Pattern Grading 법(法)의 원리(原理)와 분석(分析)

  • This thesis attempts to contribute to analyze the methods of pattern grading which is in common fashion in America and Japan and to make the foundation for the basic technique of pattern grading fitting to Korean body shape. There are two types in pattern grading. The results are as follows: 1) The pattern grading according to body shape contains A, B, C, D, F, and G. A is suitable for the bulging part of a body and F is the most suitable for the general part of a body. 2) The pattern grading not depending on body shape has no relation to the quantity of grading in the size of a body but includes silhouettes or design details. The standards of its methods are as follows: a) by the part of body b) by the balance of whole pattern c) by adjusting to the mutual balance of besign details.

로보트의 Compliance 제어에서의 안정성:이론 (Stability of the Robot Compliant Motion Control, Part 1 : Theory)

  • This two-part paper presents a control method that allows for stable interaction of a robot manipulator with environment. In part 1, we focus on the input output relationships (unstructured modeling) of the robot and environment dynamics. This analysis leads to a general condition for stability of the robot and environment taken as a whole. This stability condition, for stable maneuver, prescribes a finite sensitivity for robot and environment where sensitivity of the robot (or the environment) is defined as a mapping forces into displacement. According to this stability condition, smaller sensitivity either in robot or in environment leads to narrower stability range. In the limit, when both systems have zero sensitivity, stability cannot be guaranteed. These models do not have any particular structure, yet they can model a wide variety of industrial and research robot manipulators and environment dynamic behavior. Although this approach of modeling may not lead to and design procedure, it will allow us to understand the fundamental issues in stability when a robot interacts with an environment.

전자혈압강하기의 전기적 특성 분석 (An Electrical Characteristics Analysis of Electronic Blood Pressure Depressor)

  • Recently, the seriousness of high blood pressure was appeared as the most frequent disease of a the whole sickness in the world. However, the treatment of this disease is uncertain and produces an adverse reaction of a medicine therapy. Also, the patients are burdened with a fee for medical treatment. Therefore, in this paper, we studied effectively and financially to execute the treatment of high blood pressure using the Chinese medicine theorem that is recently arousing the great interest of the people. The main theories in this paper are blood vessel theory and acupuncture, respectively. Especially, the composed circuit systems are classified the blood pressure depressor part and the meridian points discrimination part, respectively. The blood pressure depressor part is composed generally of low-frequency generation circuit, charging-discharging circuit, and micro-computer circuit. Finally, this research have the advantage of discrimination parts such as regular voltage generating circuit, stimulus circuit, amplifying circuit, and alarm circuit.

  • In this paper, a new method of statistically evaluating an output response probability distribution of a memory type non-linear system is practically derived based on a zero-memory type non-linear equivalent system. That is, first, the objective system is approximately and functionally separated into two functional parts, i.e., a zero-memory type non-linear part and a memory type linear part according to the well-known Wiener's idea. A whole mathematical frame of the output probability distribution is evaluated in an approximate but generalized form, based on the equivalent zero-memory type non-linear part. The memory effects between the input and the output of the system are reflected in the statistical parameters and the expansion coefficients.

  • A bioassay-guided fractionation of the whole extract of Viscum album (a parasitic plant : Loranthaceae) led to the isolation of two triterpenoidal components, oleanolic acid (1), ${\beta}$-amyrin acetate (2), homoflavoyadorinin B (3) as well as large quantity of free fatty acid mixtures as active ingredients of the extract responsible for the antitumoral property. The EtOAc soluble part and BuOH soluble part of the extract demonstrated a significant inhibition on the proliferation of cultured human tumor cells such as A549 (non small cell lung), SK-OV-3 (ovary), SK-MEL-2 (melanoma), XF498 (central nerve system) and HCT-15 (colon) in vitro, whereas the remaining water soluble part exhibited a poor inhibition.   • A special system of partial differential equations (PDEs) occur in a natural way while studying a class of irrotational inviscid fluid flow problems involving infinite channels. Certain aspects of solutions of such PDEs are analyzed in the context of flow problems involving multiple layers of fluids of different constant densities in a channel associated with arbitrary bottom topography. The whole analysis is divided into two parts-part A and part B. In part A the linearized theory is employed along with the standard Fourier analysis to understand such flow problems and physical quantities of interest are derived analytically. In part B, the same set of problems handled in part A are examined in the light of a weakly non-linear theory involving perturbation in terms of a small parameter and it is shown that the original problems can be cast into KdV type of nonlinear PDEs involving the bottom topography occurring in one of the coefficients of these equations. Special cases of bottom topography are worked out in detail and expressions for quantities of physical importance are derived.

