GIS를 이용한 주차장 관리에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improvement of Parking Lot Management using GIS)

  • In the beginning of the 21s1 century, the world has been making rapid progress and changed all over the areas. Like the rest, as all domiciliary circumstances for a local development have changed, the continuous development considered environmental view has been accounted as much compared with the high growth-oriented development based on the efficiency so far. As the volume of traffic in urban community increases, the environmental load enlarges inevitably. Particularly, the excess and deficiency problems for all sorts of traffic facilities, like the shortage of parking lots continue to happen in proportion to the increase in traffic. For a design to solve these problems, introduction of the Geographic Information System; GIS applied widely over various fields become necessary. In this research, the supply-demand situation in urban areas is observed. The application of GIS for the purpose of the improvement of parking lot management technique to control effectively facilities related to parking lot in the city brings promoting the efficiency of business data inquiry, data management data correction and so on through graphic and non-graphic database for every kind of draft data, record and register data. The graphic users interface to support effective decision-making is applied for the improvement of work in this study. This research also suggests the way to utilize common database considered linkage with sub-systems related existing urban information system by developing the parking lot management system.

주차장 입·출차 데이터 기반 종합병원 주차특성 및 주차수요 분석-A병원 사례를 중심으로 (Analysis on parking characteristics & demand of general hospitals based on parking data-A hospital case)

  • 종합병원의 주차문제는 내원객이나 방문객들의 불편함이나 민원을 넘어 병원인근지역의 교통문제 및 환경문제를 발생시키는 사회문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 A종합병원(A병원)의 사례를 중심으로 주차장 입·출차 데이터를 이용하여 주차특성지수를 더욱 정확하게 분석할 수 있는 모델을 제안하고 이를 이용하여 주요지표들을 분석한다. 병원의 특성을 고려하여 새로운 주차지표를 정의하고 분석하였으며 주차수요를 추정할 수 있는 모델을 제안하고 이를 이용하여 분석한다. 본 연구결과를 이용하여 물리적인 주차장시설의 확장보다는 주차데이터에 기반한 체계적이고 유연한 주차장 관리를 통해서 내원객과 방문객들에게 더욱 편리한 주차서비스를 제공할 수 있고 데이터 기반의 주차정책과 규정을 수립하여 병원주차장 운영의 효율성을 향상할 수 있으며 A병원과 규모가 비슷한 병원의 주차정책과 주차수요 산출과 향후 스마트 주차시스템 개발에도 주요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다고 사료된다.

구조방정식을 이용한 아파트 단지의 주차장 유형별 이용만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User Satisfaction of Type of Parking Lot in Apartment Complex by Structural Equation Modeling)

  • 본 연구는 주차장 유형별 이용만족에 영향을 미치는 요인 및 관계 분석에 관한 연구이다. 연구 대상은 아파트 단지에 설치된 지상형 주차장, 혼합형 주차장, 지하형 주차장으로 구분하였다. 아파트 단지 입주민들을 대상으로 조사한 설문자료를 토대로 구조방정식 모형을 도출하였다. 분석 결과 이용만족도에 영향을 미치는 잠재변수는 접근성, 안전성, 환경성, 편의성이며, 이중 접근성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었고, 주차장 유형별로는 지상형 주차장은 편의성, 혼합형 주차장은 접근성, 지하형 주차장은 안전성이 이용만족도에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

  • By statistics in August, 2007, currently Korean motors registration number broke through 16 million units. The demand of motors is being increased as time goes on and the demand of parking lot within apartment complex is increased together. Therefore, it is inevitable to expand underground parking lots. Underground parking lots have relatively weaker environment than the ground and physical/psychological problems as distance far away from the main building, fear for vehicle damage and crimes, impure air, darkness and closed feeling take place. Underground parking lots also occupy a lot of area ratio within apartment complex and have a lot of effects on other facilities. Therefore, underground parking lots are neglected for all that underground parking lots have deep relations with satisfaction for public space within apartment complex. Accordingly, the purpose of the study is to make reference materials when underground parking lots are planned by grasping satisfaction of underground parking lots through inhabitants'mental survey and surveying preferential location and requirements of parking lots.

비매너 주차 단속시스템 (Non-manner parking enforcement system)

  • 주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 비매너 주차로 인한 충돌을 사전에 예방하기 위한 단속시스템이다. 주차장에서 일어날 수 있는 장애인, 전기차 전용 주차구역에 일반차량 주차, 2개 차선을 물고 주차하는 차량이 있다. 위와 같은 차량을 딥러닝 객체인식 기능을 통해 비매너 주차를 감지하여 알려준다. 비매너 주차 상황이 찍힌 사진이나 영상을 학습데이터로 사용하여 상황을 인식할 수 있도록 학습데이터를 제작하고 그 상황을 인식하여 비매너 주차 유무를 판단한다. 주차장의 환경을 좀 더 쾌적하게 함으로써 주차장 이용자간 충돌을 줄이는데 목적이 있다.

A Study on Parking Reality in Residential Areas and an Improvement Plan -Focusing on concentrated areas of multi-family housings in Gongneung-dong, Seoul-

  • Wandering behavior is a serious problem among the elderly in nursing homes, yet it has received relatively little study As multi-family houses built before the '80s in South Korea were designed, it did not take account into issues related to parking so that at present parking became a big issue. The Seoul Metropolitan Government tried various ways to sort out the parking problem in multi-family house areas, but inadequate parking and illegal parking are still an ongoing problem. Thus, the purpose of this study was to examine current situation on resident parking only and illegal parking centered on a congested area of multi-family houses in Seoul and present the improvement plan of parking problems through case investigation home and abroad. As the result of the survey, it has been identified that the subject area consists of 506 households in total and 186 parking spaces and also, 100 cars in parking space or parking lot in housing space and 143 in illegal parking. Green parking business and open access parking system were suggested as solution plan for parking problem. Thus, it is expected that through green parking business for 6 houses and the parking lot of elementary schools around, the illegal parking problem would be sorted out.

