기존 주차조사는 광범위한 조사지역을 대상으로 조사원이 직접 주차차량의 번호판을 확인하는 방식으로 기동성의 저하, 조사와 입력의 이원화로 인한 입력오류, 많은 조사시간과 비용이 소요되는 단점을 가지고 있었다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기존 조사원에 의한 주차조사의 단점을 극복하기 위해 최근 상용화된 고성능 영상분석장비, 위성측량장비, 적외선 조명 등을 이용하여 자동주차조사를 위한 방법에 관한 연구를 수행하였으며 본 연구결과 개발된 자동주차조사 방법을 이용하여 조사된 데이터를 수정, 저장, 분석 및 출력이 가능한 주차분석 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 장비를 이용한 자동주차조사 시 조사차량의 주행속도, 영상분석장비의 촬영각도, 주차차량 상호간 차간간격, 조사차량과 주차차량의 이격거리 등에 의해 조사의 정밀도가 영향을 받는 것으로 나타나 장비를 이용한 자동주차조사의 정확도를 향상시키기 위해 실험을 통해 각 요소별 최적조합을 도출하였다. 또한 기존 주차조사 데이터가 체계적으로 저장, 관리되지 못하고 있는 문제점을 극복하고 주자정책 수립을 지원하기 위한 주차분석을 지원하기 위한 주차분석 소프트웨어를 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is recognized the problems of parking and parking demand, supply and operation of the control etc. It is to provide an alternative for the overall parking problem. Parking problem occurs because there is not enough parking spaces. In order to solve the parking problem of Chil-gok 1 residential development district, this study propose making use of a road parking lot establishment and the school playground and the public facilities construction parking lot. But it is the methods which are short-term. A fundamental solution method is Levying garage option on car buyers. It is system to apply a law for establishing garages to all of vehicles.

One of the significant problems in urban areas is lack of parking spaces. Therefore, maximizing the number of cars that can be parked in a given area becomes increasingly important as land costs increase. This paper presents a methodology of optimal parking lot design in relatively small areas. The discussion is limited to self-parking surface rectangular lots. The selection of stall dimensions and aisle widths is based on the regulations of parking lot design standards of Korea. A personal computer software, OPALD, was developed and implemented to design optimal parking lots. OPALD iterates angles of parking stalls from 45 to 90 degree, generates the combination of paring angles, and selects the best angles to fit the given area. A drawing data file is also generated to draw layouts of parking lots in the CAD pakage (AutoCAD). Application of OPALD shows good results to design parking lots in relatively small areas. By-products of this research represents the parking modules of various angles.

This study aims to analyze the parking demand in general hospitals in Chunju. The survey is done to examine the capacity of parking, the time of parking, the frequency of parking, and the actual condition of parking space. As a results of analysis, the conclusion was derived that the parking space is not satisfactory compared to the desired level. Consequently, this study aims to represent the improved parking based on characteristics of parking systems and the practical uses of the parking space in general hospitals.

주차장에서 빈 공간을 분석하는 기술은 주차공간의 효율적인 사용이나 교통이 혼잡한 곳에서 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 그러나 기존의 주차 공간 분석 방법은 실용적이지 못하거나 빠른 처리속도가 필요하다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 실시간 주차검출에 적합한 주차 모니터링 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 제안된 방법은 그레이레벨 영상을 이용하여 주차여부를 확인하고, 주차공간을 분석하는 방법을 사용하였다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 확인하기 위해 야외 주차장에서 129개의 동영상을 획득하여 실험한 결과 98.5%의 주차 공간 분석에 성공하여 제안된 방법이 주차 공간 분석에 효율적인 것을 입증하였다.

After 1980's, the ratio of car possessions has been increased rapidly. Nowaday, most large cities have suffered a lot of problems about traffic and car parking. Specially in apartment complexes, they have parking problem which is caused by the parking demand. The ratio of parking demand at multi-family housing sites has been increased significantly, therefore several parking problems have occurred. The goal of this study is to investigate the parking demand per housing unit size of apartment complex in Daegu city. The results of this study is as follows. (1) The parking demand of 60 $m^2$ below sized housing unit is 1.09 car per the unit. (2) The parking demand of 60 $m^2$ over 85 $m^2$ below sized housing unit is 1.31 car per the unit. (3) The parking demand of 85 $m^2$ over 135 $m^2$ below sized housing unit is 1.74 car per the unit. (4) The parking demand of 135 $m^2$ over sized housing unit is 2.10 car per the unit.

