주차장·옥상 유휴부지를 활용한 태양광발전 비용편익 분석: 환경·사회 편익 중심으로 (Analyzing of Solar Power Generation Cost-Benefit Using Idle Sites(Parking Lot & Rooftop): Focusing on Environmental Benefit and Social Benefit)

  • Purpose - This study aims to analyzing of solar power generation cost-benefit. Design/methodology/approach - We analyzed whether there is economic feasibility by selecting parking lots and idle sites located in four areas of Seoul, Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeolla, and Gyeongsang areas nationwide, and analyzing site conditions and installation capacity. Findings - According to the results of the analysis, it was found that there is low profitability in Seoul, Gyeonggi and Chungcheong regions, where the solar radiation was not excellent even if REC is selected through the contract market. However, it is necessary to analyzed the economical validity the profitable validity including environmental benefits (greenhouse gas reduction, NOx, SOx reduction effect) and social benefits (renewable power supply) that is analyzed by income and operating costs which is occurred from electricity sales and REC sales when installing solar power generation facilities. Research implications or Originality - In this study, economic feasibility was evaluated additionally in consideration of environmental and social benefits. In conclusion, it was shown that businesses are not economical when considering only simple financial aspects are also sufficiently economical when it is considering environmental and social benefits.

  • 세종특별자치시의 교통량 폭증으로 인한 교통 문제 증가 추세는 시설 인프라의 투자로는 해결하기 어려운 수준에 이르러 데이터 기반의 지능형 교통환경 구축이 필수적이다. 교통데이터를 활용해 교통안전정책을 수립한 국내·외 사례를 알아보고 세종특별자치시 교통정보 및 데이터 활용 실태 등을 분석하여 CCTV를 활용한 주차정보 제공, 스마트 교통신호제어시스템 구축, 안전지키미 드롭존 설치방안을 제안한다. 본 연구가 향후 세종특별자치시의 교통 안전망 강화 정책 수립의 기반이 되기를 기대한다.

  • 최근 전 세계적인 탄소 중립 정책으로 인해 전기차 보급 속도는 예상보다 훨씬 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 하지만 늘어나는 수요에 비해 전기차 충전기 수는 턱없이 부족하다. 그뿐만 아니라 일반 차들의 전기차 충전소 불법주차로 인해 전기차가 충전하지 못하는 불편함이 발생하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 에지 컴퓨터(edge computer)와 딥러닝 기반 객체 감지 시스템 YOLO(You only look once)를 이용한 전기차 충전소 불법주차 방지 시스템을 개발한다. 먼저, 이 시스템은 카메라를 통해 실시간으로 영상을 받아 YOLO를 이용하여 차량 번호판 인식이 되면 전기차 번호판의 특정 마크를 인식하여 전기차인지 일반 차인지를 판별하여 판별된 값에 따라 주차 차단기가 작동되는 시스템이다. 전기차이면 차단기가 내려가서 충전소를 이용할 수 있게 하고 일반차일 경우 주차 차단기가 내려가지 않고 막아 불법주차를 차단한다. 이와 같은 기술을 활용하여 전기차 충전소 불법주차 방지에 기여하고자 한다.

도시형생활주택의 범죄예방환경설계 측면에서 본 주거환경 실태조사에 관한 연구 - 서울시 관악구 원룸형 주택 1인가구 5개를 중심으로- (The Actual Condition investigation of Residental Environment of Urban Life-Type Housing Regarding Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design -Focused on Five Single Households in studio-type housings in Gwanak-gu, Seoul Urban Life-Type Housing-)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to be performed with studio-type housings among urban life-type housings to investigate the physical characteristic and crime-related factors of studios from the viewpoint of the basic principles of crime prevention through environmental design (CPTED). Method: Eight CPTED guidelines available in Korea were reviewed to select 20 planing factors for actual condition investigation. Five single households in studio-type housings in Gwanak-gu, Seoul, were chosen according to the subject screening criteria to perform the actual condition investigation. Results: First, a lighting plan around a building for natural surveillance should consider the building location, relation with the front road, and surrounding facilities. In a building of a piloti structure, the parking lot and the building gate should be arranged in a manner that enables natural surveillance. Second, the shape of the corridors in studio-type housings should be considered to plan the installation of a lighting at the door of each household, the installation of a viewer window at the door of each household, and the arrangement of the elevator. Third, to support access control, an access control system having the function of video and voice communication is recommended to be installed at the building gate. Criteria for the type of security windows and the floors on which security windows should be installed, and the regulations about the CCTV installation inside and outside the building should be prepared. Fourth, to enhance territoriality in parking lots, ground patterns, parking lot gate, and signs may be installed. Fifth, in view of effective utilization and maintenance, lighting facilities should be installed to increase the usability of ground parking lots, and relevant installation criteria should be prepared regarding the type, number, and brightness of the lightings.

