MZ세대의 조절효과를 중심으로 한 ChatGPT의 사용의도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Intention to Use ChatGPT Focusing on the Moderating Effect of the MZ Generation)

  • 본 연구는ChatGPT 사용의 사용자 인식에 대한 연구로, 사용자 정책기대와 사용자 혁신성이 ChatGPT 기술수용과 사용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 TRA(Theory of Reasoned Action) 등의 변수들을 활용하여 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 정책기대, 사용자 혁신성이 유용성과 쾌락적 동기를 매개하여서 사용의도에 미치는 영향과 주관적 규범이 유용성과 사용의도에 미치는 영향을 연령변수를 이용하여서 MZ세대와 비 MZ세대로 구분하여 분석하였으며, 연령별 차이가 정책기대와 상호작용하여서 유용성에 미치는 영향에 조절효과가 있는지 검증하였다. PLS(Partial Least Square) 구조 방정식과 SPSS Package를 이용하여 ChatGPT사용자 300명을 대상으로 Online 설문을 실시하고, PLS와 SPSS을 통해 통계 분석을 수행하였다. 분석 결과에 따르면, 초기 사용자의 혁신성이 높을수록 ChatGPT 사용의도가 높아진다는 것을 확인하였다. 그리고, MZ세대와 비MZ세대의 차이를 비교한 조절효과분석에서는 정책기대가 ChatGPT사용의 유용성에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 효과를 보였다.

표층화분의 WA-PLS 분석을 통한 한반도 남동부지역 홀로세 고기온 복원 (Reconstruction of Paleo-Temperature During the Holocene Using WA-PLS Analysis of Modern Pollen From the Surface Soil in the Southeastern Part of the Korean Peninsula)

  • To reconstruct the paleo-temperature quantitatively and to overcome limitation of traditional qualitative pollen analysis, this study was performed pollen analysis using the modern surface soil at Yulha-dong, Gimhae-si of southeastern part of Korean peninsula. Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA) was done to identify the most important environment variable about composition of modern surface pollen sample. Also, Weighted Average-Partial Least Square(WA-PLS) was analyzed to obtain modern surface pollen-temperature transfer function. The transfer function was applied to the results of qualitative fossil pollen analysis at Yulha-dong, Gimhae-si, Sampyung-ri, Ulsan-si and Taewha-dong, Ulsan-si. Therefore, the paleo-temperature was reconstructed during the Holocene since 6,200 yr BP. According to the results of the research, it is $1{\sim}2^{\circ}C$ lower than the current average annual temperature at the study area in 6,200 yr BP, since then it increased to the same level to the current temperature and decreased again until 2,600 yr BP. From the 2,600 yr BP, the temperature was fluctuated to the present.

위드 코로나 시대의 원격근무 솔루션 지속 사용 의도에 관한 연구: TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) 모델을 중심으로 (Continuance Intention to use Remote Work Solutions(RWS) in the with Covid-19 Era: Focused on the TOE (Technology-Organization-Environment) Model)

  • 본 연구는 TOE(Technology-Organization-Environment) 모델을 기반으로 원격근무 솔루션(RWS)의 기술적, 조직적, 환경적 측면을 고려해 위드 코로나 시대 이용자들의 지속사용 의도를 설명할 수 있는 연구 모형을 제안하였다. 연구 모형 및 가설 검증을 위해 국내 원격근무 솔루션 사용자를 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였고 부분최소자승법(Partial Least Square, PLS)을 이용해 411개 수집 데이터를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 기능성과 보안성은 생산성 향상과 만족도에 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있음이 밝혀졌다. 또한 조직 준비성은 생산성 향상에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치나 만족도에는 영향을 주지 못하는 것으로 드러났다. 정부지원은 원격근무 솔루션의 지속사용의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것이 확인되었으나 건강에 대한 우려와 지속사용의도와의 상관관계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 생산성 향상과 만족도, 지속사용의도 간의 상관관계들은 모두 유의한 것으로 확인되어 총 11개 가설 중 9개 가설이 지지되었다.