도시 주차장내 수목그늘의 경제적 이익 연구 -미국 캘리포니아 데이비스 대학 주차장을 사례로- (A Study on the Economic Benefit of Urban Parking Lot Tree Shading -In the Case of University of California Davis Parking Lot-)

  • The climate of urban area is an unstable type with considerable seasonal variation in precipitation wind speed, and temperature and it grows worse. Besides, ozone is a serious air pollutant in most of large cities. So worldwide, some of large cities are investing in forestry options to offset their climate problems, but lack of information has hindered comparisons of urban un cost effectiveness to other options. This research intends to study the economic benefits of tree shading of 19 parking lots in UCD campus. The economic benefits of tree shading are air conditioning savings, air quality, stormwater run-off, and other benefits. Especially, this study focuses how much the economic benefit of parking lot shading has been increased from 1995 to 2003 year by aerophoto. Some data on dimensions of parking lots and the number, size, tree species, and location of trees around each parking lot was inventoried. Two aerophotos(1995,2003) were used in order to analyze the increasement of tree canopy in 19 parking lots for 8 years. However, increasing coverage of trees and managing them for healthy growth would not be sufficient for avoiding adverse impacts by future climate change. Additional measures should be followed such as an increase of energy use efficiency and development of substitute energy. For example, coverage of trees help to save cooling energy by blocking solar radiation reaching parking cars and building structures through shading, and creating cool micro-climates through evapotranspiration. They also reduce heating demand by decreasing air infiltration and heat conduction out of the interior of buildings. Proper arrangement of vegetation over the parking lots can reduce cooling and heating costs. So proper planting design around hard space paving including species selection and location can significantly save cooling and heating energy. And a reduction in car and building's heating and cooling costs results in the reduction in energy demand which causes to emissions of air pollutants. Total increased tree canopy from 1995 to 2003 is $8,470.45m^2$ and the economic benefits is US$ 5,282.10. The economic benefit of one tree has been US$ 7.21 for 8 years. And an annually increased benefit is US$ 0.9 per a tree. If this kind of study is applied to studying the economic benefits of tree canopy in parking lots of Korea, it could result in guidelines of tree planting of parking lots. Because the trees selected for planting in parking lots were not suitable for an environment, the guidelines should contain a recommended list of trees. The guidelines should propose the shading percentage of parking lot when we plan a parking lot and contain the maintenance of trees in order to maximize the economic benefits of tree canopy.

주차환경개선지구의 주차장 이용의식 분석과 민영주차장 활성화에 관한 연구 (The Awareness of Usage of Parking Lot in the Parking Environment Improving Zone and Activation of Private Parking Lot)

  • 본 연구는 주차 수요 공급 상의 문제가 심각한 주차환경개선지구를 대상으로 주차실태를 파악하고 주차 공간 확보 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 주차환경개선지구의 주차장 확보율 등 기존 현황자료를 검토하고 거주민을 대상으로 주차장 이용의식 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 주차환경개선지구는 주차장 확보율이 낮고 불법주차율이 높아 주차 공간이 상당히 부족함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 주차환경개선지구에 거주하는 주민들 중 주차장 이용에 불편을 경험했던 주민이 7할 이상으로 나타났으며, 주차 공간의 부족이 불법주차에 영향을 주는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 주차환경개선지구에 거주하는 주민들은 주차문제해결을 위해 주차공간을 확보하는 것이 가장 중요하다고 생각하고 있으며, 주차 공간 확보에 어려움을 느낄수록 신규 주차장 이용 의향이 높은 경향을 보였다. 아울러 본 연구에서는 주차환경개선지구의 주차문제 개선을 위해 민영주차장 설치를 검토하였으며 민영주차장 설치 지원의 범위가 현행보다 강화된다면 주거지역의 민영주차장 설치 활성화가 가능 할 것으로 보인다. 이러한 민영주차장 활성화대책이 구체적으로 시행된다면 주차환경개선지구의 주차환경은 점진적으로 개선되어 나가리라 판단한다.

대형 할인매장 주차장 이용만족도의 영향요인 분석 (Study Analysis of Big Box Retailer Parking Lot User's Satisfaction)

  • This research has analyzed factors affecting customers' satisfaction when they use parking lots of big retailers so that, in case of constructing, operating or managing such retailers, proper measures can be come up with. The analysis has been implemented on the basis of survey, and influence factors including entry/exit lamp, parking cars' traffic flow, parking type, pedestrians' movement after parking and safety. Parking lot users' satisfaction has been analyzed by using the Structural Equation Modelling and, as a result of it, in case of a detached or single building, pedestrians' movement flow after parking contributed the most to the users' satisfaction, while, in case of multipurpose complex, parking cars' traffic flow has the most influential factor. It is interpreted that users of a single building put a bigger emphasis on entry to the shop and their way back to the parked area after their shopping while customers of multipurpose complex might have various purposes of visiting the place and there are relatively more cars so that they put more emphasis on traffic counterflow, other cars and pedestrians.

  • The purpose of this study is recognized the problems of parking and parking demand, supply and operation of the control etc. It is to provide an alternative for the overall parking problem. Parking problem occurs because there is not enough parking spaces. In order to solve the parking problem of Chil-gok 1 residential development district, this study propose making use of a road parking lot establishment and the school playground and the public facilities construction parking lot. But it is the methods which are short-term. A fundamental solution method is Levying garage option on car buyers. It is system to apply a law for establishing garages to all of vehicles.