With speeding up the process of being international municipality, the gravity of lacking parking lots in Shanghai urban area, which directly blocks the traffic in the city, has been revealed. This thesis analyses present automobiles parking capability and forecasts the future's needs for the city. To solve the problem, the concept could be to expand parking areas in city center recently to relax the tention and to do thoughtful planning in the near future on the foundation of fully consideration the trend. The municipal government has to set up policy properly, amplify regulations, strenthern the administration and open up a path to raise founds. Berween road system administration which is dynamic and parking lot system administration which is static, there are a knot on macroscopic meaning and an interference as well. The coordination of these two systems would be reflested on the effects of whole municipal traffic adminisration. Basically, public parking lots are city's foundal facilities, just like roads, bridges, etc. The main problems now in Shanghai are large parking space demands, insufficient facilities, cheap parking expenses comparing with the cost of parking lots construcion and poor administration. According to the forecast on social economy development, there will be 580 thousand automobiles in Shanghai by the year 2000, and the amount of private cars will increase greatly. The frequency of automobiles going out will be 1.45 million per day. Public parking lots being able to afford 105 thousand units are needed. To satisfy the demands, the recent aim of planning should be speed up the parking lots construction, the planning objective in next period should be developing reasonably and exceed the demands properly. In order to realize the planning objective, the government has to formulate correct policy and amplify administration regulations. The government has to adopt both administration and economy means, including charging parking people reasonably, collect necessary taxes, bringing the parking lots planning into general municipality planning, opening up an effective path to raise founds, such as set up founds for parking lots construction, issue bonds and stocks, get loans at home and abroad, etc.

본 연구는 대형할인점 부설주차장들의 주차수급현황을 정량적 정성적으로 분석하고, 합리적 설치기준의 재검토와 기설 주차장의 효율적 활용방안을 살펴보았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다; 첫째, 모든 연구대상 할인점 주차장들은 실제 주차수요에 비해 여유가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 할인점의 입지유형에 따라 부설주차장 이용률에 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 주차장 설치기준은 현재기준 대비 최소 20% 감축하여도 주차수급에 무리가 없을 것으로 판단되며, 할인점 입지여건에 따라 감축률에 차이를 두어야 할 것이다. 넷째, 기설 주차장의 여유 공간을 활용하기 위해 쇼핑외 목적 차량의 주차허용에 대해 적극 검토해볼 필요가 있을 것으로 파악되었다.

본 연구에서는 주차이용실태조사 자료를 사용하여 주차장법의 공동주택 주차장 설치기준을 검증하였다. 검증결과 주차장법에서 제시한 연상면적에 따른 주차장 설치기준은 주차이용실태조사 자료와 상당히 유사하게 나타나지만 지역과 주택규모에 따른 차이는 유의미하지 않은 것으로 드러났다. 이에 반해 세대수는 연상면적보다 주차수요와 더 강한 상관관계를 보이며, 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준은 지역과 주택규모에 따라 그 차이가 유의미한 것으로 분석되었고 일반적인 상식과도 잘 부합한다. 분석결과에 따라 지역과 주택규모에 따른 6개 그룹별로 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준을 산정하였다. 각 그룹별로 세대별 주차대수 자료의 분포에 적합한 통계분포를 추정하고 추정된 분포의 평균값을 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준으로 제시하였다. 세대수에 따른 주차장 설치기준은 그 상대적, 절대적인 값의 크기를 쉽게 인식할 수 있는 장점이 있으며 실제 주차이용실태조사 자료와도 매우 잘 부합하는 것으로 판단된다.

Automated parking systems, which automatically park and retrieve vehicles, have been steadily replacing conventional parking systems. The spiral parking system is a type of automated parking systems that has cylindrical parking tower. We develop an economic design model of spiral parking system based on a recursive optimization and simulation procedure in which the dynamic nature of the parking system can be integrated into the mathematical programming model. The optimal values of design parameters are found that gives the minimum total cost while complying with the desired performance of the system.