자동 세포 추적을 위한 클러스터 세포 분리 알고리즘 (Cluster Cell Separation Algorithm for Automated Cell Tracking)

  • 광학 현미경을 통해 일정한 시간 간격으로 얻은 세포 이미지로부터 세포 변화를 자동적으로 추적 및 분석하는 것이 세포 트래킹이라고 한다. 세포 변화 과정에서 이웃에 있는 세포들이 겹쳐져 있는 상태를 클러스터라고 하며 세포트래킹에서 클러스터를 다시 세포로 분리하는 작업은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 타원 근사법을 기반으로 클러스터를 분리하기 위한 알고리즘을 제안한다. 클러스터의 외곽선을 추출한 후 외곽선의 오목정점을 이용하여 클러스터를 라인 세그먼트들로 분리한 다음 휴리스틱을 이용하여 라인 세그먼트들을 결합해 가며 근사 타원을 생성한다. 실험 결과 두 개의 세포가 겹쳐진 클러스터의 경우 평균적으로 91%, 세 개의 세포가 겹쳐진 경우 평균적으로 84% 그리고 겹쳐진 세포의 개수가 네 개 이상인 경우 약 73%의 정확도로 클러스터를 분리해 주었다.

Performance Analysis of Decode-and-Forward Relaying with Partial Relay Selection for Multihop Transmission over Rayleigh Fading Channels

  • Multihop transmission is a promising technique that helps in achieving broader coverage (excellent network connectivity) and preventing the impairment of wireless channels. This paper proposes a cluster-based multihop wireless network that makes use of the advantages of multihop relaying, i.e., path loss gain, and partial relay selection in each hop, i.e., spatial diversity. In this partial relay selection, the node with the maximum instantaneous channel gain will serve as the sender for the next hop. With the proposed protocol, the transmit power and spectral efficiency can be improved over those in the case of direct transmission and conventional multihop transmission. Moreover, at a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), the performance of the system with at least two nodes in each cluster is dependent only on the last hop and not on any of the intermediate hops. For a practically feasible decode-and-forward relay strategy, a compact expression for the probability density function of the end-to-end SNR at the destination is derived. This expression is then used to derive closed-form expressions for the outage probability, average symbol error rate, and average bit error rate for M-ary square quadrature amplitude modulation as well as to determine the spectral efficiency of the system. In addition, the probability of SNR gain over direct transmission is investigated for different environments. The mathematical analysis is verified by various simulation results for demonstrating the accuracy of the theoretical approach.

확장유한요소법을 이용한 아스팔트의 정적균열 성장 분석 (Analysis of Static Crack Growth in Asphalt Concrete using the Extended Finite Element Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 아스팔트 포장의 균열 성장을 분석하기 위해서 확장유한요소법을 사용하였다. 또한 아스팔트의 점탄성 효과를 고려하기 위하여 맥스웰 체인을 이용한 점탄성 구성방정식을 사용하였으며, 균열 모델로는 선형점성균열 모델을 사용하였다. 특히 점탄성 구성방정식을 구성할 때 측정을 통해 얻어지는 온도별 변형계수와 지연시간을 Prony 급수를 이용해 재구성한 크리프 곡선을 직접 사용하지 않고 연속적인 미분이 가능한 멱승 로그 식으로 대체하여 사용하였다. 멱승 로그 식으로 완화시간 스펙트럼(relaxation spectrum)을 계산하여 맥스웰 체인의 부분탄성계수(partial moduli)를 도출하였다. 멱승 로그 적정 식을 통해 구한 맥스웰 체인의 부분 탄성계수는 크리프 곡선을 직접 이용하는 방법으로 구한 부분 탄성계수 보다 안정적인 형태의 곡선을 나타내어 해석을 용이하게 해준다. 개발된 정적균열 해석 모듈을 이용하여 아스팔트 시편의 온도별 정적균열 성장 실험 결과를 성공적으로 모사할 수 있었다.