  • The piercing and blanking of thin sheet metal working with a pilot punch guide is specified division in press die design and making. In order to prevent the detects, the optimum design of the production part, strip process layout, die design, die making and try out etc. are necessary the analysis of effective factors. For example, theory and practice of metal shearing process and its phenomena, die structure, machine tool working for die making, die materials and its heat treatment, metal working in industrial and its know how etc. In this study, we analyzed whole of data base, theoretical back ground of metal working process, and then performed the progressive die tryout with the screw press. This study regards to the aim of small quantity of production part's press working by piloting for accurate guide of actual sheet metal strip. Part 1 of this study reveals with production part and strip process layout for the die design.

중국 약용식물 추출물의 알도즈 환원 효소 억제 효능 검색 (V) (Screening of Chinese Herbal Medicines with Inhibitory Effect on Aldose Reductase (V))

  • Aldose reductase (AR), the key enzyme in the polyol pathway, plays an important role in the development of the diabetic complications. None of Aldose reductase Inhibitor (ARI) has achieved worldwide use because of limited efficacy or undesirable side effects. Therefore, evaluating natural sources for ARI potential may lead to the development of safer and more effective agents against diabetic complications. Fifty two Chinese herbal medicines have been investigated for inhibitory activities on AR. Among them, twelve herbal medicines, Artemisia anomala (aerial part), Centella asiatica (aerial part), Scutellaria baicalensis (root), Senecio chrysanthermoides (whole plant), Gleditsia japonica (twig), Zizyphus jujube (twig, leaf), Citrus aurantium (fruit), Hydnocarpus anthelmintica (fruit), Potaninia mongolica (aerial part), Tribulus terrestris (fruit), Artemisia apiacea (aerial part) and Eclipta prostrate (aerial part) exhibited a significant inhibitory activity against AR. Particularly, Artemisia anomala, Centella asiatica and Scutellaria baicalensis showed four times more potent inhibitory activity than the positive control, 3,3-tetramethyleneglutaric acid (TMG).

다목적 화물선의 Crane Post설계에 관한연구 (A study on Design of Crane Post for Multi-Purpose Cargo vessel)

  • Recently deck crane of multi purpose cargo vessel (MPCV) is designed to posi¬tion in side instead of in the center line of the upper deck with a view to reduce the transportation cost and shipbuilding cost by shortening the length of ship. In this paper, the crane post was at first designed according to the crane maker’s specification and parent ship and the structure is analysed with Finite Ele¬ment Method. Through the careful reviews on the result of analysis, the final design of crane post was modified. The crane post is designed as a cylindrical in upper part and hexagonal in lower part instead of cylindrical on the whole as before. The connecting part of crane post is designed with the form of mixture of the cylinderical and hexagonal. Since the center of cylindrical and hexagonal section are not on the same line, it is expected to have the stress concentration. So, in order to attenuate the concentrated stress on the connecting part, the upper and lower parts was stiffened by inserting plate to enlarge the area of welding. The structure of deck part includes the tank side floor which is depend on the lower structure of the crane post that would support the force of the crane post by placing with 1.5 frame interval of the vertical plate.

배추의 부위에 따른 김치의 품질특성과 동결건조에 의한 품질변화 (Quality Characteristics of Kimchi Prepared with Different Part of Chinese Cabbage and Its Quality Change by Freeze-drying)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 배추를 중륵, 잎, 전체와 같이 부위별로 나누어 각각 다른 김치를 제조하여 김치의 품질특성 즉, 젖산균의 생육과 산생성, 관능성 및 휘발성냄새성분을 조사하고, 아 울러 동결건조가 부위별로 나누어 제조된 김치의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 먼저 염도를 보면 whole(전체)은 2.31%인데 비하여 중륵부위는 2.03%로 낮았고, 잎부위는 2.68%로 높았으며 배추의 부위사이에 유의적인 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). $20^{\circ}C$, 3일 숙성된 시료의 pH를 보면 중륵시료가 4.00으로 가장 낮았고, 잎시료가 4.62로 가장 높았다. 산도는 whole시료 0.652%, 중륵시료 0.667%에 비하여 잎시료는 0.422%로 낮았으며 잎시료의 산도 수치는 다른 두 시료와 유의적인 차이를 보였다(p<0.05). 젖산 균수는 whole시료 $1.7{\times}10^9$, 중륵시료 $1.8{\times}10^9$, 잎시료 $1.0{\times}10^9$으로 whole시료와 중륵시료가 잎시료보다 다소 높았다. 관능적특성을 보면 동결건조여부에 관계없이 표준시료(전체)와 중륵시료의 전반적인 기호도, 맛 및 냄새가 잎시료보다 우수하였다. 숙성시료 또는 동결건조/복원시료의 경우에는 whole시료와 중륵시료에서 ethanol과 함유황화합물과 같은 휘발성냄새성분 함량이 잎시료보다 대체적으로 높았다.
