieve this goal, the relationship compatibility was classified into goal incongruity, domain dissensus, perception difference, and verified the effects of these variables on relationship termination intention. Trust which is well known as a variable which develops the relationship and prevents relationship termination is used as a moderating variable in this study. This study identifies and highlights which relationship incompatibility increases relationship termination intention more when trust is high and when it is low. Research design, data, and methodology: The data of this study were obtained via an interview with 274 purchasing decision makers. Results: It was found that goal incongruity and domain dissensus increased the partner's relationship termination intention. Trust amplified the effect of goal incongruity which increased relationship termination intention, but reduced the effect of domain dissensus which increase relationship termination intention. Conclusions: Through this research, it has emerged that the relationship can be terminated because of high trust. If a partner has a high level of trust in the past in a company, it should take more care not to perceive goal incongruity.
Using a sample of 107 married couples, this study investigated the influence of self-reported argument-communication behaviors on marital satisfaction. The results were as follows. (a) Wives used more criticism, contempt, and self-assertion during marital arguments than husbands. There were no significant gender differences in the levels of defensiveness, stonewalling, and active listening. (b) Multilevel analyses indicated that marital satisfaction was predicted by the person's own level of self-assertion and stonewalling(i.e., actor effects) and by his or her spouse's level of stonewalling(i.e., partner effect). No other significant actor and partner effects were found. Also, there were no significant gender differences in the sizes of effects. (c) A cluster analysis of both spouses' communication behaviors during marital arguments identified four distinct groups of married couples. : mutual constructive, husband constructive-wife destructive, husband destructive-wife constructive, and mutual destructive. Mutual constructive couples reported the best marital satisfaction.

Outsourcing is used as one of the effective methods while many companies have to start to innovate everything because of increased fierce global competition, low-growth economy, and varied customers' requirements. Under these conditions, a lot of firms are introducing outsourcing for cost savings, risk reduction, management efficiency, strengthen core competence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of between outsourcing success by outsourcing strategy and factors for selecting outsourcing partners and BSC success in the Korea manufacturing. This study was intended to make it possible to get a practical approach on evaluation and compensation of the outsourcing manufacturing enterprises by identifying outsourcing success factors and BSC performance factors. When an outsourcing partner of enterprise is selected, detailed assessment will be possible in terms of partner's competence, financial factors, institutional factors, and operational factors.
Recently, problems regarding marital adjustment of cancer patients are recognized as serious matter of concern for it had been reported that these issues have severe negative effects on relationship stability within marriage. It is noteworthy how marital adjustment is found to be critical for the cancer patient's mental stability, healing process and chances of survival as reported in the research. Thus, the ultimate goal of this research is to contribute to improvement of the stable relationship and also to formulate the social service related strategy for marriage adjustment for married cancer patient married couples in Korea. Actor and Partner Interdependence Model was formed in order to observe how the communication of the married couple affects marital adjustment and how this has an actor effect as well as partner effect. In order to authenticate this research model, dyadic data which sample the cancer patient and the spouse as a pair. Survey was conducted as the cancer patients who had been diagnosed with cancer and their respective spouses. The survey was taken from 160 married couples which totals to 320 people all together. Results indicated the cancer patient and the spouse have a significant relationship in marital adjustment. Through this, it had been concluded that marital adjustment is not separated but co-dependent with dynamic relationship. And the mutual constructive communication had proven to have a significant positive effect on one's marital adjustment. In demand-withdrawal communication, its negative effect on the self effect was found to be significant in both the patient and the spouse to both of their marital adjustment. Mutual avoidance communication had shown to only cause significant negative effect on self effect to the patient. In verifying the partner effect, significant negative effect was caused by patient's demand-withdrawal communication in partner effect on the spouse's marital adjustment. The results of this study are discussed in term of their implications for clinical interventions for the betterment of marital adjustment among cancer patients and their spouses. The suggestions for future research are discussed also.

