The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between students' motivation for participating in leisure sports, students' physical self-concept and the life satisfaction of university students. A total of 419 students were finally analyzed using the convenience sampling method of non-random sampling method after selecting those university students participating in leisure sports at a university located in J district. The results of analysis using SPSS version 21.0 program are as follows. First, there is a positive (+) correlation between the motives of participation of university students and their physical self-concept and satisfaction with university life. Second, the influence of the motive to participate in sports has a positive (+) effect on sports competence and this is affected by health fitness and social interaction, physical activity is affected by pleasure, health fitness, and conditioning, self-esteem, muscular strength is affected by pleasure, health fitness, condition, and society, flexibility is affected by pleasure, health fitness, and society. Third, the influence of participation motive had a positive (+) effect on school satisfaction is affected by pleasure, health fitness, physical condition, external display, socialization, and fellow satisfaction is effected by pleasure and condition.

The Korean government and industry practitioners have rapidly increased their interest in marine healing programs after the COVID-19 pandemic. However, research related to understanding the perceived usefulness, participant satisfaction, and benefits of marine healing experience from a consumer-oriented perspective is still lacking. This study used the post acceptance model to continuously examine the relationship between the perceived usefulness, expectancy confirmation, participant satisfaction, and intention to participate in a marine healing program. A survey was conducted by trained interviewers every weekend from September to October 2022 on the participants of marine healing programs in Busan city, and 203 samples were used for the analysis. The results showed that expectancy confirmation for the marine healing program positively affected satisfaction with the program and the perceived usefulness of the program. Moreover, satisfaction of the participants with the marine healing program positively affected their intention to continue participating. Additionally, the perceived usefulness of the healing program positively affected program satisfaction and continuous participation intention.

The objectives of this study were to evaluate the satisfaction of participants in the National Cancer Screening Program(NCSP) and to identify factors affecting the satisfaction. The telephone survey was conducted in July 2007 for the participants who were screened by the NCSP from January through May 2007. Student's t-tests and analysis of variance were performed first to determine if the mean satisfaction score differed by the characteristics of study objects, followed by multiple linear regression analyses to examine the factors affecting satisfaction. Dependent variable was general satisfaction for the screening service, and three dimensions of independent variables - 'sociodemographic characteristics', 'screening characteristics', and 'perceived service quality' - were used for the empirical analyses. Female, old-aged, less educated, Medicaid recipients, rural residents and the participants with normal results were more likely to be satisfied with the NCSP. The results of multiple regression analyses show that gender, age, location of residence, type of screening units, and perceived quality of screening services were significantly related to satisfaction. This study is meaningful as the first attempt to measure participant satisfaction with the NCSP, and to identify factors affecting the satisfaction. Among the identified factors, the NCSP needs to pay attention to perceived quality of service, in particular, to improve the satisfaction. This study is expected to contribute to raising the compliance rate and to improve the quality of the NCSP.

This study examined what effect the educational satisfaction level in the grey job project had on the business effectiveness and verified the effect the participant education satisfaction level had on the project business effectiveness ultimately by influencing the job satisfaction. This study utilized the source data of the senior job project old participant status survey of the Korea senior manpower development center which was conducted in 2013, and the non-proportional stratification sample extracting method was used which considered the project type, regional size, and cities/provinces. Sejong City was excluded from the survey target and the survey targeted 2,005 persons except for non-response or response-irrelevant persons concerning this study question. The collected material was analyzed by using SPSS WIN 21.0 program. The frequency and percentage were calculated to apprehend the general characteristic of the study target. Also, the regression analysis was conducted to examine the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project, and the hierarchical regression analysis was conducted in order to examine the mediated effect of the job satisfaction level in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness of the senior job project. The main result of this study is as follows. First, among the effects the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, both interest level of educational contents and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the psychological effect, and the interest level of the educational contents had a significant level on the physical/social effect, and the job utilization of education had a significant effect on the economic effect. Second, in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness, the job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the psychological/physical/social effect. The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a complete mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the economic effect. Also, The job satisfaction level was confirmed the job satisfaction level had a partial mediated effect in the effect the educational satisfaction level had on the business effectiveness. Consequently, the educational contents according with the demand of job participants will have to be developed and the exclusive manpower must be arranged to conduct the education effectively. Also, making participants feel a pride on the job fully will largely contribute to raising the business effectiveness because the job satisfaction level has a positive effect on the business effectiveness.

Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the use of an alternative input device on the patient's work performance and satisfaction in patients with cerebral palsy who cannot use computers. Design: Case Series Description. Methods: The participant was one adult cerebral palsy. The three tasks were applied with an alternative input device (Quick-Glance), 1 session an hour, 3 times a week, a total of 12 times for 4 weeks. The assessment was using the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM). The evaluation was performed pre-test before the intervention, post-test after the last intervention, and follow-up after one month. Results: The COPM(Satisfaction and performance scores) showed 3 points for pre-test, 7 points for post-test, and 7 points for follow-up. Conclusion: Purposeful computer work activity, which is an alternative input device, has a positive effect on work performance and satisfaction of cerebral palsy patients who are difficult to use computer.

This study aims to evaluate patients' satisfaction with healthcare services in Hawtat Bani Tamim Governorate during the spread of coronavirus. The importance of this study stems from the fact that Covid-19 is challenging countries all over the world. The study adopted a questionnaire for collecting the data. The sample size reached 231 members. The study applied descriptive statistics and inferential statistical methods to obtain the result of the study. The analysis of the data revealed that most of the participants are satisfied with the healthcare services in hospitals and health centers during the Corona pandemic, Health precautions and distancing measures were applied appropriately, Vaccination against corona was available in health centers and easy to access, and rapid response of health care service providers to patients' requests. The participant's opinions showed that the application of Mawid is a suitable method to access healthcare services during Corona, the application is more efficient in providing the required healthcare services and facilitating their access to healthcare services. In addition, patient satisfaction with the "My health" application provided fast and convenient services during the Corona pandemic and provided medical consultations easily.

Purpose: With the rapid information distribution of sport-related SNS, sport industry has utilized SNS as technical solution to distribute sport and health-related information. The current study examined the effect of SNS information use for running-specific content on running engagement and psychological well-being. Research design, data and methodology: Data were collected via online survey of participants in marathon events of United States. Descriptive statistics and Chi-square test were conducted to compare demographics and psycho-behavioral outcomes among SNS information users and non-users for running-specific contents. Multivariate hierarchical regression was next employed to examine research hypotheses. Results: A mass-participant running event was used to test seven hypotheses related to the potential role of SNS for running content in promoting running engagement and life satisfaction. In general, findings revealed that use of SNS for running content along with frequency of use can perhaps facilitate running intensity and influence participation in running-related outdoor activities. Furthermore, while overall life satisfaction did not appear to be influenced by use of SNS for running content, there was a demonstrated influence on the individual satisfaction domains. Conclusions: The findings of current study suggest that sport SNS is information distribution media enhancing users' engagement and their six life satisfaction domains. Further implications were discussed.

The propose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting job satisfaction in Speech-Language Pathologists and to identify the relationships among job satisfaction self-efficiency and job stress. The participant of this study were 145 Speech-Language Pathologists. The results of present study are as follows. The mean score for job satisfaction was 3.62. job satisfaction was found to have a positive correlation with self-efficiency, and a negative correlation with job stress. The influencing factors impacting on job satisfaction were self-efficiency and job stress. This factors explained that job satisfaction was 46.8% of the variance. Conclusion: This study is expected be useful to find ways to improve subjects' job satisfaction by increasing their self-efficiency, decreasing their job stress and developing intervention programs as basic data.

Background and objective: This study was conducted to find out the effects of healing farm resources and participant satisfaction on the level of stress and loyalty. Methods: The experiment was conducted on 18 subjects who participated in agro-healing activities (aged 49.5 years on average) and the concentration of cortisol, the level of stress and satisfaction with the services and program of a healing farm. The healing-agriculture activities were performed once a week, a total of 7 sessions, for 90 minutes and their saliva was collected before and after the activities. Results: The concentration of cortisol, a stress hormone, was statistically significantly reduced after the healing-agriculture activities in 5 out of 7 sessions. The total cortisol concentration showed statistically significant differences. The 6th session was comprised of different activities, compared to others, such as understanding weeds, managing a garden and making a pizza with fermentation enzymes, and the level of cortisol in the 6th session was the lowest after participating in the agro-healing activities, which indicated that the activities have the positive effect of lowering the level of stress. The level of stress was lowered from 18.39 to 16.78, which was consistent with the results of the concentration of cortisol. The level of satisfaction in the last session was below 50%, which indicated that the owner of the farm might be a little inexperienced in education and marketing on information and safety. The variables of participants including stress and satisfaction with services showed a strong influence on their loyalty. Conclusion: Satisfaction with services and loyalty to the healing farm showed a very high correlation, which was statistically significant. It also showed that participants' stress level and satisfaction with the services and program of the healing farm have a strong influence on their loyalty.