Determination of Adulteration of Chicken Meat into Minced Beef Mixtures using Front Face Fluorescence Spectroscopy Coupled with Chemometric

  • The objective of this study was to explore the potential of front face fluorescence spectroscopy (FFFS) as rapid, non-destructive and inclusive technique along with multi-variate analysis for predicting meat adulteration. For this purpose (FFFS) was used to discriminate pure minced beef meat and adulterated minced beef meat containing (1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100%) of chicken meat as an adulterant in uncooked beef meat samples. Fixed excitation (290 nm, 322 nm, and 340 nm) and fixed emission (410 nm) wavelengths were used for performing analysis. Fluorescence spectra were acquired from pure and adulterated meat samples to differentiate pure and binary mixtures of meat samples. Principle component analysis, partial least square regression and hierarchical cluster analysis were used as chemometric tools to find out the information from spectral data. These chemometric tools predict adulteration in minced beef meat up to 10% chicken meat but are not good in distinguishing adulteration level from 1% to 5%. The results of this research provide baseline for future work for generating spectral libraries using larger datasets for on-line detection of meat authenticity by using fluorescence spectroscopy.

다변량 통계분석법을 이용한 PET 중합공정 중 직접 에스테르화 반응기의 거동 및 생산제품 예측 (Multivariate Statistical Analysis Approach to Predict the Reactor Properties and the Product Quality of a Direct Esterification Reactor for PET Synthesis)

  • The multivariate statistical analysis methods, using both multiple linear regression(MLR) and partial least square(PLS), have been applied to predict the reactor properties and the product quality of a direct esterification reactor for polyethylene terephthalate(PET) synthesis. On the basis of the set of data including the flow rate of water vapor, the flow rate of EG vapor, the concentration of acid end groups of a product and other operating conditions such as temperature, pressure, reaction times and feed monomer mole ratio, two multi-variable analysis methods have been applied. Their regression and prediction abilities also have been compared. The prediction results are critically compared with the actual plant data and the other mathematical model based results in reliability. This paper shows that PLS method approach can be used for the reasonably accurate prediction of a product quality of a direct esterification reactor in PET synthesis process.

시판 국수장국의 관능적 특성 및 소비자 기호도 연구 (Sensory Characteristics and Consumer Acceptance of the Clear Broth for Noodle on the Market)

  • This study was conducted to understand the sensory characteristics and consumer acceptance for the commercially available clear broth for noodles. Totally, eight different clear broth samples were evaluated in this study. Seven trained panelists developed and evaluated sensory characteristics in the descriptive analysis. Significant differences (p<0.05) were obtained for all 28 attributes evaluated. Descriptive data was obtained by performing multivariate analysis of variance to identify differences between samples. Principal component analysis (PCA) was performed on the mean values of descriptive attributes obtained in the descriptive analysis, and summarizes the sensory characteristics of clear broth for noodles. PCA of the clear broths revealed that the first two principal components are responsible for 80.66% variations. For sensory testing, 160 consumers were recruited, and their acceptance for each sample was assessed. Consumer data was obtained by applying partial least square-regression (PLSR) to establish the relationship between the descriptive data and the consumer acceptance data.

  • In the discipline of design science, the integration of cognitive, semantic, and affective elements is crucial in the conception and development of a product. Affective components in IT artefacts have attracted researchers' attention, but little attention has been given to Geographic Information Systems (GIS). This research was conducted to identify emotions in web-based GIS, and determine design influences on the emotions using Kansei engineering (KE). In the evaluation procedure, ten web-based GIS were used as specimens, and 20 Kansei words were used as emotional descriptors in the Kansei checklist. 50 participants were asked to rate their emotional responses towards the specimens on the Kansei checklist. Principal Component Analysis was used to discover the semantic structure of Kansei, in which dynamism and spaciousness were identified. Significant Kansei concepts were identified using Factor Analysis, in which dynamic & well-organized, refreshing, spacious, professional, and nautical-look were identified. Partial Least Square analysis has assisted the research in discovering the significant design influence to the Kansei. These findings provide designers and other stakeholders with valuable knowledge for strategizing future web-based GIS designs that incorporate user emotions.
