The purpose of this study is to suggest visual resource management methods for the national parks and adjacent areas, where visual impacts by high rise buildings such as hotel, condominium, etc. become serious problems. In this study Soraksan National Park has been selected as a case study for landscape management planning. The results of this study are as follows: 1) Comprehensive landscape management planning for National Parks and adjacent areas is necessary to solve visual impact problems by high rise buldings such as hotel, condominium, etc. 2) It is suggested to investigate visual resources and conceptual landscape management ideas, to select landscape control points and lines, landscape management areas, and to prepare building height control plan for proper landscape management plan. 3) In case of Soraksan national park, the landscape management plan includes three landscape management areas : Landscape preservation area, General landscape management area, and special landscape management area. 4) In the part of special landscape management area, it is necessary to introduce landscape impact assessment system to more effective landscape management.

Smart tourism research and development have mainly focused on the benefits of smart tourism technologies to certain stakeholders with transactional relationships in destinations. However, smart technologies in destinations could also cause several negative outcomes, leading to social, ethical, and moral issues. Such issues arise from the power imbalance between different stakeholders of smart tourism development. To mitigate the adverse effects of smart technologies, destinations need to enunciate the essential moral and ethical principles when developing smart tourism. Therefore, adopting descriptive and normative approaches to stakeholder theory, this paper proposes a framework to showcase several methods to address the issues.

본 연구는 도시공원을 이용하는 시민을 대상으로 이용빈도에 따라 이용자를 분류하여 도시공원 이용 시 이용행태, 관리방안 및 인식 차이를 보고자 하였으며, 동일한 설문지를 사용한 2014년도와 2020년도 설문조사 결과를 이용하여 도시공원 운영 및 관리에 대한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 경기도 양주시의 도시공원을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였으며, 양주시에 거주하는 시민을 대상으로 2014년에는 740부, 2020년에는 431부의 설문지 결과를 이용하였다. 공원 이용빈도에 따라 고이용, 저이용 집단으로 분류하고, 집단에 따른 인구사회학적 차이 및 공원이용방식 차이를 비교한 후, 두 집단 간에 향후 공원 관리방향에 대한 인식 차이를 해당 연도에 따라 통계적 분석기법을 활용하여 분석 및 비교하였다. 분석결과, 2014년도에는 공원의 양적 확충 및 접근성 개선이 가장 주요한 문제로 두드러졌지만, 2020년에는 양적 확대보다는 노후 시설 점검 및 개선, 다양한 프로그램 제공, 지역의 정체성을 드러낼 수 있는 테마형 근린공원 조성 등 공원운영 관리방안에 대한 관심이 높아졌음을 확인할 수 있었다. 공원관리 방향의 차이에 있어서는 고이용 집단에서 지속적 관리가 중요하다고 인식하고 있음에도 불구하고, 덜 이용하는 집단에 비해서 상대적으로 소극적으로 공원개선 활동에 참가하겠다고 응답하였으며, 이는 장기적으로 공원을 더 많이 이용하는 사람들을 어떠한 방식으로 공원관리에 참여시킬 수 있는지에 대한 논의가 필요함을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 이용빈도에 따라 이용집단을 나눠서 다른 행태 및 인식 차이를 보고자 했다는 점에서 의의가 있지만, 향후 연구에서는 다양한 변수의 조합을 통해 보다 세밀한 이용집단의 차이를 분석할 필요가 있다.

Each amusement park has a wayfinding system, while symbols are important mediums to guide tourists to find their destinations. It is very important that whether the meanings of symbols recognized by tourists immediately. This paper mainly discusses the recognition of graphic symbols in amusement park, and proposes the improvement suggestions. Materials for this study were drawn from 20 different graphic symbols of a theme amusement park in Taiwan. The testees were required to evaluate the design of graphic symbols based on symbolic meaning and graphics recognition to summarize the confusion matrix. The results show that there are three groups of graphic symbols easy to be confused, and five symbols not meeting a criterion of 67% correct responses. The reasons were discussed, and improvement and relevant suggestions have been proposed, which may be helpful to redesign of symbols.

This study is intend to evaluate natural conservation value, and to suggest natural park plan based on conservation value evaluation. In this study evaluation items are selected through related studies about ecological conservation evaluation, and evaluation items in this study can be classified into 2 aspects, ecological environment and topographic environment. After each evaluation items are overlaid with GIS program, management levels are derived from comprehensive overlaid maps of each evaluation items. Management areas can be classified into 5 levels; Critical Conservation Area, Conservation Area, Restoration Area, Passive Usable Area, Active Development Area and Settlement Area. So management areas can be matched each management levels to land use of natural park, that is district of preservation, district of natural environment, district of settlements and district of mass facilities. This study have good enough to evaluate ecological value for natural park plan, but, it is difficult to evaluate conservation value only with maps of each evaluation items, so it needs supplementary field survey for precise conservation value evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual condition of the already established rural theme park, draw the weak and strong points, and come up with an efficient performance plan for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park through the benchmarking of the best overseas case. According to the analysis, it is necessary to introduce a facility and a program for family customers as a plan for promoting Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. It is required to secure safety through public operation and management, improve scalability of the facility through the establishment of multi-functional complex facility, and come up with a plan for operating a special program associated with local resources. Therefore, this study drew three activation factors: the establishment of operation and management system, the development of operation contents by facility, and the establishment of operation in each area. First, to establish the operation and management system, it is necessary to classify the organization of the theme park into the operation business area and into operation & management area by job function. Secondly, it is necessary to establish a special program in consideration of space and facility, suggest a differentiated plan for operation contents, and create a facility operation plan and program for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park. Lastly, to operate and manage Changwon Persimmon Theme Park smoothly, it is necessary to set the theme park space as open collaboration space which the local residents can share and participate in by avoiding the conventional administration-based business performance and operation. This study suggested the plan for establishing an operation and management system for Changwon Persimmon Theme Park and its operation, the establishment of a special program, a business performance strategy, and the use of internal and external spaces of the theme park.