Combining Object Detection and Hand Gesture Recognition for Automatic Lighting System Control

  • Recently, smart lighting systems are the combination between sensors and lights. These systems turn on/off and adjust the brightness of lights based on the motion of object and the brightness of environment. These systems are often applied in places such as buildings, rooms, garages and parking lot. However, these lighting systems are controlled by lighting sensors, motion sensors based on illumination environment and motion detection. In this paper, we propose an automatic lighting control system using one single camera for buildings, rooms and garages. The proposed system is one integration the results of digital image processing as motion detection, hand gesture detection to control and dim the lighting system. The experimental results showed that the proposed system work very well and could consider to apply for automatic lighting spaces.

  • As a result of the technological advances in the E / E system, automotive system can provide advanced functions for safety and comfort. In addition, mechanical systems is changed to the electronic system. And the systems perform cooperative functions through communication. So the E / E system becomes more complicated as the size of the system increases. In order to secure the safety of complicated E / E system, ISO26262 standard require that Freedom from Interference and Sufficient Independence be met. In this paper, we propose a software scheduling method that can guarantee the independence between decomposed components after software decomposition and software development of ASIL D level EPB (Electronic Parking Brake) system.

도시 교통문제에 대한 연구 -천안시를 중심으로- (An Analysis on the Traffic Problems of the Urban City)

  • 본 연구는 천안시를 대상으로 도시교통문제를 다루었다. 본 연구는 문헌조사와 실증조사를 병행하였다. 회수된 설문지 394부를 SPSS 15.0버전으로 빈도분석을 실시하였다. 천안시의 도시교통문제는 출 퇴근시의 교통체증 현상, 대중교통의 불편, 주차문제, 자동차로 인한 대기오염, 교통사고로 인한 불안 등을 들 수 있다. 교통문제의 개선방안으로는, 첫째, 합리적 교통수요의 관리에 따른 교통체계의 개선방안이 마련되어야 한다. 둘째, 천안시는 대중교통의 이용대상인 대학생이 많으므로 대학생을 대상으로 할인을 적용 대중교통 이용률을 높여야 한다. 셋째, 대중교통중심체제의 강화 및 개선을 통한 교통체증의 해결이 필요하다. 넷째, 도로 등 교통시설의 공급확대, 가로망체계 정비 및 신호운영체계의 개선을 적극적으로 추진해 나가야 한다. 특히 천안에는 오래된 도로의 정비가 필요하고 도로망이 복잡하게 얽혀있는데 이를 간단하게 개선함으로써 보다 접근성이 좋아질 것이다. 다섯째, 주차문제의 해결과 이용자들의 교통질서 의식함양 등 선진 교통문화의 정착이 필요하다.

  • The train automatic operation control system is an on-board train control system that is widely adopted in modern rapid transit systems. The control system consists of TCMS(Train Control and Monitoring System), ATC(Automatic Train Control), ATO(Automatic Train Operation) and TWC(Train to wayside communication) in the train and wayside facilities. The functions of the system is to regulate train riding comfort, to service limited speed and smoothness during start, acceleration, constant speed travel, and fixed point parking under the corresponding commands. The paper describes the simulation model of the train automatic operation control of subway system, configuration of simulator hardware and software and operational algorithms.

샌드위치 플레이트 시스템을 이용한 합성보의 동적 특성 (Dynamic Characteristic of Composite Beam using the Sandwich Plate System)

  • To improve the noise and vibration problems of the existing public parking systems, new floor system was proposed. This system consists of the Sandwich Plate System(SPS), steel beam and post-tensioned steel tendons. To verify the dynamic characteristics such as the natural frequency and damping ratio of the system, the free vibration test was performed. Test results showed that the natural frequency of the SPS composite beam was 23.8Hz and it was increased by 3.8% by installing the post-tensioned tendons. The damping ratio of the specimen with tendons was about 1.64%.

  • Many new office buildings are being built as intelligent buildings equipped with building automation(HA) systems, office automation(OA) systems, and telecommunication(TC) systems in order to provide pleasant building environment and the ease of maintenance and facility management. Building control systems which are employed in intelligent buildings require varieties of advanced control systems and network systems for efficient integrated management. Design and installation of these types of advanced building control systems take a lot of efforts and also they are costly. In order to design these systems, it is necessary for the designers to have the integrated simulator including proper network system simulation. In this paper, the integrated simulator that consist of HVAC system, lighting system, elevator system, parking system based on the network system is presented. For the development of integrated simulator, AHENA which is the general-purpose software tool for a simulation with reinforced GUI is used.
