It is often thought that when a fire is found in parked motor vehicles, the fire may occur after an engine stops. Also, it is easy to judge that when motor vehicle fires occur during engine stopping, it may be caused by arson or electrical causes irrespective of a fuel system. This study analyzed motor vehicle fires which occurred in operation but were found after parking and revealed that these fires were caused by the defect of a fuel system and the same motor vehicle types had fires by the same causes. Moreover, this study provided judgement process of major fire causes and periods for fire investigators to apply when investigating fires of parked motor vehicles. And this fire is related to automotive products liability.

현대인의 실생활은 무수히 많은 사물간의 데이터를 주고받을 수 있는 연결고리로 이루어져 있다. 이러한 연결고리 속에서 우리는 IoT(Information of Things), 즉 사물인터넷을 쉽게 경험할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사물인터넷의 활용으로 인한 차량 내 각 시트에 무게를 측정할 수 있는 하드웨어 시스템 및 안전벨트 연결 확인 하드웨어 시스템을 부착하여, 차량 내 탑승인원을 파악하고 그에 대한 할인 시스템을 개발하여 차량감소 효과로 인한 주차공간 확보 및 대기오염으로부터 청정효과를 기대할 수 있는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

Baotu Spring Park, a must-visit place in Jinan, China, has been rated as the country's highest-level scenic spot by the Chinese government. However, social media that highly reflects public opinions tends to express a lower evaluation of Baotu Spring Park. Thus, this paper employs service design thinking methods to identify the problems of Baotu Spring Park and provide solutions from the perspective of visitors. Based on desk research, tourist behavior tracking, contextual interviews, and a customer journey map, it was found that the service gap of Baotu Spring Park lacks a unified and effective instruction system. Also, the activities, parking, and high-quality tourist souvenirs are deficient, and there is no online information delivery platform. Finally, five suggestions are made,-respectively:,- redesign the sign system, enhance the participation of tourists, redesign the tourist souvenirs and display space, offer parking areas and shuttle buses, as well as set up a dedicated application.

In this paper, a control method for field weakening region of induction machine drive which is based on indirect field oriented control was implemented. Also, application method of direct field oriented control in the field weakening region using maximum torque control methods which is adaptable for parking facilities was studied. The implemented method which is based on direct field oriented control method ensures the full utilization of the output torque capability of the machine over the conventional 1/${\omega}_r$ method. And machine drive system can obtain the robustness to motor parameter variation.

기존의 야외 주차관리 시스템은 초음파 센서 모듈, 주차 유도 센서, 주차 감지 전용 센서 등의 소형 센서와 장치들을 다수 사용하기 때문에 고비용의 발생과 주차장 관리의 불편함이 초래된다. 이러한 기존 시스템이 요구하는 장치들을 최소화 하고자 CCTV 기반의 소프트웨어 영상처리 기술로 차량의 위치와 주차공간의 유/무를 확인할 수 있는 야외 주차장 관리 시스템을 제시한다. 제시하는 시스템은 MOBILE 기반의 서비스를 제공하기 때문에 사용자에게 편리한 주차장 이용 서비스를 제공하고, CCTV를 기반으로 관리자에 의한 실시간 모니터링으로 주차장 내의 사고 및 긴급 상황을 인지해 사고를 대응할 수 있다.

The aim of this study is to suggest theoretical foundations on which hospital employees could estimate medical care services not in the position of providers but consumers. For this purpose this study compares satisfaction of providers but consumers. For this purpose this study compares satisfaction of patients with medical care service with that of hospital employees. 287 patients and 261 employees in three university hospitals in Daegu were selected as samples of investigation and asked questions. Statistical analysis was taken using SAS package. The result of this study are as follows. 1) Among the five fields of medical services patients and hospital employees have different views in doctor hospital staff(except doctor) treatment system availability service but parking service 2) Hospital employees overestimate the level of medical care services compared with patients 3) Demographical variables make a difference in medical satisfaction 4) In satisfaction-evaluation after r ceiving treatment medical system service is influential variables in both patients and hospital employees. And in patient group doctor service is following variables while availability and parking service is influential variables in employees.

시대가 발전함에 따라 기술도 발달하지만 시민의식이 따라가지 못하기 때문에 그 만큼 범죄도 늘어나고 있다. 그럼에 따라 범죄를 예방하기 위해 방범용 CCTV를 늘리고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 방범용 CCTV를 늘리기 위해서는 많은 시간과 예산이 필요하다. 그래서 사용자들은 불법 주정차 시스템에 방범 기능을 요구하고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 기존의 CCTV는 화소가 낮아 이미지가 선명하지 않기 때문에 방범 기능에 적용하기에는 미흡한 점이 많았다. 그래서 본 논문에는 기존의 시스템을 보완하기 위한 방안으로 메가 픽셀을 적용하여 불법 주정차 시스템의 방범 기능을 향상 시킬 수 있는 방안을 제안하였다. 결과적으로 저화질 CCTV를 사용 할 때보다 불법 주정차 단속뿐만 이라 방범 시스템으로도 더 나은 효과를 보일 것으로 예상한다.

주차는 자동차를 이용하는 사람들의 편리한 이동을 위한 기반 행위에 포함되는 요소이다. 따라서 이러한 주차 문제를 해결하는 다양한 서비스가 존재하나, 이러한 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 주차공간의 특성을 고려해야 하는 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 카메라 모듈과 딥러닝 알고리즘을 기반으로 하는 이미지 센싱을 활용하여 기존 시스템의 주차 감지 센서부 구축의 문제점을 개선하며, 주차장 수요가 많은 '러쉬 타임'을 반영하여 주차공간을 안내하고 운전자를 유도하는 주차정보시스템을 개발한다.

It is very difficult to monitor the blind spots that are not recognized by traditional surveillance camera (CCTV) systems, and the surveillance efficiencies are very low though many accidents/events can be solved by the systems. In this paper, the fuzzy logic based sound source localization system using sound strength in the underground parking lot is suggested and the performance of the system is analyzed in order to enhance the stabilization and the accuracy of the localization algorithm in the suggested system. It is confirmed that the localization stabilization of the localization algorithm (SLA_fuzzy) using the fuzzy logic in the suggested system is 4 times higher than that of the conventional localization algorithm (SLA). In addition to this, the localization accuracy of the SLA_fuzzy in the suggested system is 29% higher than that of the SLA.

The purpose of this study is to introduce the Levying Garage Option on Car Buyers which has become operative firstly in Korea, and to suggest the way to activate the system, hearing the view of Jeju residents with positive and negative function of parking. Levying Garage Option on Car Buyer is the system to apply a law for establishing garages to all of vehicles. Especially this is proposed to correct the disorder of Local street night parking, to improve the fine view of street, and to recover the original function of street to residents. To make this system successful there should be separate solutions at the densely built up area as a result of survey. This study conduct the Logistic Regression Analysis for and against the system. If the more residents approve the system, we should concern about the several solutions such as easing the distance between the garage and street, regulating, and special plan for an apartment house, etc. The suggestions are as follows. First, the policy needs to ease the distance between the garage and street gradually. Second, the Jeju government need to offer the residents the incentive such as reduce or exempt the tax and make them establish the private parking lot with supplying the low interest loan. Third, there should be connected with the project to break up the fences of their houses.
