Color rings have been commonly and widely used in many ecological and ornithological studies in the field, but color ring-induced injury in passerines is poorly documented. In this report, we describe the first case of toe loss caused by a dislocated split Darvic ring in a Pale Thrush (Turdus pallidus) that was recaptured 596 days after its initial capture and release on Hong-do Island, the Republic of Korea. We also found that a left hind toe of a Light-vented Bulbul (Pycnonotus sinensis) was entrapped by a split color ring when the bird was observed 135 days after the marking at Heuksan-do Island. Based on these two cases out of the 1,900 color ringed birds, we emphasize a precautionary approach following general guidelines in the application and use of color leg rings for future studies.

Amur's long-tailed goral(Naemorhedus Caudatus) winter scats inhabitants of Wolaksan National Park were surveyed between 2006 and 2009. The scats included seeds of Hovenia dulcis and we confirmed germination of seed from the scats in the spring. 600 dulcis seeds goral scats were collected in the same location and period and 600 normal seeds were also observed in order to study the effect of goral on germination of dulcis. All of the seed(totally 1,200) were cultured in the same condition. As a result, germination rates of seeds from the goral scats and normal seeds were 32.5% and 0.8% respectively. So we confirmed that dulcis seeds in goral habitats germinate approximately 40 times more than without goral.

To determine factors affecting scholarly web database service quality, this research is to investigate factors of web academic information service quality, and analyze how these factors influencing on web academic information service quality satisfactions. As a results, three dimensions were identified namely, information retrieval, ease of use and interaction. The scholarly web database service management has more critical problems than information service in these days. It indicates that the qualitative aspect is becoming more important than quantitative in web academic information service management.

We describe the Ubiquitous Healthcare Service(UHS) architecture, a new service-provision architecture, covering the basic concept, component and their roles and the service-provision mechanism. A UHS provides services in two phases, a service composition phase in which Healthcare Service Elements (HSEs) are combined on the basis of Healthcare Service Agents (HSAs), and a Healthcare Service emergence phase in which a new HSA is obtained on the basis of the history usage of HSEs and HSAs. A UHS can handle various types of HSEs, representing web services, resources about healthcare domain. The establishment of UHS technologies on networks will provide various services within ubiquitous-computing environments.

The makeup experience service in a theme park was analyzed for the study on the makeup service using experiential marketing based on recent consumer experience. The results of the study showed that the utilization, marketing effect, and lifestyle in makeup service at the Experiential marketing are analyzed. In other words, according to the variables, the purpose of this study is to the effect on the satisfaction, loyalty, and Intent to revisit. In this study, in order to achieve this, literature research and Empirical study on the same time. In literature review, Theories and previous studies were considered which are about experience marketing, lifestyle, makeup service, loyalty, satisfaction, and the intent to revisit. Then, a research model and a hypothesis were established. In empirical study, Based on this, it was applied to the makeup service in a theme park and verified through analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability verification, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results showed that experience marketing and lifestyle had a significant influence on satisfaction, loyalty, and return visit intention. Based on this research, the makeup service using experience marketing would be hopefully more practical as a typical culture content marketing.

Modern consumers seek various pleasure and fun through shopping. Retailing are offering apparel products with entertainment services to customers such as movie theaters, restaurants and so on. The purposes of this study was investigate the effect of entertainment service on impulse buying behavior. Data were obtained from shoppers (N=684) randomly selected department stores and shopping malls located in Seoul and Busan. They were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test and cross analysis. The results showed that entertainment service users showed likely to be more recreational orientation, to be more pleasure, and better mood in retailing environment than entertainment service non-users. That is entertainment service users were more likely to buy impulsively during shopping than entertainment service non-users. Implication and future research directions discussed.

The national park should be preserved in accordance with the regulation, but the development planning or facilities management planning has not been faithful to the spirits of the regulation. Recently natural environment has been radically changed, and especially damaged by large scale development of Service Facilities Zone. Thus the effective land use planning of the national park is required. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to propose the alternative site for The Second Service Facilities Zone in Mt. Kyeryong National Park using the GIS, and to compare the alternative site with the existing development site. Site selection was based on Rules of Combination which covers topographic analysis, viewshod analysis, distance analysis from hot spring well, land use analysis, and forest stand analysis.

This study assessed the ecological and behavioral characteristics of the sika deer from April 2012 to August 2016. To obtain basic information on the behavioral patterns of the sika deer (Cervus nippon) including their annual home range, sika deer wearing GPS tracking collars were released into 1,385 locations at a different altitude around where they had been captured in Songnisan. The released individuals were studied through home range analysis. According to our observations, annual home ranges of the sika deer (n=6) is seen to be $2.24{\pm}1.50km^2$ (t=3.648, p<0.05) of MCP 95% for the entire area of home range and $0.46{\pm}0.31km^2$ (t=3.666, p<0.05)$km^2$ of FK 50% for the home range core area respectively. The annual home ranges of the sika deers by sex were $2.94km^2$ for female and $1.53km^2$ for male. This study is expected to provide basic data for habitat management and ecological study of sika deer and to contribute to the management of wild animals.