This study was conducted to provide basic data about the depression of parents with school-aged children by identifying the actor and partner effects of family interaction and self-esteem on depression among parents with school-aged children. Data on 1,475 pairs from the Wave 7 Panel Study on Korean Children were analyzed by using the SPSS 18.0 program and the AMOS 18.0 program. From the analysis of a hypothetical model, parents' family interaction exerted an actor effect on self-esteem. Mother's family interaction and self-esteem exerted an actor effect on depression; however, the partner effect on father's depression was not statistically significant. Father's family interaction and self-esteem exerted an actor effect on depression; however, the partner effect of father's family interaction on mother's depression was not statistically significant, and only father's self-esteem exerted a partner effect on mother's depression. The study results are as follows. First, the affecting factors of depression in school-aged parents, which are directly related to the depression of the child, were identified and the basic data of nursing intervention for the parents'. It is expected that clinical nurses will be used as data to convey professional knowledge to control parents' depression.
In recent years, rapid-increasing market share of compact cars and SUVs has brought for both consumer and automaker to pay more attention on crash compatibility between the compact passenger vehicles and the light trucks (i.e., Pickups and SUVs). Vehicle compatibility regarding both self and partner protection in frontal crash of different class vehicles is one of hot issues in vehicle safety. Furthermore, it is expected that the amendment of UNECE-Regulation 94 to implement compatibility issues in couple of coming years. In this study, conceptual design of compatibility compliant frontal vehicle structure which subjects to improve? the distribution of frontal crash loading and structural engagement between vehicles is introduced. The effects of proposed vehicle structure on both possible candidates (i.e. FWRB, FWDB and PDB) for a compatibility evaluation test procedure and car-to-car crash are also investigated.
The purpose of this study was to find the general trends of college students'dating violence and coping behavior, to examine the difference among dating violence and coping behavior according to individual variables and relational variables, and to analyze the effects of these variables influencing coping behavior. The major findings were as follow; First, 99.1% of respondents reported that they had experienced violence at least once. The score of violence offense and violence victimization was lower than median. But male students' sexual violence was significantly higher than females'. Second, total score of coping behavior was lower than median. The score of female students positive coping was significantly higher than males, and that of mate students' avoidance coping was significantly higher than females. Third, the violence style varied with sex, altitude toward violence, anti-communication, and conflict. etc. Fourth, the positive coping behavior varied with victim response and victimization of physical violence. etc. The avoidance coping behavior varied with sex, age, grade, sex-role attitude, and partner's sexual violence. etc. ruth, the positive coping behavior was influenced by sex, partner's psychological violence, conflict, anti-communication. etc. The avoidance coping behavior was influenced by sex and grade.

Symbiotic evolutionary algorithms are stochastic search algorithms that imitate the biological coevolution process through symbiotic interactions. In the algorithms, the fitness evaluation of an individual requires first selecting symbiotic partners of the individual. The symbiotic partner effects the change of individual's fitness and search direction. In this study we are to analyze how much partnering strategies can influence the performance of the algorithms. For this goal extensive experiments are carried out to compare the performance of partnering strategies. The NKC model and the binary string covering problem are used as the test-bed problems. The experimental results indicate that there does not exist statistically significant difference in their performance.
In this presentation, I describe the expression and purification of the recombinant liver X receptor β-ligand binding domain proteins in E. coli using a commercially available double cistronic vector, pACYCDuet-1, to express the receptor heterodimer in a single cell as the soluble form. I describe here the expression and characterization of a biologically active heterodimer composed of the liver X receptor β-ligand binding domain and retinoid X receptor α-ligand binding domain. Although many of these proteins were previously seen to be produced in E. coli as insoluble aggregates or "inclusion bodies", I show here that as a form of heterodimer they can be made in soluble forms that are biologically active. This suggests that co-expression of the liver X receptor β-ligand binding domain with its binding partner improves the solubility of the complex and probably assists in their correct folding, thereby functioning as a type of molecular chaperone.
The effects of initial vibrational energy on VV energy transfer in the collinear collision of two diatomic molecules, either homonuclear or heteronuclear, has been studied over a range of collision energies in classical mechanics. When initial vibrational energy is very large, only a small fraction of vibrational energy in the excited molecule is transferred to the colliding partner. In this case, the VV step is found to be strongly coupled with VT during the collision. At low collision energies, energy transfer in the homonuclear case of $O_2$+ $O_2$ with small initial vibrational energy is found to be very inefficient. In the heteronuclear case of CH + HC with the initial energy equivalent to one vibrational quantum, VV energy exchange is found to be very efficient at such energies. Between 0.3 and 0.5 ev, nearly all of vibrational energy of the excited molecule with one to about three vibrational quanta in CH + HC is efficiently transferred to the colliding partner through pure VV process in a sequence of down steps during the collision. The occurrence of multiple impacts during the collision of two heteronuclear molecules and the collisional bond dissociation of homonuclear molecules are also discussed.
