  • The purpose of this study is to identify the key decision-making variables that lead fashion company employees to participate in the fashion education programs offered by university lifelong education centers. This study also examined the education satisfaction level and preferred education method and evaluated a university lifelong education program by surveying a fashion company employees who completed a fashion education program. As decision making variables, this study included participation purposes, obstacles, and evaluation criteria. While questionnaires were used to identify the decision making variables, education satisfaction level, and preferred education method, focus group interviews were used to evaluate the university lifelong education program. The findings showed that the respondents enrolled in the program mostly because of personal motivations and considered the workload and time limitation as participating obstacles. They considered educational content as the most important evaluation criteria for participating in the program and were highly satisfied with the program they completed. This study suggests how university lifelong education centers may structure their fashion education programs to better appeal to the employees of fashion companies.

  • The reinforcement of the token, which is based on the token economy currently applied in blockchain-based cryptography, plays a critical role in forming the cryptographic-related ecosystem. Therefore, in this paper, it was investigated the reinforcement principle of token supporting the Token economy for blockchain model. In order to create a healthy ecosystem based on the reinforcement system principle, it is necessary to find ways to secure scalability by seeking consensus between the participants and the market economy structure so that it can generate an influx of more participants than seeking to maximize profits of certain people. Desirable behavior is defined as an action required by ecosystem participants that have the property of making the token ecosystem sustainable, and to do so, each individual receives appropriate incentives (rewards) when taking this action, ultimately encouraging voluntary participation and action by all participants in the ecosystem to optimize the interests of both individuals and participants. The expected benefit of this study may contribute to the establishment of various business models based on the principle of the reinforcement system.

  • Despite the government's efforts and excessive investments in the establishment of an infrastructure for animation, it can be said that the reasons for the inferiority in character licensing and weak performances compared to other leading countries is attributed to the fundamental factor tying within the piece of work itself. Therefore, this research is aimed at finding a counterproposal by assuming that the reason for the failure of our country's animation 'Oseam' was because of its narrative tactics. First, it is possible for a narrative structure to be participated by the audience's creative strategy Second, the audience's participation makes it possible to create the character into a multilateral and a complex personality. Third, this kindof creative strategy is possible when semiotic analyses are utilized. The sole objective for this is to provide a comprehensive viewpoint for the semiotic approach in the creation process of the character.

  • This Study has been conducted with many concerns about various teaching methods that attainable the substantial learning process of practical affair system in order to cope with the rapidly changing situation of the times and the educational environment in the field of design. Design Process Studying Method which utilizes 'Story Telling' as the process where the whole learning is achievable, in accordance with the educational target of the creative professional technician training that complies with the requirement of the times, and by progress of the integrated structure dividing as 1, 2, 3 stages, it doubles various studying effect, and it enables to expect the connection studying effect with other study-subject. Since the process of such program induces the positive participation of the student, it was known that a superior interchange of information is attainable, and due to its enthusiasm and interest on the study, the participating rate for study was appeared very highly.

  • 5G-based HMD technology grew rapidly in the context of the environment change of convergence technology media and mobile networks in the fourth industrial era. It has also grown into a core technology that transforms our digital visual system. However, there is no research or system that can understand and verify radical visual system changes. Therefore, it is necessary to have an engineering understanding and verification of the diffusion of HMD media imaging devices. Beyond the distinction between virtual and real, research is urgently needed on the new three-dimensional interface of the 21st century through viewer participation. For this reason, research on the algorithm structure of interactive video media using L-System is an essential process and will be a guide to understanding the virtual reality interactive environment.

  • Several star-polymers with aliphatic cores were synthesized by ring opening polymerization (ROP) of $\xi$-caprolactone using stannous 2-ethyl-hexanoate as a catalyst. The star-polymers were thoroughly analyzed by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry, temperature gradient interaction chromatography and $\^$13/C-NMR to obtain detailed information of the molecular structure. The imperfection of the star-polymers seemed to be originated from restricted participation of sterically hindered hydroxyl groups of initiator. The synthesized star-polymers had narrow molecular weight distributions. Various reaction conditions to control the imperfection were studied.

  • The effect of vertical vibration of a beam is significantly influenced by higher modes of vibration. Therefore, a beam can be modeled using several elements must De used to represent a vibrating beam. As a result, analysis of a space framed structure for vertical vibration requires increase number of elements leading to more complicated model with many degree of freedom which requires large amount of computing resources for dynamic analysis. An efficient analysis method for vertical vibration of space framed structures are proposed in this paper which is presented in three method. The first method is to determine minimum nodes that shall be used to obtain dynamic response with the vertical vibration. Secondly, matrix condensation methods are introduced to reduce the computation efforts used to perform dynamic analysis and the selection of primary degree-of-freedom is proposed. The third method is of using the mass participation factor for the selection of primary degree-of-freedom.

  • Although some CASE tools supported conceptual data design, they required for users too much preliminary knowledge to learn how to use and handle them. In addition, in a number of studies on conceptual data design with natural language, they claimed passive participation for users with conforming to messages predefined by CASE tools. As an alternative to these traditional CASE tools, we proposed an ERD formulator for automated data design tool, called ERDF, so that even ordinary users, not necessarily data modeler, are capable of formulating ERD on business requirements by use of ERDF. We, first of all, introduced NSM as the standard methodology. We also designed the structure of ERDF including main controller, input controller, operation controller, regulation controller, schema controller, and output controller. We then defined conceptual domains and basic operations to lay down schema operations as well as sentence rules to handle input sentence in natural language. To get an ERD that is faithful to business requirements, we laid out supplementary design for dialogue and confirmation of soundness and completion.

  • The writer has attempted in the present article first to investiqate whether shipping industry is poor countries' business more favourable to them, compared to wealthy nations in terms of comparative cost of operation and to analyse how can developing conntries afford to maintain a modern fleet; secondly to examine the economic aspect of the situation created by the UNCTAD V held in May this year, at which passed a resolution demanding "the right of all countries to an equitable participation in the carriage of cargoes generated by their own trade"; and thirdly to adduce conclusions. The article contains six chapters; chapter I is the introduction on the subject under examination; chapter II provides background information on the structure of the industry and of the operating cost of ship; chapter III addresses itself to the legal backgrounds of ensuring free transfer of resources among nations and free competition of shipping; chapter IV deals with the recent development of shipping nationalism of developing countries at the UNCTAD; chapter V discusses division of labour in shipping and in particular the survival mechanism of high-cost countries; and chapter Ⅵ sets forth conclusion.onclusion.

  • Skeleton/Infill Housing in Japan was developed in 1979 in order to provide a solution to the modem problem of the need to flexibly respond to diversified demands for housing, and to establish a social basis of housing as public housing complexes are realized. In this system, the "skeleton" like building structure, which has a social nature, is separated from "infill" such as interior furnishings, which have more individuality, The public body was the unified supplier of the skeleton, and the private sector satisfied each household's needs in tenus of infill using a demander participation approach, Today however, Skeleton/Infill Housing is required to solve an entirely new housing problem, necessitating a dramatic change of infill. For this reason, this study aims to clear the infill within the system and propose a more flexible system which can provide appropriate information to improve the infill.
